I absolutely love this shop. Its always well stocked and the customer service is amazing! They also have some of the best prices Ive seen on product. If youre looking for a great vape shop I would recommend this one always!

This place is fantastic the staff is awesome and friendly and dont have an issue helping you find what you need. Theyre open relatively late which is great too. Ive not had a bad experience in the many times that Ive been here.

Got two vapes from them last night and was told i could get new replacements if they were burnt and i came back in 2 minutes later and he asked to smell the vape to check if they were burnt and he said it didn’t smell burnt so i couldn’t get a new one. both of them were super burnt and aren’t smokeable without scorching my throat, pretty bummed about that

Amazing store. I was just passing through and needed some Kratom and searched around a bit before choosing this place. Im always weary of buying in different states with different brands and strains Im not familiar with. Ive been disappointed more than I care to admit. However, there were several people working that day(all of whom were awesome/friendly/helpful) in this small store so I was kinda nervous in there crowded. They had variety and variety and varieties! But they also had GREAT DEALS. Their prices were better than I anticipated. I always assume their higher than in my hometown store because more often than not they are. I asked for a business card to keep in case Im ever near there again so I can stop again.

They sold me a faulty product and when I took it back in, the guy working told me there was nothing they could do. Poor product poor customer service. I actually told your cashier about it the very next day. The glass shouldnt break like that when it wasnt dropped. Im glad you are ok with losing a return customer over 4$ instead of just replacing it. 😂

Loved this store for about 2 years, then had a really bad experience last week or the week before. I bought a new smoking device from this store. Came back a week later to get coils and they said we dont have them, we will in 2 weeks. Looked at every smoke/vape store nearby and called as well. I learned this device I had for a week was 6 years old! I was told they dont make coils for this device anymore or havent been able to get them for a year. So to say it bluntly I would not recommend buying a device from Gotam!!!

I cant ever leave here with just one product. This is a one stop shop for all your vaping needs and more. The people who work here are so easy to talk to and have great recommendations and products you cant get anywhere else.

Visited today 5/23/23… Very limited selection of disposable vapes. If you want menthol or spearmint… you’re set, but if you want anything else… I recommend going to another shop.

This shop has nearly anything youd ever want to buy; such as the large selection of glass and silicone pieces one would use for recreational/medical use, premium E-juice for decent prices.Ive seen glass pieces and other smoking devices in this shop that Ive never seen before (or didnt know existed) and the large selection of different style pieces is absolutely refreshing.There exists excellent communication from employees who are more than willing to go above and beyond to help you find what youre looking for. If GOTAM doesnt have the specific item youre looking for, they will have it shipped quickly and without any hassle.This place is awesome. This place is the BEST! I discovered them the other day after getting off work when everywhere else was closed, because theyre awesome and are open later than others around the area. I was AMAZED! Killer prices, but for new and original and super cool stuff, some that I havent seen anywhere else! Cool CBD products, including some for DOGS! Plus their disposable ecig selection is big and spectacular (found an old favorite flavor I cant find anywhere lately too). Theyre dope, have unbeatable deals, and are for sure my new go-to.I recommend everyone around to go check them out!

My regular store was closed and the closet vape juice store that was still open was Gotam and Im so glad I checked them out. Great service, best prices, and a very friendly dog that brought me his toy to throw. 5 stars!!! This is my new go to for vape juice.

I went to GOTAM because they were the only smoke shop open after 10pm. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, & runs a no pressure shopping experience.So, I came cause they were opened, but I will definitely be back. The best service I have received in a while, best ever from a smoke shop.

Ive been going to this shop a lot, as of late. They have a good variety of anything from tobacco to vape products. They are also really smart being the only shop open past 7 or 8 pm. Im genuinely surprised not many people that I know that vape, know about this place!! Would highly recommend!!

I go here whenever I need something; other stores simply do not compare.- The owner is a super chill, friendly, and knowledgeable dude. Always has a smile on his face. Doing business with him is a pleasure.- The store has competitive prices. Everything here is either below or at the going rate. Go here for good deals.- wide selection of products. If you go here, I can guarantee you will leave satisfied. From quality mods and e-juice, to incense, to kratom, even to niche candy; if you come here looking for something, youll almost certainly find it. I find something new to enjoy every time I go there... and I go there a lot.- Not only does this store carry every product you could possibly need, but theyre laid out in an orderly fashion. Finding what you need is a simple endeavor at Gotam.- Its incredibly clean. Its almost unreal how clean it is. You could eat off the floors. The glass is invisibly clean.- The store is located in a very convenient spot on Main Street. Youve probably driven near it.I love this store. Go here.

Nice place and friendly staff but I just needed glass screens and just to get some glass screens they charge $1 each which is kind of pricey versus other places I have been too I can get them for $0.25 to $0.50 each. So I cant compare their prices for other things they sell as I didnt check those. I also only came here because they were open late.

Bought a yocan from them took it home and found the battery leaked all over the product, took it back and they did nothing to help or warranty. In fact he treated me like a criminal even knowing what he did. Horable customer service. BE AWAIR...

Went there one day and bought a disposable and then the next day I came back and he told me he couldnt sell me one!? Seems shady to me. Idk Ive definitely been to better shops thats for sure.

Praveen has recently opened the best smoke shop I have seen in ages. They have everything any smoker or vaper would ever need. Also the prices are freaking amazingly low. Praveen is also a great person to have a friendly conversation with.
