Foot massages with Angela have been a tremendous help with my longtime foot and knee issues. She includes hot stone treatment and shows me helpful things I can do myself until I see her again.

The facility is immaculate with a serene and luxurious ambiance that immediately put me at ease I started with a Swedish massage and the therapist was exceptionally skilled tailoring the session to address my specific needs.

Massage “therapist” kept answering the phone while giving the massage. Poor technique, simply relayed on giving strong pressure. Very odd stretching done at the end of the massage. I would not recommend.

Best massage ever. I’ve been getting massage therapy for over 30 years and this practice just stands far and above any other I’ve experienced. For a petite lady, my therapist had the strength needed to deliver the kind of deep tissue pressure I need. Yet, she has amazing sensitivity and an intuitive touch.This was long overdue for me and I feel like a new person today. The cost is very reasonable and the location is perfect if you want to knock around the main drag, grab a bite, beer, hit the dispensaries (there’s one right next door) window shop or whatever.Definitely coming back as often as possible!

I set an appointment yesterday for 830. I was very excited to go there what I didn’t know notice it had very little air-conditioning. Their windows were fogged up. It was heavy duty moisture. The girl was pleasant. I don’t know her name, but the massage was the worst I’ve ever received. I was in excruciating pain the whole time, and to be honest, she did not know how to give a massage. I’ve had plenty of massages, she lacks experience of massages. Maybe it’s just me I don’t know but like I said I’ve had plenty of massages. I want to try something new and I did and that was the result so I will not return there again unfortunately

I was in town with a friend who had an elective surgery. I had time to kill. I checked out the reviews and decided to schedule a 60 minute Swedish massage and 30 minute foot massage here. Ling was incredible. The facilities are modest but clean. My preferred place for massage is the Mandarin Oriental in New York City. The quality of the massage chair was as good if not better. I would certainly return if I’m ever in the area.

AMAZING!!!!!! What a lovely experience and well versed in their craft! Was incredibly endeared by the accuracy in targeting problem areas without me telling them anything! Had the couples massage with my Boyfriend as a birthday surprise and WOW!!! Would rate higher if ten stars was an option!!!! Also well priced not that money matters when you get to be taken to heaven and back again, hot stone finish to boot!!!! Love our family at The Pure Noho💕

Before my experience at The Pure, I thought I knew the definition of the term massage. Now I know I truly understand that word. Not only was the staff kind, open, and endearing; but the experience was nothing short of magical. Their talent in finding areas of tension and working it out are unrivaled. Classic technique that incorporates many different schools of therapy. The hot stone finish was the cherry on the sundae. Will definitely be returning and have not felt this relaxed in years. Great massage. I’ve been here twice. I called before and they were able to fit me and my friend in same day. The massage include deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stones. It was super affordable. Last time I was there I had a different masseuse and she walked on my back too. Both experiences I’ve had here have been super positive, and I’ve walked away feeling great.

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I suffer from chronic back pain… stopped in on a whim because I was in so much pain… I left completely pain free. Proper firm sports/deep tissue massage that actually restored my mobility. I can’t recommend this place more.

Best massage I’ve ever received. Came here last minute as a walk-in since every place was booked, and it was far better than the most extreme overpriced massages you get at fancy corporate spas. They’re professional, the environment is relaxing and well decorated, and most important of all, the massage is done with the right pressure in the right places! I’ll definitely be back, and if anyone asks for massage recommendations, this will be mentioned as my go-to for sure.

I didn’t really enjoy my experience. I was face down the entire time and the massage was so hard I was in pain for a few days. The person who massaged me left the room and I didn’t actually see her again. Plus, I could hear another customer in the entry way like they were in the room with me. I won’t be back.

I’ve been twice now and am so pleased with massages here. I love the hot stones finishing off the massage and am given a water bottle to hydrate after. Very friendly and I feel amazing following. This is now my regular place to return to!

I didnt catch her name, but whoever worked on me did an amazing job.She was very considerate to finding out what I needed and responsive to that.They are warm, prompt and respectful and I look forward to returning.

Just got back from receiving a wonderful massage at The Pure Massage and my body feels aligned and reconnected. She was great at gauging how much pressure to use. Got a massage today and I feel so much better now, my neck and shoulder area was so tight and Angela did a great job!!! The massage was only $45 for an hour since they are doing a November special love it amazing!!! The place is new so it’s very clean and they have a steam sauna which I will be back for next time.

Did a chair massage it was beyond painful. Mostly used elbows and focused on 1 area .Told the lady if she could ease up on many occasions but instead she continued doing it the same way. Hours later and Im still in pain. Also was suppose to get as facial done and that never happened they only had one person. Wouldnt recommend or come back to this place waste of money.

Went to this spa today. The service was excellent. The therapist has very good techniques. Over all, I love this place and definitely will be back soon.

Actually had one of the best massages ever at this spa that I had to leave a review. I got a deep tissue massage and the soreness and tension in my body is all gone! Can’t wait to go back.

My girlfriend and I went in on a Friday evening to get foot massages. She ended up getting a combination 30 min foot and 30 min body massage, and I stuck with a 1 hour foot massage.Her technique was very good, pressure was just right and the speed of her movement was very relaxing. Overall it was one of the better foot massages I have ever received. Communication was clear and the space was quiet, very clean and pleasant. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a less expensive massage in town that is still very good!I want to add that I am also a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing since 2004. I have had a LOT of massages and provided thousands of my own.Regarding the 1 star review left by another person: From my professional perspective, this really disappoints me, especially as the first review this business received! I believe that it amounts to a lack of understanding on the reviers part of the fact that spa and massage services are clearly part of the hospitality industry. Most people are well aware that tipping your server at a restaurant is a must (even if they arent very generous about it) but it seems that people do not expect that they have to tip a bodyworker!Perhaps this is because they feel that the starting price of the service is already high. While an hour long massage for $45-100 may seem like a lot, a therapist is NOT doing 40 hours worth of sessions per week. To do so is a recipe for repetitive strain injury and a short-lived career. As such, bodyworkers are not making as much as you may imagine from the cost of services.Combine that with the overhead of running a small business and astronomical rent to be located in downtown Northampton and there are a lot of real good reasons she would be disappointed for no tip.So, as a public service announcement...TIP YOUR MASSAGE THERAPIST/BODYWORKER. Theres really no excuse not to. If you cant afford to then you should get a shorter session or none at all.

Clean but it was not a full body massage as advertised for the hour, there’s no calming music, they don’t use massage oil, it’s almost like they used lotion that’s non greasy but for massages it doesn’t work, therapist didn’t use elbows or dig into the back areas I had requested, they don’t ask what areas you want to focus on, one positive is they offer hot stones which was nice but Otherwise kind of disappointed.
