I go to this store pretty frequently (once or twice a week I KNOW I KNOW NOT GOOD) what i will say for anyone that saw the post about the 16yr old daughter that is a complete lie and the response was worded very well, after 2 years of consistent shopping here I still get IDed im not complaining just stating the facts. Even when i had gotten my wallet stolen at my gym these guys would not sell to me, not even with a picture and our history. So if you are thinking these guys just sell to kids think again, and if your kids have life360 and you notice they are frequenting corner stores in ogden then thats where you need to be looking. This store and the employees are very reputable and nice, it is one of my favorite weekly errands i run because they spark up a conversation and we are talking for 20+ minutes at times.

Everybody there has been extremely helpful and friendly. Dalton is very knowledgeable of the products and has always had a solution when I came in with a problem. This is my default place to buy vape supplies. Hands-down, the best I’ve ever dealt with.

Jacob Skinner is awesome, he already knows what I want as soon as I get to the counter. Always has great juice recommendations and is so friendly. Definitely one of my favorite employees there. Give him a raise!

The manager Dalton has amazing customer service skills, and is always so kind. All of the staff is so welcominging, and knowledgeable. I always walk out laughing or with a smile on my face. 10/10 recommend this shop!

Just visited the store and I wanted to say every time I’m there’s a treat me first class!I had an exchange a month ago no questions asked. And they’re very knowledgeable about their product. Thank you vapor lock.I just wanted to say, and I’m 54 years that i’ve worked retail previously for about 15 years as a store manager for a grocery chain . I know what customer services and when you’re giving it . I received the best customer service in my life at Vaploc on 9/23 . I went in there angry and wanted to return my mod and just be done with Vaploc. The employee made what was wrong from another employee right for me. He went above and beyond, and I felt was very genuine. You have a customer for life!

I have been twice and they were so incredibly kind and helpful both times. Their customer service is impeccable and always goes above and beyond what is expected. I had an issue and they were so quick to rectify it and even swapped out my cartridge and atomizer for me without hesitation. I didnt even know vape shops would do that. I am super impressed! Skinner, I think his name was. So helpful and polite. Assembled my vape for me, showed me how to use it. They had a sweet deal, vape + coil + vape juice for $50. Stopped here randomly, from Riverton. Such a great experience! My husband has been going here for 4+ years and I went in to get his juice and was pleasantly surprised at the genuine kindness of the employees.I recently came back to purchase something for myself and Skinner went above and beyond to help me! This shop is something special.

I stop by here frequently and all the staff are super friendly and helping! Came in one time explaining to one of the employees there that I feel like I’m going through coils more often then usual. The employee that helped me out was super nice and showed me how to properly set up a coil! Always satisfied with the service I get every time I drop by.

I am in the military and I have been in Utah for almost 5 years. This place was the first place I went to for vape juice/equipment. I have been to other places here and this is the only place that always has what ever I need and the service was always amazing. They have military discounts but that is not why I come here. These people remember you and are so friendly. I highly recommend this place over any where else. Best place for juice and disposables! Always looking to expand the products and I would say have something new almost every few weeks.

Just went in there and was so impressed with the service. I forgot to asked his name but curly short hair, mustache and tatts on the arms. He was able to fix my tank and mod when the other shop didn’t want to take the time to help me. Something as simple as the coil I had in the tank, he explained that was the reason. Thank you bringing my device back to life. Finally found a shop I can count on since moved here to Ogden.

These guys are great. I’ve been to just about every other vape shop in the area. But these guys are the best. They always remember me when I walk in. The gentleman they helped me was amazing! As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted almost immediately. I told him exactly what I “thought” I needed(I don’t know anything about my mod) and he took the time to explain to me the different things about all of everything. Not to mention he was hilarious while doing so.He even helped me set up my mod with the new tank and what not. I would highly recommend this vape shop to anyone!

Ive been shopping here for years. The owner is rude, but the employees can be pretty awesome when he isnt around. Seems like a silly way to run a business if you ask me!Ive had to deal with returning a mod due to a faulty part. The owner handed me a 6 months + used replacement part (the tank. Gross. Had scratches and dirt on it etc.) and expected me to be happy with the offer. He eventually gave me a new tank, one which was working correctly. Point is, I shouldnt have to be practically begging for help when Im paying retail price on these.This was my worst experience with them, however, every time Im in there I ask myself why?

Wow. I have never gotten better service from a retail store. Not only did they help me with my problem but they also fixed the problem for me. Was looking for an atomizer and the guy working there prepped it for me and put it on my vape to make sure it worked. I’ve NEVER had a vape shop offer to do that. SUCH nice employees. Huge selection of juices. I would give ten stars if possible.

Got me setup with a new starter kit. The GeekVape model is working great. The new tank design with the airflow on top of the tank does NOT leak. Im a truck driver and simply changing elevation with the other tank leaked alot. Thanks.

I went in not knowing anything about vaping or exactly what I wanted. I was looking to quit smoking and this shop was recommended to me. I did not expect much when I walked in but I was impressed with the the guy who helped me ( red head sorry I do not remember his name). He treated me with professionalism and answered all my questions. They may be a little more expensive then some other shops but their service, knowledge make up for it. Will definitely be back and will send as much business my way as I can.

I got a mod from here a couple weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went back in today because I needed to get a new mod and again the employees that where there today where great, they were very informative and helped me pick out a great mod. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a new mod or some juice.

This place has some great workers. Really friendly and all but watch out cuz @gotam just a block and a half away has the same stuff for 20% cheaper. No membership or anything required. Had to go in today to remember how much VaporLoc charges to confirm the price difference. Gotam also has beer, snacks, legit hats and merch. Idk if this is helpful but I know where Ill be going. Way too over priced. a little bottle of juice is $10 and when you get it, its like scented water, theres no flavor. $25 for an even smaller bottle of premium drip juice is even more outrageous. Ive never had such low quality and Im not going back nor recommending this place to anyone. Ill stick to the legitimate businesses that are 5 and 10 minutes away from this shop that dont charge an arm and a leg, where even their cheapest they wouldnt recommend to anyone is still better quality. absolutely do not go here unless you want to torture your wallet and lungs.

Love this place. Google says open at 9am...but it needs to say opens whenever we want very frustrating cause this is my go to shop. But like to hit it at 9am when they are suppose to open...but they never are until 10 sometimes 11am. ALWAYS CALL BEFORE YOU GO

Ive been in here 3 or 4 times now, and everytime has been great. Im terrible at remembering names, but its always the same two guys behind the counters. I dont vape exclusively, so I dont come in very often, but they still seem to remember me. Theyre both awesome fellas. They help me figure out what I need. When Ive bought new mods, they help me put them together, so I can use it as soon as I walk out the door (and that way I know its set up right, since I know next to nothing). Their selection of mods is pretty large, and theyve got tons of flavors. The only problem I have with this place is that I always end up spending too much 💰money💰! 🤣

Use to go there a lot before they moved to a new location. Here is my opinions and experiences. I met the owner, he was cool to me. Although Ive never tried to return anything. My wife went in there by herself with no knowledge about vaping, to purchase her set up. She got ripped off and they took complete advantage of her. Sold her a clone mod and clone rda for more than the real ones cost. Then turned around and sold her 2 batteries for $28 each. She left spending almost $200 Out the door for a $20 mod, $15 rda and $4 batteries. That was the point I was done being loyal to them. I only go there when I absolutely have to (maybe 1 time every 6 months). Good selection of juice but extremely expensive.

I have been a loyal customer at Vapor Loc for over 2 years. The crew is knowledgable about their products. They have a lot of variety of E-juice and they are very flavorful. I love that they will Deliver their products to your door and have drawings every month. Vapor loc takes care of me every time I visit them. Very nice, fun group of people.

Not a good choice. I went in there as a first time user and was over charged.The battery they sold me for $39.99 I later found out sells for $20 at most other stores.But the service was good I have to say that much. But I will not be going back I just hate being taken advantage of.

I went into vaporloc to purchase some juice for my older brother as a birthday present. I was told that aqua rainbow drops would be a very good flavor. So I bought a bottle for him and a bottle for myself so I could try it before giving it to my brother(in case it wasnt that good). So I tried it and I tasted nothing but a chemical Lysol taste. Which is fine because I do have a sensitivity to certain flavors. But then I called in and asked if I could swap out the UNOPENED bottle for something I would actually like. Their response was no but I can give you a 10% discount on another bottle. If the bottle is unopened and the seal is not broken, why would you not swap it out? Talk about money hungry people. That was about 6 months ago. I havent been back since and I sure as hell will never return.

When I first walked in I immediately got the impression of a brand new business. Ive shopped at other vape shops in the Layton and Riverdale areas and though they also have great products their customer service was greatly lacking.The customer relationship at Vapor Loc, their trust and knowledge of their product is by far better than the competition. Vapor Locs expertise and expert customer service is so worth it. The guys were very friendly and greeted me right when I walked in. I felt very welcome. Their selection was huge and I they had the parts and accessories for my setup I was looking for in stock.Yes, they do cost a little bit more. BUT you get what you pay for.My only suggestion would be to play music in the store. the place was quiet as a tomb.

My mom used to go here when I was younger, I don’t go here at all because I live in bountiful, but I was in the Layton area today, and let me just tell you, I’m definitely coming back every time I need anything vape. Bought some juice, then came back in to buy a tfv12 prince, told the guy that vapor waves was selling them for 45 and he was super awesome. Also got a hoodie. Love this place. Love the service.

Great place. Cheap prices on set ups that are great quality. But charging an arm and leg for juice that costs $3.25 bucks a gallon for them makes it not worth going.

Idk how Ill rate this spot honestly. I spent allot of money here less than a month ago. Paid for my batteries separately. Took a trip to Reno and left the charger for my batteries in nv. Finally got charger back last night. Seems one of the batteries is a dud. Wont charge. I have a receipt and will be going in in the morning. Lets see how i am treated.UPDATEGot new batteries. No problem.

Ive been a vapor loc loyal customer for over a year now. Ive been to many vape stores from Ogden to Draper, from the upscale, uptight stores to the simplest hole in the wall store. I have never found such great service, knowledgeable staff and an owner that truly cares about his customers, as I have at Vapor Loc. Sure, you pay a little more than some other places but its worth it for all the extra you receive. Not to mention the drawings, shipping if you need it, home delivery, and the free cook out on every other Saturday. Keep up the great work guys. You rock.

I love this place. The only issue I have had is the replacement coil heads. I have had the same issue for 2 of my tanks since I have started going here for a title over a year. The coil heads for both the falcon tank, my baby prince tank and my tfv12 tank only seem to last a couple days. One of the coils was completely shorted right out of the box. The first time I had this issue, they told me I wasnt priming it right. I said ok and started priming it better. Now, I bought a falcon coil head 2 days ago. Primed the inside, primed the outside, filled it and let it sit for 20 minutes. Its burnt already. I dont run them dry either.Im not blaming the store or the employees at all, I just question where they are getting their coils. But if Im going to continue having this issue, I will go back to my old vape shop that I never had an issue with

If you go to any other shop for your vape coils, juices or mods this is a Public Service Announcement to immediately stop and only go to Vapor Loc in Layton! Now you might think I’m crazy but let me just explain to you why. When walking into Vapor Loc the temperature immediately rises by 80 degrees because you will be greeted by one of the good looking guys that work there. When you lock eyes with one of them just know that steam rises and your knees will buckle and become weak.I personally play damsel in distress and have them change my coil so I can spend those few extra minutes taking in the scene like I’m staring at the Mona Lisa trying to memorize every paint stroke that created this masterpiece. Come inside and enjoy the layout of the place while taking the time to have a solid conversation that will make you leave feeling like you just won the lottery.Regardless of who you are and what you like this place will never disappoint they stand behind the things they sell and don’t ever try and get you to buy something you don’t need. This is an Original vape shop, with great staff and even greater juices. The prices are unbeatable, and filling out a stamp card is fast and when its full you get a whole bottle of juice for like less than 5 bucks

The service here is great and the store is a huge improvement over the last location they had. The prices are still pretty high for all products they sell, compared to the competition of similar products and size.

The house juice is not bad but its the only juice worth the price. Everything else is waaaay to over priced. Naked is 27 dollars. Are you kiding me.
