Ive been in a few times now and today was the only time I had a great experience my man Brandon was extremely Knowledgeable and all around good dude..

Had the exact product i.was looking for,Along with a pretty large selection of other optins. was pleasantly surprised. The shop clerk was super helpful too. Took the time to explain all of the products uses and usage steps. Defiantly some place you shop check out if you need anything vape or vape related.

Excellent selection of liquids backed up by a friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally chill staff. Theres a good selection of hardware too for being a small, local shop.If youre curious about vaping to kick cigarettes, need a new coil or just want to stock up on liquid locally its a great stop.

This store recently kicked a disabled veteran with support animal out of this store.Obviously they dont want or need veterans with their service animals in their store. Being a veteran myself I would urge all veterns to shop elsewhere and stay away from the mount vernon ohio store.

Clerk was very helpful in my first semi-proper vaporizer buy, demonstrated filling the device and everything for me. Didnt try to up-sell me to something beyond what was appropriate for a novice only acquainted with gas-station vape sticks. Secured my future visits, very satisfied with service and product.

Great customer service! It was my first time visiting a vape shop of any kind. All of my questions were answered, the guy behind the counter was super nice and knowledgeable, and the amount of products they have was impressive. Whether youre a seasoned vaper or youre just starting...this is the perfect spot!

Great selection of glass and a vastcollection of ohio made juice. Some of the best staff available who are passionate about the vape craft. Please come by if you need any help with vape stuff.

Never thought I would see the day that I would say that Im going to have to find another vape store (knowing that means I will have to travel to do so) or start ordering online....my husband and I spend tons and tons of money at this store and after today, we will be going elsewhere!! Not all experiences are the same. This is just ours and I would never want anyone to think that I am bashing the store...I just dont appreciate spending a bunch of money buying a mod and when it has been messing up (almost since day one) and in more than just one way, the gentleman, of course, makes it seem as though it is our fault, so he wont warranty it, even though he only addressed one of the issues and automatically used it to refuse to replace the mod! Im so disappointed because this was our absolute favorite place to shop for all of our vaping needs. I guess shopping there for as long as we have doesnt matter like it used to. When you have someone that spends as much money as we do and shops with only them, you listen to the customer and dont make them feel like you dont trust or believe in them and you show them how much you appreciate their business. Sometimes you just wanna take one for the team when you know how loyal of a customer they are. Again, this is just our experience and had it not been for this, I wouldve given them 5 stars!

My first real time visiting a vape shop. I was a bit overwhelmed by my choices because I usually buy the pre filled vape pens from gas stations but the guy at the counter was great. I told him what I was looking for, what I expected, and what I wanted to stay away from and he made a great suggestion that was great for what I wanted. He was knowledgeable and polite. Great first experience. This will probably be my main go to place for my vaping needs.

They sell junk and absolutely refuse to stand behind anything they sell. BUYER BEWARE!! Battery 2 weeks old is broken and they refuse to switch it out.

I love this place. The employees are awesome and very friendly. They are so helpful to anybody and really understand the importance of the vaping movement. They will encourage you to quit smoking they arent just trying to make a dollar.

Used to like this place until I was discriminated against, for being a disabled veteran with service animal.I have contacted a lawyer and the corporate offices about the manager.

The juice selection is out if this world! What ever you think sounds delicious, they most likely have it. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in any situation. 100% recommended

Got some very good quality house juice. 5he clerk helping me was very kind and knew his stuff I asked for a coil for my SMOK V stick and he knew exactly the coil I needed without any questions. He also answered questions about my broken Sigelei J150 and told me what was wrong with it. Hard toss up for my favorite between this store and pukerfish in Ontario.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is great and they have a pretty nice selection of juice. This is by far the best vape shop in Mount Vernon.

Very helpful, prices were good, and had a very nice mod selection! Had tons of juices too, a lot better than the vape shop by Korger (price wise) I recommend shopping there for sure!

Support this brick anf mortar! They have great prices and better product than you can find elsewhere. I drive 40 minutes both ways just to go here, when I have ther options nearby.
