Vapors 4 U Mt. Vernon

Friendly service, but every other time I buy a vape here, the coil burns out in less than a day. Which apparently isn’t their problem.. I guess it is their problem if they lose loyal customers though. 😬 Won’t be returning simply because I refuse to waste anymore of my hard earned money on junk that doesn’t work as it should.

I love the place. It’s very clean and organized. Every time I’ve went in there except for once, it’s been the same girl behind the counter and she is always kind and knowledgeable and the other girl that I’ve seen once is also the same. Heck yea I hope this vape store sticks around for a long time!

The ONLY place I will go to. I had $45 on me and he cut me a deal because my vape was stolen on the top of my car while I was putting my shopping cart away. Vaping has helped with my ppd and I owe these guys and the people that work their the least I can do is leave a review. They always help you, recommend flavors they like, if you describe a flavor you like and want a different one to try they hit it right on the spot thank you for everything you do! This week has done a number on me and I needed this kind act. Next time I come in for more juice I’m paying the rest I needed to pay.

Says they open at 10 online and the sign at the store window. They opened late the lady didn’t get there to unlock the doors till 10:07. This isn’t the first time it has happened. Once she got into the store she was walking around talking on her phone and didn’t turn on the open sign until10:10. Very unprofessional.

Man, let me tell you, the customer service here is top notch! I won’t go anywhere else. A couple weeks ago I bought a new vape because my old SMOK nord died. I had no idea which one I should get, I just knew I liked that one. One of the guys that worked there recommended the newer model, I went with his recommendation and was super pleased with my SMOK novo 4. Fast forward to yesterday, which has only been like 2 weeks since purchase. I’m on my way to work and my vape just stops making vape. Everything looks to be working correctly, hadn’t dropped it, switched out coil, literally tried everything google had to offer to no avail. I called the store hoping that the guy that was working last time just so happened to remember me and MIGHT be working because I totally didn’t get a receipt. He totally was. His name is Dale. I told him what was happening, he said no problem just come up and we’ll set ya up with a new pod and new coil or even a new one if needed. So I went up there got the new pod and new coil and set off to home to fill with juice and hope it worked. Same thing, absolutely nothing. I called up again and just felt like such a pain and let him know it still wasn’t working. He, without hesitation, told me to come up and he’ll replace it. No problem. I headed off on my final adventure and walked in. He was with another customer and without skipping a beat, just slides the new boxed and sealed vape across the counter and I did mine and we had our exchange. I tried to pay for the supplies from earlier and he wouldn’t have it. Seriously, made my day. Thanks guys!

Pretty good little shop however lately it has been unreliable as to if they are open or not. Yesterday I drove 20 miles to get some juice only to find the door locked during normal business hours. I tried calling to no avail and hung around town for a while to make sure the worker wasnt just on an errand. The following day still no answer to phone calls so Im not sure what to do. May just order on line from now and save the wasted gas.Edit. I just got a call through the worker just told me in a slurred voice, (he sounded like he was barely conscious) that hes the only one there and he might have been in the bathroom. For over an hour?Vapors 4 You if you read this you have a nice shop but may want to screen your help better.

This vape shop has probably been around for about a year now. It just keeps improving. I love the options of e-liquids and their mods. They never let me down when i want a new setup. The new guy that works there, John, he really knows his stuff. I will keep continuing to come here.

I was having trouble with my device and they help me fix the issues. I have been a customer for over 5 years and I will continue being one. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I love this shop, I come here all the time to see whats new. They always have mods in stock and willing to help me any way they can. It doesnt hurt that theres this super tall guy that works most of the time. His eyes are the most beautiful things Ive ever seen.

In a town where everything is horrible this is the only place where the American dream lives. They hire many people of many races and show how to be an upstanding shop. Noah is ok I guess, and Johns alright too, but that doesnt matter now. What matters is how amazing the selection is on juice and devices. The American dream lives on here.

I’ve always gone to vape 4 u!! They have great prices and they always leave a smile on my face! They are so funny and sweet and really know their customer!! They are the best place to go!!! By far the best chain of vape stores in Southern Illinois. Glad they finally moved to Mount Vernon! They have such a wide variety of juice and devices and their prices are so cheap too!

I just was there at ten til 7 and the open light was still on. Theyre supposed to be open until 7. I really needed juice and was very disappointed. Otherwise Ive never had a problem with them

Best vape shop I have ever been to. John really helped alot and cares about the customers. He is very upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to go if you like getting ripped off and hit with that 150-250% markup lol. I have never seen prices so high before. You are better off buying with an online vendor and waiting the 2-3days for shipping.

Noah and John were very very helpful on my Prince vape stick and Im happy to join the vapeing cloud again!!! Hands down to these to great employees for there great outstanding job and there great salesmenship too!!!

I think its ridiculous to have your doors locked and no one in your store during your business hours. Your sign was flashing open.

Its Sunday 12:15 and the guy who never stops talking is probably supposed to be here. LATE as usual. If it wasnt for NOAH there wouldnt be a vapers 4 u in MTV. Heading to Tri Moon Vapes.

Excellent selection and staff! And in three locations around southern Illinois. Marion , Mt Vernon and Harrisburg. These guys are the best around !

Absolutely way overpriced never have anything you need and I think everybody works there is just high and dont really want to help you when you walk in like your disturbing them because you have come in to try to purchase something Id avoid this place at all cost drive somewhere else to go get yours stuff

Worst experience I ever had prices are too high and every time you go there they got to sign in the window it says Ill be back in 15 minutes I literally waited there three different times for 40 minutes and nobody showed up I would highly not recommend anybody spending money at this flop joint

Gave us the wrong atomizer. Got stuck with the money. Staff is the one who recommended the atomizer. Oh well my loss.
