Gogo Smoke & Vape

This is the second time I have attempted to come down to the shop at 1:15 p.m. this time, the middle of the day, and there is a sign on the door that says Bathroom Break, back in 5 minutes or less. In and of itself not a huge deal, IF whomever enjoys these midday bathroom breaks would adhere to the public notice posted, stating back in 5 minutes or less. A strive to be as efficient as possible throughout my day, being a small business owner really magnifies the importance of utilizing every hour of the day productively. The short time that I take for personal errands, such as simply grabbing a vape coil, I prefer a business that is reliable, and equally efficient and that will process my purchase swiftly and competently. I waited 12 minutes, watched about seven people come and go, and gave up myself and moved on to somewhere else. Not that it matters, but today I had planned on getting a device, some juice, likely would have spent $100 or more. Hopefully the owner of this establishment takes notice, because if I was potentially losing money due to extended bathroom breaks, I would probably try to seek more capable employees. Very frustrating, probably wont be coming back.

Staff is the best part of the shop, always friendly. But I have bought multiple defective products now and honestly 5th time is the charm I will not be going back.

Great smoke shop! They have cheap prices on all items cigarettes 🚬 are priced very good. All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the items in stock. This is in my opinion the best smoke shop in Monroe and my go to spot for any purchase. The only time I dont make a purchase here is when they are closed. Which is another great thing about this store they are open till 8pm 7 days a week which is very convenient, especially considering the majority of other smoke shops typically close earlier than that especially on Sundays.

Yesterday was my first time at this particular vape shop. I only smoke Juul although I decided to try some ELF bars. When I got home one of them continued to hit even after I stopped inhaling, no biggie a faulty vape is not their fault, but they closed not long after I left so I went in today to try to exchange it. This is where my frustration begins.Their policy is that disposables must be hit prior to leaving the store. The issue is this policy cannot be found anywhere. Posted in store? No, someone threw the sign away. On the receipt? Nope. Told to you at checkout? Well, we are supposed to, although one of the employees is new and they keep forgetting. Plus they dont know whether customers are regulars or not so... WHERE CAN THE POLICY BE FOUND? Written on a notebook in the back... the only place is somewhere inaccessible to customers.I dont write bad reviews, I work in customer service, and I know that customers are NOT always right, but this is an instance where its very reasonable for me to be upset. I wouldve taken a second upon leaving to insure its working right had that been communicated verbally or in writing. Or today, a simple ill let the employee know to be more diligent about telling customers and well get a sign up! lets exchange it and youll know for next time wouldve been a perfect way to solve this.The shop was clean, and the employee helping me last night was very nice. I understand making newbie mistakes; its the lack of notice in its entirety that peeves me.

Tested a novo 5 in the parking lot, didn’t work and they just said nothing I can do and told me to buy another one

Nice shop with pipes, lighters, torches and smokes. Decent prices. Test your lighters and torches before leaving store. No refunds or exchanges !!!

They apparently dont train their staff on how to use their eyes and look around the store or in their computer when asked if they have a product. They also tend to sell you the wrong product and then dont refund you for it an hour later because its been too long.

Received a defective glass piece with poor honeycombing to the point there was zero to no airflow. Had an amazing selection but super poor quality control apparently. Its not hard to make sure your product actually work before putting it on your shelves. Please be competent thanks.

Improvement to customer service. But now theyre refusing to honor the rewards points. Whats the point of offering a rewards program if we cant use the points towards what we usually buy anyways?

DONT GO to GOGO! Bought an electric pen here less than a week ago that broke. The lady working the register was HIGH, (she pulled out cannabis in the store while working) couldnt remember anything and she didnt give me a receipt and asked for the receipt for the exchange. I used to frequent here but there are other smoke shops in Monroe.

Sold me the wrong product, then told me they couldnt refund me because it was too long ago. I bought them less than 3 hours ago.

This is the best smoke shop in the whole valley. The store has some of the finest pieces that Ive seen personally! I recommend GOGO for any of your smoking needs. I promise you you will get the best deals and price when you walk out that door. The store is more about making the costumer happy not making money and thats what makes this place so awesome!!! The manager here will make you feel like youve known him for years and hell make sure you get what you came there to get. He will educate you properly on what you are buying so you know for next time you wanna buy.!!!DO NOT GO TO THE ONE BY DOLLER TREE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND SELL YOU CRAPPY PIECES

Pretty typical smoke shop. One staff member was very nice. On another day, I received a lecture on Suorin drops and Suorin pods. Ive used these for years, I know the difference. Nothing like lecturing your customers to keep em coming back for more!

Bad customer service. Bought a puff bar for $20 (outrageous price by the way) that was completely clogged and went back, they refused to refund me or give me a new one. I’ve never had problems like this at other smoke shops. Will not go back again and would not recommend to anyone.

Super good deals on vape mods + juices, and pretty reasonable selection of quality brand juices, only hesitation I would say is that they do not offer customers to test e-juice flavors, leaving customers buying purely off the name of whatever juice your interested in, its not practical but I still gave them 5 stars cuz they are good peeps. Like everyone else said they do hands down have best prices in town.

Bad experience. I am an older looking person and I got carded as I walked in the door? But a kid asking for fake pee doesnt get carded at all. And they had a very poor very expensive selection of glass. I went up the road to the monroe glass and vape shop and they had way better prices and bigger selection.

Amazing customer service, huge assortment of vape mods, vape juice, glassware, and great prices!I love this smoke shop! When I smoked cigarettes, they always had the best prices in the area. I quit smoking 2 months ago and purchased a smok mag mod with the guidance of an employee who was super helpful, as I can be indecisive.. I had some issues with the mod and the owner has been super helpful in helping me through the process of getting it replaced. So glad to have a quality smoke shop less than a mile from my house!

Lots of glass products(mass produced, not locally or hand made) at really decent prices. If youre looking for unique pieces though, this is not the place. Employees have always been nice and not pushy

I orderd a bong and ash catcher off their online store and the ash catcher arrived broke and I recieved a completely different bong than what I ordered I emailed their customer support and after weeks of slow back and forth I called I was told I would be sent a new ash catcher witch was never sent and I was told my email with the pictures of the incorrect bong would be replied too I waited a week never recieved a reply so i called back and was told to call the following day when a manager would be in. So I did and no1 answered they would not let me leave a negative review on their website do not buy from these scammers or their website gogopipes.com I wasted 130 bucks

The owner of GoGo Smoke and Vape is absloutley amazing! Best deals for sure. I just left there with 3 bottles 2 of them 30ml and 1 100 ml and a coil for 45$ 1 bottle came free because I had bought a bottle of juice that i didn’t particularly like and so he gave me something he thought I would. My husband also loves the deals he has on cigarettes. If you vape or smoke go check it out! He’s a great guy who wants to give the best possible deal!

Always has the coolest things that comes to my satifcation when I walk out of the door. The guy who works there has a great smile and is constantly warm to provide the best for you. Go to the shop to enjoy inhaling and exhaling to the max or beyond!

This place is awesome. So decided if Im going to smoke then Ill roll my own. Got a great smoke maker and rolls and tobacco for a reasonable price. The guy behind th counter was very helpful and informative.

After many years of using the same proprietary automatic system, Ive started looking for my next vape. The folks here at GoGo have been extremely patient and helpful. They have plenty of hardware options to choose from, as well as a great selection of juices, all at competitive prices. I am now a regular customer.

Go-go is an amazing vape shop in Monroe. By far the best. They have the best prices Ive ever seen. The sales person who works there is the nicest funniest guy in Monroe. Truly an amazing experience. So dont be afraid to go down to go-go to get ur vaping needs at a very low cost.

I had yet another wonderful experience tonight! I got a new tank and some juice. There is a new employee who was so helpful and even let me try her vape tank before buying one! It doesn’t get any better than that!

Their customer service was absolutely terrible if I could give them a zerostarI would they sold me a Vape that doesnt even work and they wont return my call on getting a refund I might just drive down there and get a refund myself. The guy gave me attitude and said lets hope youre over 18. I gave him my ID and he laughed at me when I told him my what my budget was Ive gotten better customer service at McDonalds where theyre notorious for jizzing and jacking in peoples burgers!!!

Huge scam company. Do not buy anything from them. They are using a bait and switch scam online. No customer service, no email, no response. Check the better business bureau and call you bank.

Love this place!!! The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and remembers his clients! I have shopped many vape stores from Seattle to Lynwood and Everett and some in the town of Monroe and this is my favorite place of the only two I will ever frequent because of the up and up service and never sell bad products or things you dont need and have best prices too!

This place is amazing. The gentleman working there is incredibly friendly and I now go to him when I have any questions! He helped me so much with my Tpriv kit and now has a loyal customer!

Sean at gogo makes you feel vary welcome when you stop by the store is he is vary friendly and vary helpful!! The store is vary clean and has a pretty cool slection!!! I would highly recommend gogo for all you smoke needs!! Swing on by gogo and say hi to Sean and the rest of his crew!!!
