Lots of Pros for this place, but there are some things that aren’t so ideal.Pros:1-They were able to accommodate a couples massage with just a few hours notice.2-The massage was nice and the massage therapists were very pleasant.3-The facility seems very clean.4-The price is affordable for a 1-hour fullbody massage.Cons:1-My biggest issues were when I went to pay, I used my credit card and they automatically added a $4 fee which they never disclosed to me. I would have brought cash instead to avoid a pretty large fee. ADDITIONALLY, I didn’t leave a tip on my card and the secretary/manager says “NO Tip?!”. I had already left a tip in the massage room, and when I told her that, she had both of the massage therapists go get the cash and bring it to her before completing my payment. I always tip my massage therapists, but even if I hadn’t, that experience shouldn’t have been handled like that.2-It isn’t very quiet. Luckily when we were there, no other customers were in the building. But we could hear the other staff talking and walking around because all that is between each “room” is a curtain and some type of room divider. From other reviews, I’m guessing people go there more for reflexology versus full body massages.3-The massage is VERY routine. My spouse and I compared our massages after and we both had nearly the same massage. Adding to this, there was a language barrier so explaining more troublesome areas and how hard or soft to massage was difficult.Though I do think people can benefit from their services, it is the price point that really makes it worth it. BUT DON’T FORGET TO TIP AT THE DESK, OTHERWISE YOU WILL PROBABLY BE CALLED OUT.

Beautiful location, quiet atmosphere, kind people. In town for a wedding and after all that dancing definitely needed a full body massage. Thank you for being just what I needed.

To be completely open about this particular picture, if I were to ever get a tattoo it would look something similar to this, with perhaps a few modifications.I am so grateful for the calming peaceful atmosphere. The generosity and kindness of the staff. I suffer from a lot of hip pain and have been utilizing the reflexology for overall health care and pain. They are so tentative, providing respect for quality and compassionate service. I’m definitely grateful this is my second time there and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the need to be nourished by massage. You will not be disappointed! Your health and overall well-being is worth it!

I love this place! I love that I dont have to set an appointment 3 weeks ahead just to get a good massage. I love that if my feet hurt I can spend 30 minutes and make them feel better. I love it if my body hurts I can take 60 minutes and make it feel better. I love that I can combine the two if I want to spoil myself.You cant beat the price, Im never disappointed with the service, and I can typically just go and I need it instead of waiting for a schedule to open up.CityLife Massage has become a genuine blessing to me.

I had an amazing 75-minute foot reflexology at Citylife Massage. The therapist listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to my needs. The pressure was just right and he focused on the areas that were causing me the most tension. The prices here are very affordable, don’t expect champagne when you’re paying beer prices. I also tip $20 for $55 massage because these masseuses work hard and they deserve a good tip. The level of service was excellent and I left feeling relaxed and stress-free.

I typically have a good experience with this place, but I left very disappointed.My masseuse was interrupted three times during my massage, at one point another person stepped in when he had to take care of a matter. Because of this my massage was rushed.He spent about 10 minutes doing the same repetitive motion on my head(which was annoying) and about 4 minutes poking and prodding at my back.I was expecting him to acknowledge this when it came time to pay but he didn’t. I had already set aside a certain amount of cash for this and the tip was included. I really wish I hadn’t tipped him an additional $20, but I was concerned the other masseuse who worked on my friend wouldn’t receive her $20 tip had I stiffed him.I’m really disappointed. I usually go here once a month for a massage, but I think I’ll be looking for another place.

Really great place for the price! Its clean and the reflexology massage is very good. However, there is often an interruption during the massage where the person doing the massage leaves to attend to the front desk, but their prices really are unbeatable! The reflexology massage is my go-to because they massage from head to toe without undressing. The staff is really nice and they take care of everything when you need help.

I do not believe all the therapists have actual massage licenses. My therapist was so rough, I asked 4 times to stop and please be more gentle before ending my massage 20 minutes early. I had scratches and bruising on my back. I loved the first part of soaking feet and hand massage that was done with the lady but I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I still paid for my massage in full but did not leave a tip because my massage was not even completed. This man is seriously going to injure someone.

Ownership change and won’t honor gift card. I was given a gift card for a massage here a few months ago and when I want to use it they said that it has a new owner and name so I was out of luck.

My wife and I tried City Life massage for the first time and it was was a very pleasant experience. It started with a foot soak while lying on our back. This was follow by a head, neck, and shoulder rub. Then, they massaged our arms, hands, and fingers. They then massaged our feet and calves. We then turned over on our belly and they massaged our shoulders and back. This is done in the open, fully clothed. It was very relaxing and only $45 for one hour. While they did not speak much English, they acted professionally and friendly. Cash is the preferred method of payment due to Credit Card fees.

This is my first time ever getting a deep tissue massage. My husband booked us a couples massage here. I wish I got the name of the lady in the front. She was the one that performed my massage. I am 24 weeks pregnant and she definitely took extra steps to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care off. My husband and I have agreed that we will continue to come back here as often as we can. We both are super sore after our massage but we felt so relaxed after. They definitely know what they are doing here. So glad my husband found them.

I called to see if there was an opening and there wasnt at the time, but they called me back shortly after that when there was a cancellation and fit me in. Great customer service. I did a 60 minute combo massage and the foot part was great, but the back part was even better. My therapist was excellent, very thorough. Good service at a good price. Highly recommended.

Worst massage ever!! There may be people here who do a good job but that was not my experience. I got the man and he was very rough. I told them I had strained my lower back and he proceeded to push very hard over most of my back. Fortunately not as hard on my lower back. I told him it hurt and even asked him to stop at one point. I don’t think he understands English. That should be a requirement. I’m still sore 2 days later. My back feels bruised in some spots. I couldn’t wait for it to be over. If you must go, ask for a women.

Horrible experience. We had an appointment for 3:30, when arrived we had to wait in line anyway for about 30 minutes. The massage happens in a group setting, no walls, you’re Right next to strangers, i had a man snoring really loud through my whole session. When the massage was done and it was time to pay, they did not honor the price advertised, charging extra for the massage and charging a mandatory tip, a pre-defined amount of their choice as well. When i contested the price i got yelled at in a different language and the lady stormed out saying things that i did not understand but sounded pretty offensive. Would not come back or recommend to anyone, i was hoping to relax and came home more stressed than i left

I have been coming to this place for the last two years. Their staff are doing a good job overall. Recently I had a massage performed by Perter.OMG!!! he did such an excellent work on my stiff neck and shoulders. He was very careful with one of my weak knee event his English is limited. His performance shows me how much he loves his job and cares about his clients. I will keep coming back for his service. Two thumbs up for PETER !!!!!:).

12152021: This is a great place for a massage. I went in to have my feet and calves done to improve circulation, and while my feet were soaking the therapist massaged my temples, forehead, and jawline. Then after my feet were done they threw in a back, shoulder, neck and leg massage. All this for $40. It was quiet and serene and comfortable.

They offer many services and there prices are very good. The reflexology is amazing and for only $35. If your looking for a a stronger massage the men will be worth your time. If your looking for a relaxing experience the women are better suited for the task. Either way its amazing!

The bed is itchy, the misuse’s nails kept digging into me, they were too rough (even after I asked them to be softer), and the oil they use smells awful. Those are the reasons I didn’t leave a tip. I will not go here again.

I had the massage and acupressure massage and both were phenomenal. Beautiful place! Talented masseuses. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend! The architecture massage actually eased back pain I had for 10 days. I had tried chiropractic care and home remedies to no avail. This did the trick!

Great place and great prices just a heads up... They ask for tips at the end. I wish they would just include what they expect someone to tip in their asking price because this make people feel uncomfortable. Especially the people I gave gift cards to didnt know a tip was expected and they certainly didnt have any extra to give.

The owners are a man and women team and both are there all the time together. This was an important fact to create a safe space and build trust faster so I could just relax. The place is clean, the beds and chairs are comfortable. They both do a great job at creating a relaxing experience and the prices allow you to go more often. I have taken my wife once, and myself three times for 1 hour full body massage. My hope is to get there more often, since after a week of working out or flying around the globe can leave me in knots, and they are great at working them out. Multiple techniques and hot stones are used.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not even sure if the person who was massaging me is licensed.First put so much pressure on my body I could literally not breathe it was so painful especially near my neck it felt like he could of snapped me in half at any moment. Used an awful lotion that made me itchy and break out in a rash. I had them stop the service 10 mins in it was so awful. Wish I could get a refund for this trash experience.

The reason I’m rating them a (2) is for two major reasons that stood out particularly to me.1. The masseuse didn’t take out the knots she clearly felt in my back. She casually disregarded them instead of focusing on why I had gone to get a massage in the first place.(Mind you I had to get another service done in that same visit cause I still felt tension in my shoulders and back)2. After I paid, the masseuse had the nerve to ask me how much I was leaving for a tip!! 🤨That is a no no here in the United States and it’s VERY DISRESPECTFUL.The masseuse solely ruined my whole experience and single handedly brought back any tension and discomfort taken away with that question, INSTANTLY!!! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤬Theses particular establishment/businesses obviously have ulterior motives. (Pinch your pocket for more than what your already paying)If it wasn’t for those two things I would have had a great experience. Clean and relaxing. Consistently good!Highly recommend the reflexology. The reflexology starts with a warm foot soak while they massage your face and head. After, they do your upper body, working down towards the feet. The best part! The perfect amount of pressure is applied. Then, you turn over and they massage your back and neck. I always feel relaxed, refreshed, and grounded after. Wear loose and comfy clothes.

The individual who gave me a massage was unlicensed as a massage therapist according to the Utah department of professional licensing. Unprofessional, discourteous and unpleasant. Will not and would not go again.
