Ill never shop there again. Bought a piece on Saturday and it fell apart in my hand on Sunday. Garbage product and a waste of $40. I bought a 5 pack of randys coils. I got home and when I opened the box and tried to use one, the quartz was loose on the coil. I tried to use it without success. I wrote it off to one being bad but then the next one was loose. I have never seen this happen before. I put all five back in the box and was going to exchange them, buy a case and a new lookah seahorse pro plus, but they wouldnt return the broken coils. Terrible company, wont stand behind their products. I went across the street to the vault where the customer service is always superior. I will never shop or recommend this store again.In response to your reply: you are lying. I left your store with the same 5 broken coils I came in with. So not only do you not stand behind your products, but then you flat out lie about your customers. If you have cameras I would love to show the world my interaction, and your employee refusing to return clearly broken products. But not to worry because the Vault is just across the street and hes twice the man youll ever be and twice the business man. So cmon everyone join me at the Vault for excellent service.

Fantastic to finally have a real modern smoke shop in town and I’m happy they decided to move into a Main Street storefront just up the block from where Lizzotte’s used to be. Good selection of quality products, staff was helpful and got me exactly what I needed, I’ll be a regular customer there, they’ve got everything I need in one place. In particular it’s been nearly impossible to find (perfectly legal in MA) tobacco nicotine salts in Northampton, and they have a few different good brands.

Wish I had photos, really a gorgeous layout inside. Large variety. Nicotine devices and accessories! Finally a smoke shop that isnt all about the canabis products. The place doesnt smell like it at all! (They do seem to sell canabis related products and accessories.) Happy to have yall in the neighborhood!

Clean and well organized + great selection. My biggest gripe with noho head shops has always been the low quality of glass, this place seems to have some really good pieces.
