Spirit and Body Massage

Went to Katie, who is amazing! I had such a bad back and have a umbilical hernia. I have seen her twice now and since my massage I am feeing so much better. A lovely clean and serene place. I highly would recommend.

I had my first of many massages here today. Missy worked a miracle on my knotted and tense body! I definately recommend you try them! Such a relaxing and welcoming feel when you walk in!

Melissa is my favorite massage therapist. When I came here looking for answers when no doctor would she was the first person to listen to me and help in every way she could through massage. I will forever be a patient to Melissa. All of the staff are so friendly.

Truly Melissa, Robert and Linda are massage angels!!! Ive been to so many and they are the best! Ive suffered from a herniated disk and I walk out in with such pain, hard time walking to coming out feeling like a new body. They stretch and release all the muscles around my sacrum. I can go in and halve a whole body massage or just work around my problem areas.

I have been looking for a good masseuse for awhile and havent been able to find one untill I came here! Linda was the best ever! Best massage I have had in years! I definitely recommend them!!

Missy was great! She has a wonderful touch and is very smooth & fluid in her movements. She is very nice, friendly & professional. She listened to what I asked for and respected my wish for quiet during the massage. She let me know to speak up if the pressure wasnt right for me. I did speak up and she adjusted perfectly. I was very comfortable with her and it was a fabulous massage!

Good prices!! The owner is right there on site. I was paired with “Missy” Melissa, the therapist who had an opening ~3ish hours after I had called on a Friday. She was very professional, sweet, and respectful. I left feeling significantly better! She was also receptive to feedback about what techniques she was doing with her hands. Much recommend:)

Linda Morris does an excellent job and knows her stuff. She is kind and gentle. I asked for mostly deep tissue massage, and it was wonderful. She will do whatever type of masage you want. I highly recommend her and will go back for more.

Jessica is FANTASTIC, I highly recommend her. With her use of multiple modalities and her warm demeanor, it always makes for a great experience. I have had several appointments with Jessica and she is always consistent. The best massage I have had in the area in my 20 years of living here.The facility is clean and cute inside; the website is easy to use and very informative. The staff is always warm and professional.

Linda provided the best massage. I would normally write rave reviews when a service is this good but I was so exhausted that O fell asleep and the effects of the massage have been with me for several days. If you feel stress or pain - explain where it hurts and Linda will get it fixed. 100% strongest recommendation for massage therapy.

Im a retired RN. Ive long been an advocate of complimentary and alternative care, especially massage. The benefits are endless. Human touch is very powerful. Ive been getting regular massages for decades, in 2 different states, from many different therapists. Ive learned that a therapists knowledge, training, attitude, personal philosophy, and approach can either make for a really terrific (and beneficial!) massage, or it can make for just a nice ho-hum experience that didnt really do much good. I expect more than just ho-hum. Robert is one of the only two massage therapists Ive ever had who seriously knows his stuff. His knowledge of the body - its anatomy and how things work, connect, innervate - is thorough. He aspires to continuing education and is always looking to explore, expand, adapt his techniques. He is passionate about what he does. He wants his massages to make a difference, to be therapeutic, to really help people feel renewed. But his attitude is also calm, reassuring, and professional. The atmosphere at Spirit & Body is relaxing, pleasant, quiet, clean and private. Ive been going to Robert regularly for several months because he hits everything on my picky bullet list! Spot on! I have issues with my back and was told by a doctor it was due to severe degenerative disk disease and Arthritis. I have been taking anti-inflammatory medication daily. I decided to try massage as I was still in pain. I was not recommended to call Spirit and Body Massage but found it on the web. Without making this too long, Robert worked on me and my back pain was almost completely gone. I made and appointment for two weeks out and Robert worked on me again. I am getting better and Robert is very professional, kind and caring. I highly recommend this business for all your massage needs.

Had a relaxing and much needed massage with Robert. He was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I had some health issues and he without hesitation made the adjustments necessary to make me feel comfortable without compromising the benefits of the massage.

I’ve been going to Spirit and Body Massage for several months. I can’t speak more highly of them. The massage facility has a very relaxing feel and is so clean and comfortable. I’ve had the best massages and my masseuse understands how to address areas that are sore from my CrossFit workouts and has consistently helped me.

I cant think of a better place to go for a massage. Many different techniques are used depending on the massage you would prefer. A very comfortable and professional team. If you would like a good workout for your body and mind, you want to go there.
