I’ve only had one massage in my life and that was over 7 years ago. Today I last minute booked an appointment with CeeCee and I couldn’t stop smiling when I left. She did an excellent job. I got a deep tissue massages and I feel soooo much better. I came in super tense from months of working out and barely stretching. This service helped me so much. I would highly recommended. I’m so grateful!

I went there for a foot massage and at then1st sight everything looks perfect the only reason is because the lady did a massage was to soft 🙄 honestly my daughter do a better massage, I was expecting best results and I requested 30 min and they did less of this time

I got a 90 minute massage and it was one of the most rushed massage I have had. I mentioned the areas with tension (Legs and shoulders) but they only spent about 5 minutes on each area. It felt rushed and not enjoyable. I ended up stopping 15 minutes early because I was not relaxed and satisfied with the service. Not worth the money you pay for a massage.

My therapist was CeeCee. She did a wonderful job. Excellent job. She paid attention to her pressure as I assume some people want hard pressure but can’t handle it so she continually asked if the pressure was ok. This is my third time going there and never had a bad experience but this last time a few days ago was the best. Very professional. Lat minute appointment. No pressure for tips as I understand what the tips are about but they didn’t pressure me for what I gave. I’ll be going back.

I believe tips depends on ur service if rush and attend another customer every 15 min while I’m here not getting the proper attention why would I get more tips… Guys save ur money

I have received two massages from there both times were a same day notice where they accommodate my time and schedule. The 60 minute massage is amazing!! I always opt out of using coconut oil just regular oil because it works just fine. It is very relaxing and I might have fallen asleep 30 minutes in. They staff is very nice! I made an appointment for my fiancé recently and he stated the same thing. This was his first time and he was amazed and relaxed! I would recommend it.

First time coming here and I feel like things definitely need to be change in order for them to get four stars or higher. My therapist started off good then towards the middle she stay in one spot the whole time then got to hard on my back that I had to tell her to ease up. The massage didn’t even last an hour. I was done around 4:45pm, my appointment was at 4pm. I mean come on, I’m paying for an hour!! Another thing, the walls are so thin you can hear the next person conversation. It was hard for me to concentrate and relax. Not bad people, but the things that take place should be fix. I will not return.

Walked in with a 65mn massage gift certificate, staff looked at the gift certificate for a minute and told me to come back, since they had appointments coming. That should’ve been fine if they told me a bit more quickly, instead of looking so confused, I wonder would it have been different if I had walked in without the gift certificate.

I went there for deep tissue service for 60 minutes. This place had a great service and the massage was really effective. The ladies are really professional and I will definitely come back again.

I took my daughter to Spring massage for her birthday and decided to get a massage while I was there with her. The massage was OK, really no complaints there. Where I have an issue is at the end of my service they added $10 on to my charge for the use of coconut oil. Keep in mind the masseuse, who did not speak good English, did not inform me that the charge was $10 and if she did I did not understand that was what she was saying. The icing on the cake came after my bill was given to me and I put the gratuity I felt the service deserved; it was then that the cashier quickly pointed out to me that I must pay at least 20% gratuity to which I declined because I had already spent $10 on coconut oil. The nerve of them trying to force someone to pay gratuity that they deem sufficient.

Ive been here so many times, but this time they said it was an extra $10 for deep tissue massage for the Head to toe massage. Maybe its something new. My massage was not thorough bc I chose to not pay $10 extra dollars. That should be already included within the massage in my opinion. I will not be coming back.

This place is clean and its staff is sweet and very capable. Deep tissue is my favorite! By the end of the session, I am so relaxed that I could stay asleep.Prices are fair for the quality of service you get.

After seeing the recent reviews and knowing the mangement changed back in Feburary, I had to try it out and im glad i did! The way how they handle the service and the prices too as well how they handle you as a person was soo amazing, They treat you with immense amount of kindness and professionalism. The massages themselves are also very relaxing and they ask you how much pressure on the massage you would like and thats very very helpful, and towards the end when they give you hot stones that relaxes your muscles and the warm towellets its the best part to feel relived as my first time im definitely coming here again wish i could give more stars!Also make sure to call to book a spot so it can be easier for you.

I was able to walk in on a Tuesday night and get a great massage without waiting at all. I went in for soreness in my shoulders and I felt much better the next morning. The pressure wasn’t too hard or too soft.

My husband and I have been coming here for years, and even though weve now moved away, any time we can, we make a special effort to come back to Spring Massage. The ladies know what theyre doing and we love the 60min couples massage (which includes hot stones at the end) - we always leave feeling like all the knots have been worked out and we are so relaxed its hard to drive! Even though we read the reviews and saw this is yet another place that’ll pressure you into paying more money we figured let’s just try it out. The lady that did the massage was phenomenal, but as expected the receptionist tried to pressure me into paying more than what I was comfortable paying. These kinds of acts are frowned upon and very nasty you shouldn’t do these kinds of things… you would think after 40+ bad reviews of customers complaining they would have stopped doing this yet they continue to do so.. if you go pay cash just in case who knows if they over charge you as well…

The wait was too long it was a hour. It wasnt a weekend so that was shocking. They had two people. I left and came back because I live close by. The massage was ok but you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. I have gotten a better value at other massage places. They pulled out Vaseline instead of real massage oil.

This is the second place I have ever gone to get a Massage. I came in and they were all busy, asked to come back in 30 Min. I came back and they were still a little behind but they let me go ahead and relax in a room while I waited. It was very relaxing and peaceful. When I came out I felt great and 10 ft tall. I had my head down but I believe when she was finished on my back she placed warm rocks on my back and used a warm towel to wipe off the excess oils. Very relaxing and would come back again. Suggestion: Make an Appointment, they are good which makes them busy!

I wish i could give even mroe stars to be honest, the service and the professionlism and the enviroment here is amazing and the way they treat you is so nice and kind and the massages themselves are very veeery relaxing and then afterwards they give you hot stones afterwards and hot towels to wipe you down its the best. Annd the staff as well are soo kind and friendly its just really the best. Alsooo theres other options of massage to choose from its very helpful, This place is a must try and makes me to come back!

I stopped in while I was out to make a same day couples appt for later that evening and to review pricing.I spoke to a women who kept telling to call in to schedule an appt.Why would I do that when I was standing right there???Turns out it was for the best.When I returned to my car, I looked at there rating and, it wasnt Great to say the least.It prompted me to look for another spa.Found one in Buford, it was great, they were friendly, professional, had great ratings and booked my appt for that evening without any challenges.

Getting an appointment is better than just walking in. The do a great job. I always feel better when I leave. I tell everyone about Spring Massage and the only negative is there is a bit of a language issue. The have thick accents. That is not a problem for me

Booked appointment online for 10:30 am. They were offering $10 off if booked during midday. So I told them I wanted the $50 day time special. She said Ok and I received my massage. She was very good and I would go back except when I paid her the $50 and then offered her a $10 tip she looked at me funny and said you should give me more tip cause I worked hard. It just ruined my experience there and I won’t go back again.

I go in for 10 minute massages regularly. Today was different, one of the lady’s said that my 10 minute massage which is usually $12 was $15... so I was guessing they raised the price or something, but realized that she was just trying to get extra money out of me. When I payed at the register she forced me to leave a tip and I left her $2 already upset that she overcharged me then she even had the audacity to tell me that’s all I’m leaving here for a tip? She shook her head and pointed me to the door. I just couldn’t believe how disrespectful she was. I’m going to be looking for another place to get a massage because they’re sketchy!

This place is amazing, I feel great after a combo body and foot massage. She also pays attention to detail i mentions my stiff neck on one side and that was a focal point. Will def come back. Thank you!!

If your not a big tipper this place is not for you! I tipped $6 and the lady was upset and said that’s it!? (Now that i think about it I shouldn’t have tipped at all) she wanted more money and said no big tip no service

I saw Jenny yesterday for a 60 minute massage. It was my very first one ever! She really paid attention the my knots and took care of me. I feel a little sore today but so much better than I have been. Thank you so much Jenny, I will come and see you again.

Having back and waist pain after massage,need to get an x-ray and hope am still fine bcos she used to much energy with the standing massage.Never allow that lady step on your back,which she did without asking if I am ok with it or hv a history of any bone issue or surgery before standing on my back..Am still nursing my pains with ointment,massage and heat for a week now just hope she didnt break my bones,inhuman lady.

My masseuse always does a fantastic job. My wife says hers isnt consistent even though we always get the same massage when we go. Ask for the lady, possibly owner, with the short/shoulder length hair 👍

This was my first time to this place and the lady, Jenny, I believe, was magnificent. She hit ALL the right spots and I didnt feel uncomfortable with her. However, when I paid, the other lady watched over my shoulder to see how much i tipped and proceeded to tell me i need to leave more. ALOT more. Nope not okay in my book. So be prepared for that if u choose this place. Besides that I highly recommend it.

Massage was ok. Got there at 9pm they close at the10 pm once we were finished It was 1015 went to pay and left tip the lady said you had 2 people plus we went over in time. Ok I paid for 2 people and left the tip that I thought was best for the massage we got. I thought it was very unprofessional and rude to ask for more tip.
