Spero Skin Spa Salon

I had a great visit to the Spero Salon. I had a mens pedicure and manicure. Stephanie N. was fabulous...great conversation, no pain and I look & feel MUCH better. The salon is a spacious 4,500 square feet and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable (I thought a little low for what I received, actually). I will definitely go back.

Was very happy with my cut on Sunday when it was nice and styled, until i straightened it today and realized its supper choppy on one side. No wonder it was curled, so it would actually look good. Theres even a part in the back that looks like theres a chunk of hair missing.Now i have to wait to let it grow out so that it can be fixed since I definitely dont want more length cut off.

Collette is the absolute BEST! Highly, highly recommend. Have never, ever had a better hair stylist for highlights, color, etc.

It had been over a year since I’d had my hair cut due to moving away from my previous stylist. I had an appointment with Stephanie at Spero. I am very pleased with how refreshed my hair looks and feels. Stephanie really listened to what I wanted, checked in to make sure it looked right, and took the time to refine everything so it was just so. She was very personable and friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her. The salon itself is impressive and offers a multitude of services. Tamera was lovely and gave me a tour after I’d inquired about some of their other offerings. I’ll definitely be back.

I just absolutely ❤💯 the Spero Spa salon in Mount Vernon and have been a customer for many years. I go to Spero for all my beauty and skin care needs. The facials and anti aging products are absolutely next level!! All you ladies need to check it out because the results speak for itself! 🥰 the owner Tamera is absolutely fabulous and her staff are knowledgeable, kind, professional and are all very sweet. I recently got my hair done with Ariel and I am loving the results! They also offer fantastic massage services and body work after which I feel rejuvenated and great! The atmosphere of the salon is fun and glamorous, so prepare to be pampered. I can not say enough about my fabulous age reversal treatments I received from Tamera and I feel gorgeous and ten years younger😍 thank you ladies at the Spero Salon for making me feel and look so good! 💖💖💖

I found my beauty haven!!! Genuinely friendly and wonderful staff. Ariel transformed my wild mane into a manageable masterpiece; and she was able to recommend more appropriate hair products that work with my type of hair. I’ve not yet tried any of their massage or spa treatments, but am looking forward to when I do!

Amazing service selections and adaptive care. Definitely looking forward to going back. Informative and helpful, it all gives me hope on touching base on my skincare needs in the future.Only way this could have been made better is staying within the price range for the treatment I scheduled myself for compared to what I ended up paying. Adapting the treatment based on my skincare needs is great as long as the change in price is discussed ahead of time, rather than telling me the total at the register after the facial.

My favorite spa, hands down! Ive had many appointments at this location with many of the ladies and I love them all! I recently got my hair done. Ill attach before and after photos.

I can’t say enough nice things about the wonderful and professional people who work at this salon and spa. I am a busy mom that barely has time for myself, every time I come in to get a service, the staff makes sure that I’m relaxed and taken care of. Whether it be helping me with my toddler, really paying attention to what I want/need. It really is your one stop shop for all of your beauty needs. I highly recommend ❤️

My experience at Spero Skin Spa Salon was amazing! I had a relaxing facial and shampoo/style done after. I have had facials done before but never experienced one like this one. This was the most thorough and relaxing treatment I have ever had.... I dont even know how to explain how relaxing this experience was for me. Ariel is amazing hair is on point as well as my beard. Honestly cant say enough good things about everyone in the salon. From the owner to all of the people that work there. Friendly, kind, good hearted people. If anyone is looking for a spa or hair cut this is the place. They have an actual barber area in the back. Check it out very cool and done up amazing. 5 stars all the way.

My review today is based on my phone experience with Tamera.I called her salon today after having dried up my tears after an arms-length interaction with Per Dona Salon where they told my husband whod inquired for me, that they didnt have anyone who could cut ethnic hair.I was at a loss, worried that I wouldnt find someone to cut my hair, now that I live here in Mount Vernon as of a month ago (originally from Scottsdale, AZ).I was hurt by the arms-length interaction with Per Dona Salon, so pulled up my bootstraps, and wiped my tears. Then I called Spero.She was courteous, used endearing words with me, was patient although I caught her in the middle of lunch eating before she had a meeting in 10 minutes.She also helped me to pair my stylist preference up (helped me to understand her website) with patience, and also listened to my sob story about how the Per Dona Salon interaction made me feel.Tamera is a genuine person (no fluff) and shared her awesome story about why she chose to open Spero Skin Spa Salon. Her vulnerability and raw nature make me excited to find a stylist right for me at her place. Ill start with Dani and see where it goes.

I had an appointment yesterday for me and my daughter to get her first facial together, due to an error in scheduling on my part or the online system neither appointment was scheduled yesterday. My daughter got a facial done anyways and the owner scheduled me one with her tomorrow to make up for it. I arrived at 3 for the appointment and signed myself in on the tablet. No person says hi. I sit in the waiting room. Someone passes through and offer beverages. Other customers go into their appointments. 30 minutes later a gal walks by asks what I’m here for. She then tells me I didn’t answer my phone when they tried to call me earlier to cancel. She then tells me I’m not rescheduled either. We try to reschedule but it’s Wednesday, I take someone to chemo that day… so I walk out crying and find that I did miss a call from them, they left a message explaining that the refund I wanted for the canceled appointment would take a couple days since it’s the weekend, turns out I don’t even know what card they are refunding since we are paying in gift certificates. I run a business and I care for many people and find little time for myself. Two days and failed attempts at this salon and today being treated less then human when all I need was a human touch is heartbreaking. I got $200 in gift certificates up for grabs if anyone else wants to be dragged through the coals here.

Had a pedicure with Jessi and it was hands down the best experience I have had. From the salon to the actual pedicure everything was amazing and everyone was so sweet and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend Jessi for her work and personality, we had a great conversation! I am definitely continuing to go and will recommend as many as I can!Thank you again Jessi for being so patient and understanding.

Spa/salon 5 starsMassage 3.5I really wanted to love the massage but it just didnt do it for me. The therapist asked what areas I wanted to focus on or avoid, I said I really wanted to focus on my back and shoulders because I have a ton of knots there. She agreed and we started the session. It started off well but she didnt do much back work. Then she started doing over the sheet pressure I guess you would say? It wasnt really a massage, more just pressing down on me. Hardly did any work on my knots so that was very disappointing.I will say, the spa was great! Very clean and decorated well. The only downside there being, that the walls between the massage rooms were paperthin, I could hear the whole conversation going on with the other massage appointment and music coming from the salon but I get that is hard to fix.After the massage my friend and I were able to relax in a super cute, quiet room with a gas fireplace. We were offered drinks and said we could relax as long as we wanted. That was amazing after coming out of a massage!Long story short, I would go back again but to a different therapist.

It is nice to be able to depend on a salon not just to get my hair and brows done at, but to also be able to get botox and micro-blading as well! I cant tell you how much time I have spent trying to find separate professionals to get all those services...and then to have them so well is such a blessing! Tamra, who is the owner of the salon is a fairy Godmother, she truthfully will make all your dreams come true. Shay does the most outstanding balayage that a women could ask for, Hillary will make you look ten years younger with her botox, and Keely will without a doubt give you the brows that you have always wished for. As soon as you walk in you feel like you have been transported into a place meant just for prince and princesses. I recommend it so strongly that I even persuaded my grandma to switch to get her hair cut at Spero Salon. No matter what the beauty service is that you are wanting, it will will be found at Spero. Every time I leave this salon I feel more confident, more beautiful, and more valued than when I came in...isnt that what we as women strive for every day of our lives? If you arent happy with where you get your hair, skin, body, or other beauty work done...dont worry any longer...welcome to Spero Salon!

Had Spero Salon do me and my bridesmaids hair and makeup and I was absolutely 100% satisfied with their customer service and the experience in general. Jessie did my (bride) hair and makeup and she did an excellent job not only was my hair and makeup literally flawless but we decide to do our photos at sunset (the end of the wedding) my hair and makeup both held up for 5-6 hrs through 80+ degree weather, and tons of hugs! I was very indecisive about how I wanted to wear my hair and Jessie was so patient and kind and did my hair multiple different ways until we found the perfect look. I couldn’t be more grateful for her and the final look that she made happen! Truly felt like a princess. Thank you to Jessie and Spero Salon for all your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a hair/makeup artist.

My fiancé and I were to get married in June. I myself chose to go to Spero Salon to get dolled up right along with my bridesmaids for my special day. I put a deposit down cause I really liked how clean, tidy, and the employees treated us. With the most up right respect. I scheduled my appointment for my bridal trial hair and makeup. I liked it so I paid them the rest of what I owed. Two weeks before my wedding I had a family emergency where I had to cancel my wedding. I called and talk to Tamera the owner. She seemed really nice over the phone and agreed to refund my money minus the trial. I was more than happy with that. She said she would have to write a check and have it sent out a week after my wedding date. Two weeks went by and I never received a check. I called the salon several times and her employees would tell me she is out of the office dealing with some personal things and if I could leave a message she would call me back. I never did hear from her and it is going on 4 weeks now and I still haven’t got my refund money back. I am very disappointed and frustrated at this point where I might just have to take legal action.

I very much appreciate the owner’s dedication to making her salon a positive place. When I did have a negative experience (which is something that can literally happen anywhere regardless of the quality of the staff or their work) she immediately set out to make it right and was genuinely invested in creating a positive experience. In my opinion, that’s one of the most important aspects of finding a good salon

My daughter and I came in for the first time and everyone has been so nice. We both got relaxation massages with Kerri who was great! We also utilized the sauna while the other was getting their massage. We were celebrating our birthdays and they made us feel extra pampered. It has been a great experience and we will be coming back in the future. Highly recommended.

Jessi cut and styled my daughter Madison’s hair today and it turned out AMAZING! She’s so skilled, super sweet and took her time to be sure it was perfect. Thank you so much Jessi for giving her such a great experience for the first time getting her hair done.

The team at Spero Skin Spa and Salon TOOK CARE of me today. (All caps because it was SO amazing)! Facial, massage, and hair treatment and style. I feel like a princess. And to top it all off, they had this gorgeous bouquet waiting for me knowing that I am grieving my miscarriage. I have never been treated with such kindness. I feel like I am glowing. Ok. So. I have lived in this area most of my life. I have never heard/known of this Hidden Gem!I called basically last minute for a hair cut... I was shocked they could even get me in only an hour or two after calling for an appointment.Now, currently hair cuts are about $40. Figured I pay about that for the in and out hair places. I never end up satisfied. So I thought lets try a real salon that charges the same price...My hair is LONG (past my bum) and EXTREMELY thick. Most people dislike doing my hair and end up charging more!I saw Ariel. She washed. Cut. Blow dried and straightened my hair. I was not charged extra. I was only charged for what I was told my hair would cost. I was even more shocked! That never happens!Ariel, is one of the best gals I have ever seen. She literally made me feel like a princess! She took incredible care of my hair. She was so calm and loving. You can tell she absolutely loves and takes pride in her love of doing hair.Spero Skin Spa Salon has an atmosphere that makes you feel as though you are royalty!!! I cannot believe Google has never given me the option to know of this Salon!!I cannot wait to go back! If I could go once a month (seems excessive for my natural hair) but I 100% would!Luckily they do MORE than just hair so I can go anytime I want for anything I want!! My next time back I will be getting a facial.I am sure everyone there is amazing! I can say Ariel is definitely my gal. 100%. I went to Spero for my first time for my wedding pre-trial makeup and hair, and was immediately greeted with friendliness and professionalism. I had no idea what to expect going in to it, but Amanda took her time to make sure I loved my hair, and Karen did a gorgeous job on my makeup... I didn’t even realize how long I had been there while both ladies made sure all my needs were met until the staff brought me snacks and sparkling cider- they knew I was hungry before I did! The staff at Spero takes the time to make sure you’re 100% satisfied, and is highly skilled. I very much recommend Spero to anyone who wants an incredible spa experience.

Ive been coming to Spero Skin Spa for at least once a month for a massage, haircut and a pedicure. Kerri Jesse, the massage therapist, and Jessi Best, the hairstylist who Ive seen, are very sweet and accommodating ladies who care deeply about customer satisfaction. The same can be said for the other ladies working at the salon, especially Tamara, the owner of the business. Every time I waited to be seen, the ladies would offer coffee or water with lemon or lime. Calling to set up an appointment with Spero has always been quick and easy. So the bottom line is if youre looking for a place that provides massages, hairstyling, pedicures, manicures, facials, make up, and sauna sessions under one roof run by courteous, accommodating, down to earth professionals, this is the place to go to.

We came to Spero for a couples massage for our anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and she was happy and very welcoming. The other front staff were happy as well. I have so much great things to say about this spa and the staff but the review would be so long. So I’ll just say the arriving to the spa to leaving was top notch and we were very very well taken care of. We got the best massages and was very well taken care of afterwards. Received iced cold water with lemons. Got to relax in a beautiful room with a fireplace and had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. We have decided we’ll be celebrating our next anniversary at Spero Spa! Thank you

Spero really is a one stop shop for all of your beauty needs. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect and all of the staff is so friendly and wonderful. They make you feel at home right away. I highly recommend Danni for any of your coloring needs. She’ll make all your hair dreams come true. I’ve been seeing Angelica for all of my facials since I moved to the area. They really take their time to insure you are 100% satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.

Awesome salon! The customer service was amazing and my stylist Jessi did the best highlights and cut I have ever had. Because of her consultation, I got everything I wanted and more. I then saw Tamera for my skin and she did such an outstanding job. Best pampering Ive had. She even threw in a complementary eye treatment when my eyes were so irritated from allergies. This place ROCKS!

I love going here Ariel did my first facial and waxing and I was both comfortable and relaxed during both sessions. Angelica did my second facial and she was just as excellent. I have been reccomended products that have helped heal my skin and will continue to heal my skin!

Had my facial today with Ashley Flores, I absolutely loved it! We had great conversations throughout the facial and she made me feel comfortable the whole time! I have sensitive skin and I love how she talked about all the products that were being used on my skin! She is great!!! Recommend 100%!!! I will be back:)

From the second I walked in, I knew this was going to be a special experience. I was right! The staff were so warm and welcoming, I felt at home right away. I immediately had a sturdy wine glass filled with fresh cucumber lemon water and was whisked away to warm my back in their sauna as I waited for my stylist to finish up her previous client. My long work day dissolved within minutes as I relaxed in quiet solitude with my drink and warmth on my back. Once I was in the chair, Sandy listened intently about what I wanted, silver hair. Sandy took so much time with me and was 120% attentive to the color she was accomplishing for me...no matter how long it took & even though this was an evening appointment. After meticulously lifting and toning she dried it. Sandy wasnt pleased with the color since it wasnt exactly silver, so with my permission to stay longer (which I was happy to do...I was having so much fun with the staff!) and try an additional color application that just deposits color (not lifting or toning.) It came out PERFECTLY silver! I have been wanting to achieve this silver color for over a year and this is the first time it has been done...because they werent going to let me leave until it was perfect! ;-) I appreciated Sandys honesty. Never once did I get the slightest feeling of being a burden, even though I was the only client there and it was getting close to a 3 hour evening appointment. I felt like I was with old friends who only wanted the very best for me. These ladies are down to earth and not even the teeniest hint of pretension or arrogance. If you are looking for incredible above and beyond customer service, pampering & attention while feeling like family, this is your place!!!!

Absolutely the best spa I have ever had the pleasure of being in. The staff bends over backwards for there clients. The staff is so kind. The owner, Tamara is amazing so welcoming! Jessi is an amazing hair stylist. She cut and highlighted my hair. Incredibly thorough. Christina is also a hair stylist. Shes patient and true. Mention me and get 20% off your service and I get a credit for the same.

First time getting a facial and it couldn’t have gone better. I got a facial along with getting my eyebrows waxed, laminated and tinted & Angelica was the best! Felt super comfortable and welcoming! Super great experience.

Husband and I got a couples massage. I have never had such a horrible massage, felt like I was being petted the whole time. Sheets were scratchy, so much background noise from their loud salon music. Also instead of it being relaxing my husbands masseuse was talking politics. We will not be back. Save your money, I wish I would have read the negative reviews before dropping that much money on their services.

I had a wonderful experience at Spero. I was visiting from out of town, and decided to get a mocha balayage. When I called Dani was able to get me in that afternoon, and was super welcoming and bubbly. She was very attentive and asked clarifying questions to make sure she understood what I wanted. She even gave me a head massage when washing my hair, on the house, since I wasnt from the area. When she was done coloring my hair, I was amazed. She created such amazing definition, which is saying something because I have DEEP brunette hair. After she styled my hair and everything I just had to hug her, because she was so sweet and talented. If you ever have the opportunity, please request her or Kaitlin, who was also friendly and amazing. Thank you, ladies!

Got a 90 minute hot stones relaxation massage from Kerri and it was amazing. The room is fantastic and she stays quiet throughout your treatment so you can relax to the fullest! To finish I got some lemon and cucumber water to refresh and a tour of the spa. Cant wait to do a sauna session before my next massage to really get the heat in!

If you need your brows done, Angelica is your girl! I’ve been in the area for 2 years and have been struggling to find someone who I’ve trusted to do my eyebrows. Angelica took her time and worked her magic. I’ve never received such great service just for a wax appointment. Definitely won me over and I will become a regular.

I have been going to Jessi Best for years and she is AMAZING! She makes me feel comfortable, is very thorough and always makes me feel great when I leave the salon. She always talks the process through with me and I appreciate her eye for detail.

I went to Spero Spa on October 15th, 2022. This was supposed to be a day spa for my birthday celebration and instead it was a disappointment and felt creeped out and disgusted. When I came in I was informed that I will not be able to receive a mud body wrap as booked as their shower wasn’t working and was offered a salt scrub, instead. The scrub was ok and so was the facial. The sheets and the blankets were all old looking and ruggidy. Not the feeling of a quality spa. I was not informed what cosmetic products were used. That was the beginning of the disappointment. As noted in the phone call with the Spero Spa owner, the massage has not been anything like a typical massage deep tissue, as noted on the web site when I have booked it online. I was told by the owner that it was actually called “body work”, although I have paid for a deep tissue massage. I was supposed to have the massage with a male therapist, Brian. The whole time during the massage this guy was moving my body like a swinging motion from left to right, and there was no deep tissue massage provided of any kind. I did not received the service of massage with deep tissue, as described on the web site. It was the worst massage I have experienced. Brian had awfully long nails and they were yellowish… looked like fungal infection and his shaving looked like he missed some spots under his nose….just creepy, altogether. Thank God, he was using the sheet the whole time while touching me. I have had a horrible experience and this was supposed to be my birthday relaxation day. In my opinion, I should have been reimbursed for that massage, as it was not a massage it was body work as the owner said and I did not pay for a body work, I wanted a massage. Their machine did not work to charge my card, so I had to spend time out of my day to talk to the owner. When I offered my feedback to the owner she kept calling me sweetie although I’ve noted I did not find that very respectful. She defended Brian saying everybody is happy with his so called “body work”… well, I was not, and it did not make a difference when I voiced that! BEWARE, when you pay for a massage at Spero spa you get a swinging motion by a creepy and dirty male therapist. I will never be back!

Ashley Bacus did a FANTASTIC job on my haircut! I brought only one picture for inspiration and she did even better than what I was expecting! Best layering job Ive ever seen on anybody! Ill definitely be going back to her from now on and cant wait to see what she can do with hair coloring!

This place is what every woman needs, from the Beautiful atmosphere to the top notch customer service! Ive had MANY services here. They have so much to offer, its truely a one stop Pampering shop! Recently had my lashes done by Annie and now I get to wake up looking Fab! My lashes are very difficult and Ive had several other places try with no success. I had given up for the past year until she promised me she could put all past experiences behind me and she did not disappoint!! Spero is a MUST for anyone whom needs self care! The owner is the most humble gal you will ever meet and goes above & beyond to make sure you leave loving your whole self!

I went to Spero Salon for a facial and came out feeling refreshed, glowing, cleansed and beyond satisfied.The ladies were sweet, welcoming, positive and fun when I walked in. They went above and beyond for this facial, as well as providing products that werent filled with harsh over-bearing chemicals, but lightweight and perfect for my skin type.I even walked out learning a few new things or two about how to better treat my skin with my particular lifestyle. I found Spero Salon on SpaFinder. It exceeded my expectations. Tamara was knowledgeable about skin. Not only that but she went above and beyond to give me the best experience. By far the best facial I have ever received along with the comfort of someone really knowing what was best for my skin. I already booked future appointments and recommend Spero Salon to anyone.

I have never written a google review before but I must for this Spa and Salon. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. The atmosphere is relaxing and revitalizing. Tamera has opened an oasis in Mount Vernon. The manicure/pedicure I received from Jessie was amazing. I will be going back for more visits and cant wait to sample everything Tamera has to offer.

I have visited this spa five times now. Every single time I have been very happy with my experience. The atmosphere is refined without being stuffy and the staff is fun but professional. I always leave feeling happy and pampered.On my first visit I saw Jessi for a haircut and mani/pedi. Her work was impeccable, plus she is unbelievably sweet and fun. I had so much fun with her, I felt like I had spent the afternoon with a good friend! I asked for product recommendations and was thrilled with everything that I purchased.I next met Tamera who tinted my eyelashes. This was the first time I had ever experienced a lash tint and Tamera was very careful to explain everything as she went. I was comfortable throughout and very happy with the results.I then made an appointment for a speciality facial. This was the best facial I have ever had. Tamera is very thorough and skilled, not to mention warm and thoughtful. She addressed all of my skin concerns and explained how I could improve my at home regimen. Once again I asked for recommendations and once again the products impressed me. My skin looks and feels amazing!My next visit was a self inflicted hair emergency. I had been silly the night before and allowed a friend to highlight my hair. I called and was so glad Kristen was willing to see me on short notice. We discussed in detail what could be done and she developed a plan to correct the color and repair my damaged hair. She was efficient and understanding. I left feeling beautiful.I cant say enough great things about this place! Im so glad that I found this spa and recommend it to everyone!

Didn’t respond to my first message about my wedding for over week. Which was whatever, maybe people are busy with the wedding season. They finally responded on 7/1 and let me know their prices and travel fee. The travel fee was a range of 20-400 dollars. I asked what it would be for my venue location. They never responded. That was 7/3. People are trying to plan weddings. Things are booked up far more quickly than they used to be. Have the decency to say you don’t want to accommodate someone so they can put you on the no list. Thankfully, I found someone else who was much more responsive and didn’t keep me hanging.

I had a wonderful pure indulgence facial with Ariel. She is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my skin. I would highly recommend Spero Skin Spa Salon to a friend.

Wow! The best service and the best haircut/style I have had since moving to WA a few years ago. Ashley was my stylist and I highly recommend her. She is absolutely delightful. Thank you Im enjoying my new style.

Ive been going to this spa for years. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have am amazing time! I see both Angelica and Tamera for my facials and they have a great touch and are so so knowledgeable on how to make you look and feel just gorgeous!

Came in yesterday and had a great experience. Both Ashley and Shae (sp?) are angels and I don’t know how they do what they do. Bless em.Back story: I have henna in my hair and it turned MUCH more orange after being in the hot southern heat for 2 weeks. I wanted it fixed.Ashley up front told me that she wasn’t comfortable doing a color correction because of the henna. Let me tell you how relieved I was that she was actually honest with me and herself instead of trying to correct something that could’ve potentially been made worse. I feel as thought many stylists would’ve gone more for the ego trip of trying to fix it.After shampooing, trimming, and drying (which took forever because I have ALOT of hair) she proceeded to thin out my hair and blow it sleek. I have to be honest, in 26 years, I have never left a salon totally satisfied, and I didn’t have much hope this time would be different. Ashley FAR exceeded my expectations and I actually loved the way my hair looked when I left the salon. Not only did she somehow get the brassiness out of my hair without coloring it, she made it so my hair was full of life again.THANK YOU for giving me a wonderful haircut and experience.

When I walked through the doors of Spero Skin Spa and Salon I was able to leave my worries at the door. They treated me as if I were a queen. (Which I so desperately needed!) Everyone made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. The people are amazing and the massage was AMAZING. If I could I would give this place 100 stars. I came in for a haircut and color consult. I used a gift certificate that my husband me. Collette was my stylist and she was very professional and personable. I really appreciated the time she took to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions.

I want to give a 5 star rave review for Kaitlin! I came in to get my hair done and she had great ideas for the look I wanted and i am obsessed with how it turned out. She did a great job and I have been referring everyone to her!

I’m not one to leave a review, but I just have to for today’s experience. I just had a massage there and nothing about it was exceptional. The massage therapist came in late, she charged me more money than the website advertised and she ended the massage at 45 mins when I paid for a 60 minute massage. I will not be recommending or returning.

I brought my 8-year-old granddaughter in to Spero today by a happy accident. For her 8th birthday she had asked for a massage and foot treatment/sort-of pedicure. I scheduled a last minute appt. at a different spa, then rushed out without my phone and had written down Speros address by mistake. Talk about a circus of errors. Anyway, when all the pieces were put together we all saw what had happened and this spa jumped through hoops and did some fast and fancy footwork to make sure my granddaughter had the royal treatment. She had a little manicure that was just the right length of time for an 8-year-old, followed by an enchanting facial, complete with face, head and neck massage. A champaign glass of fruit flavored sparkling drink was brought for both of us, The soft music; the quiet atmosphere and the very cheerful and special treatment she received made this birthday into one extra-special day. I received hugs for the rest of the evening for this gift and my little tomboy princess walked around with her chin in the air and kept checking to make sure her face was still glowing. Daddy gave his nod of approval that her skin did indeed look and feel much younger and smoother than he could ever remember.Im looking forward to treating my daughter and myself to a facial and maybe even a massage (whoo-hoo! Girls day out!).Thanks so much Spero!!

Ive gone to numerous massage therapists over the years and without a doubt Terry W. is the best. Ive made more progress toward actually correcting problems in 3 sessions than I have in years with other therapists. I hightly recommend you give Terry a try. You wont be disappointed

It was my friend’s first time there and It was going well. My friend liked her hair it was cute and then my friend got home and she took a shower the next day and her hair was not straight!!! One side is longer than the other!!! 😬😬😬

I had an appointment with Jessi today. Not only was it my last appointment before I moved out of state but she failed to let me know that she wasn’t available! Not impressed at all! Shows poor professionalism! It takes all the good away! 😕
