Went to cloud 9 in the hope of getting a new hookah. Eric was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked many questions. He was able to give me his own personal review on the hookahs which helped me ultimately reached my decision. If you are in the market for a new hookah or anything related to vapes he is your person.

They didnt seem very concerned that Im now out $150 and they didnt really offer any other solutions other then to go online. I guess I should have done that to begin with.

It was my first time shopping here and I’m pretty much going to be a customer here for life. I had so many questions, but the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me to picking the right products for my needs. They have everything you can think of from hookahs, disposable vapes, water pipes, vape juices, etc. Prices were a STEAL here compared to the smoke shops I used to go to. Highly recommend!

Kevin always takes care of me when I come through the shop, they got everything from disposables, paper, glass, vapes and CBD products for great prices. I would never go to any smoke shop other than Cloud9, they are truly the best with customer service and satisfaction. I always leave here with a smile on my face with the best products.

They usually have my vape stuff in stock, store is always clean. Would give 5 stars, but here lately they have been a little over zealous and forceful trying to sell more stuff than I am wanting, which I dont mind normally, but does get a bit irritating when it is non stop the entire time I am there.

Very cool place, great glass and amazing prices

I have been visiting the smoke shop for almost a year. The staff is always extremely helpful the store is always spotless. Unfortunately they keep selling me products that are laced with insecticides causing severe migraines from being poisoned this is on the second time they have done this to me I am currently on my way there to speak to the manager to see if he will do anything about me spending $50 for a tube of poison. Its supposed to elevate your mood not kill you with with disabilitating migraines

This location ALWAYS has what I need. Every time I go in for a new elf bar/disposable vape, they have every flavor and sometimes even new ones. Their Delta 8 and CBD products are also always on point. 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my boyfriend went to Cloud9 earlier today. We bought a variety of things and the two co-workers (Maddie and I can’t remember the other guys name) were extremely helpful and patient with us. We had purchased a glass piece. It was raining and we walked to our car I slipped and fell and broke the piece! The employees were very nice and helpful. They contacted their manager as well as the store owner, and we were able to purchase the same piece for 40% off. I was very impressed with their service today, and we will be returning!

Terrible owner and workers. Imagine paying 15%-20% more on every product that you come in wanting to buy. I would relate cloud 9 to a Publix. You might get a deal every year or so, but you’re going to be paying the marked up price when Walmart is just around the corner for the same item

Dont spend your cash at this place. Sold me a defective device and told me there was nothing they could do. Vape pen kept firing on its own and wouldnt stop. $70 down the drain. As a loyal customer, I can say that I wouldnt buy another product from them and I would suggest you didnt either. Wouldnt even swap it out for a new device.

Cloud ☁️ 9 in Lawrenceville had a large selection on a variety items. Lawrence, who helped us find the right vape & juice, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to the situation, & seemed like he wanted to help, which is hard to find in these types of establishments. 👍👍 They even remedied a situation where another item was defective.

The girl with the blue eyes is a horrible employee she rude , disrespectful ignored me when I asked her a question and only speaks when she wants you to buy the most expensive things she has horrible customer service.

I went in looking for CBD products for my dog (that has epilepsy) and all the employees were extremely knowledgeable about the products offered. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a battery pen for my cart i used like once twice went off i charged and still didnt work. they wodlnt even test for themselves and they didnt exchange credit or nothing and it wasnt even a full day i got it wont gomthere again...try VAPE CABIN MORE STUFF
