I recently had an incredible experience at Indulgence Aesthetics Wellness & Med Spa in Lowell, MA. Ms Anu, the owner, personally welcomed us and ensured our therapy sessions were supervised with meticulous attention to detail. Having visited several spas, I can confidently say this one stands out for its personalized service.My partner and I indulged in a range of services, including facials, laser hair removal, acupuncture, Reiki, waxing, threading and massages. Notably, my wife received post-surgery medical massages for C-section scar removal, tummy tuck and breast augmentation. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, making the experience even more enjoyable.We also treated my mom to a couples massage with facial and from the warm greeting with drinks to accommodating our preferences, every detail was well taken care of. The therapists were knowledgeable and attentive to our specific needs, creating a calming ambiance for a truly relaxing evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Indulgence Aesthetics and look forward to returning soon!Well done Anu . We will be back again.

Absolutely thrilled with my tattoo removal experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The staff at the spa were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. I purchased a package of 8 cavitation and laser lipo treatments. Everyone at the spa is so kind and professional! The atmosphere is relaxing as well which was perfect for a new Mom of 3 to go get some self care :) !! I love my results and I will be looking into other options of the many treatments they offer here.

Anu was very helpful and assuring when it came to doing my first ever laser treatment of a series I had purchased. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as I heard it was a bit of a painful process/ but in the end the service was not as painful as I may have thought, and she was clear on aftercare and follow up, I will be going back for my next session in two weeks and feel confident in what to expect.

Anu is so talented and experienced, I trust her with my face wholeheartedly. Lasers, facials etc she’s your girl. She runs a great business with fair prices!

I’ve got a few different facials, as well as laser treatments. I recently started IV infusions. Everyone is so wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go any where else.

I purchased laser hair removal treatments for my underarms and Brazilian and have seen results in just two sessions (out of the six)! The pain is tolerable and feels as Anu described it - rubber band pinches, but I’d say a lot less painful than waxing. The skin is much smoother as you start seeing results.The prices are great, in comparison to monthly waxing. Waiting has been minimal and they are very responsive via email (as I prefer). I will be looking into other services in the future, as well.

Jennifer did an amazing eyebrow tattoo! She did a great job . She is very professional. I am happy for it and recommend her to anyone.

The best facial Ive gotten! I am very very pleased with my experience-- everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I got an acne facial done by Mia and she was amazing! She was very informational and guided me through all the steps she was doing. My skin looks and feels so much better. I am shocked at how my skin is not inflamed or red even after acne extraction!! Definitely will be booking again :)

I’ve been going to Indulgence Aesthetics for about a year for laser hair removal on my face and neck. The results I’ve seen over that period of time have been phenomenal. After undergoing a deep medical grade chemical peel from Anu Im amazed by the results! The results of the medical chemical peel was transformative. It effectively address my acne, acne scars, and uneven pigmentation but it also revealed smoother skin!

I do not recommend for tattoo removal with the owner. The first session I went and Kezia was amazing and did a great job. The second session I went and since she was not available the owner did the session and it was horrible. It was supposed to be my last session and she made sure to do a horrible job so that I have to return and pay more. After I had already spent $800. I sent her a picture of the first session and her session and she said both was is the correct way. When her session seemed like a kid did it. I will not be returning, I rather give my money to someone else and not a thief.

I went to Indulgence Aesthetics Wellness and med spa for laser hair removal (Brazilian) and I could not be happier with the results! I noticed significant results after only three sessions! This was surprising since I have thick coarse, hair and am brown skinned. The sessions were quick, relatively painless, and professional. The lady at reception was such a warm and kind spirit. They made me feel at ease. I arrived 5 mins late after mistakenly waiting on the first floor. The receptionist made sure to let me know it wasnt problem. She had such great customer service. After I was welcomed by Kezia Rodrigues my Aesthetician for my facial. She was also so warm and kind made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She really listened to my skin concerns and when she was finished I saw a major difference. I also felt a lot less stressed. She is very talented and it was my first time visiting but I would say the best facial I have ever had. I also want to mention I was so relaxed I fell asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. I will absolutely come back I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10!

I went in for a deep tissue massage from James and he was THE BEST! 90 mins of heaven! My back was hurting so bad. I felt so much better after. The price is also really fair but don’t forget to leave a nice tip for the staff! I highly recommend this place.

Reje is absolutely amazing to work with! I have gone there for under arm laser treatments, and I am also receiving radio frequency for my stomach with her! She is not only so kind, but extremely patient, and knowledgeable! She really takes her time to go over each area, so that I am satisfied, and also answers any questions that I may have or need. I’ve been getting facials and massages here for a while now and I wouldn’t trade it for nothing in the world. I just started getting my brows threaded here by Chanda and just wow! She always gives me what I’m looking for and never disappoint. Everyone is just awesome starting with the owner to the estheticians all the way to the front desk! Highly recommend this spa.

**UPDATE**I was contacted by Indulgence and was offered a complimentary massage for the inconvenience which I am grateful for. My massage therapist, Tamika was amazing. She did a great job in relieving all my knots and was exceptional with finding my pressure points. I am more than likely to return for massage service with Tamika.I booked a massage appointment with them twice and they cancelled on me last minute both times. First time, I was already on my way there & appointment was in 10 min and I received a call that they had to cancel. Second time, they cancel on me due to the snow which is understandable. But the least they can do was offer some sort of discounts or something for the inconvenience. All they did was say Sorry, theres nothing I can do. Dont waste your time at this place. To me, thats terrible customer service.

My mom got me a gift to have laser hair removal done here. They have incredible deals. Anu is the women who does the sessions and she is absolutely incredible. She talked me threw the whole appointment and made sure I understood the process and how things would work over time. The office is very cute and relaxing. They are very clean and follow all the covid-19 regulations. I have been extremely satisfied by the services and the people who work here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Came in for a couple massage. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Offered us hot tea, coffee, or water. Our 90 minute massage was well needed since we both sit down a lot for work and travel a ton. Thank you so much!

This is the first time I am writing a review, so Ill do my best to give my impressions to the place. Ive always been wanting to go a spa, but I never had the opportunity to go. When I heard of this spa for laser hair removal, I was really nervous about it and its the first time that Ive been to a spa. The prep for the procedure wasnt too complicating to follow for the first time. As I got to the place, I didnt say much to any of the employees working at the spa, but I did feel a welcoming air to the establishment. Though I asked a lot of questions, the staff were nice enough to answer. They were very thorough on the procedure and explain the post-care as easy as possible. The scheduling for appointments was flexible and staff was very considerate to their clients busy schedule. The spa did everything they can to accommodate everyone as best as they possibly can. They also considered the safety of clients to making them look their best as much as possible. The pricing of the procedure was reasonable for spa, but also could use Groupon prices for one packet at one time in my case. I wish I can get more pricing deals for more procedure, but thats just me trying to haggle for less money. Ive been going to the spa for several months now and I feel like I can keep coming for more of their services. May be Ill do a different procedure in the distant future.

I also see Anna every 2 weeks for a hot stone massage. They’re both so amazing and super sweet. The price are so affordable and reasonable, you can’t get anywhere else.

I rarely write reviews unless I am really confident that a business has a consistently great customer experience and results/value is worth sharing. I have been a client of Indulgence for almost a year. I have had massages, facials and most recently 4 sessions of laser hair removal. I drive almost an hour to their location and its worth it! I had hair removal 10 years ago and it was absolutely awful. Seriously, it was like a rubber band snapping on your bare skin. Not only was I in so much pain, even with numbing creams but it wasnt effective even after 8 sessions. I learned that Indulgence had the latest and greatest laser hair removal technology with cooling so you can barely feel it. The results have been seriously incredible. WOW WOW WOW! So happy I found this place.

This is my second time at Indulgence Aesthetics Spa. Anu did my underarms, Brazilian, and full arms laser hair removal services, and it went just as great as the first time! For awhile I was nervous about permanent hair removal, but decided Indulgence would be the best place for me. Anu was very informative regarding realistic results and aftercare, and her great personality was the icing on top - she definitely made me feel more relaxed. The treatment itself was far less painful than I expected - and I’d definitely choose it over having to wax or shave forever! The environment is calming and clean too. This lady (Doctor) threaded and dyed my eyebrows, A sense of calm literally caused me to fall asleep! The setting is homey instead of like a typical office, and because she exudes confidence, it eliminates my fear of the unknown! The process took 15-20 minutes! It has been awhile! I cant wait to return!

My appointment has been rescheduled numerous times due to miscommunication between the manager and staff members. When I filed a complaint asking for a refund, the manager was supposed to call me back. She called back but only left one message saying she would continue to reach me but never called again. The staff members are awesome but the manager specifically is very unprofessional and promises free services for mistakes yet never follows through. I would never recommend anyone here

I have been going to Indulgence Aesthetics for about 6 months. They are the best!! Very professional and always friendly and helpful. I see Anu for laser hair removal and eyebrow threading and Rejane for facials, chemical peels and microneedling . The spa is so calming and welcoming. I have had issues with acne since I was a teenager and thanks to Rejane, it is finally clear and healthy!! I took time off work and booked an Indian head massage followed by a facial with Chander after hearing good things. My appointment at 11am and was there promptly at 10:55. they didn’t tell me until 11:20am that Chander did not show up today!! How can you charge a $35 deposit fee and then cancel with zero notice to your customer?

I had such an amazing experience with Rejane, and her knowledge and attention to details made me very comfortable and I could tell she knew what she was doing. The results of my facial and lymphatic massage after my procedure exceeded my expectations. She’s a true professional and I look forward to going back for her services in the near future!!

I’ve come here a few times before and they do such a great job. I get the lash lift and tint and I love how it comes out. We talked about my skin care routine and how I need a better SPF moisturizer. Evellyn had me sample one of the products they sell and it was really nice. I only buy vegan and cruelty free so I wanted to make sure this product was vegan and cruelty free before I bought it. They knew it was cruelty free but not quite sure about vegan, so they went and extra mile, and called the company that produces it and found out it was vegan and they are also reef safe, which was also great to know. I appreciated it so much. I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment!

The therapists were knowledgeable and catered to my mother and mine different requests throughout. The place is very calming and the ambiance was soothing for a relaxing evening! The reason for my first visit was because I have sensitive acne prone skin, and I was seeking effective facial services to treat that. The owner’s name is Anu and she did a thorough analysis of my skin and my problem areas and she conducted a couple clinical treatments and recommended a couple at-home serums to treat those areas. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage on 12/20/2019. Best experience EVER. It was our first massage and the girls were absolutely incredible. Im a new mom of a 4 month old and my boyfriend is a new dad and with the stress of being a parent and work, it was so needed. When we left, we were relaxed and completely satisfied. We also laughed A LOT, and the girls also were laughing with us which made the experience a million times more amazing. I would recommend this location a million times over. This has become my go to place. I have been going here for about 8 months and everything I have had done there is so customized (peels, facials, waxing, threading, lash lifts, ect.). Anu is incredibly knowledgeable about skin care needs ( and not to mention an amazing eyebrow thread artiste). I really do feel like I am being taken care of there and my skin has been amazing since. I will be trying the massage and laser hair removal soon and will update! ( They really do it all)

Great experience! My daughter (11 yrs old) and I booked a customized facial, aromatherapy and reflexology services and were both very happy from beginning to end! So welcoming and clean, Chantel has strong hands and her massage was fabulous. Reggie did our facials. She is super knowledgeable and I added a glycolic which left me with a fresh, bright and hydrated face ! Overall, would recommend and we rebooked for the same services in a month! Thank you indulgence !!!

Decent place. Was greeted and asked if we needed any beverages. Place is new and clean. I got a couples massage with my fiance. Mine went well and I enjoyed it. My fiance thought his masseurs hands were a little on the rough side. He could tell even over the oily hands. The receptionist was, if you out it nicely, informative. Others would call it trying to sell you more products. I understand they want more business/customers, but some customers may not take it very well. However, overall it was alright. Would go again if theres another nice deal.

I had cool sculpting done once. Although the people were very friendly, I thought it was strange to sign so many papers saying that I acknowledge the cool sculpting may not work. Interestingly enough they told me to wait a few weeks-few months to see results. Absolutely 0 results. I paid money I barely had, because this was so important to me..... just to be ripped off.Looking further they arent even licensed to do this. They are LIARSand THIEVES.

Took my mom here for a Mother’s Day special they were having. The masseuses were super nice and even took a picture for my mom and I in the massage room. My moms masseuse (blue hair) was better than mine. She gave tips and continued to ask if the pressure was ok and asked questions to enhance the experience. The waiting room here is small and can get kind of hectic. We came around 4ish and there was only one lady at the front doing a lot. Overall the experience once we had our service was nice and they do offer a lot of services. I’d come back but if you’re looking for a luxury feel idk if this space really allows for that architecturally.

I love this place !!!! I first purchased a random Groupon for a facial and been hooked ever since. It’s a pleasant environment as soon as you walk in , everyone is very welcoming, very accommodating with appointments. Ive had many other treatments done besides a facial and have been pleased with every single one. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I get my eyebrows threaded every 4 weeks and since this place is fairly new, every time I go in, I ask for different staff members to find the perfect one and I am not lying when I say that they are all perfect! Each staff member takes into account what I want as well as the how it would frame my face and what would look good; they treat it as an art form. The staff members are so sweet, they take such great care of their clients! Its a full spa so Im eager to try out their facials, massages, and maybe even spray tanning!! This is my new go-to for anything that is spa-related!

I had such a good experience at Indulgence Spa. It is a clean and nice place and Kezia was amazing! She was very attentive, punctual and caring. Since day one doing treatments with her she always did her absolute best to understand my needs and the best kind of treatment for me! I’ve gotten three facials so far from Julia (monthly) and she’s really awesome. She asks me questions about my skin care routine and offers me suggestions on what I can do to improve my skin such as not using coconut oil on my hair and alternative ways to reduce oils on my face. The products that she also suggests really helped my skin! I love the acne moisturizer she suggested!I also get my eyebrows threaded here by Anu and I will no longer have someone else touch my eyebrows! She’s great at explaining how my eyebrows should look for my face and takes her time to make sure they’re just right.

Me and my fiancé has been getting treatments and procedures done my ANU from quite long time and few of them are IPL treatment, chemical peeling , micro-needling and cleanups. The after results are wonderful!! This place is very professional and the service is just amazing. Anu is just best in treating face concerns, I have my wedding in May so I’m excited and I really like coming to this place as it makes my skin toned and cleaned. This is the place to go for your eyelash extension. It was my first time getting it done and I love how natural it is on me and not to mentioned how super light it is. Julia, the person who did it for me was very friendly and I didnt notice that she was working on my lashes until it was done. Im very satisfied with the result.Updated to my service done on 7/21/18 for eyelash extension fill. I had an appt scheduled for 7/23/18 for a fill, but wanted to see if I can get in earlier which I did. Julia was nice enough to squeeze me in, much appreciated. However, there must be a miscommunication because I was there for a fill and I guess I got a new set done which was suppose to be $200, but after telling them again I came in for a fill and after the owner?? going back and forth into the room she told me its $65 with a discount rate. I have no problem paying for the $200, but I was being very clear about it with the appt. Also, I felt like Julia was rushing through it as she didnt removed my eyeliner like she did the first visit. This visit compared to my last visit was very disappointing. Im a returning customer and wanting to give them business, but Im having doubts returning to the place now.

Ive been seeing Anu for 2 years. She does my laser tattoo removal and eyebrows. There is no one as knowledgeable as her, or with a heart like hers. Kezia has done my microdermabrasion facials also. She is so caring and passionate with her work. If you are considering visiting the spa for any laser or high tech treatments i HIGHLY recommend you do so ASAP!!

I go here for laser hair removal and it is amazing. As a trans person it’s hard to feel comfortable looking for a service provider, but Anu and Indulgence is top notch with affordable prices!

This has become my go to spa for everything! All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming! Anytime there was an issue the owner quickly took care of it in such a friendly manner! I go here for Reiki and for couple massages but plan to try out some of their other services soon as well! They have such a variety of things they offer! You won’t regret going here!

I previously wrote a review and only gave this establishment 2 stars as they had not given me the full amount of time i paid for. The owner, Anu, contacted me within 2 days and offered me another appointment at no charge. Rename was my esthetician and gave me a wonderful facial and massage. They are very customer focused and work to ensure you get the best treatment!

It was a great experience! My only gripe was that my Groupon expired, and on Groupon it says that after expiring, the Groupon can be used for the amount you paid, so be I thought I had a $65 credit. Instead they said I could only use it for the same service but I’d have to pay a $30 fee to use it. So I felt like that wasn’t as advertised. Besides that, it was very nice, it was peaceful and clean and the esthetician was wonderful, my skin felt great after and she gave me some tips to help with my dry red skin. My favorite part was they didn’t pressure me to buy products from them.

The staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating of my schedule. I had done a facial and laser hair removal an a few other services which were clean, refreshing and relaxing. Anu was very informative and helped make a plan for my skin care.

Just finished my 3rd laser hair removal session with Anu and iv already seen great results. Between my 2nd and 3rd session iv noticed the hair doesn’t grow or grows really slowly and thin. So excited to not have to shave anymore! Highly recommend it for anyone on the fence about laser hair removal!

Been going here for almost a year since my surgery last july and everyone who works here is so sweet and they always make sure that their clients are taken care of. I go here to get my lashes done and they always come out amazing. Also Anu the owner is amazing as well!!!

The staff was accommodating. However, the person who provided the treatment gave a lot of misinformation. She did not know how to apply the paddles correctly. I was given a blanket filled with hair, and I was not given a paper covering to wear. The outcome of the procedure was nil. There was no change from before to after the treatment over three months. I lost my money and had to go to another spa for the treatment to be applied again.

I started coming here about 7 months ago for laser hair removal and I have seen such a difference is hair growth and in my skin, the more treatments I get the less hair growth I have and my skin is so much lighter in that area now! I truly recommend, definitely better than shaving, better than waxing cause eventually the hair would cease to grow! So worth it ✨

I had a body contouring session with Kezia a few days ago. I really enjoyed my experience. I got 3 areas done for a discounted price off of Groupon. They told me they will honor that rate for as many treatments I get in the future. It has only been a couple days so I will not he able to update results until a few weeks have gone by. Kezia was beyond friendly and knowledgeable and did give me realistic expectations as well as advice on how to get the best results after my procedure. By the end of the session I felt like I made a new friend! I read a lot of reviews on here about up selling at check out, but coming from a background in sales and marketing, I can say they did everything right. Never once did I feel attacked or preasured. They simply showed me their specials and suggested I follow them on social media which I did. I also set up another contouring session for April and am looking forward to that and the complementary Botox/ lip injection consultation they offered me !!

Although the ladies were nice. I got a gift card for Christmas for a 30 minute massage and 30 minute facial .. went in at 11:35 and she left so I could change. Waited for her to come back in .. Then she started and I feel as though I only got a 15 minute massage and 20 minute facial since i was out of there exactly at 12:30... No small talk at all.. Not sure if I would go back .. kinda disappointed..

I have came here twice, and really enjoy them here. They are wicked nice and the two times that I have came for a couples massage they did a great job. Another thing I enjoy is the convenience of the location.I knocked off a store only because 1. I dont feel that they use the entire time I fully paid for I am knocked off like 10-15 mins. I recalled waiting at 1PM and then leaving at 1:55PM and I paid for a 60 mins couples massage... 2. During couples massage I dont feel like they go at their own pace for each person. Sometimes if one is taking longer on a certain area they will be quicker to catch up with the other person.

Love love love my experience at Indulgence! Michela was my Aesthetician and she did a wonderful job with my customized facial and massage. Michela is very knowledgeable when it came to my skin care and applied the right amount of pressure for my massage. She was very pleasant. This winter made me extremely pale so when I heard Indulgence Aesthetics offered spray tanning, I got curious. I called and one of the specialists kindly explained the process since I had never done it before. One of my concerns was that I would turn out orange but she told me that wouldnt happen because everything they use is organic. They use Aloe Vera and some essential oils that are great for the skin. I felt my skin was so soft as if the spray tan conditioned my body, which would makes sense with all the natural ingredients they use. The driest parts of my body like my knees and elbows were moisturized it was unbelievable. Most spray tans smell like rotten coconuts but the tan they use at Indulgence Aesthetics has a pleasant sent, almost like Aveeno lotion so thankfully my skin didnt smell bad. The tan did NOT make me look orange at all! People kept complementing me that my complexion was so beautiful and when I told [a few] people it was a spray tan they were shocked and said it looked like a natural skin tone. I was so happy with the results, if the sun doesnt come out soon I will definitely go again!!

I have not been as confident as I should with my brows I mean every time I get them done I leave with less than I came with. Finally to be able to go to an establishment where when I say can you make my brows look pretty they listen , not only do they listen but I left with more eyebrow than what I came with ! I have been visiting Anu (the owner of Indulgence) for over 5 years and cant say enough about how knowledgeable she is. If you want a real facial see her - Ive had the hydro facial with lights, needling, planing, microdermabrasion, etc. I just make an appt. and let her tell me what I need. Shes a master eyebrow artist as well and people come from all over to see her. Indulgence is her new spa and its beautiful and the services and technicians are outstanding. She offers everything for your health, wellness and beauty from small group training and yoga classes to massages. If you want a treatment that is more than just slathering cream on your face, visit Anu at Indulgence and you wont be disappointed.

After each sección. They ask for tips in their tablets when you’re about to pay, even though is already expensive to pay for each treatments. They’re nice, but I felt if you don’t give them tips they won’t treat you as nice as others. Plus is not professional to pay for laser and then ask for tips. Also, I don’t think she did the laser in the right way. She was in a hurry and looked she just wanted to take me out of the room soon.

You are greeted as a VIP and leave the same way. The staff takes great care in your well being. Yoga classes with Fiona challenges you to push yourself and enjoy the exercise. You feel rested and stronger than when you started. My knees feel so much better with no night time aches.

I wish I had known when I walked in for a pedicure that you didnt have time. Very rushed and just a mediocre pedicure. They graciously took me as a walk in but if they didnt have time wish they would have told me. To have another patrone comment that they had an appt a half hour ago and hasnt been helped while my technician is rushing to finish me is not enjoyable

I found Indulgence Aesthetics on Groupon. When I got there I had very high hopes for the spray tan I was getting. This wasn’t my first spray tan so I knew all the rules of what to do before and after. When I left I was very pleased, but the next morning after showering the disappointment started. First, half the tan washed off and worse it was orange. It was super streaky, even though they had me put Vaseline on my palms and bottoms of feet both were orange. I continued to moisturize so I could keep at least half the tan that stayed. But by day 2 it started to fade and get even more streaky. Glad I didn’t pay full price and it was Groupon price. But I will definitely will not ever get a spray tan there again!Update:A few days after posting this review, they called me and asked me to take my review down since it was bad for business. When I refused, they got upset and continued to beg and offered me another horrible spray tan. I polite refused their offer and my review will be staying up. I don’t want the same thing to happen to someone else.

Very bad experience for my wifes who contacted me . I booked an appointment for her a week ago for today 11/04/21. 3h 30 pm . My wife drove there for 40 min with my 5 years daughter . The lady who my wifes didnt get the name was very rude and unpolite with her . Bad costumer service.She also screamed on my daughter several times . My wife asked for a manager . The lady told her . She is by herself . So disappointed about my wife first visit .

I love this place! I’ve been coming here since April and I wish I had known this place prior! The owner Anu is very good at her job and if you are african American you don’t have to EVER worry about getting a chemical burn because shes very knowledgeable about our skin so well! Definitely a hidden gem in Lowell!

The whole experience at Indulgence Aesthetics is amazing. I love attending fionnas Sunset yoga classes. She challenges us to stretch further but also offers tools to aid as we work to reach our potential.

First appointment went well, then made a second appointment for 1:00. On my way there I called them and told them I was going to be 5 to 10 mins late due to traffic. I got there No later than 1:15 and they told me that I was only going to get a 40 min massage because I was late. I told the lady that she should have told me that on the phone so I didn’t have to waste my time and money for nothing. I tried to talk to somebody about what happened on the fb website and they left me on “read”. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to that place.

I went to this beautiful spa, I did my pigmentation and cholesterol deposites under my eye treatment and laser treatment and I saw the best results, even a Dermatologist coudnt give me one but Thanks to Anu for making the difference to my skin. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this place.

Anu is the absolute best ... she wants to perfect everything she does including my eyebrows... and with me getting married in a year I refuse to go to any else even though I recently moved an hour away. Everytime I try some else they take way to much off and Anu will go back in and fix it for me.

Michela Pereira, who is a Medical Esthetician, was so informative and I am soooooo in love with my Lift Lashes, it looks amazing and fuller. We came here for a couples massage my fiancé and I got as a gift. The massage was very relaxing-- both of the therapists were very professional and the place was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend!!

Mia was so wonderful! She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I have already recommended her to some of my friends.

All of my problem areas were addressed and the massage was personalized to my specific needs, i.e. I work out 5 x week, so the stretching helped.

The laser tech was very abrasive in her tone. She spoke to me like I was a child. She was not friendly at all and has terrible bedside manner. I will not come back based on my experience with her alone

Went in for cool lipo, Environment was very nice,Staff were pleasant but when i had my procedure the person who did it only held the machine on me for two minutes then left me to do it myself for the rest of the 30 mins. Im almost positive i had absolutely no results. Not sure if it just didnt take or its because i wasn’t holding the machine correctly.

Tried dermaplaning today with Kezia. I was a little nervous never having this done. Kezia was amazing! She explained the procedure, took her time and was so nice. I will be going back.

I love going here for for my eyebrows and upper lip and they do it exactly how I would want it for my eyebrows and the place looks really nice and “aesthetic” and the people are super nice and friendly!

Finally got an appointment booked for CoolSculpting and then later looked on the CoolSculpting website to find out if they were listed as provider. Turns out theyre not so the next day I called to confirm that I had an appointment for CoolSculpting consultation next month and they said yes. I then asked you do perform CoolSculpting their correct to which they replied yes. And then inform them that I contacted allergan, the headquarters for CoolSculpting, and had been informed that they are not license to offer CoolSculpting. I asked the receptionistwhy they booked somebody for CoolSculpting appointment when they dont even offer CoolSculpting to which she replied we offer body contouring by freezing fat cells which is the same thing. Its completely misleading and According to the Massachusetts attorney generals office who Ive now contacted bait-and-switch. Stay far far away from this shady company that misleads the public and doesnt seem to care one bit about how they conduct their business.
