The Vault

They are awesome! I always have a great experience at this store. Today I was having an issue with my vape and they had me go down to Shop Therapy (a sister store to the Vault) where they were able to troubleshoot the problem. They figured out what it was and fixed the problem. The people who work at these two stores in Northampton are kind, honest and always a pleasure to see. I definitely recommend if your in the area stopping in. Thanks guys!😀

Awesome customer service and friendly staff easily makes up for their lack of Juice options. It appears to be a store more catered for weed paraphernalia but they still manage to go above and beyond with how they treat their customers. Of all the places Ive gone to for my electronic cigarettes needs since moving to Western Mass, they are the best. Hands down.UPDATE: Dropping a few stars because the prices have skyrocketed since my review has been posted. No one should pay $40 bucks for a five pack of coils.

EDITED REVIEW:Dropped another star- This is THE 3RD time that Ive come here, and the store isnt open!This is becoming a huge hassle, one that may just encourage me to buy online and have it shipped to myself rather than trying to buy local, but standing outside for hours collectively waiting for someone to show up its completely disrespectful.Your customers shouldnt be the one enforcing your posted store opening timesGood staff, (they wouldve earned 5 stars from me) but store hours are not consistent,.Store was supposed to open at 10am.The telephone number that they have you call, goes to a woman at Shop Therapy, who had absolutely no idea what I was talking about (or even the store that I was referencing, for that matter).She told me to go do errands and keep checking back until he gets there...I waited over an hour for the worker to show up and open the store.When he arrived, he then asked me to give them a couple minutes to chill with his coffee, before he opens the store, soooo...No apology.No sorry Im late.No Im sorry for being disrespectful.Nothing.Its now 11:09AM.Im still outside.(meanwhile, 4 customers have left)He jamming out to tunes, inside.I still dont have what I came here for.P.S.- had a typical response like: there was a lot of traffic or my child needed an extra diaper or *anything at all*, anything-, I probably wouldve just let this slide entirely.

Went to The Vault today.. Looking for a replacement glass piece for my kangertech and while they did not have the specific piece I needed the staff was very courteous and went out of his way to help me find the replacement part. Very nice store and friendly staff awesome guys!

This is a great place to buy all sorts of paraphernalia for smoking pot. If you enjoy smoking pot, and you want help making that happen, then this is the place you would go. General head shop etiquette requires you to avoid explicitly saying that youre buying something to help you smoke pot, though. Just say youre interested in smoking things other than tobacco, and then give a very exaggerated wink.

These guys are the most kind, ethical, “make-it-right” head shop ever. We’ve gone here a few times for CBD products and vape coils and always had a pleasant experience. Well, last night, my husband called ahead to put specific coils aside because I have no idea what he uses. I picked them up, and turn out the reserved the wrong ones. When we went back later, the gentleman behind the counter immediately recognized the mistake, and exchanged the coils. With a lovely smile and many apologies. My husband went to put a new coil in today, and guess what? Wrong coils! But this time it was at least 50% (probably way more) our fault. My husband went back again today, and THEY STILL EXCHANGED THEM WITH A SMILE!Most other head or vape shops I’ve bought from will refuse to do exchanges or returns, and have gotten rude about it (when batteries won’t charge out of the box, you should be able to return the product). And I do understand that stores can’t accept returns willy-nilly, but the employees at the Vault were so reasonable, helpful, and understanding. We will most definitely be using the Vault for our future coil purposes, just because of how trustworthy they are!

I love going there for my smoke needs.....the sale man is wonderful with his knowledge of what Im plan to buy in giving me more details with different options to purchase the right item to suit me &, my smoke needs!!!! 👍

Good customer service. Staff is polite and friendly and have helped me out with things that were related to things they sell there, even if I bought it there or not.

The ecig I bought wasnt worth the money I paid for it! It was the worst product Ive bought & broke less than amonth later you would think at the pricesthey charge it would have been higherquality! Waist of money waist of timeI will not return!

Again amazing service from the owner of the Vault Northampton, Mr. Frank W and as always exceptional customet service by, Mr. Peter Bovat. Obviously the owner went above and beyond when training his associates and Peter; whom is relatively new to the Vault is a perfect example how a little bit of knowledge can change a persons life. Between the both of their expansive knowledge; Im able to properly medicate myself and live a better life each day because The Vault Northampton.

I was not sure if they had what I was looking for so I went in. Not only did they help me with what I went in looking for, but they helped me with a bigger longer term ie. Expensive, tools to get a better smoke. I highly recommend the Vault to anyone that is either a newbie or old hat with the new laws in Mass.

Always locked up with lights on if I try to go before 11am. Website says it opens at 10am. Please change open time or website time. Great service otherwise

The staff is always friendly and I drive out of the way to get my products at a lower price here.

Never have anything for drippers. When I go back in there and the guy with beard says no vaping but is smoking a cigar the next time I went in.
