Second time they’ve been closed during posted open hours. This time for internet outage. Nice fancy paper sign to let everyone know they’ve just wasted time driving there.

Usually has what I need in stock, but theres new employees constantly and none of them ever really know anything about disposable vapes, coils for my mod tank, and they forget to use my military discount a lot. BUT! I travel non stop for work and from coast to coast, there is no better vapor store then Vapor Maven. I promise

I did not feel very welcome. It was a very get in, what do you want, get out situation. There was no recommendations made. Only thats trash not good. Zero effort was made to upsell or help me find something. It seemed like one person knew the product and everyone else was new. They do have a large selection of products but i would not come back.

I just wanted to say how pleasing my visit at the Lowell Vapor Maven was. The staff was very welcoming, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

I always have a great experience at this store. I typically purchase one particular brand and flavor of disposable vape. As soon as I walk in, they let me know if what I always purchase is out of stock and will make recommendations for something similar.

Cooper was an awesome sales person. He was extremely helpful, definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were 1,000% satisfied. He had an awesome attitude as was extremely customer service oriented. Highly recommend coming here for all your vape needs!They had a great disposable vape selection! Check this place out.

There is no better place to go or be at! Chris Gabe and Dustin are definitely underpaid and under appreciated by the owner. Need help with any mod or just learning come see these guys!!

My husband and I have been coming here for years but today will be the last day I ever step foot in a vapor maven again… I asked if they had any deals the person working was very rude and then I took a picture to send my husband to see if he wanted a vape and he got very rude again yelling at me that I can’t take pictures lol that’s fine you just lost a customer!!!!

Normally I have a great experience with vapor maven. I typically visit other locations as the Lowell location is farther from my house. Ive been to the Lowell location several times as well especially while Im working. Today however I had a poor experience with an associates name was autumn. I dont ever write reviews on places unless its a good experience but she was so cold and unwelcoming. Her customer service skills were not up to par. I was obviously a new customer in her eyes and every step of the way she made me feel like I was stupid. When I customer that shed already served previously came in she was warm and welcoming and helpful to them. She continued to treat me like I was stupid and made part of my transaction harder. I was on my lunch break at work and really just needed a quick vape I tried to tell her that the vape that she sold me was at working and she made little comments about how I was supposed to wait to try and use it. I read it and I had waited but I waited even longer just to show her that the vape was broken she finally did do the return but you step of the way shes made me feel stupid I will not be returning to that location

The owner of this place is horrible will fire staff over the dumbest things, Very rude to his staff. I know someone who got fired from this location just because of a rumor someone started. Didnt give him a chance to explain his self or anything just told him to leave. The system is very broken always overcharging people, Variety is not that good. Would not come here again, Fired the best people and kept the ones who are not that great. Super sad !

Im not sure of the guys name that helped me, but he had long dark hair and facial hair. Anyway, he was very friendly and helpful. I had no idea there were two different types of pods for my vape. I was having issues with the one I was using. He informed me of the second option and said he had good reviews from other users. Definitely the right choice for me as well. Thanks for your help!

Prices are very reasonable and they have a points system in place where you can get swag items. I never use my points so Id be happy to donate them. Staff is always helpful and friendly and really down to earth. Great job guys! See you soon.

Top tier experience. Despite it being slow, the sales clerk was expedient and helpful. While they didnt have the products I was looking for specifically,due to external circumstances , he still managed to help settle me on some items that I needed with a smile and witty banter. All in all, a very surprising and good experience.

Ashley who works there is a CBD queen. I have never used cbd but when I was hurt in a car accident I wanted something to help. She pointed me in the right direction, offered her own opinions, answered every question I had and even helped me set up my new device. She is now my all time favorite although, everyone who works their is always friendly and very helpful. Seth is such a sweet heart and now my second favorite with his always willing to please and helpfulness. I will drive out my way to come here for these people and the customer service they provide.

It is a very nice shop. The only thing to me was one of the employees. Tanner had terrible customer service. For someone who deals with paying customers he needs to learn how to be constant when it comes to mask rules and needs to learn to handle people with respect. Not attitude.

Keep trying to use them since they’re close, but prices are always wrong. You don’t know unless you realize it at the register. This is the 3rd time, so it’s best to just drive to the next place.

Derick the poor man has had to put up with me for over an hour as I was trying to get everything just right. Even when a truck came in and they got swamped. Seriously the man is a saint and major help since I can only take this time while waiting for a load. As a trucker the sheer level of help has been amazing. It makes me want more loads in the area just so I can know Ill be happy with whatever I need. I have no dissapointment and only embarrassed Ive had to take up his time for so long. Man never made me feel a burden even though I know I must have been. Seriously dude thanks. Thank you a million

They had exactly what I needed. Quality smoking accessories at a competitive price. I always enjoy shopping at Vapor Maven stores, they have so much selection I feel like I never see the same item twice

You know back in Feb when Corona wasnt as big a deal they had a compromised employee and so the store required masks. People didnt like this and it probably lead to the termination of that employee and manager. Under the new manager though they dont wear masks at all and vape inside the store when customers are there. Not cool guys. Doesnt feel safe in there anymore.Edit: Also your house juices taste like theyre 6 months old. If that flavor is your juice makers signature flavor they shouldnt be making juices.

Wolfgang was very helpful in assisting me in buying my new vape. I had some trouble at other vape shops with the sales associate having zero knowledge on the products but, Wolfgang went above and beyond. I highly recommend this vape shop!!!!

Cooper at this Vaper Maven location was absolutely amazing!!! He spent about 30-45mins with us answering every single question we had!!! And if he didnt know the answer he looked it up and got it for us to make sure we had all the knowledge we could get!!! I will be coming back to this specific location just because of how helpful, friendly, and patient he was!!! They have a big selection to choose from. Definitely recommend visiting this store!!!!

They have ookayyy costumer service but they do not do returns for disposable vapes. I got the YA YA (pictured below) vape and tried it In the store and it worked fine and they claimed that it had 1500 hits (at first) the store clerk was not very knowledgeable and I believe threw a random number at me. The next day it was out and I knew it was a dud because there is no way I used it that much overnight. They where closed the next day but I took it back the day after and they said there was nothing they could do. Now mind you these are 25.00$ each AND tax makes it 30$ Bc of the ridiculous sales tax rate. So I ask if I can AT LEAST get a discount or an exchange and they said that’s not possible whatsoever. When I asked to talk to a manager they said he would say the same thing. This is NOT. How a business should be run. The girl told me that the vape actually should have been 2500 hits which makes it even more insane that they would not exchange it or give me a discount on a new one. In my experience with disposable vapes it’s very common for every once in a while in a large batch that there is a dud and the store ALWAYS takes responsibility for it. I have been to over 12 vape shops in the past couple years and have gotten at least 1 dud from every place and they.always.replace.it!!!! I would definitely skip this joke of a place. Don’t waste your money or your time and go to mr.smoke in Fayetteville, they will take way better care of you and run big sales constantly as well as being overly helpful.

Was told by the “ manager” Chance that with batteries I would “ get what I pay for”. He recommended a $25 Ooze, bought it, quit working almost immediately, was told by Chance on phone just now, that they get in bad batches of batteries and they know that, but once I walk out the door with it, it’s just my loss. The customer just loses their money. THEY KNOW THAT THEY GET BAD BATCHES, they OPEN the pkg, try it, if it lights up they put it out to sell!!! I will never shop at Vapor Maven Lowell and YOU SHOULDNT Waste your money there either.

When you go to this store and try buy something make sure have the right thing be cause those guys try to sell you the expensive stuff and you ark for something else more one guy say is the rigth the other not and try to sell you the expensive i say this be cause after that they dont want exchange nothing and also they dont mencion nothing about. So careful with store

Staff is knowledgeable most of the time. Friendly environment most of the time. I say most of the time is occasionally there will be someone hanging out in the store that doesnt know anything about vaping but the staff cannot really change that.

Depending on who is working there its a awsome place.the red headed girl is very good and knowledgeable.they have several lines of juices.they also have all kind of products for everyone there.vaping or none vaping.and all there prices are fair for the area.you can go there and they will answer any question you have.i deffinaly suggest if your in the area stop by and say hello.

I went in to buy one bottle of juice and was in there for 20 minutes because the person was so freaking high but he had no idea what anybody was talking about to the point where he had to make three phone calls to inquire about a juice he should not be working there it was super inconvenient /:

Staff are great, although they definitely need more employees. They allow vaping inside and have a vape-bar. Comfy seats and even a little couch. Over all a fine place for all you vaping needs, provided you are 18.

This is a wonderful store. The employees are very nice and they have a rather good selection of vape and other, related items. They also have a many different CBD items to choose from. If youre in the market for these items I highly recommend this store.

Really nice selection of glass and vapes. The guy who helped me, Cooper, was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back.

Great place to buy juice. But if you need coils look elsewhere. The guy had 2 but would only sell me one. Found 5 somewhere else.
