Ive been going to this smoke shop for years. Always friendly and has exactly what Im looking for every time. Never had a issue until recently when I bought what I thought was a vape pen. ( A worker I never dealt with before sold me the wrong item). When I went back in I was told there were no exchanges but the owner stepped in and exchanged my item for a vape pen for no additional cost. Customer service like this is why I keep coming back.

I gotta say, love this smoke shop, it is on my way route to 3 and the shopping plaza in Drum Hill which is perfectly convenient for my needs. Very nice place, it is well equipped and man oh man...that store clerk ( Nelson) made quite the impression on me, i remember his name. what a guy! He is attentive and knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in you feel right at home, the hospitality is amazing, I also met the owner who is equally great. Great shop, great store clerk. 2 brothers smoke shop on wood st has been my go to since I found it. The selection here is impressive. I hardly write reviews but the guys at this store are top notch and are always helpful with my vape questions. They also stock replacement parts for numerous devices.5 out of 5 stars.

I had to get a humidor for a silent auction and I dont know anything about cigars but they were so kind and helpful. It can be very intimidating going into smoke shops but I felt welcomed here!
Great shop! Very nice owner!Edit- do not recommend! Purchased a jar for my gravity bong and got home used it once went to work and it broke clean off my gravity bong, service was awful! Paid $70 and he did nothing about it but yell and say no refunds. It was a faulty product, the box it came in was dusty and looked like it sat on the shelf for months if not years. I can’t describe how rude and I disrespectful he was. I thought he was a good guy, I had been going to this shop for years, will not go back. And if you don’t want this to happen to you, I recommend you don’t either. Glass doesn’t break like that.

BEST SMOKESHOP!I broke my bowl & bought a replacement for it and got a discount but when I got home it was too big. Gave him a call, hooked me up with a better piece for no additional charge or any issues. Super sweet and very knowledgeable. Honestly recommend this place they have EVERYTHING.

These are the greatest most knowledgeable fellas in the industry. Ive never had an issue they couldnt help with. They are friendly beyond what you would expect for this day and age. The level of customer service is mind-blowing. Not to leave the inventory they have in the dust- its quite extensive. They have high end show pieces, lower end more functional pieces. This is such a great place. The atmosphere is clean and organized and they have such a huge selection of products. I came in here to buy a new pen for my carts as mine had just stopped working. Nelson gave me a a recommendation on a pen, took the time to show me how it worked, and overall he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and was just so helpful. The Puerto Rican brother up front (sorry I should have got his name) helped me out and was very informative. Never changed a coil in my vape and he was able to help me find a new tank and get some additional coils. Ended up getting a new tank and high recommend this place. There is a lot of options for different smoke needs ect. 10/10 will return again

This place is on my way to work! I’ve been here a couple times and today was such a great experience. Didn’t even need to spend more than 5 minutes in the store. Stopped in to get a new bowl from this shop. My guy at the counter was so helpful and laid out a bunch of deals he had on different products he had in stock. As soon as I walk in, it’s a very warm welcome from Nelson (employee of store) Super helpful and at all times it didn’t seem like he was trying to sell to us (forcefully) he was there to help. Over all the experience was like no other I have experienced in a smoke shop. Very informative! I learned a lot from Nelson. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! Will only be coming here from now on for my supplies!

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, he really listens to what it is your looking for and gives you MANY options.Unlike some other smoke shops I’ve been to where it would feel impersonal and more like just a transaction, two brothers smoke shop actual makes you feel like your talking to a real person, with experience and intrigue into your reasons for buying. And on top of this they have so many choices and a variety of items all with the lowest prices compared to other stores I’ve been to!I seriously recommend this place, and will defienlty be coming back again and again. 😁

In my opinion one of the best smoke shops we have in lowell. They have everything from rolling papers to dab pens and bongs. The owners are both great guys. I went in and was a few bucks short of getting a really nice rig and one of the owners dropped the price for me and even tossed me some glass screens for free!! If that’s not great costumer satisfaction I don’t know what is.. I’m planning to go back later today when they open..
My fiancé and I have visited this place a few times now and each time Nelson, one of the owners, has been unbelievably helpful and nice. He’s knowledgeable about the products, has great deals, and his bubbly personality always makes for a great experience. We will definitely be frequent visitors! Check this place out for sure.

Ive had great experiences at this shop. I came in looking for a specific vape pod and was upsold on a much less expensive, much better product.Just walking through, a great selection on quality glass pieces, vape, tobacco, cbd, thc, etc at incredible prices. I visited here looking for knowledge on a vape I purchased from a different store. I went in not really knowing if they could fix the problem. Nelson greeted me right when I was let in. I started coming here because Im a newbie to the vape pen. Nelson has helped me find out what kind of cartridges / strain works for me and even though I stupidly broke my charger and didnt know it ..he explained how it works and I grabbed a new charger for my pen as well. Update- Since Ive discovered vape pens cheaper than NH this have been my go too since. My vape broke down a couple of times and theyve always had my back all the time. The noname man there (I always forget to ask for his name) was super helpful. Even got me to make a switch from my normal to a much better vape. So far, so good. If only MA were still able to sell flavored/iced juices I would be their #1 customer. Its convenient because I dont need to drive all the way to NH and its literally 10 mins away from home. Definitely a win!Prices of the vapes isnt bad. Cheaper than NH

This spot has the best prices and selection in the area. The store is huge. They had a massive supply of vape products before the ban, which I’m sure they’ll have again when it’s over.. but they also have a huge selection of tobacco and cannabis products/apparatuses. Just had my second experience with this shop. Very impressed with the selection of regular pipes and water pipes and vapes and batteries and hookahs... the list goes on. Theres a vape shop right next to this one in the plaza next door and I wouldnt be surprised if this place puts them under. Leagues ahead of most places in the area.I will say though, that I hope nobody is forgetting about my man Nelson. Very nice and helpful guy that I interacted with today. I’ve been vaping for 8 years- and have been to MANY vape shops and have had EVERY SINGLE VAPE you could imagine! Well, when I came back to 2 brothers smoke shop(after my uwell Caliburn stopped working out of no where) I was treated with the upmost respect and BECAUSE THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR customers SO much, I was given a temporary vape while I sent mine back for the warranty and they went out of their way to MAKE SURE I had some type of e-cigg while I wait for my new one in the mail!They go more then “out of the way” for their customers!! That is SO IMPORTANT, especially if u vape nicotine, nevermind 50mgs of salt nicotine like I do!! I have never everrrr had someone care about what I’m going to do when my vape stops working and I don’t have money to buy anything else because I literally JUST purchased one and it stopped working out of nowhere ! They took care of me BIG TIME when they didn’t have to, so if you want a good smoke shop that TRULY CARES ABOUT YOU, go to 2 Brothers Smoke Shop!!!

Bought a nice gold and black bong yesterday. Wanted to give it a day of trying before a review. First off, the service was super nice. Was asked about my budget and what Im looking for, and was shown really nice pieces around the budget. One piece in particular was especially nice but was $10 out of budget (I know only $10 but thats what a budget is for right?) and he offered to take that $10 off (still included tax though which was understandable) which was super nice of him even though I didnt pick it. He showed me a bunch of different things and in the end helped me out by swapping the bowl in the piece I chose. 11/10 would return and will be telling all my guys about it.

This place is great, the owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything they have, they’ve helped me pick out some of the best glass pieces I’ve owned and always have the types of rolls I want and they have replacement parts for almost everything it feels like! Great shop with a great selection and amazing service highly recommend.
Always a pleasure to come to the shop and talk to the salesperson. I left paying less than Id anticipated going in, and when I got home to find a problem with one of my purchases, it was replaced with no hesitation. Great customer service and shop all around.

I called them some time ago and ask for pricing on one product and got an answer. I called again for pricing on another product and was told they dont give prices over the phone. A little confusing there for being inconsistent. Anyway, good variety there but the prices are higher there than what Im used to compare to the other vapes store Ive been to (5 pack of coils are $25 vs the $30 here). Knocked two stars for prices and no price over phone policy.
Second visit today after an excellent first. This place has an incredible selection of literally anything smoking related. Their experience and knowledge has made both my visits amazing - I’ve learned something new and gone home with great products. Only place I’ll ever go to from now on.

Visited Sunday and purchased a glass piece with percolator. Horrible quality. I placed the piece on my granite countertop and a piece chipped off out of it. So thin. $90 wasted. The owner was very polite and helpful.

I went to 2 brothers smoke sgoo last Thursday I got so much stuff that I was not expecting to find. They have everything and their prices are not bad at all, they have everything from dream catchers to CBC muscle rub which works really well. They even had CBD Incense. Seriously check them out. Just recently bought a vape from them and had someTroubles with it & my friend is always so kind and willing to answer any questions I have. A large, spacious, and logically laid out shopping space with ample parking. They have lots of great products for the tobacco and Ecig crowds. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable, and will take their time to help you find the right product that fits your needs. 2 Brothers is truly a hidden gem, they are located directly behind the Lowell Five Savings Bank on corner of Westford and Wood Streets.
By far the best vape shop in mass near Lowell. They dont let the ridiculously strict laws in Mass keep them down. Even if they dont have flavored vape juice they make up for it in nice glass, deals and people. Highly suggest this family owned company over the one next door and any other vape shops near by!
