I came to buy a perfect blown piece which I got at a fair price for the quality. They also have specialized blown glass from Japan that is a must have. However, That was just the beginning. They also have a 3rd party distributor or trees with a 25% discount for first time users. A STEAL! I left my cartridge and after a week, they replaced it free of charge for me and 831Peep. I also highly recommend their Gandalf Pipes. Thick enough not to break, but pure elegance.

Picked up some of the GREEN GOLD Medium cones to try out today with a nice hybrid from a nearby dispensary.First off the box and the cone smell straight up like a headshop. It’s kinda weird but also a good thing. It’s not harsh when smoking it like you’d expect. Even though it tastes a little like your smoking incense, it’s very enjoyable and smooth.It took 3 people a little over ten minutes to smoke one cone in rotation.I will buy them again, but every once in a while. I will most likely have still stick with the King Palms as my go to. But these were a nice change of pace. Very relaxing!

The main shop is cool too but what isnt on display is whats up. While in the store they can help you get items like nicotine vapes or anything from their affiliated cannabis sellers menu delivered to where you happen to be right then.

I Really love this place i dont smoke cigarettes and they gotem all. But they also have cigars which i do love and other smoking accessories including Lighters, and Torches, and so many fine things to go with YOUR. Smoking habit. Great place to pick up vaping stuff. If you need disposable vapes, they have a wide selection of tobacco flavored vapes. Friendly staff is very welcoming and they have a solid knowledge of everything they sell here. Theyre open late and are perfect if you want a wide selection of things. Great location too.

The selection here is absolutely insane. Out of this world. So good its almost bad. If I were in there looking for some new glass Id probably still be in there right now trying to make up my mind. Fortunately I was just in to grab a pouch of organic American spirit rolling tobacco, which they had for cheaper than anywhere Ive found in California (on this trip) and their rolling papers are reasonably priced as well. The staff was also super friendly and relaxed, very willing to answer any questions or help in any way they could. 10/10, my dudes.

We came in today on vacation looking for a cheap rig and some oil to make our vacation a good one and David was more than helpful. Dude went above and beyond to make our experience go as well as it could have. David and the staff at NorCal are awesome people. Anytime we are back in the monterey area we will be back to do business again. Awesome people.

Drove to Monterey from the East Bay for this shop- the 4 hour round trip was well worth it. This shop is full of great finds at great prices. These guys were knowledgeable and helpful, if they didn’t know something they’d look it up instead of giving you no answer. Walked away with a beautiful piece of glass and accessories! I absolutely plan on coming back

I normally don’t leave reviews. But, this place has great customer service! I bought a atomizer for my puffco earlier today. It clearly didn’t work. “Huge bummer right.” Called them up. Explained my issues. Went back and the owner took care of me. I usually hate dealing with people in general. But the whole crew was nice and genuine. Even wished me a happy holidays on the way out. If you’re in Monterey area. This is the spot. Don’t go waste your time other places. Half tempted to buy some glass and mail it back home. Really cool shop with 11\10 customer service. Great selection.

There is one person here who if your unfortunate enough to talk to you will have a bad time. Everyone else here is fantastic, funny, good sense of humor, willing to help you out, doesn’t get upset from a little bit of haggling, but there is one person here who kinda ruins the good name of this business, won’t say names because the boss probably already knows and apperantly he might be a 5% owner too lol 🤣

A 30$ torch that wont light right out of the package. Packaging which doesnt belong to the torch inside. Then a cracked bong you wouldnt see until you filled it with water for the first time. All sales final sign hung up by the register.. At least I got all my *broken* stuff for less than the marked prices.Edit: I still visit this store for my e-vaping needs, always greeted and made to feel welcome when entering the store. Changing my review as a returning customer, the first experience was the worst one.

TBH I always come here and always get treated like a regular. Today I went in and got treated as if Im a tourist just boned with no compensation. Seriously called to get pricing on a product, the guy said they dont talk prices over the phone! What kind of business, doesnt tell a customer what the price of something is? This is why I plan to do my purchase from a different smoke shop or online. Either you do shady business or youre hiding something! I live in a very rual part of Monterey County, so I need to plan my trips out due to the hour drive. Im the type of person that doesnt mind paying MSRP due to my location. All I ask was for a price, very disappointed!

Bought vape. Unhappy. Nor Cal says no returns!Manager states it says so on the receipt. Never got the receipt. Seems like after you buy something is the wrong time to find out no returns. There should absolutely be a sign that says: NO RETURNS! So you can see it before the purchase.

This place is the only place I would buy my pieces from. Everywhere else Ive gone the quality is not the same!! Ive seen many places have the Pax pens for sale for a lot cheaper but they are not real!! If you wanna make sure youre getting the real deal, go to Nor Cal!!

Nor Cal Smokeshop has the best customer service and selection ever. They have every kind of smoking and vaping accessory you can think of. The shop is split into three big sections, cigars, vape, and glass.I moved to Monterey from Eugene, Oregon about ten years ago and I discovered this gem on Lighthouse Ave back in 2006, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I love that they have the biggest gallery of glass art that includes the best and impossible to find underground artists.The manager, Matt, is a cigar, glass, and vape aficionado. I enjoy that whenever I ask him or any of the employees a question about any product, they really know their stuff. They even helped me quit smoking cigarettes and gradually cut down my vape nicotine level. Those guys are super passionate about what they do, and thats a rare find these days!

This shop has it all and more! If they dont have it, it doesnt exist! Awesome knowledgeable staff & clean shop.
