Elements Massage

Ive been going to this Elements Massage for nearly a year and have had great experiences each time Ive been here. Theyve been helpful and friendly over the phone, in-person at the front desk, as well as in the massage rooms during the massage sessions. Ive seen Sara the most and have only good things to say about her! She is attentive to your needs, polite while asking how youre feeling and directing you when to turn over, and respectful of your feedback and adjustments. I recommend the massage services here!

The facility smelled really nice, the check in was easy and my massage was really relaxing, which is what I was hoping for. Sometimes I need a more intense deep tissue but I did ask for a relaxing massage this time. The therapist was prompt and I felt like she addressed each body area appropriately! . The only thing that would be better is if they has a relaxation room for before /after but for the price /location the waiting room was perfectly nice!

Julisa was amazing. Intense deep tissue massage with incredible attention to detail. She knows her stuff! Cant wait for the next one.

I havent gotten many professional massages in general, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I really enjoyed my massage from Preston! He was attentive when it came to asking if the pressure was alright, and honestly he discovered the areas that were tight that I didnt even realize (notably my forearms, they absolutely needed a massage). The facility was clean and relaxing, and Preston was able to use the massage balm I brought because Ive got a lot of allergies. Definitely excited to come back and send my husband here too!

First I love the vibe at elements. When you walk in, everyone at the front desk is warm and welcoming. They offer water while you wait and the music is very soothing. Once you’re back in your room, the soothing music continues and the dim lights relax you. When I go to elements I always see Jen. Jen is an amazing masseuse! I’ve been going to her on and off since 2020. She is able to find and get out the stubborn knots in my back /neck. I personally love a good DEEP pressure massage, even though it can be painful, Jen knows exactly the pressure to use to rub out the knots and she doesn’t go easy on me! Using cupping during my massages has helped with relief as well. I recently moved, but will still make the drive to see Jen when I need a massage because I don’t trust anyone else with my body.

Great massage therapists but terrible admins. We’ve been overcharged on more than one occasion, have to debate for the “free” massages that come with the memberships we signed up for, and the the staff is rude (especially Kelly - old man with ponytail). Why would we go to a place that creates stress as soon as their therapists relieve previous stress?Would not recommend this place and won’t miss it.

I’ve been a member here for years and they never disappoint! Great front desk staff. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and know how to target my needs. I always feel so much better after my appointments. Highly recommend!

I wish I had known about this place sooner, otherwise I would have gone earlier in my pregnancy for prenatal massage. Ive continued to go postpartum as Im still experiencing some lower back pain from pregnancy and birth, and massage is one of the few things that helps. Sara is a miracle worker and I always feel like a new person at the end of each session!

I really enjoy Elements Massage. The atmosphere is clean and calming. The staff is helpful, responsive, and friendly. As a massage therapist, Rachel is fantastic. She listens and tailors her approach to what she hears. With just two sessions she has helped eliminated hip pain I was experiencing.

I’m not from around here, so I didn’t know what to expect walking into Elements. All I knew is that I needed a massage and a little self care day. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and helpful when asked any questions. He continued to chat with me until my masseuse came to get me. Lily was absolutely fabulous! She checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure she was applying enough pressure or too much pressure to more painful areas. She was quite thorough in explaining things and truly cared about sore/injuries areas of the body.

The staff are friendly and the studio is clean. I heard they did renovations and it looks really modern inside. I needed a massage before the rush of holidays and will certainly be back.

I have been calling and left multiple messages for the Vienna location for the past 2 weeks to get information about their massages, specifically a couples massage. Still no call back.Last time this happened was just after Covid lockdown, so I get it. Maybe it’s just a new habit of not answering the phones anymore.

I went here last year hoping for a good experience, but I have to say that it fell short. Lily, the massage therapist, came late to the appointment. While unprofessional, that in it of itself wouldn’t have been an issue. However, this was followed by her forgetting to add the aromatherapy I requested. The front desk forgot to tell her and she never asked at the beginning of our session. The massage was just OK. I have had better and more relaxing sessions at other establishments. And all this was topped off by seeing one of the front desk personnel lounging in the customer seating. So it was unprofessional all around. Perhaps it wasn’t their day, but I won’t be going back.

Devon greeted me by name as soon as I walked in the door and made me feel very welcome. My massage therapist Rebecca did a wonderful job putting me at ease and explaining my options for my first-ever prenatal massage. She responded really well to my unique concerns and needs. I had a great experience!

This was a wonderful massage. The facility was very welcoming and clean. The whole company was courteous and amazing to work with. I had an amazing time here and will certainly be coming back to get another massage soon. Brandon was excellent and found tons of knots that I didnt even know I had. He was great for a deep tissue massage and getting all of my muscles loose and felling great. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering getting a massage. If you want a deep tissue then Brandon is your way to go. He was wonderful. I have no complaints about anything here.

Lovely calming atmosphere and clean facilities, polite and professional staff, my massage therapist Nicole was awesome. It was the perfect mix of relaxing massage and muscle pressure work on problem areas. The massage was a gift but after this experience I have booked Nicole again and signed up for a membership.

Got a prenantal massage and it was good. For one hour massage, first 10 minutes go into changing and consultation and the session ended 5 mins early. It was a relaxing experience and I will visit again. There is also a first time discount which I was happy to get.

Beware when you give them your credit card. I joined some special they offered.They were going to charge me once a month and I would save money on massages. Someone got a massage at my expense!!! Do Not leave your credit on file!!!

Front desk area and staff were amazing! Quality of the service I received was better than anywhere else I’d been. Kelly asked very helpful and specific questions before, during, and after the massage to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the massage. I went in with debilitating back pain that was causing so much jaw tension that I couldn’t stop grinding my teeth. By the time I walked out of there and even more so on the next day, I felt completely pain free and had more range of motion than I’d had in a while. Kelly also provided me with a write up after the massage to take back to my current massage therapist (I was visiting from out of town) but I can’t wait to come back when I’m in town again! Seriously amazing!

The deep tissue massage done by Julisa was great. She understood my concerns and was aware of the tight spots in my body.. she concentrated on the points that needed most attention and asked if I need extra attention to the points when almost done with massage. She informed about the postures that could cause the kind of pain I have and how to prevent that. Julisa is great and Id like to work with her again.

There are a couple of things I appreciated about my experience at Elements:- The friendliness of the staff - Everyone was nice, and the person who worked on me even gave me advice on stretches I could use to alleviate pressure on my knees. Since I was a first-timer, there was no guarantee that I would be a return customer. Some places only reserve their best treatment for people they know will come back. I appreciate that I was not viewed as just a dollar sign.- Going in, I knew there was a membership program available. I really appreciated that, once my session was done, there wasnt a hard-sell of that program. I have a personality where, even if I want something, if there is a hard sell involved I will immediately not want it anymore. That I was given the ability to decide for myself if I wanted to find out more about membership made me feel really good about giving my business to Elements.

Cozy and relaxing place, front desk staff Mikaela was very accommodating and offered me a bottled water when i checked in. I made a last minute booking for prenatal massage and they accommodated me on the same day. Massage was okay, but not to the level I was expecting for a prenatal massage I had before. I was asked to which area I would love to focus on, which I wrote, back and foot, and I thought it will still be the whole body including head and entire legs, neck etc. I felt like it was just mostly rubbing me, not really getting into a pressure point I was expecting. And I wasn’t ask which oil I prefer to use for my massage, or not sure if that’s something they normally offer for prenatal or not. I asked for 1hr and was done 5-10min early. But regardless of that, I’m still looking forward to come back, I love the staff the ambiance and how clean the place is. Still done a good job, thanks elements massage.

I went to Elements Massage twice and I had a wonderful experience both times. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, even recommended the right type of massage for my back pain. My therapist Riley was just amazing! Very professional and he really was able to relieve the tension in my lower back. Both times I totally enjoyed the session thanks to the quiet ambience and the tranquil design setting. Plus they give you candy after your massage :) that was the icing on the cake...

Wonderful place! I sought out a massage therapist who I had been hunting down for a while. She used to work with my chiropractor and I got my massages there. Amanda is highly skilled and has been doing excellent massages for years. She is trained in deep tissue, reflexology, swedish, as well as other techniques and has great pressure -- very deep, if that is what you need for your muscles to relax.Amanda is super nice and makes sure the experience is good for you. Whether its your first massage or youve been getting them for 50 years.Elements is super clean and the receptionist at the front was extremely helpful. They have a monthly program, but its not forced on you and they are very low key and laid back about it. Much different experience than when I signed on to a similar program with Massage Envy several years ago. I very likely will do it because it saves me money through Elements and there is no contract to be a part of or money coming out each month like Envy.Had a wonderful massage with Amanda. She is a senior massage therapist, which means you pay an extra $10 for her to massage you -- but it is so worth it because she is that good and will take that good care of you.Im sure the other therapists at Elements are also very good, but Ill stick with Amanda.Highly recommend giving this place a shot for your massages. Im sure the front desk team members can help you select an appropriate therapist for your massage needs.Im already anticipating my 90 minute massage scheduled in August!!!!

My wife and I recently decided to find a new massage therapy place to call our own and I felt at home the very first time I walked in. The staff is all very nice and extremely helpful in all areas of massage whether that means during a session or using epsom salts at home, etc.Each visit can be tailored to your needs and they are always very understanding. I especially like the optional text message confirmations with your appointment time and therapists name. This place really treats you special, like youre their only clients.Another huge plus is their very competitive pricing. I never feel ripped off nor have I ever questioned whether I got my moneys worth from a session. I highly recommend it!

I used to live with pain, and I had finally normalized that. The most dangerous thing was that I was not able to focus on mental activities in the evenings because my back and my other joints were producing so much pain. And fortunately I randomly went at Elements Massage; the therapist, AC ( her name ), introduced and explained to me what Massage was. And gave me some options. Right after my first session, I slept like a baby, and no more pain again. I can’t wait for my next session. The customer service and the whole team are friendly and professional. I had a one hour massage with Matthew, and it was great. He did an entire 60 minutes rather than the 50-minute hour most places do, and he really listened to and worked on my individual needs. At the end, he also gave me some simple tips to help with stress.In the interest of full disclosure, I initially came to Elements because I know the owners (that was my incentive to drive out to Vienna). However, I can truthfully say that this experience stacks up to other massages Ive had, and Matthew is worth going back to for sure.

Very reasonably priced! Can’t say enough positive praise. I am a PA-C who believes massage therapy is very real and this place is 5 stars!!

Good experiences here with two different male masseuses. They listen to my needs, where I need work done. Very professional. Worked out my knots. Always friendly. Always ask about signing up for membership but aren’t pushy. In general I choose small businesses over chains, but in this case, it’s favorable to have something predictable, corporate and industry standards, and competitive prices.

I joined Elements Vienna about 6 months ago and cant say enough about the place. Ive had 4 different massage therapist now and they were all extremely good and knew what they were doing. Each always ask what type of pressure that I prefer and then checks again during the massage to make sure the pressure is ok. The rooms have always been very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend them.

I like that every session can be tailor made to address particular issues. I was also impressed by how Nicole suggested I try Michael for my particular neck and shoulder problems, staff working closely together like this is a great thing. I think they are both excellent and will continue to see both of them in the future. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient.

Nicole did an excellent therapeutic massage! All my problem areas were taken care of and I left relaxed, pain freein neck, shoulder and lower back areas... and stayed pain free despite travel the next day & hauling heavy luggage. Excellent!

The level of sustained work on various trouble spots is great during my regular sessions with Julisa, Ive seen notable progress on tight muscles in my calves as well as reducing my regular back aches. The staff is very friendly and greets me by name when I come in for my monthly, which also conveys a sense of familiarity and comfort with the facility on a whole. And the pricing is great to boot!

James was absolutely fantastic. As a runner and soccer player, my leg muscles get extremely tight. James helped me work through the tension in my calves and IT bands even helped me with some stretches and encouraged me to stretch before runs. He was also very cognizant of which pressure I preferred on certain muscles and was great about checking in with me. I would absolutely come back to Elements! The atmosphere and check-in experience were also wonderful. Thank you guys!

I have been going to massage therapists for many years. Ive never really had that perfect session though. I did some research in my area because I was looking for therapists who were able to do Craniosacral therapy. I called Elements and John at the front desk made my day by telling me that yes they do offer that service. I booked right away. I was their last appointment for the night and unfortunately got a little lost trying to find their location. (GPS will fail you due to the design of the building) When I walked through the doors though John was very understanding and got things started right away.Kelly was superb. He made sure to ask me what I liked and didnt like. He also did a great job in making sure I understood what the Craniosacral portion included. It was my first time after all! I was very upfront about what I liked and didnt like for the rest of my session. He also made sure to ask me questions during the massage when he noticed that I might not be comfortable. I usually chat with my therapist during the session but was not able to because I was so comfortable and relaxed!The only downside I could see if that the building is having a face lift. There are construction materials in front of the building and things blocked off. I am not the type of person to mind that sort of thing though.Overall great staff, clean location, and very good prices for the level of service that you receive. I will be using Elements Massage for many years!

After getting off on the wrong foot (someone didnt show up to open, so I couldnt get in for my first appointment), Elements lived up to the other reviews Id seen. The owner personally called me, apologized, and comped my massage, which we rescheduled for 2 days later. Once I got there, I was also upgraded to an 80-minute massage (from 55-minute). Being 41 weeks pregnant, this was great. My masseuse, Mac, did a great job making me feel comfortable and working out the knots. I left feeling great, and will return to Elements in the future.Thanks to Renee (the owner) for making what couldve been a bad situation right quickly!

Theres a nice group of people here. The staff is friendly. The therapists are really good. Ive not ever had a disappointing massage. They do offer a membership package to compete with Massage Envy.

First time at elements in Vienna. An hour and a half of pure bliss. Rebecca was fantastic. Her skills in deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and cupping were one of the best Ive had in NoVA. Delightful to talk to and walking out with a lot less stress. I definitely recommend her.

I have had a wonderful massage with Katya the other day! She was friendly and warm, and asked all the right questions. I had a relaxing 1 1/2 hours with her, as she melted my worries away and dug out the stress spots from my back and arms. I cannot wait to have a massage with her again!

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Elements in Vienna, after a sub-par experience a couple years ago that kept me weary of returning. Though I was a few minutes late (traffic on 123 at rush hour is the worst), I called to let them know and they were very receptive & kind when I finally arrived! Danielle was thorough, focusing mostly on my neck & shoulders as I requested in our brief intro, and made sure to check with me throughout on the pressure/warmth/etc. Needless to say, my attitude has completely changed and I will certainly be going back to see Danielle in the near future!!

From the front desk to the treatment room, you are treated with professionalism but also laid back. Very sincere and promt service. Val truly is amazing, met her after Phyllis left due to commuting issues with Metro. I admit I was apprehensive to try a new therapist but I was blown away!!! She asked oil or lotion? Pressure? Problem areas? Music? Temperature? Please let me know at any time if you need more or less. She recommended I come back at 2 week intervals to work out more kinks. She was so knowledgable and sincere. She talked just enough but not about her it was about me. And I would recommend her or any one of the therapists. This is just commercial enough. Ask about their wellness specials you wont regret it! They were even willing to honor a misquote on one of their adds giving my mom the introductory rate!!! Going back? DEFINITELY!!! 😊❤️💕❤️💕

Due to past experiences I am a bit reluctant when it comes to massage therapy. My experience at Elements in Vienna, VA has turned me around. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the staff put me at ease, helped me relax, and helped me get the most out of the massage. And the massage itself was excellent -- the level and intensity were at the exact levels that I had requested. I live in DC -- but the drive to Elements was so worth it. I certainly will make the drive again (and again).

The staff is friendly and professional. The calm, quiet atmosphere is soothing; I feel relaxed as soon as I walk in. My Massage Therapist, Matthew, listens to my concerns, answers questions, and provides feedback and suggestions. I run and power lift, a monthly massage keeps me going strong.

I had an amazing experience! My therapist; Brent was excellent. He asked me about the temperature of the table, lights and checked in with me frequently to gauge the pressure. Brent suggested some exercises for my stiff neck. I highly recommend Elements in Vienna.

An Update: the regional manager as it is stated below have never contacted me, and my card was charged today even though I submitted a signed requiest to terminate my membership and was promised that there will be no charge in March. No one cares.Just got off the phone with a manager:1. They opend today due to snow at 12 PM. My appointment was at 11 am. I was not informed, and had to call twice in the morning to see if they are open.I finally received an email at 12 PM to call them to reschedule. My masues cant see me today because she is booked. Oh, no!!!!Im avalible on Tuesday after work at 6 Pm and want 90 minutes, but its not possible because they close at 7 PM. Why I need 90 minutes? Because 60 minutes is really 50 minutes. 10 to chat about your needs and 15 minutes to undress, so in 25 minutes they wont be able to do a whole body massage.I pay membership, and have to always bend for their schedule.2. I requested to cancel my next month auto payment. They cant do it because they need 30 days notice. They charge me on the 1st of every month and today is 7th.What do we do if I dont want to come back Ive asked?The lady on the phone tells me yet another NO she cant do anything because of the contract. Ive asked to talk to the superior, she tells me she was the one, but her hands are tied?????3. At this point I paid them for February and will be charged for March, but dont want to go there anymore.Apparently, the manager cant do anything about it. Great experience!*She just called me back. I can cancel my membership for the next month, but for this month, if I dont want to come back, there is NOTHING she can DO!I will take my last massage even though it will be apriori unpleasant, but I am trapped and CANT DO anything abot it.

This is a great place the therapist Julisa was wonderful, she is attentive and open to suggestions, has a great energy and I have finally found my new massage therapist. The facilities were clean and the massage table was first class. Highly recommend this place!

This team of professional massage therapist paid attention to every detail and made me feel welcome when I was a guest in there town. Great prices and quality massage, you really cant beat it.

I like that there is a variety of therapists that cater to your needs and desires. Ive been happy with the massages Ive gotten to deal with exercise-related and stress-related muscle tightness, for prenatal discomfort, and post-natal massage to deal with accumulated muscle tension. 5 years of happy service for this client!

I have had MANY massages, but this was my first therapeutic experience. After multiple auto accidents over the past 5 months, I thought I would never have anyone touch my back again. But in need of relaxation and relief, I decided to try the therapeutic route. My therapist, Tina, really listened to what my concerns were and customized a massage that incorporated all of the areas that required attention, while providing the relaxation I very much needed. Afterwards, I felt totally invigorated and alert, and ready to tackle the day. I wish every day could start that way!

Jen was amazing! She knew exactly where my knots were and relieved so much of my pain. The best massage I have ever had for shoulder and neck pain.

All the massages here have been nice and high quality. I finally found a masseuse that had the right mix of strength - and both my wife and I will be back for more. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

The people giving the massages there are top notch. However, I called last week to schedule a massage for this week. They offered me an appointment for today, Tuesday (the 6th) at 4. I was then sent an email that said Tuesday (the 13th) at 3. I immediately called back and was told the email was a mistake and the appointment was for the 6th. I decided to check today before I drove over and was told it was scheduled for the 13th. Of course I was upset. The person answering the phone, Iris, then rudely said its next week and hung up on me. I had to call back to reschedule since I was working that day. If one is looking to get your muscles relaxed, Iris does not help

My 90 minute massage with cupping was everything I needed it to be. Perfect pressure to be therapeutic and relaxing. Ethan is the best!!

Was not impressed with the massage I received back in April of 2014. The masseuse was ignorant of the needs of a distance runner. I just completed the Boston marathon and was understandably sore, as it is a very challenging course. He made rude and judgmental comments until the last 5 minutes of the massage until he was obviously concerned about me coming back again.

I really enjoyed my 90-minute massage. Although my massage therapist was petite, she gave an amazing deep tissue massage! The spa was quiet and calm which helped with relaxation.

Scheduled a much needed massage and it was awesome. The therapist worked to loosen my tension though I wish I had extended my session. Will return. Fyi, entrance is by parking lot.

Therapists are knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. After searching around for a long time, this is the one place i allow therapists to work on my neck. They know the muscles, and have proven they know trigger point therapy.

Julisa Infante, the head masseuse, changed my life. I used to have chronic pain in my knees, lower back, trapezius (typing muscles) and neck (fascia). After two years of biweekly sessions with Julisa, who used myofascial (painful, like acupressure) techniques to detect and release pain bodies, I am pain free! I am able to horseback ride, go bicycling, even just drive and get into/out of my car without discomfort. Book her TODAY.

The staff was very professional and accommodating so it was a great experience. The ambiance was very nice, quiet and certainly did not make you feel like you were in the middle of Northern Virginia. Highly recommend!

I had another relaxing massage with R. I’m only using her first initial because if everyone knew how amazing she was I would never be able to get an appointment! :)

It was okay at best. I dont like how you pay for 60 minutes, but you lose 10-12 minutes bc they think you need that amount of time to undress and then get dressed at the end. It doesnt really take that much time. I would appreciate it to get the full 60 minutes.

My second time here was exceptional. They did everything they could to make sure I had a great experience. And the massage itself was great as well.
