OYO Hotel Mt. Vernon KY I-75

This place is the prime example of false advertising at its finest. The pictures that they have online like as if its a nice clean hotel. Once we checked in to our room we realized that the floors had not been vacuumed. There was dirt all over the door loving the walls missing paint on the wall. I want to remove the trash bag from the trash can and realize that there was all kinds of nasty trash underneath the bag from someone who was in the room before. The absolute worst part of all would have to be the squirts of needle blood that were never clean from the wall. WOULD NOT recommend for anyone to ever go here. The only person that needs to be at this hotel is the health department....

This hotel looks nothing like the listed photos and did not feel like a safe area at all. As soon as I parked police and ambulances came pulling into the back of the hotel for a something, the room had a dirty floor, counters, stained sheets, and the AC had been off so it was hot in the room. Would not recommend.

False advertising at its finest. The photos that it shows online of this place.Look absolutely nothing like the rooms. The room was absolutely disgusting, Hadnt been vacuumed paint was off the wall and numerous spots dirt all over the walls the doors. The worst part had to be the squirts of needle blood all over the walls that had never been cleaned off. Absolutely would not recommend for anyone to stay at this place.The only person that needs to be there is the health department!

For the price, its a nice room and good amenities. The pillows were quite small and thin but I always bring a pillow from home so it was no issue. I booked through Airbnb which had an 11 am checkout listed but the hotel had a 10 am checkout I was unaware of. The man at the front did give us a late check out but I wouldve preferred the information match on Airbnb. Its located right off the off the highway which is convenient and there wasnt too much noise from the road.

They have recently remodeled, and the rooms are very nice for the price. Very beautiful location located right next to a 24 hr gas station, the interstate, and conveniently close to a variety of restaurants. The people who run the OYO Motel are very kind and do not bother you. I stayed here for 2 months and never had an issue.

Dead roaches on the floor when we walked in. Behind the nightstand and under the bed was littered with old food and debri. Fridge was completely frosted over and was actually producing heat inside. Was horrible to try and park a truck and small trailer. About 20 cigarette burns in the blanket also. How can “all” rooms be smoking rooms?

Highest praise for the owners of this motel. I was first impressed with not only did Mr Patel remember my husband calling a few weeks ago and gave us that same rate he quoted him, but he walked with me to the room to make sure we had everything and actually checked the remote out for the TV to make sure it worked. That was a first for us with the variety of motels weve stayed in (& according to Mrs Patel, her idea!). We stayed 10 days and they were always available if we needed anything... otherwise they left us alone. There is also an affordable washer and dryer in the lobby. Washer $2 dryer maybe $1 per load.It may not be a 5 star motel (thankfully neither is the price) but everything was very clean (smoking room blankets had burn holes from previous idiots that stayed there that had no respect), beds are really soft yet firm and high sitting queens.I really cant say enough about how top notch the customer service was.They are pet friendly with a small daily fee. And there is a nice view of the wooded hills. Easy off/on of I75.Rooms have mini fridge and microwave and are nice and warm especially during snow storms. We also enjoyed the bigger TV thats not in most motels. Wifi works great too.We would definitely stay here again.Update...we stayed here again and the service was just as wonderful as the first time. Highly recommend!

Very kind and polite owners, our TV didnt work & there was no remote.The owner, brought us a new TV and a New remote....Although, the bathroom toilet was clogged up when we got into our room.Guess well address this issue in the morning since, its late & he was about to eat his dinner.

The rooms were dirty, my friend found 2 bed bugs, and after we booked the last day the owner canceled our last day there and told us the OYO prices were not his prices and we would have to pay more. He looked like a fool saying that ,his hotel was empty besides us, OH and the pictures of the hotel online are not of that hotel!!

I rented this room for friends to rest on their trip from WI back to SC. After they checked in they were very upset about the room. It was smelly, buggy and filthy. I felt just awful. AVOID the place !

The beds were comfortable but the room was filthy. Also the shower did not work.

If I could physically give this place a 0 I would cause this isnt okay. Blood on the sheets, toilet doesnt flush, sink doesnt work, microwave wasnt even plugged in heater/AC made me and my friend over heat, she ended up throwing up and I ended up staying up all night sweating or freezing and they tried charging us for an extra night. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. This place is needs to be fixed and actually took care of and updated, and it wont even let me use the photos of the place when we got here.

Decent motel. You get what you pay for. Cleaning couldve been better. Other than that, not too bad, especially for the price.

The first room we had was 108. As soon as we walked in I pulled the blanket back to check for bugs. I didn’t see any bugs but, there was blood all over the sheets and blanket along with cigarette burns. I called to talk with the owner or manager and asked for clean sheets, pillowcases and a blanket. I told him there was blood on all of it (I didn’t even mention the blood across the carpet in front of the sink) he hung up on me. My boyfriend walks out to go to the office and the manager/owner is walking our way and says we will go to a different room. Then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t blood. It was definitely blood and it looked like it was from somebody shooting up in the bed. So we go to room 201 and it’s no better. There was poop on the blanket, the sheets were stained AND there was vomit on the mattress protector. They didn’t even try to clean it up, there was pieces of noodles or spaghetti still on the mattress protector. They just put dirty sheets over it and left it. The TV didn’t work, there wasn’t a phone or coffee maker, the smoke detector had been taken down, the curtains had blood spots and cigarette burns, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned so there was poop around the toilet and pee and blood on the toilet seat (I had to clean before I could use the bathroom) the bathtub had a black ring around it, there was poop on the wall between the bedside table and chair, pee on the frame of the bathroom door, pretty sure either poop or blood on the plug in by the sink, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, the microwave had food splattered in it, there was trash behind the bedside tables and it was very clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed because there was piles of cigarette ashes between the bed and tables. We had our own sheets, blankets and pillows with us or we would’ve left. I didn’t sleep much because the locks didn’t work right so there was a big crack by the door so you could see outside. Also the pictures online are nothing like the actual rooms which was very deceiving. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! It is the grossest hotel I’ve ever seen.

Its a basic hotel. Room was clean. Pet fee was cheap. Close to everything.

Im a cheap hotel user. The OYO is definitely the cheapest Ive ever stayed at. With that cheapness you get a fridge that will hold more than a 6-pack. The showers have great after pressure and the A/C- heater works great. And the rooms have plentiful lighting. Plus free wifi. Its also very quiet. I think the only thing I didnt like is the bedsheets and blanket tend to have cigarette-burn holes. All and all, its a good super affordable hotel.

This property has not been updated or maintained in a LONG time. Floor and surface of furniture was very dirty. Sheets ok and TV was nice. There was what looked like a trash dump next door. The manager said my credit card did not go through, so he ran it again. I was billed twice; 5 days with no refund. Worst motel stay in my lifetime.

These guys are friendly and helpful! The property was kept up, but is aged somewhat. For the price, you can’t beat it !

We were tired driving home and decided to stop at a cheap hotel around 11pm, basically right off the highway. It was kinda hidden off the highway right next to a torn up abandoned building. The check in lobby was kind of eerie too. Staff was nice and checked us in after arriving super late. But boy this was the ultimate “you get what you pay for” experience. One thing after another. There was 3-4 people standing outside our room talking at like midnight. We put furniture infront of the door the lock didn’t seem too reliable. There were rings on the side table and something splattered/ spilled all down the side of it and on the bed skirt. (So obviously side tables and bed skirt hadn’t been cleaned) There was a weird pink stain not only on the sheet but on the mattress topper thing under the sheet. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. There was a hole in the bathroom door gave me the creeps. The toilet was like a rocking chair when you sat down (I’m barely 100lbs it was just super lose) Mold not only on the wall near the sink but also somehow on the lamp by the bed idk how mold got there. The desk chair was extremely torn up basically all the leather ripped off, which is whatever it was just surprising to see such a torn up thing in a running place. There were cobwebs and spider webs above the sink (with spiders). Walls were pretty thin you could hear all the cars go by and any people above or to the sides of you. Definitely by far the grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. But to quick snooze 11pm-10am to get back on the road, got the job done. Just made sure to strip down and wash everything immediately when I made it home.

The room was very clean and decorated nice. Slept like a baby!

I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. Reason being, I recently stayed in room 303 and the bathroom was nasty. I had to go buy bathroom cleaner and clean everything in the room with it. Behind the tv stand was a chewed up macoroni box where the room has mice. Under the beds were white, fuzzy mold all over the carpet. There was an open baking soda box in the refrigerator which had a needle cap inside of the box. The room had a foul smell, and when we left all of our clothes were wet from the moisture in the room. They rented my wife and I and our children the room knowing its CONDITION. The price is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I booked my room online for two people and they charged me an extra $20 for the second person didnt speak very great english room was dirty microwave didnt work beds were broken and sheets were stained door didnt latch fully had to use furniture to keep is closed nothing in the room work shower was dirty toilet didnt work...do not recommend..

This was quite the experience - so much so that I just had to turn my review into a 3d person narrative. Enjoy the story (it is based off my real life experience).The OYO Motel? More like OH-NO Motel, am I right? My buddy Jason Asano told me about his stay there last week and yikes, talk about truth in advertising with that name.First off, Jason found what looked like a fossilized corn dog underneath the bed, still in its wrapper but with more mold than corn meal at this point.Then there was the lovely bathroom experience - Ill spare you the details, but lets just say Jason was quite surprised to find certain remnants on the floor that you dont expect at fine establishments. And the bed sheets? They seemed to have more suspicious stains than my 7-year-olds art smock.To top it all off, the whole room reeked of stale cigarette smoke that even an open window couldnt air out. Jason also found multiple cigarette burns dotting the comforter, which really tied the whole aroma together.Anyway, Jason said he wont be recommending this place anytime soon, unless youre aiming for that rugged, seen-better-days kind of vibe. Personally Id say just keep on driving down the highway until you find a motel that looks at least structurally sound and smoke-free!

The motel was in VERY poor condition, and our room was filthy! It was supposed to be a non-smoking room; but there were cigarette ashes in the night stand drawer! The toilet had urine and hair collecting behind the toilet seat; something had been splashed on the mirror and had not been cleaned. The bathroom had holes chewed through the plaster and a baseboard was used to cover most of the hole. It was a very disgusting experience and after asking OYO for a refund; they offered me a 40% discount on my next stay. Good Grief!

Rooms are dated, but ours was very clean and the mattress was so comfy!!! Rock bottom price and close to the Renfro Valley Entertainment Center. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Room was dirty. Toilet had hair on it, mold in bathroom, no coffee pot. There was a refrigerator and microwave. We checked out at 9 but no one in office. Just a little bucket of ice in office but no ice machine. Close to freeway and train tracks so noise from there. When I called to ask about rooms was told only two rooms left and selling out and no promise of refrigerator and microwave but when checked in after 8pm and there was lots of rooms still available.

Horrible service. Called and made reservation, arrived 20 minutes later for the front desk male to tell us he was “going to be honest, he sold the room” after we got off the phone. After showing him the room confirmation for booking, he took us to a smoking room to see if we wanted to stay in it. Would not recommend staying here. Would give negative stars if possible.

We booked with a 2nd party booking company and wished we would have read reviews.Extremely dirty! The smoke free room smelled of stale smoke. Bathroom, mirror and floors dirty. Cigarette ashes in drawer. Id write more but if you read the reviews youll understand. Dont stay there!

Worst experience. Burn holes everywhere, including the sheets. A plastic bag covering the fire alarm. Blood splatter on the window curtains. Weed drawings in sharpie on the sheets. No chain lock on the door. When I approached the manager, he said I asked for a smoking room and this is to be expected (I don’t smoke and didn’t ask for a smoking room but either way) than he yelled at me when I asked for a refund. There’s definitely bed bugs and my clothes reeked of cigarette smoke after being there for 40 minutes. This is the first bad review I’ve left in my life but it’s very deserving. Wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay here.

Bed linen (on both beds) sheets stained, EXTREMELY dingy, and made badly. Even after the hotel changed them the newly put on sheets were still dingy and extremely worn.Tub dirty, w/a ringPhone broken, dirty, found it actually not even hooked up.Ceiling popcorn in bathroom broken and peeling.Towels old, thread bare, stained, and dingy.Trash behind the cabinets.Microwave dirty, with stuck on old food.Mini fridge not working.Hard to rest and be at all comfortable.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! This hotel was nasty! As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels, in different areas, this is the worst one! We booked it because of the price, then we checked in and the room was disgusting, the shower was black, burn holes in the bed sheets, curtains were dirty and had holes in them! Once realizing this, we checked out and let them know there room was gross and wasn’t worth staying in for even the price we paid! The customer service was awful, they did not care, they did not offer us anything for the inconvenience, and when I tried to get a refund the man on the phone yelled at me and said since we didn’t complain to the front desk (which we did) there was nothing that could be done! They wouldn’t give a refund either!! This place is a joke!!

Pictures on hotel.com deceiving. Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, holes in blanket on the bed, torn curtains. Definitely was not the room shown online. It was awful!!! Grounds around building dirty. Littered with condom boxes etc. I think OYO must stand for On Your Own had to ring bell for service office empty & locked. Had to conduct buisness through a half opened window instead of employee wearing a mask. Absolutely awful experience. Beware!!!

They were very friendly! But the room was nasty as hell. Someone must of been shooting dope in the room. Blood on the not made bed. The phone didnt work neither did the TV. I over paid for this place and was really thinking about at least a partial refund

There were dead bugs and hair on the floor, there was no coffee maker, I couldnt get the internet to work so I called the front desk at 9:00 and they didnt answer. The TV kept going out. The bathroom sink, the toilet and mirror was dirty. When we left there was no one at the front desk to tell about the problems we had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

For a last minute place to stay at a fair price, We were pleased with our room and the service. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and accommodating and although it may be an older hotel you can tell they are trying to improve it and that we can appreciate. Definitely would stay again.

I wish the company OYO hotel should leave the phone number of its hotel instead of the its own company number. It is not a wise choice for the customers service. This hotel is right off I-75 and Mt Vernon, very convenient. The owners were very kind and always around to answer my questions. The hotel itself is very clean inside. Everything is working great that including Wifi, AC, Microwave, and Mini Fridge. I definitely will come stay at this hotel again if I am in that area.

I travel around a lot, been to some really sketchy looking places. But for the most part they have all had clean rooms. This is my first experience with OYO, and it will be my last. The towels and bedding are stained, dingy, and overused, pillow case was the cleanest, thank god. I used all the towels to cover the bathroom floor. They also put me next door to a person that lives there, and they were up until 1am talking loud and even making noise. The pictures on the websites does not match the rooms either. If I could afford it, I would have left. I got atleast 6 hours of sleep and just checked out.

The room was spacious. It also had burn marks in the sheets and covers. Had roaches roaming around the room. And BEDBUGS!! I told the manager he just brushed it off. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Wish I could post the pictures and videos for proof.

I was looking for a cheap, but clean place. OYO delivered. Its bare minimums, but it was cheap and it was clean. Pictures look a little better...it looks a little dated/worn down in real life. Dont expect ice. Management was super nice though. They gave us ice from their own unit. They made sure we had everything we needed for the evening.Walls are paper thin. I heard next door neighbors TV the whole night.

We stopped here on our way home from Florida to Michigan. It was 11pm. The lady upfront was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. Its outdated but well kept. We had a great nights sleep and got up refreshed and back on the road. $40 plus tax for a double queen room is a great deal. The kids turned the tv on and it had lots of channels. Heat worked great too. We would Definitely make a stop there again. Its conveniently right off I75.

Was a terrible night, arrived at midnight and stayed for couple of hours although I asked the front disk for late checkout and couldn’t bear staying in the room because of the smell, dirt, spiderwebs and broken lock!… an extreme feeling of lack of safety and cleanliness!

My boyfriend & I have stayed here multiple times, just too get away and spend some alone time together. We have always had a great experience each time. Staff is always nice and rooms are clean. So I gave 5 stars. Thanks so much

Even though the cold water wasnt working in my shower they were more than willing to accommodate me for the inconveniences I would still stay here again the people are absolutely amazing there and the rooms are always so clean and nice I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay they have a 10 in my book!!!! And also I have never seen not one bug or rodent ever there they are really clean and the rooms are always spotless

For $40+ tax you cant expect much. Its conveniently​ located right off the interstate. NOTE: there is no wifi available, even though the ad on Google says there is.Front desk staff was accommodating.The room had a strange odor upon entering - almost smelled like they hosed it down with Lysol. Sheets - semi scary on one bed - stains etc. The other bed was fine.Bathroom. No seat cover on the toilet. At least there was a seat. Shower head - reminds one of a prison shower head...a fire hose would have worked better. The towels, and floor mat were still slightly damp - though folded and put away. Cigarette burn marks on the edge of the tub.Missing drawer front on night stand, regular tube type tv. If one would take a black light to the room, itd probably light up brighter than Nagasaki the day they dropped the bomb in 1945. (Not to be disrespectful of the victims of that event).All in all a semi decent nights sleep.

Decent clean place to stay. Closest hotel to the location of my towed vehicle that broke down in the highway. Good location for that reason but literally at the top of a steep incline so a little harder to get to for that reason. Not bad overall, would stay again as a choice. Quiet staff, no interruptions.

Bed was so stained we slept in our clothes on top of the “comforter”.Paid online in advance and was made to pay ninety cents before checking in. Strange and gross place.

My mom and I are on a road trip so this was somewhat of a last minute deal. We got it through Priceline and their website gave this place a 9.6 which seemed promising. But, when we got there the bathroom had hair in it, the air conditioning made very odd noises, the person at the desk took very long to come for assistance, and overall the place was not very clean.

We had an issue with our card and because of that an employee SLAPPED my boyfriend. We stayed at the Quality Inn just up the road instead. The woman at the front desk here said she has been seeing a lot of guests who had a HORRIBLE experience at OYO and have come here instead. Save your time, it’s not worth the 10 bucks or whatever you save by choosing OYO

Room was fairly clean for a place so cheap, but the employees were rude and kicked us out early because of miscommunication. We were on the road and decided to rest for the night. We arrived around 2 am on a Thursday. The night worker gave us our paperwork and room key and told us that we’d have the room until Friday. 8 hours later and we are still sound asleep, but another employee comes to kick us out.

This was a good value for a hotel. Management was friendly and responsive. I know this is a no frills hotel but a hairdryer and more than 2 pillows on the king bed would have been appreciated. Even so, I would stay here again.

Cutest little motel!! I made a mistake an booked the motel the wrong night ( it was 2am lol). The Man running the motel was amazing, he fixed our reservation and checked us in. Super clean room. Great price! Highly recommend. It’s a older motel that’s been revamped, they did a great job.

Gives the vibe of a budget friendly , family ran ,tucked away motel. Will stay again . Don’t expect Hilton or fancy frills. It’s BUDGET FRIENDLY. But comfy

The room was dirty, the towels were dirty, the blankets has burn holes in it. Upon coming into the room it smelled bad, not a great room I have had other rooms here that were in ok shape but this room was not at all. If your gonna stay request a room in front not in the back. Was very dissatisfied with my stay here this time.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, it’s INFESTED with bed bugs. When I asked for a refund after having to pack up very quickly and leave the room I was denied. Save your money, do not stay here!!

A hidden gem as far as hotels go. The owner is very kind and works too hard, you can ask him for coffee, wifi, etc. The beds are comfortably sized and sterile. You definitely get what you pay for and then some. The mountain air is also pretty refreshing.

I booked this through Priceline who gave me the option to pay a smaller amount and the site would choose one of three hotels.My husband and I walked into the room and IMMEDIATELY back out!! Stains all over the bed, Horrible smell, and the door didnt even close properly! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I stayed in July of 2022. The room was DISGUSTING! Trash behind all furniture including TAMPON APPLICATOR! The smoke detector had been REMOVED and I woke up to BED BUGS CRAWLING AWAY FROM ALL MY BITES

Glad we stayed here! This hotel is tucked away on a hillside but right off I-75 with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The room we stayed in must have just been remodeled. For the price, the quality was just as nice as much pricier hotels.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also got us settled in very neatly and answered all questions. For the price the rooms are amazing and I will be back if I’m in the area again.

Paid $55 for a room. No wifi, no breakfast, insects everywhere in the room. Dirty sheets and cigarette burnt with holes. Bad smell and dirty floor. TV remote didnt work. Terrible!

The customer service staff speaks only a few words of English. I tried asking how far they were off the interstate and kept getting random numbers. There’s no one on staff or property claiming to be in charge or a member of management during business hours on a weekday. The hotel pulls up under the address of London KY and several other cities around the area as they have listed it to do this. This is manipulative and if I had not mistakenly booked them as they were listed as being almost a mile away when it’s actually an hour I would not go here under any circumstance.

Easy check in with reservation. Newly updated looking rooms. VERY CLEAN!! Had a relaxing, quiet,and uneventful stay. Just what I wanted. Id stay again.

A lady who worked here sold one boot. She said she did anyways. Then someone fell off the roof. It was Gabbie Hanna. She said “Woah.” As she hit the ground. I was so worried for her and asked if she was okay. She called me a high school bully. I’m in 5th grade. She then sharted out of fear. Gabbie Hanna stomped on me like the queen she was with her one boot. Gabbie did lose her leg when she fell off the roof, so the lady who sold the boot gave another boot to her and Gabbie looked amazing with her one boot. She then stole a pillow and got caught, she sharted out fear again because she got caught. Weird. Atrocious. Anyways. Great motel.

Very nice and affordable motel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They have a little fire pit to hang out by in the evening. thank you for a wonderful stay. Very family friendly.

The hotel was ok, we only got the room to sleep for two nights.. for starters the fridge wouldn’t work so they had to bring another one then our tv kept jumping off the channel so we had to fix it every time we wanted to watch something, the beds are equal to plywood no exaggeration, I’ve slept better on concrete floors! The hotel and rooms need remodeled most desperately, not by the half whit guys and gals who been working here the owner himself is a decent guy but doesn’t understand much English so I think he lets too much slid past.. it’s terrible that someone would leave stuff looking the way it does! Also this place is not kid friendly,lots of street walkers and drug dealing going on! Also the power went off twice without anyone messing with anything. The curtains didn’t cover the whole windows I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, there’s another hotel down the holler a ways, just go there stay away from here..if for whatever reason you decide to stay here for a night or so it seems some vandals have marked where you need to be! Stayed one night while passing thru to another destination, and found this place online. This place looks nothing like the photos on the inside! Many other places to stay in this town that are much nicer and clean!

Very rude management!!! They make everything very difficult and definitely will not do anything for you if you have any problems. I do not recommend this place at all!

Will never be back. Have stayed here several times and this is the last! We stayed Friday and Saturday. My debit card was charged a no show fee of almost $25 three times. They won’t even put it back!!

Friendly staff fantastic room affordable price great location right off of 75 cable nice flat screen TV lots of security cameras to keep you and your vehicle safe and monitored all around a good stay for the price the rooms do appear to be freshly renovated comes with a mini fridge and microwave what more can you ask for

This hotel was amazing the room was big and clean the manager is so nice he makes you feel like youre at home I will be back. But they do not have a ice machine LOL

This is the basement bottom hotel room. I think it cost 49 bucks. I got a place to sleep flat, and a hot shower, nothing more to report

Great budget motel with beautifully renovated rooms. Well maintained and clearly cared for by new owners. Will stay there again.

Simple Hotel no refrigerator or microwave available in the room no continental breakfast. But at 1:30 in the morning prompt service. It was much appreciated

Newly renovated. Rooms are very clean and modern. Place to have quite night sleep. Location is very safe and secure.

Bed bugs found one crawling on the sheets when I woke up did ask if they had them he said no let him know once i found it not sure if theyre gonna do anything about it or if it was known about already

We checked in around 1am after driving from Illinois, staff was very friendly and told us to rest for as long as we needed. Room was clean & you can’t beat their price!

Filthy. Old. Stinky. Moldy smell. Sheets looked ok enough to grab a few hours for the price and then couple hours unto my sleep i felt things crawling on me. This place has bed bugs.

Customer made reservation on priceline... didnt collect so it took 2 hrs to bypass the Priceline reservation and pay cash. There was a huge language barrier... the counter staff didnt understand English.

Dirty rooms wouldnt stay again. Shame on you for being so dirty took a mop to clean a dirty shower who takes a mop to clean. Come on

Blood on the sheets and Bugs in the room but if you dont catch the blood within 3 hours they refuse to give you money back and instead the owners wife will throw her hand in your face and yellPlace needs condemned

Very quiet place. Not alot of people the last 2 times ive been here. I recomend this place if you plan to visit mnt vernon ky. Just dont call ahead and ask if there full because they will tell you there full. The last 2 times ove been here they say there full. Both times they were almost completley empty.

The lights are on some kind of card system. So they only stay on for a few seconds at a time. I wont stay there again.
