All of this place been shopping with them for years. Eddie and the girls are so cool. When I walk in the door they know exactly what I want and you can always call them ahead of time can you get this off the shelf and this off the shelf and keep it by the register and Ill be there a few minutes and theyre always willing to do that. The prices are good for independent vape shop. Again I come because its a friendly atmosphere its such a friendly atmosphere the reason why Im been shopping here for two three years now. The shopping with them since 2021 I think it was 20 21 it might be 20-22 LOL

Tried to sell me a 25 dollar vape for 35 dollars 😂Edit to owner reply: owner stalks peoples accounts and gaslights customers because they disagree with them. I did come to the store and I walked out as soon as I asked 2 prices which were both over 10 dollars, also I dont smoke nicotine lol. Also most of these reviews are paid for stores with many more customers dont have these reviews and this shop thats always empty somehow does? 🤔 They cannot compete with xhale city in prices and they cant even compete with the store next to the tractor supply.

Very good vape store, awesome people. All there stuff is legit. Ive been to many vape stores that bought their product anywhere and half the time it was from some random suppliers and it was fake. But everything at their store is top self product. Will have my business from now on.

I’ve been going here for several months now and every time I go here everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable with their products. Maddie is by far the best person there, she gives me the better recommendations on certain disposables that never miss. Because of maddie I will continue to shop here until the store closes or if it ever does.

Owners are creeps started stalking my boyfriend after he left a negative review. Xhale sells hidden hills vapes for 25 this store sells them for 35+ and tries to upsell you to the duo pod colab vapes which notoriously dont work and cost more. The store across the street is a few dollars cheaper but xhale can sometimes be almost half the price.

Sold us a vape and it went bad within an hour. Sales associate was very nice but couldn’t help us without owners approval and he would not answer phone. She sold us another cheaper on with a small discount to get by till the $50 one was replaced and then the smaller one went bad 2 days later. We came back on Sunday and the owner again was not there and the sales girl told us that he was coming in at 4 to help us. He never showed up. He ghosted us like a coward and never returned our phone calls. They even kept the broken vapes and did nothing for us.The sales girl was very nice but aside from that the owner is a liar and a thief. Never do business with these crooks.

Shop was great, had a wide variety of glass and i met a great employee who convinced me to buy the best/worst minion tobacco pipe i have ever seen. Me and my brother truly can not thank this man enough. He has changed our lives and my tobacco smoking has never been better. My depression cured. My life fulfilled. My prayers answered.

This shop has some of the highest quality products and the price is unbeatable. Not only are the products great but the staff is even better. They are nice friendly and super helpful. Was very skeptical about this but I gave it a try anyway. Right from the start I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I actually had too many questions, nonetheless the sales associate Mallory answered every single one. Mallory was very well educated and informed on the products as well as helpful when it came to what exactly I was searching for, she helpes all the way through until i agreed on something. Our whole interaction felt like I was being referred to something new by a friend. She was very friendly and not pushy on sales at all which alot of people dislike. Prices vary but usually the higher the price.........yeah. I definitely find myself coming back as needed so long as I can be treated like this.

Nice setup, with many different vape pens and a large selection of vape juices. I bought a brand new medium battery-size vape setup and some juice. Had an issue when I filled it up and tried using it, but it tasted burnt. I called to let them know the vape wasnt working right bc it tasted weird, and burnt. I asked about swapping them out since there was something wrong with it. When I pulled the pod that holds the juice out there was juice all inside where it was inserted. I was told that there are signs everywhere that said no returns. I said I just need to exchange it for a working one. I was also told that I must have messed up the coil, and again no refunds. So, I was busy with work, etc so I just put items back into packaging bc they couldnt be used. After a few calls, and being made to feel like I was in the wrong, I googled vape setups to see if it could be fixed, so I decided to go up to the store to see what they could do. From what I had read it only needed a pod that wasnt broken. Long story short, I was frustrated, so I decided to go to the store to explain in person. One of the owners was there, and she corrected things by giving me a new pod and setting it up for me. Lesson learned vape stores will not do refunds or exchanges, so be sure to test the vape setups before leaving the store.
