This shop sells fake, knockoff products. I bought a GeekBar here recently and after a few hours, it started acting weird and malfunctioning. It wasn’t producing vapor even though it had full battery. And the flavor was off from what it’s supposed to taste like. I haven’t had these problems from other shops in the area

First time at store bought a Orion Vape. First hit tasted and smelled burnt. Called store to let them know if I could exchange it or whatever. Basically they said I should of tried it in the store and that there was nothing they could do. Would of been nice to know that info before I brought it or I would of tried it in store first

Staff wonderful and helpful (5 stars) Wasn’t in the store for maybe 5 minutes yet still had full-blown allergic reaction on the drive home (had to medicate!) due to the strong incense smell in the store. It’s so offensive, let alone unhealthy. I’d shop there again but cannot tolerate with fragrance allergy.

This store has some variety on glassware, some nice high quality electronic rigs for a good price, variety of vape mods and juices. They also have some good smelling insence. Every time I go in the store it smells pleasant and Im greeted by the employees. If you become a regular, they do their best to remember your usual purchases and are incredibly helpful if you forget the name of what youre looking for.

The only vape store in town worth going to!! Im always on a tight budget so I pay attention to prices, this shop is by far the best deals and the most variety. The elf bars are up to like $10 cheaper than other places! The staff is so kind and always make me feel appreciated and listened to when I come in. I’ve been a customer for about 2 years now because I would never consider going somewhere else. I feel like they remember things about me and my life the way your regular barista does, and I think that’s really sweet. They give good recommendations for both vapes and glass, and have solid knowledge on all the products. I’ve purchased a few bongs and dab rigs and I’ve loved every piece I’ve gotten. There’s always a cute variety and I always see a piece Im tempted to buy. The last rig I got there has a glass moon and star in inside and Im obsessed. Super reasonable prices on the pieces too. Overall definitely the best vape shop in skagit, best prices, and the nicest most helpful staff!

I live all the way out in Concrete WA. Mount Vernon Glass & Vape is about an hour and a half away from my house. But I do not mind the commute because this shop has not only the best products with the best prices, not to mention they all provide the most out standing customer service. Everyone here is very knowable and kind. They all go above and beyond to be sure they make their customers happy! I tell everyone I know about this place. They are truly the best!!!

I have been coming here for years. By far the best prices in Skagit, Island, and even Whatcom county!I havent found any other shop with as great a selection+savings. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. The prices were phenomenal. The selection was outstanding and once I described what I enjoyed the flavor he suggested was outstanding.

The new guy is really helpful, friendly, and has great customer service skills. E juice selection and price is great and theyll price match any brick and mortar store (Within reason). The management seems like theyre always trying to stay competitive with theyre pricing so if you see any item that youd want but it would be cheaper to buy elsewhere, bring it to their attention and theyll most likely match the price.

Wow! What an experience. Walked in expecting to pay 100s of dollars for a recycler and various other goodies. To my pleasure, the staff is on point, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating to your constant questions. First time in I got there right after they opened spent over $100 on a dozen different items employees seemed really inconvenient about me spending my money there so next time Ill spend it somewhere else

I came in last week for disposable vapes. I have terrible luck getting burnt/defective ones so I tested them out in the car. I, at no surprise got two burnt ones. I went back in and usually I have no problem getting replacements but this time I was told no because of a policy. The guy said I should have tested them inside. First of all, they are pretty strict on masks, but they want me to test inside? Out of respect of their mask policy, I went right now outside in my car. Second, why now do I not get replacements? I’ve been going to this shop for awhile and whenever I had a defective vape, I had no problems. I didn’t fuss about it and I did end up just buying two more which are not cheap. It must have been that specific flavor because those also were burnt. Just my luck and a little disappointed with the service.

Horrible experience!!!!! I went in there since they were still new in town, but those 2 guys that work there were just plain rude. I wanted to take my time and look around the store but they kept on saying are you gonna buy? I said yeah maybe but with that kind of tone I wont. I dont think they understood what I meant, so I just kept on looking at their cigars, etc., but they came out from their place behind the counter and started to shadow me, granted it was a small store so we didnt dance long but just plain rude. I was dressed nicely too, slacks with a tie.... just got off work... I rather go back to my favorite original smoke plus down the road, people there are always nice and very very knowledgeable not like these two goons... I will never ever go back there again nor refer them to anyone in town. Bad parking deal over there too.

Hands down, best shop in the area. The prices are fair, and the selection is great, but what really makes this place shine above the rest is the great vibe. I genuinely enjoy shopping here and I feel welcome every time. The customer service is what keeps me coming back. They provide what Im looking for and I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Hubby went in, cause i am ♿︎ disabled, sometimes it’s hard for me.But…. Hubby came back empty handed. Apparently the “Fourth of July Sale” that was advertised, was not even on the holiday itself! Ned said there was nothing he could do.NOTHiNG was on sale on the day of The Fourth.It was a huge waste of our time and energy. But more so, a disappointment.

Bought products at this shop for a while. My girlfriend went to buy more disposable vape pods multiple of them. She went outside to test them make sure they all work and it turned out two of them are defective so she went inside to replace them as per usual but was told no return policy. The owner said if you are a good customer I will replace one of them but if you are not then he is not obligated to replace them. If you want to gamble with your money and have store selling you products that cannot stand by their products then welcome! The owner ripped us off!Will no longer be the customer.

The owner and the blonde woman (shes always there cant remember her name right now) are AMAZING. They are very nice, helpful and have genuine good energy. Very friendly, clean shop, variety of products (and the knowledge to back it.) This is an A+ store. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good shop.

Decent selection and pricing, but the dude who runs the place usually doesnt even bother to acknowledge you or pause his phone call to help customers. He just gives you a scuzzy, impatient look to indicate that hes waiting to hear why youre bothering him. In short, the shop is great. The owner, not so much.

This is THE cleanest, stocked and organized vape/glass shop I’ve ever been to. The employees are so nice and can answer literally ANY question about the products they sell. I live in Arlington and will drive to Mount Vernon just to go to this store. Highly recommend 👍

This is the only true glass shop in town. Great selection of quality glass and great atmosphere; they have even started to aquire quite the line of artistic, heady pieces. Amir is simply awesome at his job and is a genuinely friendly dude. No wonder the quality has gone up since he started with his uncle, the guy actually knows a lot about glass and what the people within the industry want. Sierra (who lives there practically) is super knowledgeable as well and is always willing to let us take our time and just look! My wife and I are cannabis bloggers that like to travel to find new and interesting stores within our industry...this store beats everything from Bellingham to Marysville... as far as selection of glass, prices, customer service experience and knowledge within this industry! Trust me! Pop into their other store in Everett too. Its called (52nd glass shop) if you want art for glass...its like an art gallery! Great job keeping it a family business, yet stepping up your game ten fold.

This place has got it all when it comes to your smoking needs, vape, tobacco and recreational fun! If I ever need smoking accessories or any glass bongs this is the place to go to in town! Prices here are super reasonable and you will not be charged an arm and a leg! If you also vape then it gets better, they have coils, tanks, mods anything you could want with vaping. When it comes to coils Sierra has helped me out personally and is absolutely great at it! She emptied my tank and also filled it! Now that is what I call service! This girl needs a raise! She knows every nook and cranny in the place! And the knowledge she has about everything is amazing! Everytime I go in there I feel super welcomed as if we were all friends and family. If you are in the mount Vernon area and need any smoking accesorries id recommend this the go to place, you will never be disappointed and you will get what you need, and not to mention the great prices on everything!

This is a good place for all of your smoking needs, with a selection of pipes for just a few dollars to expensive glassware. In addition to their glassware, you can buy tobacco, cigars, and the usual tobacco store stuff. The selection of e-cig mods is good, and they seem to have coils for all sorts of tanks. The selection of e-juice is currently limited to tobacco flavors, of course, but once the law is changed to allow the ale of flavored juice again, they should have a good selection of flavors, as well.

I went here for vape juice and I will say that I was overall impressed. A good selection of vape units and juices to choose from. They also offer a rewards/loyalty program, which is nice as I dont know of any other businesses of this kind that actually offer this. If youre looking for smoking or vaping supplies in Skagit County, this is probably one of the better, if not possibly the best place to check out.

I purchased a silicone bong, it was sweet until I filled it with water and it leaked out the bottom..... I took it back after calling in and they told me to swing by but when I got there the Indian fella told me silicone isn’t 100% water tight and said he can’t help me but tried to give me $5 off a bong.... so now I’m stuck with a bong that doesn’t work and a hole in my pocket. This place needs to check its pieces before selling them.

I go to this shop for a few different things. Most often e-juice. They have the best prices compared to the local vape shops, have a decent selection and are in such close proximity to the other shops. Its worth it to just go there to save the money. I used to go there for inexpensive glasswhere but, I dont partake anymore. If you are looking for vapes, juice or a smoking apparatus. Its a place worth considering doing business with. The dude and the chick that work there are both good people.

This is a nice little shop for glass pieces with a wide selection varying from fairly expensive to easily affordable. The proprietor and his employee are both personable and seem to enjoy helping people find what theyre looking for, rather than trying to upsell you to more expensive items than youre looking for.

We have been coming here for quite a while. Great selection and prices on vape products as well as there glass section. Very friendly and informative staff. The only down side for me is they are closed on sundays.

Third place I had stopped at that was on Google that was not open or not even there. Well just so y’all know it is there but the hours are incorrect right now it says it’s open and it’s not. Just an FYI for all those that drive or come off of an island I need to get a new tank or juice. I am very pleased with the service. On August 13, 2016, I went to a shop one block from this shop and the vap juice was WAY overpriced ad I didnt get help with troubleshooting my Evod. I decided to come to this location to see if the juice was cheaper , it was ofcourse, and Sierra and Nadeem helped me with my Evod, Sierra took it to the back and cleaned it and fixed it. I am new to vaping so to get this kind of service of the 4 places Ive been is AMAZING Thank you ===

Went to this vape shop to get some e juice and a box mod. It’s under new management so now the customer service is excellent and prices were great! Would recommend.

Decided to try vaping for the first time. Not only were there plenty of e-juice to choose from but the help I got with box mod questions set it over the edge. I don’t like talking much and they really picked up on that. If you’re in the area then I really recommend this vape shop.

Bought a box mod couple months ago, from then on this has been my go to Vape shop this place has the best inventory in town, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Varieties if not almost all kinds of E-juice with reasonable price, Satisfaction guaranteed.

Way overpriced. A 20 pack carton of Prime Times cost $44, I paid $18 for 2 packs... No selection in them either. Just one flavor.

Pieces are beautiful and cheap. Unfortunately theyre cheap because the glass isnt very sturdy. My piece cracked in my hand while I was cleaning it from the warm water.
