World Of Smoke - Vape CBD Hookah & Smoke

The staff is so helpful!!! I’ve been spending so much time here… their selection is very diverse and always a smile every visit which means a lot in a world we’re good service is so hard to come by!!

I gave them a 1 because I couldn’t give them a 0. I went in on July 4th to buy some hookah. I explained to the guy in great detail that I don’t do anything sweet the only flavor I do is commissioner which they didn’t have and blueberry with mint. I like a more strong flavor. I looked at one that seemed as if it might be good and kept trying to sale me the skittles saying how good it was and not sweet at all, I even joked and said you know skittles is a candy he said it’s not sweet trust me. I told him that I don’t do sweet again. He said that it’s very popular and he promised I wouldn’t be disappointed. I left to go to the place we were going to the owner of the hookah club brought the hookah out to me after preparing it and said it’s super sweet you won’t like it, because he knows us well. I called the store back on Saturday and explained the situation to an employee and of course it didn’t go well. I asked him to speak with the guy who sold it to me or to the manager. He called me back and said since it’s opened they can’t take it back (Of course it’s opened how would I know that it’s horrible), but they can give me 30% off of the one I want. why would I waste the $21.00 on one that I can’t and won’t use, and then go into the same establishment to spend more money with them. Being a business owner of 20 plus years myself my customer would never leave unhappy or call back with an issue that I didn’t make right. They very well could have taken it back and either sold it discounted, sent it back or something it didn’t cost them $20 to buy it. It’s unfortunate because it’s literally not even 5 mins from my house and I was happy to see it opened there because we smoke a lot of hookah and they had other things there I would have purchased as well. I wouldn’t go in there to buy anything from them at all. Perhaps if the employee wasn’t so busy commenting on my body, perfume and if I lived in the area he would have known what he was talking about with Hookah flavors.

World of smoke Shop is hands down the best spot in town! The staff is super friendly and helped me find the perfect vape juice. Theyve got a huge selection of flavors and devices, and the atmosphere is chill and inviting. Definitely my go-to for all things vaping!

World of Smoke located in Lawrenceville , Ga in the Sugarloaf Pointe shopping center puts most other smoke shops to shame: they have an unbelievably wide selection of inventory in all areas, including disposable vapes, hookah and hookah supplies, CBD edibles, and an unbelievably aesthetically pleasing shop. It truly elevates the smoke shop experience to the feeling of being in an exclusive boutique, which is an experience Ive never had and I have frequented many smoke shops. All that being said, what truly set this experience apart from all of my other experiences was the truly wonderful, warm and caring attendant, Viki, And how in a 10 minute exchange he was able to completely turn what had been a terrible day for various reasons around, the most pertinent of which being the fact that I had stopped at a gas station nearby to world of smoke to get a vape, and lets just say that the gentleman at the other establishment tried to charge me over $30 for a 5000 hit Kado bar and acted like he was doing me a favor!!! On the other hand at World Of Smoke Vape, Vikis energy was warm, welcoming, and just so comforting. A true gentleman, extremely knowledgeable about all of the products on the shelves, and a truly caring individual. I have a hand brace and most people just watch me struggle, esp store clerks, but Viki took it upon himself to make sure that he carefully placed the bag on my hand as I left the store, that I was comfortable and able to carry it and is just a pleasure to be in the Company of. Hes the type of person who can brighten your entire day with one smile and its true and genuine. Not to mention that World of Smoke has the best selection and prices, Customer Service excellence with incredible inventory, incredibly knowledgeable staff, and a really upscale experience in terms of how neat and aesthetically pleasing the store is? Sounds like a winner to me. 💯I am pleased and proud to tell everyone I know that they need to start going to the World Of Smoke Vape and CBD smoke shop on Sugarloaf in the Sugarloaf shopping center in Lawrenceville. In todays world nobody really seems to care or take the time to think about anyone elses experience and how they might feel or what they might be going through, and there are exceptions, but they are a few and far between. Viki is one of these rare exceptions. His presence comes off as genuine because it is genuine; this was the best experience Ive ever had in a smoke shop. The fifth star was secured because of Vikis all around excellence, knowledgeability, attention to customer, service excellence, and in a world like todays it should always be acknowledged when an individual truly does care and reaches out beyond whatever theyre required to do and do more because its the right thing to do in their mind. This place was an Amazing lift to my Spirit, just walking in though the door. Shop is pristine and orderly, set up very crisp and professional. The inviting atmosphere draws you through the door and Viki greets you warmly and helps you find each item you came for quickly and expertly. Have been going to this location since they were Big Bang vape. The new changes and management have definitely improved the experience. Great selections - and they have recently started putting out tester vapes to sample before you buy which is always a huge plus.

The staff is very nice and always friendly and their prices are always lowest then other stores Ive already gone.

People beware cause this place and other stores this man owns Will not work with you once a sell has been made . I bought a smok vape nord 4 here and before a month was up the damn thing stop working.I bought several juices and cartridges3 packs . My husband bought a vape here as well .So we purchased a fair amount, before 30 days are up my vape stopped working.I had to have life threatening neck surgery and could no longer smoke cigarettes.My sweet husband got me a vape . I couldn’t do anything, had to sleep I. A head gear ., I’m sorry but that’s just wrong!!!They should be ashamed. I just want people to know this owner WILL NOT make it right. So be sure to find out there return policy. Cause I feel they just ripped me off .This guy owns 10 other stores so buyer beware. We even sent a friend there but he’s been told they don’t take care of repeat customers. None of us will be going back . I don’t have money to throw away at this lousy company. I’m sure many people don’t . But they should replace my pod . Bad business. The pod is faulty. My husband’ and I are on a fixed income and in our 60s and older .We are good people and have been in lawrenceville over 35 years . It’s not like the pod is old , much less than 30 days .
