My favorite employee recently quit & honestly they’ve lost me as a customer as well. The lady with the bright colored hair always had the biggest smile to brighten your day & her product knowledge was beyond what could be expected from a regular retail worker. Wild Bill’s should consider firing the assistant manager, Scott. His attitude is consistently negative and any time I stop by & he’s working, the whole store smells of BO or stale cigarettes. It makes your experience at Wild Bill’s very unpleasant & I shouldn’t have to hold my breath while grabbing chew.The manager & other employees have always been a delight. I hope they find more employees like them. Do better Wild Bill’s!

I am a frequent flyer of wild bills. Lets just say I have a lot of vices. I am familiar with all of the locations in Grand Rapids & the surrounding area because I am on the road a lot. I work in Lowell so this location is closest for me most of the time. But unfortunately this is probably the worst location Ive been to. The staff is friendly, no doubt. But they never have what I need. I buy the same things week after week. They still dont stock what I need. The last 4 times I have been there, I left with either nothing at all, or not the quantity of what I was trying to purchase. Ive decided I will avoid this location as much as possible from now on & go to other locations that are better at keeping items in stock. I recommend the Greenville or Plainfield locations, they are rockstars at stocking popular items.

Guy behind the counter was fantastic. The owner needs to rethink stock, as they are selling $100 vape mods WITH NO BATTERRIES! NOTE, The package DIDNT say no batteries included. Guess what they dont sell! The battery!

Wow was the lady employee knowledgeable. She knew the products and exactly where they were located. Wonderful personality. Excellent service.

Katz was very helpful in assisting myself and my friend buy new glass. Super helpful and friendly and knew what they were talking about and even suggested other products for a future visit, Katz should be a manager if they arent already! Got some good glass and good service!

Wild Bills Tobacco store is a nice clean place to go! I especially like the customer service, they are very knowledgeable, patient and kind. They also have a decent selection of vaping supplies, which is helpful to me.Thank you Would Bills!

So glad this location has opened! The staff are all super nice and helpful. I’m more of a hookah smoker than vaper so I’m excited I don’t have to drive to GR for my tobacco and coals. They even carry coconut coals!! I definitely will be a regular here.

I really enjoy the friendly people who work at the Lowell Wild Bills. They are very knowledgeable about their products, and are willing to take their time to actually help their customers. Thanks for smiling, its really appreciated.😊

I was with my daughter, shes 30 and vapes, I dont smoke or vape. This store was really clean and the employees are probably the friendliest Ive ever see, so nice and helpful. Great employees.

Guys were very nice, knew a lot about there products. Helped me find everything I needed. Hasnt changed at all, just as friendly as always.

(Speaking as an employee) this location is still doing great, even though theyre understaffed. Maybe two more would be perfect. No complaints at all, though.

I have stopped in twice. Both times I have gotten glow vapes they have died with in the day of me hardly using it or not working at all. Highly don’t recommend getting vapes here.

Love this place I get loss in there glass shelfs with all there net stuff. Very friendly workers will go out of there way to help you get Exactly what you need.

This store is absolutely terrible. After not being able to scan my brothers ID they still wouldn’t even let me buy it even though we are both over the age. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never return.

Always get great customer service. You need to send them smaller bags of tobacco though they dont sell enough to keep it always fresh.
