Massage Envy

I have had four massages here in the last few months because I wanted to try out all the therapists before choosing the right one for me. I can tell you that all four therapists were either very good or excellent. Good job, new owners, for hiring professional and knowledgeable therapists!

The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Its very helpful that they have parking spots for the clients, especially in that area where parking can be hard to get at times.

I cant speak for everyone or every therapist but just had a couples massage with my girlfriend. I had Michael and damn it was good. One of the best massages I have received from the company and Ive been a member for several years now. Perfect amount of pressure and very relaxing. It was great. Wish I lived closer and could come back more often but I will be sure to come back and visit here again for a massage. Thank you.

Great location and friendly staff. My only complaint is that you never get the full treatment. You pay for 1.30 minutes, and they always end 10 minutes early.

The facility is beautiful. It is centrally located in Monterey. My masseuse, Michael, is knowledgeable and professional. A great experience. I will be returning.

I have a monthly membership with massage envy, which means I have prepaid massage credits always stored up. This store said I made an appointment and then charged me 2 hrs off my account for an appointment I didnt make and dont show up for. The appointment I didnt make was apparently for 1.5hrs but I was charged 2 hrs for the appointment. Not Im out $130 for a massage I didnt even get. I know I didnt make the mistake of making a massage and forgetting because I have a full time job, go to school full time and have kids. It takes a lot of pre planning to have time to get a massage. I dont just make them causally.

Same as another person here mentions. Management has no idea what does Good Customer Service means. Ive made a reservation and they asked me my CC for reservation. About a week in advance from my reservation date I called and cancelled my appointment.This was 3 years ago!!! Since then every January they are putting an automatic charge to my CC. I told them three times already, once in 2014, 2015 and now 2016 to STOP CHARGING MY CARD and take my name off their list.Seems NOT worked so far! Easiest solution to this I guess I have to get a new CC and cancel my current one!A corporation must not attach themselves to a customers bank accounts like a leech!

If I could do zero stars I would. If you want to go to a place that can randomly let other people use your gift card without it being in their possession (not just mine but my husbands as well), schedule you for an appt one day and put you on another so that you have no appt, then when you FINALLY get to go back in for your appt have the woman at the front desk tell you go ahead with your service, dont worry, well get your gift card figured out, you dont have anything to worry about only to find out you get to pay additional money plus tip (when that was included on your gift card) then by all means go here. The massage wasnt awful but wasnt amazing. Whoever massaged my friend left her literally unable to walk after a few hours. Absolutely horrid customer service. I left a message with the front desk woman for Heather (the owner) to call me Monday. I never heard back so I left an additional message via voice mail today. I was called back by an extremely RUDE Amy who told me the owner only comes in once a month 😐 and then proceeded to hang up on me. Seriously? I will NEVER EVER recommend ANYONE go here. Its mediocre (at best) massages and you get ripped off right and left.

Massage Envy in Monterey is the place to be.! The front desk is the best Ive ever experienced. So friendly and accommodating. And the Therapist.?!? Omg. No comparison. Im So glad that I found this place! definitely a must visit.! But dont take it from me.! Check them out yourself. You wont regret it.

Not a great experience. Monterey has better options.

There is literally NO Way to get a hold of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ugh.

All I can say this place is amazing every time I go in great front desk amazing therapists I love this place
