Cute, clean, and relaxing. Yesterday was my first time trying this floating experience. Overall it was enjoyable but not sure I would do it again. We were given a rundown on the process and what to expect but the employee spoke a little too fast so I was glad there was all the information posted right inside the room! They have hair bands for those with longer hair, combs, make up remover wipes, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. You have to shower before and after so those items were useful. They also provide ear plugs and petroleum jelly to protect any minor cuts you may have. Although I suppose you could use the petroleum jelly as a moisturizer, it would be nice if they also had a different type of moisturizer available to use after the float/2nd shower.I was hoping I would be able to fall asleep but it took my longer than expected to go into full relaxation mode. Water was perfect temperature. I had experimented with different hand/ arm positions and in doing so, got some water in my eye which was very unpleasant. Thankfully they provided a spray bottle with water for that exact reason. For those who may prefer some sensory stimulation rather than total deprivation, music was an option. I needed it to turn it on to be able to relax. Because I had the ear plugs in, I had the volume up louder which caused vibrations in the water that I liked. The music was relaxing but it would be great if you were able to somehow connect your phone and play your own music or other type of audio of your choice. It would also be nice to be able to customize the experience even more by perhaps choosing the color of the light for the tub, ability to adjust Jets for slight/ gentle water movement , or adding a scent like lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint etc. 🤷🏻♀️I definitely had a very restful sleep last night!
Visited for my first float experience serval month ago — it was incredible. The float tanks are spacious, warm, and so relaxing. I’ve returned to Euphoria a couple of times to float and for a massage. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. Shoutout to Mary and Brittany for working on me and my mom. Highly recommend!
The staff here are meticulous and thorough with all self care needs. Had a couples massage and we each had different needs, very attentive. Have also used the float here numerous times which is amazing.
I just saw Mary for a deep tissue massage. I’ve had many massages in my day, but her level of care and expertise are better than I’ve ever had! She didn’t end up charging me for the deep tissue because I didn’t need that much pressure. She gave me recommendations on how to better move my body in day to day life to prevent tension. Her communication before during and after the service was excellent. Highly recommend requesting her!
We went for our first float today. It was a totally relaxing experience. We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. She gave us an overview of how everything works. The float water was at a perfect temperature. It was very spacious and comfortable. We were surprised how fast an hour passed. Everything was exceptionally clean. We look forward to returning in the near future.
Just had my second massage with Mary and I love her personality and knowledge. I have had massages in the past but I have to say her technique is better than anyone I have seen seen before!
I always love coming here! Every experience has been wonderful. This past week, I got a massage from Josiah, and it was amazing. Very professional and considerate. I highly recommend. The relief I feel afterwards has been so helpful for my everyday life.
The experience from start to finish was exceptional! Sarah, the Spa Coordinator, was so welcoming and informative. The float was life changing; I’ll definitely be back for more! Chelsea gave me a one hour Swedish massage that was out of this world! 100% recommend!!!!!
This was the best experience ever. I was gifted a float session of an hour for Christmas. I never felt so relaxed. You get your own private room/float pool with a shower, soap, and shamp/cond. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Make sure you dont have any cuts, and I recommend NOT to shave the day prior. You will feel the sting from that salt water. They do offer Vaseline, for those cuts, prior to going into the float pool. If you like to meditate and feel like youre just floating into nothingness; this is your place.
I first started going here for massage, then tried floating, then purchased CBD bath bombs and body oil. My favorite place to go for massage in Northampton. Floating is an awesome meditative experience and great for recovery after the gym. Josiah is an awesome LMT at Euphoria for deep tissue as well as Swedish massage.
Wow! I came here for a float, massage, and reiki session today. The float tank and massage were super relaxing! But the reiki... I will be back soon! I have severe anxiety 24/7 that never goes away. After my reiki session I felt weirdly lighter, like so much mentally lighter it was physical. Thank you Dana for the wonderful experience! I will be back again very soon!
Euphoria is a wonderful place with excellent masseuses. The staff and atmosphere is very welcoming and the rooms well appointed.
Really great relaxing ambiance. The massage therapist are of the most high quality. My therapist communicated very well with me and was superb!
Euphoria is the real deal! Ive had a number of Reiki sessions here and they are always incredibly effective. I recently lost a loved one, and the Reiki has helped me release a lot of the held emotions. But I can attest for those who dont need active healing, post-treatment your energy channels open up in a truly transformative way. In a town full of Reiki practitioners, there are some very very talented therapists on site. Plus the hours are convenient, the rates are fair, and the spa itself is clean and professional. Highly highly recommend.
I have had several deep tissue massages by various massage therapist here and everyone was excellent! Very kind staff from the moment you walk in.
My favorite place for a great massage and now facials too! Always a wonderful experience.
I had the most wonderful time. The experience was really relaxing and refreshing. it was my first float and I was completely amazed at how fun and relaxing it was.The staff was wonderful, from my first call to the experience in the spa, everyone was amazing. Our side by side massages topped off a great day. Chelsea and Daniel were very kind and generous, and completely professional and skilled.Five enthusiastic stars 🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From massages to the amazing float, this place is amazing! The staff is exquisite and top notch!!!
Came in for a swedish massage, having cervicogenic (neck) dizziness and headaches, some serious discomfort in my neck and head. Mary** was absolutely lovely and I left feeling much lighter and relaxed. She definitely made me a repeat customer & will be heading back asap. The environment is so calming and welcoming - receptionist was also very kind! Cant wait to be back (and to try a float)!
Josiah. Is the best! Best massage in the western mass area. Go see him !
I workout hard and have a stressful job and wanted a form of relaxation and stress relief..I was a little skeptical of my first float not knowing what to expect. From the start to finish the staff guided me through the process which helped my nerves tremendously.Firstly, I’m ALWAYS cold and was pleasantly surprised when I was hit with the warm salt water air upon entering the room. Made me feel like I was getting ocean action in dead of winter! The water acclimated to my skin temp and was comfortable, I not once felt like i had to submerge my body for warmth. The tank had a blue hue and soft music that helped keep my nerves in check to start.. I ended up turning off all lights and music to really get that disconnect from all senses. It definitely worked seen I dosed off for a solid period of time!I don’t recommend a swimmers cap as I ended up removing shortly after entering, I just couldn’t stop the water from trickling in around my ears and the noise was distracting.Upon exiting they provide necessities for a complete shower.Overall, the float was extremely relaxing and a form of meditation; my body felt refreshed and my injured shin soreness improved immediately.Staff is welcoming, informative and helped me get comfortable prior to and after.Spa was clean and had a nice soothing aroma.Definitely plan to float routinely for my body, mind and soul!
The massage experience was very good. We did a couples massage. We had never done the float before and some of the information wasnt conveyed....like not having newly dyed hair. Which I had on the day before. Also my boy friend and I were a bit surprised that the tub was so hard to get into. We both have some orthopedic issues so we had trouble getting in and out. I believe if the design included a built-in bench as you enter it would be safer and more accessible for those who might have mobility issues. Being that the water is so slippery, Im surprised this isnt a huge issue with falls. But overall it was a nice experience and the staff was friendly and professional.
It was my first time here today. It was an amazing experience. Such a luxurious place. Felt like I was in NYC. Everything felt really thought out. I did a mind/body experience which included 30 minutes of reiki and 30 minutes of massage. I had Chelsea as my therapist and she was lovely. She was highly intune with my body and easily found the sore spots and released them. Communication about what was going to happen next and how was I doing, was appreciated. I exited the session feeling refreshed and grounded. Afterwards I did a 60 minute float and wow. What an experience. Time flew by, I was having so much fun. It reduced my soreness from working out as well. The little touches make the spa feel special. Such a good way to treat yourself! One thing Id like to have had was ponytails and combs in the float room. I did notice them in the bathroom.
Great spot. Did a Soak and had a massage - going back for sure.
I have a wonderful experience with Euphoria Float Spa. The first thing I notice is how clean it was. Ive done float tanks in the past. Way back in the day when they became popular. They were more or less coffins with salt water in them. But this spa has a beautiful walk in shower and you slip into the tub. The hour flew by. I also got a massage before the float. Next time I will try the massage afterwards.
I absolutely loved my experience with Jamie! I was booked for an underarm wax and facial. She was so thorough and did an amazing job on my skin! I’ve been glowing ever since! She’s very knowledgeable and gave great tips and recommendations on products and how to treat my skin with the season change. I’ve been raving about her for days and I’ll definitely be back!
Went for float and massage. Float experience excellent. Shower should have mat to improve traction since salts from floating can make footing slippery. Massage was enjoyable and Alexs energy and touch are outstanding. Shes a bit hesitant. I would recommend the float/massage combo that comes with a $10 discount and a coupon for a 10 percent discount for next time.
The staff was phenomenal! Im terrible with names but she is from Hawaii and she and I chatted like weve known each other for a while! My husband had the float, a birthday gift from me, and he could not stop talking about it! The smile on his face when he was done said it all- we will definitely be back (after all this craziness calms down). Thank you for a wonderful experience! Looking forward to a float myself!
This was advertised as a relaxing experience but it was anything but that. The spa attendant never explained that the facility didn’t operate as designed. The intercom didn’t work, so you couldn’t communicate with the front desk. The speaker system didn’t work so I basically tried to float while listening to my cell phone speakers. The water was Luke warm, the jets didn’t work, and the towel was dirty. The lights were finicky, and again— the attendant ignored my calls for help (given the intercoms were broken, I had to scream, but no one came). There was also weird construction happening in the closet of the facility. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Advertised as a great experience but save your money on an experience that actually works… AVOID THIS PLACE.
Great experience! Excellent gift idea from my kids. The Spa was so professional, clean & friendly staff. The experience was amazingly relaxing and private. Effortless floating to the point in which I almost fell asleep without fear of drowning ;) Thats a heavenly feeling!
One of the most relaxing things I’ve ever done.I can get a little claustrophobic, so I was a little worried about that beforehand. Once floating though, I had no issues with that at all. It took me a few minutes to kind of get adjusted and understand what was going on, but once I settled in it was an amazing experience. If you’re thinking about trying it, I highly recommend.
I have had the experience of the float spa! What a wonderful way to relax. It is SO cool...almost surreal in a way. I just loved it! The owners have really done their homework,so i felt that the experience was going to be great and it was. I encourage you to check it out.
Just left here after receiving a half hour facial and a half hour Torc session alongside my bestie, Christian. We had an AMAZING experience! I can’t even express how wonderful this place is.The staff was so super friendly, informative, and personable. The atmosphere was light and welcoming. The process was easy and, of course, relaxing. Everything was neat and organized. If I could give 100 stars as a review, I would! And we can’t wait to return! 🌸💕So if you’re trying to find a spa in your area that cares about their customers and makes sure they have the best experience, look no further! You will love it there 😊
Welcoming space and people, talked us thru the introduction, left relaxed.
The owner is amazing. She does all the facial treatments as well as the body treatments. Excellent products as well... worth the money without a doubt. Gorgeous spa; even the bathrooms are perfectly clean and part of the whole spa motif! Body treatments really help scarring and stretch marks on the belly! The results exceeded my expectations.
I tried the 1 hr float a couple weeks ago as a birthday gift to myself and what a cool experience!! It was quite splendid...so much so that I even nodded off😋1 hr wasn’t quite long enough imo seeing as just as I was settling in and enjoying my peak level of relaxation the light came on and my session was over...however when I got out I was in a deep state of bliss let me tell you! LolAt $65 for the hr it’s comparable to getting a massage with similar or even better results depending on who you ask...they also have package deals which drive the session costs down even lower
I wrote this review a year ago...Today I used a Groupon for @euphoria.float.spa in @nohomass. Even though I HATE baths, am claustrophobic and get motion sick I thought this would be a great idea. The atmosphere at Euphoria is everything you want in a spa setting: Feng shui, calm music and very clean. The attendant that checked me in was very friendly and her instructions, while importantly lengthy, very clear. You shower, and immerse in the private tank denude. I chose to have calming music play as I thought the silence might be too much for my first go with a float. You can choose to be in absolute darkness or use the LED lights. I tried both and each had their own benefit. Trying to Zen-out, I braved-it and turned off the lights after situating a neck pillow behind my head. It was surprising how high above the water I felt. I really shouldn’t call it water since it is a very dense solution of water and magnesium (epsom salts). It was tricky for me not to get saltwater in my eyes, but the woman that checked me in was very helpful in pre-advising me on how to handle this situation. I did become a little claustrophobic because the temperature of the air and the water are similar in temperature to human skin and this humid atmosphere closed in on me. Plus, the ceiling is very low above you in the tank. As I felt squeezed, I took a deep breath and exhaled as long as I could. I did this repeatedly. As you can probably tell, the hour was mostly excruciating for me due to my own neuroses and my delicate dance with motion sickness. While I was not able to let my mind shut off due to my growing queasiness and paranoia, there were a few stretches of time in which I was able to find peace in this activity. The sense of zero gravity is something that I have never experienced. I am a person that tends to have joint pain and floating in the tank took the pressure off most areas that tend to be aggravated by daily life. As I lay in the tank, struggling to relax, breathing deeply and trying to let the force of gravity take control of my tense muscles, I felt in a way that I had never felt before. In all honesty, as I lay there in the dark, quietly floating in what I can only describe is as “warm liquid space”, I felt like a marshmallow in a 1960’s Jello mold. (As you can probably guess: I have an aversion to Jello. But yet, I braved on...) This mental analogy was not helping matters, but I fought the urge to jump out of the tank and convinced myself to let go as much as possible. When the light turned on in the tank indicating that my time was up, I bolted out of the enclosure and into the shower. I scrubbed the liquid salt coating off of my hair and body, and tried to breathe away the nausea. Even though I was able to stabilize myself in the tank and feel almost completely still, I did at times feel as though I was floating on a raft in a warm pool and this increased my vertigo. As I left, the lovely hostess that had checked me in, gave me a thumbs up tipping her head to one side as if to ask me if I had enjoyed my float. I gave her a thumbs up and a small smile. I felt terrible and didn’t want to have to get into a long conversation about something completely out of her control. She was so nice after all… Over my drive home and the next 45 minutes or so, I continued to feel sick, but I got a burst of energy and went on a photography adventure of Downtown Holyoke after a lovely lunch at the Bistro at Gateway City Arts. By 5:30pm, I was home again and a sense of relaxation overcame me. My float experience was a challenge, but I think the session did provide some physical benefits. For people who are not claustrophobic, get creeped out by bath tubs and do not get motion sickness, I highly recommend giving it a shot especially if you have joint pain. Also, sometimes it helps to push yourself to try new things even if it might be uncomfortable. Learning only happens when there is discomfort. #trynewthings #floatspa #summerof2018
I cannot say enough positive things about skincare services at Euphoria with Jamie!! Jamie is very knowledgeable about skincare and the products she uses in her services. She thoroughly explains each step during the facial, including tools & products being used, and the benefits of it all. She is great at answering my skin care questions and problems and offering solutions. I’ve done both the organic supreme facial (SO RELAXING!!) and the ultra complete facial. My skin has never felt or looked better than it has in the past two months! I definitely recommend Jamie to anyone looking to pamper and care for their skin.
Looking for a place to find yourself? Go to Euphoria for a floating session. It felt amazing. Very peaceful.
Phenomenal service, great prices, clean and comfortable environment, this place is a gem. I went for a 0 minute couples massage. Brittany took care of me and was so professional and intune with my needs. Highly reccomend!
If youre into meditation, floating is the ultimate experience. Euphoria Float Spa is a beautiful and peaceful environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in floating. I cant wait to go back!
My daughter has headache and neck spasms. Do you think this treatment would help relax her? She’s already seen a physician.
It was a unique experience and one I can’t wait to do again. In that environment it is amazing how much more you are able to tune in to to tension in the body and allow it to melt away. A meditative experience like no other.
There float tanks are disgusting, mildew lined tubs… the water feels cold because they don’t heat the air aswell… horrible experience the consistency of the water was wierd SLIMEY compared to what I’ve experienced before, and it just felt overall disgusting… I’ve only tried the float spa can’t speak on their other services.
The service was wonderful and the experience of floating was one of a kind. I loved the total darkness and the space. Overall an amazing experience.
The safety and features of the facility such as the intercom system and light adjustment made the first time experience of flotation therapy feel welcoming and safe.
I always find the staff professional and helpful.
This place is amazing! Friendly staff, clean place. I will definitely be back! Best Birthday Ever!
Great experience, restful and relaxing
This site is nice and everything, but there are certain situations in which uncomfortable enough.I bought a 90 min relaxation explained me the rules and everything and as I am a conservative person the first thing that I was, which was given clothes to make the floating it tells me that in swimsuit. When my partner will indicate to her having to do it without clothes.Something that I me be sure that it wasnt so.
Float experience was amazing. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back!
Chelsea is amazing. Always have great ladies in reception ❤️
Go float. And float here. Very clean and spacious float rooms. So rejuvenating. Good for your head and body.
Excellent service, clean, restful, healing experience Every Time
I love floating at Euphoria. Always a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Give yourself the longest float possible for max effect!

Very relaxing massage. Will be back for a float
Heaven on earth is all I can say!
Very nice and peaceful and service was very friendly
Friendly staff and clean environment.
The name says it all! Euphoria
Awesome experience
My experience here is always great! The staff is always so friendly and attentive. And lets not forget the person that gives the massage... she is awesome! I went in with really bad back pain; (I am a retired veteran) by the time she was done, my pain was alot less. I was as light as a feather. I went a few times while living in Mass. Although now I currently live in CT, the drive is all worth it. I highly recommend this place.
