Very pleasant. Nothing is expired unlike Wild Bills. Better policies for customers, too. My new go to for cones, cart pens, wax pens, and e-liquid/e-cigs/disposables. Great CBD products too!

Joost vapor sells broken products with no type of return policy dont go!...since I cant respond on review I will edit it. It was 3 devices in 2 weeks and all the same didnt work. Wont return send to manufacture out of state and waste time and money. Already wasted money and time just dont sell broken stuff and or atleast return it in store and not ship out on own dime and time.

Pretty good vape shop actually better than the ones we have in town. Their service attendant was very knowledgeable knew what they were talking about quick easy and efficient well done.

I will no longer be purchasing at this location. I have used my military discount many times at all locations and was told it was in my five star. I do not carry my card on me at all times. So when i asked if he got it at this location,(which ive been too many times and only needed it once), i was told there was nothing he could do for me. Because of this i will no longer be purchasing from joost in Lowell. And if this happens at other locations, im sure their will be another appreciative place to accept my money.
