I showed up 10 min late for my appointment and Karen went above and beyond to calm my rushed energy. I was greeted warmly and given insane TLC considering I was late. The gal that checked me in was kind and sweet, I should have asked her name. My experience was amazing, I rebooked another appointment. My care was above and beyond and was worth the drive to Mount Vernon and I enjoyed some other local shopping. I will take extra care to not be late again :)
Drove to Mt. Vernon at 1:30pm to shop there and even though the hours online say 10:00am - 4:00pm they are closed.
