Xhale City - Lawrenceville Hwy CBD Smoke Vape

This location has truly turned around with the new management! The staff are super helpful and informative. They offer discounts when you buy in bulk, and theyve always got different deals going on! Their hemp bar is any GA smokers dream come true! The staff are very strict on checking IDs and they do require physical versions, but with it being an adult shop thats understandable.

I bought a brand new hookah from them for the hookah to be broken. When I took it back with my receipt they advised they dont dp refunds or store credit. At least could of replaced the broken part. This hoookah was $65. Person worked there act as if it was not their problem. Told me to come back Tuesday to speak with a manager. Its Sunday. Please do not waste your time. Other smoke shops down the street. $65 down the strain!

Do yourself a favor and drive extra distance to a different location. On multiple occasions I have called to confirm they have the product I’m looking for, due to the recent supply shortages. They tell me they have it in stock then I make the drive, only to find they don’t have any that I asked about. The service is horrible, they clearly are fine with lying to get people in store and don’t even offer any assistance. They leave “gone to bathroom, back in 10” sign on their door while you can see them clearly leaning over the counter on their phone. I love xhale city and the Tucker location is AMAZING however when out of stock this is the next closest. Also, interesting to me they only seem to respond to 5 star “positive” reviews. This is not how you to respectable business. What a joke.

This is one of my favorite Xhale’s along with the Loganville shop! Shaye is always there with a friendly smile and knows exactly what I need before I even walk in. Jesus also makes great recommendations for me to try with their Kadobars 😎

I’ve had great experiences with other locations but this was not one of them. The guy ‘helping’ me was not helpful at all. He didn’t seem to know much about the products and didn’t want want to help me at all.

Exceptional customer service from Tom. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and adds a touch of the world is not such a bad place after all to the overall experience while browsing the Vape juice selection. They could not have picked a better employee to retain me as a customer and add value to the Lawrenceville location.

Sales people are knowledge in products, friendly, and patient in showing me the various types of vapes. I always leave with good purchased that have lasted me a while. The store itself is very relaxed and smells delicious every time I go in. Very pleasant, helpful, and attentive customer service.

The place looks absolutely fantastic and the renovation process has gone great. The service is fantastic as well, especially the manager Rai. Most definitely a shop I would say is worth your time and money!

Spencer and Alex are always helpful making sure I’m set up with the right products and devices. Despite moving and it now being a 30 minute trip, I’ll never shop at another smoke shop. The store is clean and well stocked. Prices are reasonable. But one item that was purchased at half price wasnt quality grade. They refused us a refund even though it was obviously bad. Will rethink returning.

The store is much more organized. Not only that but they are able to keep my brands and flavors in stock. Some weeks ago i noticed the employees I was used to seeing were no longer there and I believe that is the reason for the positive change is the new employees are both friendly and knowledgeable.

Usually a pretty good selection of ejuice, rolling papers, tobacco pipes, vapes, etc. I do love their points/rewards system! I’ve been here a bunch in the past 2 and a half years. Lately, the two people who are usually working at night seem annoyed/bothered by my presence. I’ve never been a rude or unpleasant customer & am not one to ask 1,000 questions either. This has made me feel like I’m a bother, so I hurry to let them know what I need and leave. Not the best feeling considering I’m a loyal paying customer.

Theres always something new theyre always up-to-date with all the new stuff I mean it cant get better than finding something online wishing you can order it, but instead you can just walk into the store and just buy it without paying shipping fees!! Pretty LARGE selection,they offer customer loyalty credits which is amazing and appreciated. NO odd feelings or discrimination feel when walking to and in the shop... only issue yes I understand busy with 1 customer only but I just wanted to get in and get out knew what I wanted... This is a pretty good location to go to if you would like to pick up Vapes or anything of that particular nature. Its never a busy store so youre able to get in and get out. The customer service is good, and theyre able to answer questions if you have any.

Staff is great and friendly i am only giving this shop a 2 star rating because they sold me expired vape juice that I was able to return just to get another expired product. Found out by going to another vape shop for coils. Just wish the staff was more knowledgeable of the product they are selling.

Outstanding Service! Brai was working tonight. Even though he didnt feel well, he was extremely helpful and courteous. This store has a vast array of vape juices and other smoking and vaping accessories (not as vast on on tanks and mods, but enough to satisfy). However they were the only store I could find that carried the specific tank I wanted. So that says something, I believe.This shop has a bit of everything and more. I was a bit apprehensive concerning prior negative reviews. Lay those aside the shop is under new management. I enquired about an new accessory I had read about (again, first time customer). Bria had never heard of it but was excited to see if he could get it stocked. Ill definitely be back.

Just went into the Lawrenceville location this morning was immediately greeted and helped by a guy named John i believe. He was very helpful and very professional. We were also set up for the vip program which i thought was awesome to earn back money!! My fiancé and i will definitely be coming back!

Pretty good place. Helpful staff and they cover all basis. One bad thing I hate to say- they dont keep up with salt nic brands. You might buy a bottle one week and they no longer sell it the following week.

I am giving Smoke n` Toke 1 out of 5 stars for multiple reasons.The sales associate who sold me the defective piece failed to mention that the same model has had known defects. An honest salesperson is critical to a business. If i cannot trust them, I refuse to go back to the establishment. Furthermore, the sorry manager that I spoke with on the phone told me that there was no way that i could return it, and a small discount was offered as a consolation. I wasted a lot of money in this establishment and urge anyone who wants to purchase a piece to go elsewhere.VERY UNSATISFIED.

Went there today (9/14/15) around 1:40. The sign said open but the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Real professional. Why not just turn the sign off? To make it worse I came back in the store when it was open and the employee was on the phone with the management getting yelled at about my review. PS management I WONT TAKE THIS DOWN JUST BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU LOOK BAD. Maybe you should know more about your own stores. Omw to bees smokeshop instead.

I used to come to the Lawrenceville location all the time, then they hired new people and my service was terrible, I recently went in and the manager who used to offer me amazing service was there, I was immediately drawn back to the store and had to ask him his name so I could leave this review... so if you’re in the lawrenceville area and need a smoke shop; come here and ask for Brai, I had to ask how to spell it for confirmation 😂 but seriously if you need anything in the smoke shop industry come back and visit Brai, cause he was seriously the most professional, knowledgeable person in the smoking industry, thank you Xhale City!

(FIRST TIME BUYER) The only reason I was looking to vape was concealment. I never had to hid it but, now I live where I cant freely smoke. I read a lot of the reviews here, and I can tell all the 5stars are fake. I can only relate to the low score reviews.I went there yesterday 04/29/2018 around nine at night (the only place thats open so late) and it was AWFUL. There was no one helpful, I asked for a pen an ooze, I even told him I wasnt sure what i was looking for. He didnt inform me on anything just pointed at what he had, so I picked the 900mah. I said it out loud, 900. He gives me an ooze 650mah. And even at the counter he asked again you wanted the 900 right? So I trusted him took my stuff and left. I got home and i double check what i got, and thats when i saw he gave me a 650MAH and my receipt says 900MAH. PS. I tried to buy more stuff but the guy didnt care at all to sell me anything. DIDNT CARE AT ALL.

I bought two vape pens from this location from the sales associate Angelo, both of my pens broke within 4 days of purchase, one pen was a display item because they were sold out of the rest... spent over 100$ all together and the only compensation they could come up with was 20% off my next purchase. I will never shop here for a pen again.

Ive purchased this product online and from various other vendors in GA includon the Gift Spot in Hiram, and this is by far the best Ive found. The prices are better than any other vendor Ive found in GA, and to me it is much better quality. I highly recommend Xhale city to anyone looking for kratom powder.*I left the same review for their Douglasville store, as it is spot on for both locations.
