Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had!! My husband and I have been getting massages with Tyler for a few years now and I can’t rave about him enough. I referred anyone that ask to Monroe Massage. Everything is very clean and Tyler is always so sweet and professional. Will continue to do business with them!

Just had my first massage here. I was a little nervous, but Ruthie made me feel me feel safe and comfortable. The ambiance in the massage parlor is relaxing and Ruthie is amazing at what she does! She is very professional and listens to what the customer needs , creating the perfect environment to relax and renew. Will be going back !

Absolutely the best place to get a massage. Not only is this spa located in the cutest area of historic Monroe, the inside is just as wonderful. Tyler gives the best massage and such a relaxing environment. I highly recommend Monroe Massage and Yoga if you need some relaxation in your life!

After looking for recommendations online I came across Monroe Massage & Yoga and booked a 60 minute massage with Jenny. For the first time in months I’m able to turn my neck without it hurting and my shoulders aren’t so tense. She also gave me advice on what to do until my next massage. This spa is nestled away in downtown Monroe. Their atmosphere is relaxing, peaceful and calming. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. I’ll definitely be scheduling another session and recommending them to everyone.

Ive been working with Tyler and Ruthie for over a year now. You will not find better people or a better massage! I get a massage each week and am always surprised at how my appreciation continues to grow. Their new team member Jenny is AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent spa! I received a wonderful full body, deep tissue massage from Jenny. It was evident that she was an experienced expert in her field. She found all my trigger points and eased them into relaxation expertly. Very respectful approach and asked about my preferences in pressure and which areas I wanted her to concentrate on. The atmosphere of the spa was serene. All areas of the spa was exceedingly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this spa!!

I had a massage at Monroe Massage and Yoga and if abduction wasnt illegal and she went willingly I would take Jenny Sepulveda home! Jenny was knowledgeable, accurate and applied the right amount of pressure I needed to my sore areas. I highly recommend their services. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Ruthie was absolutely amazing and made my massage very comfortable. I was nervous about getting a prenatal massage but it was very relaxing and made my back pain ease up for awhile. I would recommend her for everyone.

I just had one of the best massages at Monroe Massage and Yoga. They had the First Time Visit Promotion for just $55 for 1 hour plus I added the 30 minute Reflexology and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I came in in so much pain and left out of there with my pain all gone. That Reflexology is something else! I will definetly be going back monthly, Tyler (the owner) is the best in Monroe.

Customized 90 minute massage with Tyler...Very clean, spacious location in downtown Monroe. Tyler listens carefully to your concerns and addresses them...I will definitely be going back.
