The best prices and excellent customer service. I moved about an hour away but still drive to them in Lawrenceville for my hookah products. I’ll never get tired of referring them. 🫶🏻

I wish I could rate over 5 stars if possible. It is my first time using a vape mod and I didnt know much and was going to just buy some coils for my mod. The owners teached me on how to install coils and what wattage and fluid to use and such. A vape shop I went to near me didnt know much and recommended me a fluid that was too thick for my mod for 20$. This shop is too nice Ill definitely come again even though I live a bit far 10/10 thank you brothers.

This is the spot if you are on this side of town. I like the lower mg vapes and they have everything else as well besides NOS

Sold me a fake pack of loose leafs. The absolute worst quality I’ve ever seen. Impossible to even roll with the dense stems in EVERY leaf. The moment you begin to roll it, it rips… don’t get me started on the taste…. Strongest chemical taste ever. I’ll never visit this shop again

Since the owner took my other review down Im going to change this one. Sold me a broken vape for 24 dollars. The store closed before I found out it was busted. I returned when the store opened to trade it for a working one. Didnt put my lips on it or open the pouch it came in. The liquid was dripping through the box it came in. They refused to trade it out. I spend 150-200 bucks here a month between me and my fiance and the one time I have an issue they treat me like a piece of trash.. like I was trying to pull something slick. Its all good Ill take my money elsewhere and so should you!

I love this smoke shop!! Meme is the best, he’s so customer friendly and very knowledgeable in this line of work. I’m new to vaping(3 months now) Meme has/is always taking care of me. The prices are very reasonable , actually they are cheaper then most shops. But mostly I’m sold on the hospitality, knowledge and friendly faces. Thank you Hot Box for being totally AWESOME!!! Please read if you have doubts on vaping... Amateur or veteran this is the place where you should start.The owner is amazing, Very knowledgeable, very professional and always has always has what I need. If you need he will order it for you. Most corners or attendants say that theyll order it but this store actually does.Ive been trying to get off cigarettes for 10 years and at a pack a day for 21 years! The damage Ive done is irreversible. I love the vape unit I got.FRFR! 3 weeks and smoked 6, maybe 7 cigs starting to vape! Thanks again for your help Boss!ALL LOVE AND GOOD VIBES

Scammers.... overcharged and not passed a receipt. Taking advantage of people when they can I guess. The products are cheap but you can tell somethings up (taste wise for me) probably expired or close to expiration. Unless they sell fakes as well, which wouldn’t be hard to believe based on other reviews. This shops not worth it.

DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT give this establishment any of your business!!!!! They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I purchased a mod and after trying it for less than 48 hours I realized that it wasnt powerful enough for me. I went back for either a refund or an exchange and I was told there are no refunds or exchanges and pointed to a very small sign on the front of one of the counters that does read no refunds or exchanges. Its not good business to not care about your customers needs, instead of cultivating a loyal customer they would rather keep your money from the one-time sale , I could have very well spent more on a more powerful and satisfactory product. I did check the reviews of the store before going to purchase, I should have read them all... Dont believe all the four and five star reviews. Now I will do everything I can to discourage anyone from being a customer of this establishment, they do not practice good business standards. You sir are a liar or have been lied to I clearly stated I did not like it BECAUSE of of the power issue. Then when I asked to speak to the manager I was told I could not contact him personally that your associate would call him for me which Im sure is a practice you do to appear to care about your customers satisfaction. After the fake call I was told there was nothing that could be done for me no discount was ever offered nor would I have accepted it. But thats fine you hide behind the anonymity of the internet and keep spouting the garbage about store policy. I hope you enjoy the $40 , use it to rip off other potential customers. But I will not stop I will make sure that you lose business because of your shoddy business practices and it will be more than the $40 that you got for me.

Love this shop. But do not too on your card!! The manager gets the tips, not the helpful, amazing employees.

First off, the employees here are chill and engaging to ensure you are happy with your selection and offered great service. Second, its a chill little spot to hangout if youd like. They have snacks and drinks with a sitting area. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Have been a customer here for a few years, and have always found the management and assistants very hospitable, will order items not immediately available, keep a clean and friendly business,.. I enjoy the selection of vaping salts, juices, cbd products and many other extras.

The electronic pen I bought would not charge when I got home. The next morning I called the shop and explained the situation. I was told I could bring it back for an exchange or possible refund. Mind you I had the receipt and had purchased the night before. I hadn’t even had it 24 hours. To make a long story short I drove back there which is a 30 minute drive for me only to be told that they wouldn’t exchange or refund my 42$.

I love coming to this Vape shop they have plenty of variety their prices are really low compared to other shops and they have the rewards program accumulating points for every dollar you spend to either getting free stuff or getting money off your total purchase! Also the customer service there is great Razim is cool af and make sure to always take care of the customer.

Stopped in here after hittin up most of the shops in the area, this place had the best service, and prices. The selection isnt the biggest in town but they have a little bit of everything. And the man behind the counter does a great job of finding you what you need. Great place!

Great variety! Got a brand new hookah and flavor and prices you cant beat anywhere else! Theres even a lounge to smoke and hang out with your friends the manager was a really great guy. Will be back again!

Great place to buy vapes and shisha. I bought my CBD pen from here and the smoke shop down the street told me it was $45. At hotbox, it was $20! I still buy my pop disposables and shisha from here, they have the most impressive collection of all your smoke shop needs! Super chill, friendly, and helpful! 10/10

Nice staff. Not much of a kratom selection to speak of, but they have a decent brand of green maeng da capsules and thats the best strain for pain.

ALERT ALERT ALERT!!! FAKE VAPES FAKE VAPES FAKE VAPES, they knowingly sell fake vapes for full price and when I went back to tell them they were annoyed and rude, after he checked the security code and realized it was fake said there was nothin to do and could not refund me. The kid behind the counter told me “dude u expect us to go and check all of our products to make sure they’re real?”...smh...I said of course I do, that’s what ur supposed to do. The other vapes were fake too but they still sell them for full price. When the manager was called and told that I was right and they were fake they still did nothin about it and manager said too bad. They acted like it was my fault and then started acting very rude and said all they could do was give me another fake one in another color and when I said no to that he offered me a much less expensive one and thought that would suffice smh like why would I pay full price for a fake product then in exchange get a cheaper less quality vape. Horrible experience altogether and I still want my refund, all they had to was refund me and I would have been on my way, I gave them every chance to right the situation but they wouldn’t budge and then apologized to other customers about me while I was in the store, I will not stop until I get my refund. I hope the owner or manager is man enough to right this situation before I have to take further legal action

Im am trying to quit smoking, they were zero help over all and scammed me into buying the wrong product. When I tried to return they said no and did not try to make it right. One big scam depending on who is working there at the time.

Called twice and asked a direct product availability question and some idiot just kept hanging up the phone, then wouldnt answer on my third try. Horrible store...do not buy here.Called me back an hour later just to ask my name...for what? Threatening phone calls from staff here. Joke of a business.

I tried too quit smoking it lasted all of 2 weeks back buying cig.its the cheapest place in town .next time 6 weeks of patches just too start.wallmart ran out of stage 1 patches
