Massage Envy

I wish that I could give 0 stars.I have a Massage Envy monthly pass. I just moved to the area about a month ago, and decided to use one of my passes. I booked a massage with “Kaye” at the Vienna location (who I thought was a woman).When I saw it was a man, I was okay with it. However, the massage was HORRID. I’m not sure what technique he was using, but the entire thing was extremely uncomfortable and even painful at points. I stopped him a few times to tell him to lighten the pressure. He disregarded me by telling me that he had to do it that way. My final straw was him pressing into my neck very hard to the point where I flinched. I told him I did not like that and he told me to turn my while aggressively turning my head to the left. At that point, I sat up and told him I would like to end the massage early. I left then.I also felt that he spent an awfully long time on my glutes. I’ve never had a therapist spend the longest time on that area. There were points where I looked behind me during the massage to see what he was doing. I told him my problem areas were hands and feet.Other cons: (He BARELY used it) But when he did, he used cold lotion instead of warm oil. It felt like dry rubbing in different parts of the massage because of the lack of moisture.I’m just very disappointed in the quality of the massage. After July, I will not renew my pass.0/10 Would not recommend.

Wei was very good. His massages are a bit deeper and really get the knots out of my back. I have the membership so essentially I pay for 1 massages a month of $80. I had not been in 2 months so I used the credits and just paid for tip.The only downside is whatever store next door started playing loud music at the end.

Steer Clear of Massage Envy Vienna!!!This review comes from a place of deep disappointment. As a previous loyal customer of Massage Envy Vienna, Im compelled to warn others after a recent experience that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.Heres what happened: I booked a massage for 1:00 pm and arrived promptly at 12:45 pm. I checked in, completed the paperwork, and was assured the therapist would be with me shortly. However, after waiting for a full 30 minutes – past my appointment time – I inquired at the front desk. To my surprise, they informed me the therapist wasnt even there, possibly stuck in traffic. No one had bothered to notify me of the delay!After another 5 minutes with no update, I expressed my frustration and requested to speak with the manager. Of course, David, the manager, wasnt available, but promised to call me back. Unsurprisingly, no call came.A couple of hours later, I took the initiative and contacted David myself. While I was open to rescheduling, I felt they should compensate me for the wasted time during my original appointment. Disappointingly, David refused to waive the full session fee. He offered a free enhancement instead - laughable. This response was completely unacceptable. If I had been late or missed my appointment entirely, I would have been charged the full price. Their lack of communication and courtesy regarding the therapists absence was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.Then, Davids said he can do a half-off session, since I was there for 30 mins waiting - interesting way to conduct customer service. Of course, I informed him this is not satisfactory, and he should not bother!. Needless to say, I wont be returning to the Vienna location.My recommendation? Save yourself the frustration and head to the Falls Church Massage Envy – its just a short 3-mile drive away. They prioritize customer service and treat your time with respect. Youll have a much more relaxing and positive experience!

Muaad is a skilled massage therapist. He is visually impaired and has very sensitive hands (and is very strong )for finding my trigger points. He also gave me an amazing scalp massage. Highly recommend.

Rasheed did an excellent job with our stretch session! He was very throughout make sure I was feeling OK at every point and did a wonderful job

Stephen gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. Perfect amount of pressure to take the knots out - but not be crazy painful.

I went in the Vienna ME to see if I could get some relief on my shoulder and back pain and was glad that I did! Danny’s (Zhe) technique was not as expected in terms of a typical massage but my concerns were addressed well and with care. Essentially, he fixed the issue beyond the surface. I walked out of the clinic nearly without back and shoulder pain. I couldn’t believe it! I know it is temporary relief but I am most definitely adding Danny in my list of massage therapist to see. 5 stars!

Massage Envy Vienna is the best ME around! My mother had an excellent massage with Cecilia and a wonderful facial with Mariam. They both are the best at what they do. The front desk associates are great, as well. Special thanks to Bethany for the excellent personal attention.

Mouaad was a pro. Generally I prefer a strong, deep massage but not on this day. Nor was I in a chatty mood. Mouaad had just the right touch for this day, firm but not hard. He periodically interjected gentle questions about the massage, which were fitting, but kept the chit chat limited.

Never actually booked an appointment but the phone conversation I had was very unprofessional, the phone picked up and was immediately greeted with loud noises. Then while I proceeded to ask questions about getting consultation I would hear laughing from the woman I was speaking to. Just felt a little disrespected. Please speak with your staff. Thank you

Quang is the best therapist that I ever experienced. He is the reason for 5 stars. It takes months to get an appointment with him and you will be very lucky if you do get one. He helped with my sports injuries and help me stay in the game when no PT, acupuncturist nor other massage could. Thank you Quang

Wei li is an excellent masseuse. I asked for a relaxing massage and that is exactly what I got. Better than I could have expected. Highly recommend him!

I transferred to the Vienna branch since my deep tissue massage therapist suddenly passed away in another branch and no one else there was as skilled or available for weekend appointments. Vienna was able to set up appointment within same week and later that evening if I wished. They scheduled me with Mouaad who I saw got positive reviews from other customers and it was no lie. As I have a very sensitive neck where previous inexperienced massage therapists would leave me in pain the next day, Moad was great. He asks numerous times if the pressure is ok and he really does deep tissue. I feel the knots melt away immediately and I want to fall asleep but we always end up having fun conversations too so an hour goes by so quickly. He works weekends and has Monday and Tuesdays off so perfect for people who have full time jobs. I also like this location as the staff does not try to push the enhancements and products like the other branch does. I also like the promotions this store offers which was not what the other location had even though it is the same owner. Vienna is now my go too place and the parking is much better here too!I just got a free half hour stretch session with Rasheed and through a promo with gift card purchase I got two full hour stretch sessions. What I will say is the full hour stretch sessions are much more effective than the intro one. Rasheed has a great sense of humor when you are close to your limit and he is always asking whether the stretch is affecting the correct muscle part and if it is you want to stop or take it a little deeper. One hour stretch has so many more offerings than the 30 minute and way more than I get from physical therapy. I got such a workout from stretching l, my muscles were sore the next day and I came home and had to take a nap. It feels great to have your muscles like jello after each session when they were supper tight going in. For all the naysayers out there I challenge you to do a full hour session with Rasheed and then feel free to make your comments on social media.

Rebecca gives a fantastic massage. I have known a lot of great massage therapists—and she is one of the best!

I had a microdermabrasion done with Amanda. She was 10 mins late for my treatment. She was too busy trying to make a sale to another customer. I get it but don’t do it on my time. She was nice but you can tell she’s new. She kept asking me what she needed to do. I know she’s new but I was expecting the staff should know what they need to do during a service. My face also had some of the cream that look like it was curdling on my face which I wish she had at least cleaned up. Will prolly go to a different technician in the future.

Cecilia is a great massage therapist at Vienna Massage Envy. She can use deep tissue when you have been straining doing sports. Or she will tone it down if you need a more gentle massage. She is versatile and really listens to you! I recommend her highly.

Adriana was wonderful. She asked what areas of my body needed work & listened to what areas to avoid. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughtout the massage. Ive already booked another session with her.

Their cancellation system is unfair! They will charge you 50% by changing your time! Its not like Im going somewhere else! I just needed to reschedule it for emergency! Pass on this branch! Go somewhere else! And they don’t give you water or any drinks after your massage! What a disaster!

I loved my facial with Fahimeh! When I get a facial, I want to leave with better skin, but also want to having a relaxing, spa experience. Fahimeh did a great job at balancing that with suggestions for improvements in my routine but also a loving touch. It is clear she loves what she does and wants her clients to feel cared for. I definitely will go back to her monthly!

Dipa did a great job for a customer receiving his first facial. It was both relaxing and effective.

1 star because of the front desk (the esthetician was great). The receptionist refused to accept my gift card, she said it had no funds even though I had the receipt attached. She waved the card in my face and said no money, no money. I had to pay full out of pocket and I was denied a receipt. I feel robbed.

Such a wonderful facial! So calming and soothing that I actually fell asleep during the microdermabrasion! My skin looks terrific!

I absolutely love my facials with Dipa! She is extremely professional and has truly revolutionized my skin since I’ve started seeing her. She’s the perfect amount of friendly and quiet so you can feel taken care of and truly relax at the same time. 10/10 recommend!

I had a 30 minute stretch session with Brian. It was fantastic. I was sweating just from being stretched and it felt so good. I slept better that night than I had in months.

The staff from the first phone call through the end of my first appointment could not have been kinder, more professional, and more hospitable. Mouaad was one of the best massage therapists I have ever had, and I already booked my next appointment with him. He has the kindest spirit, gentlest touch, but will dig in and work on those stubborn knots, and leave you feeling like he found all of the areas of tightness in your muscles. He was a joy to speak with during the massage, and did a fantastic job on my stubborn muscles that are way too tight and desperately need stretching. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I look forward to my next session with him and at Massage Envy.

I had my first massage experience with Mouaad and he is an amazing therapist! He’s very attentive to any trouble spots or painful areas needing skilled care. I feel much better since he was able to release the tension in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely book with him again!

I can’t say enough good things about this location and in particular massage therapist Mouaad. He is simply incredible, and I have tried many different therapists to compare to ranging from Massage Envy locations out of state as well as other locations in the northern Virginia area. He is very intuitive, skillful, and such a nice person. He remembers little details like if you just had a marathon last month as well as injuries and sore spots to either work on or avoid.I really look forward to going to him and my body feels aligned for several weeks after an appointment. I can’t imagine going to anyone else but I’ve heard that there are a lot of great therapists at this particular location (my husband has tried a few for deep tissue), so definitely worth giving this location a try.

Brian is an excellent stretch masseur, he listens and understands muscle and tendon connections throughout one’s body. I recently had knee replacement and his capable hands helped to relieve pain and increase my knee flection in one visit! I love singing his praises to anyone I meet who needs this kind of professional service, he is the best at what he does!

I had an excellent overall body massage with Quang. He worked hard to give me extra pressure because my muscles were very tight but also checked periodically to inquire whether it was too much. I liked the use of hot towels too. Highly recommend him!

Stretch sessions with Rasheed are always fantastic. He may be young but he is very knowledgeable and thorough. His continual research means he introduces new stretches on a regular basis so each session is fresh and never boring. Rasheed is friendly and outgoing with a nice sense of humor. He explains each stretch as we go so I know what to expect. I highly recommend stretch sessions in general and Rasheed in particular.

I’ve never been disappointed at this location. Staff is always polite and welcoming.Ying is who I’ve been going to for massages for quite some time now and can’t bring myself to book with anyone else. She’s personable and remembers conversations not only about my concerned areas for the appointment, but details outside of the massage. I would strongly recommend her!

Vienna Massage Envy is great. Had a wonderful treatment by Alejandro that eliminated significant pain in my neck and back. He is super nice. Also have had a great treatment by Lisa that was a huge help. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Mouaad is an Excellent massage therapist. Kind and caring while very strong and capable of working on knots and pain in the muscles. Definitely book an appointment with him.

The place and people here are nice. They make sure that you’re relaxed. I’ve tried a few of the therapists there, all very friendly and professional. Mouaad always makes me feel comfortable, we talk during our session and he’s a great therapist. It’s a bit tricky for me to get there because of traffic, but I do enjoy and recommend this location.

I have done 2 stretch sessions and they are wonderful. I had one the day after I pulled a back muscle and it helped to relieve the pain and heal faster. Quang is excellent!

Go see Maryam at Massage Envy. She is super knowledgeable and kind! I had a wonderful experience having my first microdermabrasion. She quelled my concerns and talked me through it. I will be a regular with her from now on!I also wanted to mention Molly. She was an excellent host and very sweet! Please go see her even if you can’t get in to see MARYAM.

Ying was great. She asked the right questions at the beginning and then let me enjoy the rest. Its difficult to find a woman who does the more firm massages but she was good! I was a little disappointed that the place didnt even have water for customers before or after the massage. I think they said it was some policy but it didnt make sense to me. If you are looking for more pampering, I would go elsewhere (and probably have to pay more) but if you just want to get a good massage and be on your way this is a great place.

Awesome massage with Wei Li. He does a great deep tissue massage. Relieves all those kinks and knots.

The one great thing about massage envy is one can try various massage therapists. Each therapist has their own style. On this visit, I had Wei as the therapist. I enjoyed his technique which included more stretching than I have experienced with other therapists.

I had another oxygenating facial with Fahimeh. It was wonderful. I learned that there were 13 different products used in the facial. It also includes extractions.Fahimeh explained that it is a very complicated process, but still she loves doing it for her clients.

I had my first facial with Maryam. She did a really good job explaining what kind of facial would be most beneficial for me. And throughout each step, she explained what she was going to do and its benefits. I really felt she genuinely cared about what was best for me.

Massage last night was awesome!! (Wei Ling?)I really can’t put into words the attention to detail and customization for what I needed for my knots and tightness! Excellent!

Andra was absolutely amazing. She worked the knots out of my back in the most comfortable way. Usually I have to take deep breaths because of the pressure but the way she worked, it was completely comfortable and enjoyable. We had really good communication during my session. I felt completely relaxed for a person who isn’t able to relax easily. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for the perfect massage!!

Great 30-minute body stretch session with Brian, and it was surprisingly very thorough covering multiple arras. He focused on areas I didn’t know needed attention and I felt so much better afterwards, especially my lower back and hips. Next time I will schedule a full hour stretch with him.I have seen several different therapists at the Vienna clinic for deep pressure massage, stretch, and facial services and all have been excellent.

I had a great stretch with Brian. He was able to find my limits and to hold them just long enough for me to feel challenged. I plan to see him again!

Ms. Hengameh is the best at what she does! I’ve been going to her for over a year and she is an expert. Never had a dull moment in my sessions and my face always shines after I visit her. I recommend her always

This location went above and beyond! I was unable to make my scheduled appointment time due to running late from work. I called and Becca at the front desk gave me the option of moving my appointment time back by an hour. This allowed me to still get a massage that day. I was seen by Rebecca who I highly recommend. She is very professional, doing a good job of customizing the massage based on pressure preference and areas of tension and pain. This allowed her to get the massage right on the first try. Overall, a really good experience from this Massage Envy location.

Update: I just had an LED facial with Nadia. My skin is still glowing a day after! RUN to Massage Envy Vienna to get this service with Nadia. The benefits of this facial are incredible!I had the best stretch session with Monica!! My aches and pains are virtually gone! I’m amazed!

The staff of ME Vienna is friendly and professional. The salon is clean and comfortable. There is a feeling of peace and calm inside. And I love my therapist, Quang!

First off I want to make clear that I took off a star because of the location management and staff in general, NOT the massage therapist. The MT that did my 90-minute massage, Wei, was EXCELLENT. He did a fantastic job addressing the spots where I was having issues/tightness. Very professional. If I ever return I would book him again. This review would be 3 stars if I didnt think it could affect Wei negatively. If this review was just for Wei, easily 5 stars.Unfortunately my fantastic massage was intermittently interrupted by the sounds of people talking outside of the room and doors shutting and at one point actually slamming. I dont need fancy decor or designer essential oils diffusing in the room, but relatively uninterrupted quiet would have been nice. Other places Ive been have a pretty strict no talking policy in the massage/treatment areas, but it doesnt seem to be the case here.My other issue was when an unmasked staff member sat down right next to me to show me some paperwork. I was masked per THEIR policy. Im vaccinated (it wasnt brought up) and maybe she was too but come on. You want me to mask up (reasonable) but your staff isnt and then plops down a foot away from me? I feel like maybe their staff protocols should be revisited.Despite the excellent massage by Wei, Im on the fence about returning.

Mouaad was very good with his pressure and technique he constantly checked to make sure that his pressure wasn’t too much. We had a focused session on upper body only and he spent alot of the time on the back which helped relax the rest of the problem areas so when he worked on arms and hands it didn’t need much work. Very impressed with his skills.

Quang has helped me 10X more in the last 3 visits with my neck and back issues than any doctor has. Hes very good.

My first visit and it was fantastic! Kenneth was fantastic from his personality, to his knowledge and skill. I’ll definitely be back.

Ying is the consummate massage therapist. Dont be fooled by her delicate physique. Shes strong as an ox. Her magical hands intuitively zero in to problem areas, moving in a fluid motion thats immensely soothing and therapeutic. I wouldnt consider going to anyone else. It’s little wonder she’s in hot demand.

Had occasion to go to Massage Envy in Vienna VA. My therapist was Mr. Quan. He’s one of the best therapists I’ve had in a long time. He is able to ascertain your issues and goes about addressing them. He is very good at what he does. You can feel like a new person after he does his magic. I would recommend him to anyone. If you’re looking for a frilly phoo phoo massage, then he may not be to your liking. I’m only sorry he’s 2.5 hours from where I live. If I am in that area anytime I won’t hesitate to make an appointment with Mr. Quan.

Michelle is very pleasant and spots those tight muscles easily. I always felt great after seeing her. She is the best therapist in town for me! If you need a deep tissue massage, she is the right therapist for you too.

Don’t usually love massages, but Rasheed was great for the stretching that I needed.

Been going to the Vienna location for years now and have been seeing Michelle almost the entire time. She is not only a wonderful person, but an amazing massage therapist! If you can score a massage with her, I would highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience today at Massage Envy Vienna! Quang’s massage was amazing-perfect pressure, very comfortable and relaxing. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I was running a little bit behind but she made me the top priority right when I walked in and helped me with a quick check in so I could get to my massage right away. I also felt really safe! The facilities were so clean, masks were worn, everything was disinfected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brian is fabulous, highly recommend. He’s the best at the combined stretch and massage combo.

Ying is amazing! She provided yes best prenatal massage I’ve ever experienced. I am at the end of my pregnancy and haven’t been sleeping due to being uncomfortable. Within 30 min of being on the massage table, I was knocked out. When I woke up, my back and hips felt so much better. I would definitely recommend her

I got facials on a couple of occasions at this location. I have been working with esthetician Maryam recently on other services including microdermabrasion & chemical peel. She is knowledgeable, kind & caring. I recommend her for all skincare services.I also recommend Patrick, another excellent choice for a massage session at this location. I have seen him a couple of times, and Im amazed by how much better I feel afterward.The ME location that I used to frequent closed, and I was happy to discover that my favorite therapist, Ellen, is now working out of this location. Ellen is so kind, caring, and skilled in her profession. After many months, it was wonderful to see her, and to experience a relaxing massage.

Excellent experience with first stretching session. Monica described and explained each stretch and expertly lncorporated my feedback for stretch intensity. Really helped loosen some chronically stiff muscles in legs, hip area, and shoulders/neck. Monica also provided some helpful home stretch suggestions for helping to keep things limber. Looking forward to adding in stretching sessions to my massage routine.

Quang fixed my stiff and sore shoulder that had been bothering me for almost a year. At the end of the session, 95% flexibility was restored and the chronic pain gone!

I have been going to Massage Envy in Vienna for the past 18 months. I have had the pleasure of getting massages from Matthew M, who by the way is AMAZING. He takes great pride in making sure you feel taken care of and always takes time to focus on the areas that you request. His massages are very healing and his soft spoken and caring demeanor will immediately put you at ease from the moment you meet with him. I have never left disappointed and he is the reason I signed up for a package and will continue to drive from Maryland to Vienna, VA for the best massages of my life and some much needed regular self-care,I have also been very impressed by the cleaning and safety measures that Massage Envy has put in place to make me feel comfortable to come out of my bubble and be able to get that much needed massage. Their front desk staff is always very warm, inviting and efficient. I really just cannot say enough about my experiences at this Massage Envy location.

Just a few days ago had a great massage with Quang at massage envy in Vienna. He was one of the most knowledgeable people I have met in that profession, the staff there was also a terrific.

I have been going to massage Envy for a few years. What I like is all the different people I meet when I do come. Very friendly environment. Many professional staff. Most day I come in is to relax but some days i need a special area worked on like my leg yesterday. My calf and ankle was hurting and I had Quang and I had him before and he understand the human body and where the pain starts.Thank you Quang for helping me a lot.

Patrick is wonderful for deep pressure massage! He has quite the gifting to be able to find all of the trigger points and areas of tension quickly and effectively! The Massage Envy staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. I have been getting massages from Wei Li, and he’s one of my favorites. He does more deep tissue and lets me enjoy the experience and relax. Some massage therapists talk during the whole process, which to me personally, is distracting from the actual massage. Wei Li is perfect because he focuses on the massage and helping me to feel better without the unnecessary small talk. Much appreciated!!

Before, I would go to get a massage maybe once or twice a year. After my first session with Andra she pointed out areas of my back where I had extreme tension and recommended coming back the next week—so I did. That second session made such a difference, the desk person said he could just feel how relaxed I was lol. Long story short, it’s been about 2 months now and I still go back about every week and a half because she’s been wonderful and my body feels so great. It is always the highlight of my week. She always asks if there are any areas I want her to focus on more and if I’d prefer for her to focus on relieving tension, relaxation, or a combination of both. Either way, I always leave feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Andra.

Ive been getting my massage therapy with Andra for several years now, and she has absolutely been the most capable, professional massage therapist Ive ever seen. She tailors her sessions to whatever area needs attention and always adjusts her pressure to make sure Im never uncomfortable, especially with areas of previous injury or recent issues. Matthew is a fantastic therapist who always listens to my concerns to properly address them. I always feel amazing and like everything has been given attention when the session has ended. I rebook with him regularly and in advance because he fills up fast-obviously for good reason. :)

I was so impressed with my experience here. I have always been nervous about getting a massage because I have Spina Bifida and not only did they know what Spina Bifida is, they knew how to accommodate it. Even before my appointment, they took a half hour just to get to know my body and my needs. It was extremely thorough. Nya was the best! When it became painful, Nya immediately adjusted the pressure so I wouldnt feel pain. Even a day later, my body feels lighter and looser than it ever has. My pain is gone! I came because a friend gave me a gift card. I am going to do everything possible to make this a regular occurrence. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you are disabled.

From what I understand, Wei is a new addition to the team at Massage Envy - Vienna and I could not have been happier to meet him and experience his talents. He gave me a 90 minute full body massage and my only complaint is that I didn’t book more time. I did not want it to end. Although it was deep tissue and firm pressure, it was gentle and not intense. He has a very caring presence and touch. I highly recommend Wei.

I have been going to Quang for about a year on and off now. He is amazing! Before every session, I will give him a brief description of my problem areas and he can sense it himself when he does his assessment before the massage. He uses firm pressure and definitely gets the kinks out where I need them. I highly recommend using Quang if you go to Massage Envy in Vienna. I’m sure the rest of the massage staff are amazing as well.

If I were to choose one adjective for Andra, it would be ATTENTIVE. I’ve been seeing Andra for more than 2 years. I don’t have any constructive feedback because she’s amazing! Multiple times during a session she checks in to make sure the pressure is okay. Just make sure to book ahead of time as her availability closes quite quickly and rightfully so!

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over a year. Went in to cancel one membership and ended up signing up myself. Back then Michelle was the manager and I am happy she talked me into joining. The past few months on an Admin level its been a little frustrating, with some miscommunication which caused my account to be cancelled and I had to sign up with a brand new account. But things happen and the Manager Nadia has been great and very helpful.When I looked to book my first massage, I had no information on any of the therapists there, and for the time and day I was looking to book, I chose Tabatha B, and there was no looking for any others. She is great at talking to you about your pains and issues and customizes her session to address the areas you need help with. When I leave I feel great and my muscles thank me for days after. There are times that Tabatha is not available and I have tried a few other therapists. One I do not recall her name, I asked for a deep massage and boy did she deliver. I was sore for days after, but a good sore.I also have had sessions with Michelle, the one who was the manager and who is now a Therapist. Michelle V is great as well. Tabatha is rated a light and Michelle more firm. Tabatha has an amazing way with her fingers, she can tell what muscles are tense and the level of therapy is is amazing at adjusting the firmness to easy up your muscles.I think Michelle V and Tabatha B are both great, but sorry Michelle, but Tabatha is my favorite there. With that said, I just had a session with Tabatha, and my next session is with Michelle. What I like is they are completely different in their massage methods and I find both ways are a great routine for easing up my tense muscles.

My regular therapist and I have missed each other for a variety of reasons and I desperately needed a massage. I scheduled with Wei Li and had an amazing session. He used a variety of techniques including varying pressures and stretch. What intrigued me was what felt like aligning me chakras or clearing meridians and getting chi flowing. I will schedule with him again. It’s a great compliment to my normal sessions.

I have been getting massages at this location for several years. My massage therapists have always been very professional. My current therapist, Tabitha, keeps track of my likes and dislikes from appointment to appointment, chats if I feel like chatting and is quiet when I am quiet, and takes safety precautions seriously in todays environment. I plan to continue seeing Tabitha for the foreseeable future.

Nice facility and seemingly well organized. The massage was well administered too. However, I did not appreciate how it was advertised as 60 minute sessions when you really receive just 45 minutes of massage. The first ten minutes were built into the 60 overall minutes and spent discussing interests and getting set up while the last 5 minutes were cut off to redress and pay. Furthermore, in my particular experience, it was a little hard to relax as the therapist was trying to sell me on the importance of massages. It is still a well run organization with just a few minor drawbacks.

Mourad is very pleasant, skilled & good. He carefully concentrates on areas of need or of concern. Recommend him for firm pressure, though not necessarily very deep tissue.

Alejandro is an incredible massage therapist. I workout pretty intensely and my massage sessions with Alejandro have become part of my recovery regimen.

Would give them zero star if I could! Unprofessional and unreliable! Booked a massage for my wife at this location for mother’s day. Even though I had received a text confirming the appointment that day, when she got there she was notified that she needs to reschedule. Not only did she not get an apology for cancelling last minute, she was faced with an extremely poor mannered unprofessional receptionist who disrespected her and attacked her for being upset about the situation. We even talked to the owner who assured her “they would make it right” yet no follow-up. They are never getting our business again.EDIT: Henry - thanks for your response. My wife never demanded to be serviced that day, she just expected the common curtesy to at least be apologetic about this inconvenient cancellation and not just hear well I cant control everyone. She had to leave our 3 week old infant with a babysitter to get to this appointment and your staff had known about the cancellation due to a family emergency from 4pm the day before (according to the receptionist), yet no one told us! Also, my phone number was the one on file and neither me nor my wife have ever received a single voicemail from anyone from your business. I will say that the negative experience my wife had was mainly due to the poor attitude of the receptionist, not knowing how to appropriately and respectfully interact with customers.

Patrick was amazing. Found muscles I didnt know existed. Hes a fun person to talk to and he moves at a good pace. I feel amazing now. The rest of the staff are super friendly. They arent super pushy salesman which is awesome. Facility is very clean with peaceful music in the background. 10 stars.

He is the perfect combination of professional, attentive, gentle for relaxation, and firm when you need to work through sore muscles or a knot. Adriana was exceptional. She communicated well, the massage was great and I left with some stretches to help improve my posture. This was the first time I haven’t had muscle tightness or soreness in over 10 years.

My mother (91 now) and I have been coming to Massage Envy about monthly (until Covid-19) for multiple years now. This was our first session since the virus hit and today my session was with Tabatha and my mother with Rebecca. They were both GREAT!! We have missed our massages so much and today was wonderful! During the years therapists have come and gone but they have all been professional and we have always left feeling much better when when we arrived.

We have been going to Ying at this location for years and she is wonderful. I’m pretty picky about my messages and I’ve never had any complaints with her whatsoever. She’s fantastic, and a lovely person to boot. She’s also been very careful with COVID protocols during the pandemic, which is greatly appreciated. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’ve been going to ME for facials for years now. There are many options for customized facials and they are always done well. I’ve been seeing Maryam for several months now and she knows me well so always gives my face just what it needs!

Yesterday, I had a totally relaxing massage. The technician was Rebecca. Though it was a full body massage, she focused on my identified problem areas (shoulders) and provided extra attention. I was so relaxed, I think that I fell asleep😁.Oh, oh! Having put this information out there, I now need to make sure I schedule future massages in advance.

I woke up with a stiff neck and in ridiculous pain. Unfortunately, my go-to location was completely booked. The front desk suggested I contact the Vienna location and thankfully they had an appointment available with Michelle. I explained to her my pain and she went right to work focusing on my neck. Afterwards, she took the time to explain to me what I should be aware of to try to avoid further pain in that area. I especially appreciated that she wasn’t pushy with trying to get me to schedule another appointment with her, although with this great experience, there’s no hesitation I will. Thanks, Michelle!

My therapist was great - good technique, pressure, and she had a very pleasant demeanor and was addressed my needs. However, my only concern was the smell of cigarette smoke lingering during the massage. Either from a previous client in the room or from the therapist. Unfortunately, this did make it very difficult to relax and fully enjoy the massage, hence the 3 stars. As always, all of the staff were kind and courteous.

Ying was very detailed as she informed me of everything she was doing. Very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend her. The pressure she used was EXACTLY what I needed.

I am not a member. The service Andra provided was something I needed but also something I didnt know I wanted. I was tight due to working out, she applied the appropriate amount of pressure. The environment was relaxing.

I’ve been going here for 5 years now for massages and facials, and it is 9/10 times a good experience. At the membership price it’s a great price— HOWEVER —don’t do it if you busy and might miss a month here and there. The massages rollover, so you keep them, but if you don’t have time to make it in to use them fast enough to catch up you’re just going to lose your money or pay more in fees. They either charge you to keep your account active, charge you to “gift” them to friends, or you just lose your money if you cancel. I was traveling for work and now I have a newborn, and there’s no way for me to get there enough to use up my massages. At the rate I am able to go, it makes more sense for me to pay the non membership fee once in awhile.I should be able to use the massages I’ve ALREADY PAID FOR when I am able to do so, without paying more and more fees or forfeiting all of my invested money. Feels like a scam.

Andra always goes above and beyond making sure she asks if I need her to address any specific areas. She frequently asks if the pressure is sufficient. Further, she had a lot of knowledge and happily answers any of my questions related to problem areas in my body. The best!!

Horrendous facial. My skin is bruised, irritated and inflamed from a regular facial. The manager Fantasia is not knowledgeable about corporate policies and incredibly rude. Sadly, the one fantastic masseuse, Matthew, is going to lose his monthly tip from me as I can no longer support the Vienna. Once my annual membership is competed for the year, I will immediately cancel.

The massage was decent but the ending was rushed! I was finally getting more relaxed by the end of it just to be flipped the light switch on bright and yelled at out of the room. My entire body went into shock because I was vulnerable from the massage -- leaving more stressed than when entered. Leave 5 min extra at the end of each massage and let me get dressed in my own bodys timing! Extremely frustrating 😡

I have been a member for almost a year now getting the 6o min massages. I have been having back problems on and off and usually I have to say I have been pretty happy and has helped. However this last one, the lady really dug her elbow into my spine and I was literally crying and having to take a boiling hot bath every night just to loosen my back so I could get a few hours asleep. The manager finally called me back and I really appreciate her listening to me.

My massage with Wei made me realize I was sore in places I didn’t even know could be sore. He was great at relieving the tension in the areas I specified and I would for sure go again.
