The staff is friendly and really helpful They offer the best variety of juices and vapes, and their prices are reeasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is a great place, the customer service is AMAZING! I only have one negative, they dont carry SMOK vapes, which are my personal favorite. But they were able to get me a great device that works just like my SMOK products do. And they have a good selection of vape juice, theyre never out of my kind. The service is above and beyond! I wont shop anywhere else!

These guys are amazing. Great attitudes, great service, and if you vape ultrabar its the only place to go. They also have a rewards program that is crazy. You buy to ultra bars for fifty bucks (26 something with tax for one normally) and you get around $1.35 back a bar. I bought 4 bars over a couple weeks and had close to $6 rewards. Spectacular.

Amazing staff! We sat and had a 40 minute trouble shooting session on my leaky tank before he was comfortable selling me a new one. They have all kinds of great discounts and great tasting juices. Do yourself a favor and try the fog father.
I have been to the CVB store 3 times now after being referred there by a friend. All 3 instances have been identical in the most desirable way possible. I’ve received nothing but top notch friendly and knowledgeable customer service every visit. The guarantee on 30ml bottles of E-juice is proof of their working business model. I wouldn’t recommend any other show in town. I will continue to give them my business because they’ve earned it.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I get my gummies here every month or 2 and they have a nice selection of flavors. Would reccomend you come here for vape juice or gummies.
I have been coming here since day one of opening.. now I’m not meaning day one of whatever was in here before them but day one of CVB coming in and Revamping. It wasn’t hard to see how bad the store was doing before they came along. They have worked so hard to get customers to realize that it is now ran by someone who knows what they are doing and are stocked with whatever you need at all times.I am so grateful they decided to come in and take on this challenge to make it what it is today. I’ve not heard even one complaint now that they are in charge. Good pricing, top of the line merchandise, extremely knowledgeable.. what more could you ask for? Ohh you have a kid and wish they’d bring it to your car!?... well they do!! I always have a child with me and I can’t leave them in the car alone but I can’t take them in.. so they take customer service to the next level and are willing to come out to you, just call them and see what I’m talking about.You will not regret it!

I am very happy with being able to exchange this tank and happy that they worked with me to resolve this issue.I bought a resin tank because they told me it was very very strong and had a lifetime warranty. The very first and only time it was dropped it broke. Even with a rubber protector. I took it in and was told sadly the warranty is only for the tip. You have lost my business forever.
This is my go to Vape Shop. The staff is always welcoming and willing to educate you on their products. They have the best rewards system thats all digital. Theyre CVB juices are good. The only complaint I have would be that they need a larger selection of Salts.

I simply came in for batteries 2 days ago.I was told they barley have a charge and to charge them. So I did as told through the port cause I was in my way to work. Nothing else was said to me. I tried to use my device this morning batteries were bad so I came to your store and asked him I need my batteries fixed. He told me cause I charged them through my device that my device defected them. I always charge through and never had an issue. The service your guy gave to me today was the worst not helpful. If you originally told your clients they can’t charge through the port I would have got a charger. Please educate your employees that this is not refundable or replaceable and that they need a charger and to not charge through port. Enjoy my 30 bucks!

I always get my juices from here. I went there a couple days ago and noticed no staffs had masks on. Hope they will be better with the mask rule. If not, that’s fine, but I won’t be able to go there again. The stuffs and staffs are good tho.
The employees are great and patient while I spend time perusing their books and asking them questions about juices. With COVID some supplies are obviously difficult to come by but they always have a good substitute for me.
I went in 2 weeks ago for the first time to buy juice and they were great. I went in again this morning because my atomizer went out last night and they were eager to help. I will definitely continue to do my shopping here.

Recently went cold turkey on nicotine but my wife and I will always be loyal customers to CVB in Layton. Whenever I need to go in and buy her E-juice they treat me with the best service Ive ever received no matter the employee. Never a long wait in line and if there is a line, they have employees on stand by to grab what you need and have your purchase ready for you at the register. Oh and if you purchase anything there, you get a complimentary water bottle!
Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I am new to the vape world and needed a vape for CBD use. I was recommended a certain vape device by a friend. The young woman who works there, (sorry I dont know her name), knew her vape devices. They didnt carry the style I was recommended but she knew of one like it, explained absolutely everything to me, it was easier to use than the one I was told to get and it was cheaper.Update: I have been back to this store 4 times and the service seems to get even better every time. Rayne is amazing. She has helped me a few times and provided great education on which products would be best with what I use vaping for and why. She is friendly every time and always welcomes me with a smile and is very patient, even when I ask a lot of questions. I can find similar products at closer locations to where I live but the service of the staff and especially Rayne wil keep me coming here. Thank you Rayne.

I have been going in here for a year and up till about a month ago had great service till one employee tried to push a menthol juice on me and I told him that I cant use it for to a health reason and now everytime I go in I get treated like Im beneath the person who is helping me. I use my Fiances phone number all the time and now I get a drity look when I use it. I dont think that this is good customer service there is no reason to treat a person this way.

Learned of CVB through my guys at work. They said Id like this place, and they were right. Good look/feel inside the store, the guy that helped me was friendly (sorry, dont remember his name), and the prices were good.I ended up getting a mod, e-juice, batteries, and started a store customer account (highly suggested if you plan on shopping here often).I got the UWell Nunchucka mod, some Unicorn Elixir e-juice (YUM), and some batteries. The mod is nice, well built, but I feel the gold trim is kind of tacky (I added my own stickers, and a tank bumper from my old Smok V8 Stick mod cuz Im a cluts).
Best staff. Seriously. Customer service is always awesome, they always make sure I’m taking care of. Been going here for years.

I told him about the problems Ive been having with my coils in the little smok Haha he hooked it up with a free coil without me even asking n told me to try it out so I got that with the juice I purchased. Salt water strawberry apple peach . Ill definitely be a customer now! Cvb is awesome!
