This is by far the best massage establishment Ive ever been to. They have a very user friendly website, amazing availability, and great pricing. Everyone was very kind and respectful. They used both massage and stretching techniques to give me a deep tissue massage that left me feeling very relaxed. Ive struggled with back pain and this really helped it! I will be coming back again

This place is great! Vikki gave me a deep tissue massage. I really liked the way she manipulated my arms and legs to stretch my muscles as she massaged.The head massage felt so good as well

To schedule an appointment was super easy,I also had to reschedule and ladies was super flexible.They have great availability and the pricing is good as well.The massage was so relaxing,totally recommend!

The massage itself was ok. There were some interruptions, and it’s a little expensive for what it is. We booked a couple massage, and decided to leave a 12% tip of the total cost at the end of the service. We were forced to leave a 22% tip instead, it was an uncomfortable negotiation, which ruined the experience for us. It wasn’t the masseuse responsibility, but whoever runs this place should price services accordingly so employees don’t feel forced to negotiate higher tips. It’s just uncomfortable.We appreciate they still took us even though we were late for the appointment when they didn’t have to, but we were never told the tip was up to us. It was very much an imposition. We were happy to tip according to the service we got, but being asked for more was very rude and unprofessional.There are a bunch of other reviews from costumers stating they were uncomfortably asked to leave higher tips, so maybe something needs to change in the service pricing…

Just had a massage and it was really Awesome one of the best Ive had. Unfortunately the lady gave me her name and I forgot. Wouldnt mind going back to her again. She was really professional. Will be back for sure!

In general the massage was good. The reasons why this isn’t a 5 star review are as follows:Started late. Still provided the full length of the massage but still mildly frustrating.Occasional interruptions. At first only one person was there so anytime someone came into the business they had to stop the massage and tend to that. After the second employee arrives my massage stopped again for them to have a conversation. Then finally both employees continued their conversation while I was getting my massage.Last reason. I am not a cheap tipper. If you do a great job you get a great tip from me. After these obvious inconveniences I tipped 15% and the employee staring at me write down my tip stopped me and said that I was supposed to tip her 20%. Not a really professional thing to do in my opinion.

This was a cute little place. The gentleman asked me if I wanted a hard or medium massage and I chose medium. I still received a rough massage which left me in pain for a few days. One thing I didnt like was they pressured me into giving a tip. Which I was going to do but wanted to do so in cash, I dont trust people using my card for tips. Might come back

I had a fantastic experience with Berry! I called in the morning and they were kind enough to fit me in that afternoon! I was greeted politely and taken straight back without a wait. Berry pulled out all of the bells and whistles-- hot beaded pack/towels. I have never had a massage where they do deep tissue and stretches. It felt wonderful and my knee leg pain is already better.

Absolutely horrible. The worst massage I have ever received! I bought the groupon for 30 minute full body deep tissue and 30 minute foot massage. The therapist MUST BE FIRED. She told me to give her an extra $10 if I wanted 70 minutes, I said no. Then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to give her an additonal $10 if I wanted full body or deep tissue!!!!Did she not know that I had bought a full body deep tissue?? She was talking to me the ENTIRE time, trying to get me to give her $10 extra. It was so stressful and her massage was bad. She is not skilled at massage at all! When it came time for the foot massage, I asked her to focus on my arches. She did all BUT the arches. The foot massage was horrible and she spent 20 out of 30 minutes on my left foot!! I wanted to check this place out because I want a good massage therapist close to my house. I will not be going back. Despicable

I just finished a 60 minute massage here and it was awesome!Facilities are pretty basic, but that doesn’t matter in my book. Ladies are nice and communicate the “right” amount.Also, open on a Sunday afternoon is amazing!

I have been going to massage therapy places for over twenty years now, and I would rank this one at the top. The staff is very friendly and professional and the place is clean, but most of all, they are excellent therapists. I always come home, relaxed but invigorated. Thank you, FF Massage.

Fantastic experience. I went in for a 60 min massage because I had a lower back/hip injury; Kristin found the problem spot immediately and worked on it for 75+ mins until she was happy it was right. Will definitely be back.
