Fantastic experience! The place is very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. The massage was one of the best I’ve had in the area. My lower back had been hurting for weeks. After the massage, I felt worlds better. I highly recommend this spa!

Opted for 90 minute massage after asking what the price difference was but I misunderstood her, I thought she said 80 (60 min massage) and 100 for (90 minute massage. But it was $110, thats fine but when I go to pay, she asked card or cash and I said I only have card and then she says that she has to charge tax if paid by card. Thats shady because it should be posted somewhere near the register if that were the case. They got 3 stars because the massage was pretty good overall. They should have an atm if they prefer cash.

I booked a Lomi Lomi massage & was sadly disappointed; it wasn’t an authentic experience.Also, the signage & verbal requests for a “mandatory minimum tip” is extremely off-putting. If you want to make it mandatory, include it in the price of service!2 stars for cleanliness & getting same-day appointment.

My best massage experience was a perfect blend of Thai and deep-tissue techniques in a clean and organized setting with friendly staff. The combination of these elements made it exceptional. Recently started getting back into Massage treatments, and I noticed on one of the Google reviews online that this a hidden gem. I would indeed agree that this is one- drove all the way from Ashburn to check it out, and it was a great experience! There’s also the opportunity to request Ashiatsu which I will definitely ask for next time. Prices are definitely reasonable!

East Wing Spa is my favorite spot to get a massage! The massages are the absolute best - I usually do a deep tissue massage with hot stones at the end. Ive been here numerous times and they always honor the full time, which I really appreciate. At other spas I have visited, I have paid for an hour long massage and the massuese has given me 10 minutes to change at the beginning and end of the appointment, so I only get 40 minutes of actual massage. At East Wing, I always get a full time I pay for. I highly recommend!

Had a great massage with Lilly today. Great focus on lower back and shoulder issues. Hot stones were a bonus. Left feeling excellent.

There is a reason they have hundreds of five star reviews. They are excellent! A full 60 or 90 minute massage. I get a lot of knots in my back and while a bit painful I need those knots massaged out of my muscle. They will listen to what you want, they know what you need and they are very good! Sometimes my knots are so bad they stand on my back and massage out the knots with their feet - they know what is necessary and are very skilled. I have tried many massage places and nothing is better than East Wing Spa - I feel twenty years younger after every visit and I won’t go to any other place in Northern Virginia.

I travel from southern Maryland for a 90min Thai deep tissue every 3wks. So wonderful.

I have fibromyalgia and one of my treatments has always been massage therapy. I have been to East Wing Spa twice now and both times they have been incredible. I will continue to go there on a monthly basis. They have hundreds of 5 star reviews for a reason.

An excellent small business massage parlor. The two masseuse ladies were very nice and welcoming as soon as we got into the door. I did a couples massage and it was very relaxing. They do exactly 60 minutes! They are very strong - I asked for medium pressure and it still hurt! But nonetheless the massage was great. I would want to try their Thai massage next time.

As part of my wifes birthday weekend I booked us a 90 minute couples massage. We both loved it. The massage therapists were very good and responsive to the level and type of pressure to provide. The environment was very peaceful and definitely will schedule future sessions.

I did a couples massage on 03/05/2023. The actual massage was good for the price. However, once my boyfriend and I went to leave, the front desk lady (an older woman) pretty much pressed us into leaving tips. She motioned to the sign displaying different tip estimations and, being pressured to tip, I handed her cash cover our tips.... She then pointed to the sign and said that the estimate was per person and that we needed to leave another tip because we had 2 masseuses. While the massage experience was a good deal for a decent massage, the front desk associate needs to learn how to interact with customers. Because of this experience, I unfortunately do not think we will be returning.

My partner and I went for a couples massage and it was heavenly. Their technique is wonderful. She focused on the upper back which I truly needed. If you needed a different area of focus, I’m sure you would need to communicate this to them. They gave us hot rocks at the end which was so nice. We would definitely come back.Feedback for the owners:The busy road makes it a little noisy with the cars and traffic. Also the walls are thin, so we could hear other workers/staff talking outside our massage room. Maybe turn the music up a little louder, and have the other staff lower their voices. Just for more silence and serenity!

It was so relaxing, the music was very calm and not too loud. I made the appointment for a deep tissue massage and she also put in a few minutes of Thai massage for me to try. I think the stretching helped me have a better range of motion. She was very professional and she helped relieve some of the knots in my upper back. I also added the cupping and hot stones. This was the best massage I have received in a long time! Definitely need to come back in!

I believe my therapist was the owner Fei. She did not skimp on either the time or the energy, and provided a very strong Swedish massage for the full hour.

I came here for my birthday for some relaxation and was blown away by the wonderful service and experience. The massage itself was probably the best massage Ive ever had done and Im definitely coming back here. It was my first time having a thai massage but I could tell she was an expertise at what she does. She told me my shoulders were very stiff and gave special attention to that, as well as my lower back where I have chronic pain issues.. Guess what? NO PAIN TODAY! They were also so kind there and generally very warm people. The atmosphere was also very calm.

Reson why a one star is because I went there not too long ago. I asked through the phone a reflexology and deep tissue massage both one hour. Then when I got there they couldnt understand what I was asking for. I said deep tissue and reflexology. Only they understood the deep tissue. When I asked for when is the reflexology for an hour. I asked it so many times all I got was silence or what? I just gave up at that point and let it ride until the 2 hours were up. 2 hours of deep tissue massage I felt no difference afterwards. She even told me that I had to tip becuz they work hard at the start of the massage. Lady everyone in this works hard not just only you. Thats why I get a massage to cut away the stress. If someone cant afford to give you a 20 or 30 dollar tip then deal with it no sense in being upset. They even had a sign on how much of a tip they should get for an hour to 2 hours. Also when I said where my muscles felt tense they didnt understand either. No one understood what i was saying. Lack of communication. Makes you not want to come back. Which is my case. Spent 200 dollars Thats including tip. I would look some where else where they can communicate better.

I scheduled a therapeutic massage and although I was considerably late, they were patient and kind to me. I got my 1 hour massage which relieved my back pain. I had a massage at a different place just a week ago and they didn’t do a good job which led me to east wing spa. I sure felt the difference! I recommend, friendly place, cute place with great ambiance, I’m definitely going back!

Ive been coming to East Wing Spa for almost 10 years -- I hesitate to write a fantastic review, because I dont want the secret to get out! If you are looking for a no-frills, clean, professional, therapeutic massage, this place is just wonderful. I personally enjoy strong pressure with a focus on my shoulders (work all day in front of a screen) and I always leave East Wing feeling great. The staff is very responsive and accommodating for appointments, and my experience has been that communication is excellent. Im not sure what they offer in the way of aromatherapy, hot stones and other frills -- but they are great at working knots out of strained and sore muscles, and Ill continue to be a loyal customer and refer friends and family.

Ive been going to East Wing Spa for over 7 years and they have always provided me with an excellent massage in a welcoming environment. I just recently went again for a massage, after waiting out the last 18 months or so due to the pandemic, and I can tell you they havent missed a beat! It is clean, relaxing, and they are so friendly. My therapist give me a stellar massage, reminding me of what Ive been missing out on this past year and a half. Im thankful they survived the slow times and Im already looking forward to my next visit.

I have been to East Wing Spa a few times now and every time was just as good as the last. They ask if you are comfortable and use more or less pressure if desired. There hours are amazing and the facility is very clean. Making a reservation is easy and the staff is very polite. There prices are wonderful too! Easy set up online and payed in advance. The location was easy to find in a nice little area in Vienna. Very calming rooms, music and ambience. I opted for Deep Tissue treatment and the pressure was great. It was first ever massage and I felt great afterwards, my back mainly benefited! Definitely recommended

I cannot remember how I found this place but I am so glad I did! I am now a regular once a month customer! The ladies here are soo nice! Their massages are the perfect mix of pressure and stretching. I have probably rotated through most of the ladies there and have never had a bad massage. Customer forever!

This is a great place for a massage. The facilities are clean and all of the women are very nice, it is very relaxing. Their massage technique is amazing, I appreciated that they asked me about the amount of pressure that I wanted, rather than to assume I wanted deep tissue. They are professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing massage.

We had an amazing couples massage. It was the first time that both of us thought that the deep tissue massage was too deep at times. We were running late for our appointment and they still made accommodations for our full session. We will definitely be back.

After doing a couples massage here a few months ago, I went back just myself for a Swedish massage. They suggested doing deep tissue for my neck/back issue. Sammy (I think her name) went hard in the problem area and perfect pressure everywhere else. Can’t wait to go back!

I tried East Wing Spas Thai/Swedish 90 minute massage and really enjoyed the entire experience. My therapist was excellent and I appreciated how she checked in with me throughout the session, especially because this was my first time at the salon. The prices are very competitive, which is awesome. I will return to East Wing Spa.Please note, this is a small spa and doesnt offer changing rooms. You have plenty of space and privacy in the massage room.

The ladies there were so sweet and ready to serve us. My masseuse had a relaxed energy and she took the time to really focus on the problem area I had indicated, which was my back. I only wish I had asked for deep tissue. I was sore after the back massage which to me is a good indicator of a good spa experience. I get massages to help my back problems and relax and that’s what happened at East Wing.

BEST DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE IN THE DMV. Hands down 🙌 I’ve been a customer for years and refuse to go anywhere else. The message therapists are always so kind and make sure I feel comfortable. I have been coming to East Wing Spa for over a year now. Bought a 10 pass (cheaper per time). Location:The spa has private parking so its always easy to be in and out. It is pretty small inside with a waiting room and I think 5-6 massage rooms. It is clean, clean sheets, low volume music and dim lighting.Services:Massage is excellent! Better than fancy spas I have been too. I have only done 60min. They start the clock when the massage starts which is great (some places I have been to start at appt time so if you use the bathroom or something you loose time). They do deep tissue, hot stone, stretching, arms and muscles and always do great on the lower back. Really great massage.I have always been able to get appts same day and usually by text which is super convenient.Highly recommend!

Went in due to pain I was having in lower back and shoulders. They fit me right in and my therapist took the time to work out my knots and relieve my pain. Establishment was clean and the staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good massage at a reasonable price.

Phenomenal massage! Started with a very helpful form you fill out identifying focus areas and areas of caution. The massage itself was great and even mixed in some stretching and different techniques I havent experienced before (stretching the arms and shoulders, spine stretches, face massaging, etc.). Would absolutely recommend, and make sure to get the aroma therapy too!

CLEAN, SAFE AND PROFESSIONAL!! Not only do the therapists and front desk staff wear masks, the clients must as well. They clean the rooms VERY thoroughly after each session. I’m not too worried about the virus, but I like the peace of mind I get from these ladies. Not to mention it’s the best place for a massage in nova. I’ve come here since 2013. I moved to this area last year and finally found a best massage place. I always have a back pain due to my job, and my masseuse helped me relaxed the muscles and tissues of both upper and lower back. She was really mellow and professional. Highly recommend this massage place if you live around this area.

This massage spa is the 4th spa Ive visited in the area and I dont plan on visiting anywhere else! When I walked in, I was greeted with quick consultation to communicate areas of focus Id prefer treatment around. The environment is relaxing, immersive, and comfortable from the moment you enter until you check out. The private rooms were extremely clean, organized and contain a calming ambience.The staff was receptive and professional around my requests as I prefer deep tissue treatments in certain areas and Swedish massages in others. Overall, the experience was positive and I plan on going back every few weeks!

I went here because my daughter got me a massage as a present. I didnt know what to expect as it was my first time going here. I got all prepped on the bed and everything and she asks dme what time of massage I wanted, I said I didnt know which ones you had so she recommended a relaxing one I said sure. WOW, I loved it! I want to start by saying that I have fibromyalgia so my neck and back hurt all the time and I have these trigger pain points and are very sensitive and I am prone to migraines. Fei, the lady who did my massage hit all the right spots with the right amount of force, not too much not too little. I am always very sceptical because Ive had some that make my pains worse but this one mad eme relax and just be in a better place for several hours even after I left. I Mena in a sense if you know the disease we are always in pain a d being pain free is hard. So now I am a client and try to go weekly or by weekly as it helps my back and neck not to hurt so bad. It has helped my legs and my feet too as those are also pain issues for me. She even gave me the first time a complimentary hot stone massage which Ive never had before. THAT is the one that I always get now, because heat is great for fibro so it just helps me soo much. Totally would recommend coming here.

This was my first massage since quarantine. A friend recommended Fei. She greeted me at the door and went over my health information. Everything was very clean and cleaning supplies were everywhere. All the staff was wearing PPE.Feis massage was excellent. She had great pressure and made sure I was comfortable. I loved that she included a little Thai stretches throughout. I felt so good afterwards and I couldnt believe how much better my shoulder was moving again. I already booked my next treatment.I have been very reluctant to get a massage because of COVID but I felt safe at East Wing Spa. Thank you so much, Fei!!!!!

AMAZING DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE! I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage from an excellent therapist. She worked on all areas of my body using wonderful techniques to stretch and loosen my tight muscles. I walked out of there feeling so much better than when I walked it. I am definitely going back.

I have been going here for over 5 years now and I refuse to get a massage at another place. I’ve gotten a gift for a $150 massage at red door spa and I couldn’t wait to leave and go to east wing. Their prices are incredible and you can’t beat them. They are professional, super clean and kind women. I try to go as often as I can. Give them a shot before you spend $200 getting a massage that’s not as good.

I benefited so much for the first session I had here that I bought a package and get treatments regularly. The staff are professional and friendly and really understand how to treat my aches and pains. They are safe and trustworthy during this pandemic and I feel confident in their cleanliness. I am a loyal customer of East Wing Spa and once again today I was not disappointed. I must say that Fei (pronounced Fay) provides the best massage I’ve ever had, and does so consistently.She does little things like end the back massage using hot stones, uses a warm moist towel to wipe off the oil, asking me along the way if the pressure she is applying is good and she incorporates stretching as well. All of these nice touches add up to a wonderful experience.I’ve had other therapists there and Fei has trained them well, as they did the same not-so-little things I mentioned above.I HIGHLY recommend East Wing Spa!

My fiancé and I came here for massages after moving from California and really needed it. When they say deep tissue, they really mean it, one of those love how deep but hurts so good the next day type of massages! Rooms were clean and they laid down a medical sheet on the bed for an added layer of protection. Masks were required when we rolled onto our backs. Definitely going to be coming back again!

This place is a hidden gem in Vienna. The service is always exceptional, Fei really knows how to gauge what massage is the best based on your needs that day. She has excellent know how of massage techniques including ashiatsu (walking on the back while supported by ceiling bars) She has also trained the other therapist very well. The massage center is based in a cozy suite but is always extremely clean and well sanitized. I am a returning customer and always feel relaxed and de-strssed leaving here. Thanks Fei and team!.

I love East Wing! Everyone is so very nice and the deep tissue massages have helped me with some dance related injuries. They are very good with applying strong pressure but in the right way so you’re healing. You’re not feeling senseless pain from the pressure, it’s actually the tension being worked out. I can’t recommend them enough. They are wonderful!!

East wing was a very clean relaxing Best massage place. If youve only ever done a Swedish massage be prepared for a more active massage that really focuses on relaxing the entire body , not just the muscles . I went to East Wing Spa for my sisters birthday on Saturday. We had six of us there for girls day. I coordinate with the owner Fei for a couple of weeks of what I wanted and that I wanted it nice for my sister. When we arrived not only were they waiting for us but the owner Fei had flowers and a balloon waiting for my sister. They treated us like we were celebrities. When I say we all have the service a 10. This was by far the best massage I ever received before. Thank you Fei and Im definitely coming back to see you.

If you are looking for a real massage... this is your place! Ive had many massages at high end resorts around the world nothing compares to the expert knowledge and execution of these professional massage therapists. I have consistent back pain and other issues and Fey knew exactly how to treat and relieve the pain. The only way to relieve my pain is to apply strong pressure. At other spas when I ask for deep tissue or explain where my pain is they never seem to be able to address or resolve. This was a true deep tissue massage, when Fey knew the tissue was severely knotted she used alternative methods (walking on stretching, and hot stone) to treat me.  They also take cleaning and COVID protocols very seriously, and they are all respectful, professional, and friendly.  I will return regularly!!

Linda Wang and her teammates, Berry, Amy and Nancy are true professionals.Linda and each member of her team are fully certified massage therapists and offer outstanding massages. Over the last few months, I have tried each member of the team on different occasions and have become a loyal customer and passionate advocate for the spa. The value to cost ratio is, by far, the best I have found in the DC metro area.I live in Northwest DC and, after discovering East Wing Spa six or so months ago, now prefer to make the weekly drive to Vienna for massages rather than staying nearby. Last weekend, I returned from a business trip to San Francisco exhausted. I booked two hours with Amy and left the spa feeling totally refreshed and relaxed. I slept like a baby!Two weeks before, I retuned from a similar trip and booked time with Linda. The massage was sublime and I left delighted.I have found Berry to be a great listener and highly tuned to my needs. After a recent injury to my shoulder, Berry helped me recover quickly.Because Chinese is the native language of Linda, Berry, Amy and Nancy, it is important to make sure that you visually communicate where you want each massage to focus. I find each member of the team to be enthusiastically open to and willing listen carefully, communicate effectively and tailor massages to my specific needs each day.I have read other reviews complaining about misunderstandings related to Groupon coupons. I suspect that these are the result of mistranslations of requests and coordination. I say this because I have never had an experience at East Wing where a little patience and effort with cross-language communications has not paid off in spades.I heartily recommend the you book East Wing Spa for your next massage!

It was my first time to visit after pandemic with my son. Very clean and kind. I used to go thai massage a lot when I had business trip to Bangkok. I was so satisfied with great service. Definitely will go again!

My husband and I did the couples massage. They were nice enough to accommodate us with short notice BUT it was the WORST massage that I ever had in my entire life. I like deep tissue but my masseuse hands are hard as a rock. I have to ask her multiple times to be gentle on me because she was hurting me. She doesnt focus on one area, shes too fast and all over the place. My husband didnt get his front quads and upper, lower leg massage at all. She even said she DID NOT HAVE TIME to do it! Unreal. The place was also too close to the road that you can hear the cars and motorcycles go by quite loudly. They try to make it right by giving us 20% off on our next massage but we are not coming back and definitely not going to recommend it to our families and friends.

Really nice visit at East Wing Spa in Vienna. Had a good combo table Thai stretch & oil message during my 1st visit. Next time I would like a traditional floor Thai message, but I’m not sure the facility has a floor mat.

I am a senior citizen with bad knees. Or was, until I found EW. Fei and her staff are thoroughly professional, unfailingly courteous, and very skillful both at alleviating pain and relaxing the mind. The spa is always clean and welcoming. East Wing may be the best health care bargain in Northern Virginia.

Love this place - I have gone several massage places and East Wind Spa stands out for the right reasons, I have been very successful at getting my issues fixed. Ying is very professional and passionate, good vibe. It is very clean, comfortable, and affordable. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

I have received 60 minutes massage in East wing Spa. It was a wonderful experience with great massage therapist, very customer oriented and polite. I would highly recommend if you are going to have massage, have your experience in East Wing Spa.

Asked for deep tissue, she identified my trouble areas. Very painful if you are not used too or aware but amazing results. Shoulder blades that no one ever gets she got out. Serioulsy great, will return regularly as part of my recovery from back injury. Helps too have someone who can find and release the tendons and muscles that are adding to back pain. Very worth it!

The most relaxing massage I have ever had. They had great customer service, they were professional and the place smelled great, music and lighting was also perfect.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews BUT, I want to spare you from what I’ve experienced. I had a Groupon.My masseuse was very nice. I can tell that they aren’t qualified to give massages, but it was still a nice experience. After I was done I tipped my masseuss and proceeded to leave. She stopped me and seemed confused, she asked me to pay for the service. They knew when the appointment was made I had a Groupon, but all of a sudden “we don’t accept Groupons on Thursday” lol. The masseuse called the owner and the owner tells me that “Groupon takes too much money from the transaction and I know that”. So I’m just confused ...why do Groupon if you don’t like it and try to deny it and don’t wanna accept it after people paid their money. Then you try to get them to pay twice.Side note: I got a weird creepy vibe from a guy who looked really nervous and embarrassed walking out the back of the place. So I don’t know what they have going on it the place. They seem to be struggling for money.

If you want a pansy, light and fluffy deep tissue massage, this place is not for you! Amy uses a lot of pressure, which I loved! East wing spa isn’t super fancy or uppity, but the work they do is legit!!

Worst massage and costumer service ever. Christina was so rough and all over the place. When I asked her to go slow all she could say sorry no English I went with my Groupon which front desk lady refused to redeem becoz Groupon ppl take most of the money and she gets only $25. Her explanation was that they advertise with them but highly recommend not to buy the Groupon. She litterally snatched my card from my hand and swiped it right away. I will never go back to this place and would not recommend to anyone.
