We booked massages a week in advance over the phone for after completing the Anchorage Runfest marathon. The staff was very accommodating and attentive, the massage and back scrub was fabulous. Oh and if you have sore muscles (say after a day of hiking or running a marathon) definitely try their soft pack float. Highly recommend this spa!

We had a wonderful couple massage, the staff and therapists are very professional and courteous. The facility and ambiance are high quality and so relaxing. Highly recommend for Swedish and deep tissue/sports massage.

I booked an 80 min massage + scalp massage with Chad and it was probably the best massage I’ve had in over 10 years. Perfect pressure, great draping with the sheets, and I fell asleep even with the deep tissue work he was doing. Thank you for the incredible experience - I will definitely be back!

I just had my first facial at Adagio and it was amazing! A quiet, calm space in a great location. The products feel and smell great and my face massage was next level. Also, they validate parking for the garage, so don’t pay the meter. Can’t wait to go back!

Had a pedicure with Joyce! She was kind and gentle. My toes look and feel fantastic. The front desk staff was also welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and offered tea and water!

Did the wellness package for two with a girlfriend as we came in for work.A very quaint spa with a handful of very attentive and lovely ladies working.Joyce did my facial, foot treatment & pedicure— she was absolutely fantastic. I would request her as your esthetician if at all possible. One of the most relaxing facials I’ve had. She really took her time to take care of me and if I lived up here, I would come see her again.Tammy was my massage therapist and although she was kind, I wish she would have gone a little harder in terms of pressure, even after I selfishly asked her to. Great service nonetheless, maybe just not my particular cup of tea but I’m sure she is perfect pressure for someone.All in all, this is probably one of the better spas in Anchorage. Price was fairly reasonable for the services as well.

I had a fabulous experience with Ari, (massage) Allie (facial and scalp massage) and Corey (pedicure) at Adagio Spa! These ladies were professional and made sure I was comfortable and hydrated. I left feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated. I will recommend these ladies 100%.

This past weekend my partner surprised me with a spa day here at Adagio. The staff and services were all amazing. If you have the time to stop by here I would definitely give it a go.

Wow experience! The staff are extremely accommodating, professional and overall awesome. Went here for a half day of me time with a facial and massage. This is a very cozy homey relaxing place. The facial and foot massage/reflexology were amazing and wonderful. I felt like a different person coming out of this place… super relaxed and pampered.

I visited Adagio for a pedicure and had a 5 star experience from booking to post check-out. Sohyun was so polite, accommodating, and professional. She greeted me by first name (on my first visit) even though I arrived a little early. Joyce was my provider and I had such a lovely, calming pedicure. The environment and service were top notch. I felt pampered and cared for. I was just visiting Anchorage for 2 days and cant wait to return!

I had a massage with Ariel and she was absolutely amazing! It was a prenatal massage and it was also the first massage I have ever had. She really focused on my problem areas and she didn’t apply too much pressure. I was extremely comfortable with her and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who would listen!

My wife and I have been here twice now, and will be back again!!! The ambiance is lovely, the staff members are awesome, and their masseuses are very good at what they do. 5 stars!

The BEST Day Spa in Alaska!!!!! The staff are so personal and caring. Very affordable massages, plus consistent. My favorite is getting a pedicure from Corey, truly the most down to earth soul you will meet. Treat yourself & stop in, You won’t regret it!

My favorite facial and massage spot! My husband and I did a couple package for a massage and facial. They treated us well, gave us some non alcoholic martinis and chocolate candy, and we ended it with a nice lemon water beverage. I’ve been to massage places where they were too rough and facial places where they go too hard. But Adagio’s Day Spa is the perfect place to go in Anchorage and has the best employees. We will be coming back again :)

This was by far the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The whole place was very clean and calming. The gentleman at the front desk was very charming, helpful, and easy to talk to. My husband and I got our couples massage done by Ana and Laurna and there really isn’t a word to describe how great of a job they did. They’ve got the magic touch that’s for sure! We both walked out of there feeling so relaxed (practically dazed). The room was very quiet, cozy, and smelled amazing. The massage beds are gently heated as well which almost put me to sleep. It was overall worth every cent, this will be the only place I will ever get a massage from in Anchorage.

I got the Alaska Glacier Ritual and it was amazing !!! From the foot soak, relaxing environment, mud wrap, soft pac float to the massage it was absolutely WONDERFUL !!! I loved every second ! Shout out to Liz she had the perfect pressure for the deep tissue ! The soft pack was so neat to be able to float in the pack, totally waterless but your body is submerged in warm water and the mud soaking into your skin. I totally took a nap ! They allow you to shower in a European style shower after the mud !! Totally worth the money ! Must do and will definitely come back !

One of the best massages ever! ... only issues were that:- we arrived 9 minutes late due to heavy snow. Called the spa ahead of time to let them know (about 10 min before appt time), and the lady at the desk said, No problem, please drive safe.- as soon as we walked in, we were asked to fill out a liability and health form. This ate up another 5-7 minutes or so.- Ultimately, we got a 30min massage despite paying for 50-minutes.- We were told this was to stay on schedule, as another couple was booked concurrent to us.I asked about a refund and understandably, the masseuse cannot be punished for us being late. However, this was a very expensive spa package (massage + pedicure x 2 people = $380+ not including tips).I recommended to owner that she clearly inform clients to arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to actual appointment time and to be mindful of how clients are booked.It would have also been nice if we were not surprised by sticker shock at the end of the treatment and been told up front We will unfortunately still have to bill you the full amount and cut short your massage time. It would have been more professional.

I had a wonderful hot stone massage and my wife had a really nice manicure. The Sheraton spa we wanted to use was closed and this was an excellent alternative. Highly recommended. Made us feel like we were the only ones there. It was nice to be pampered with professional treatments. Next time we are in Anchorage we will also return here.

Liz was such an amazing therapist!! She was able to subdue my severe neck pain with one session. The water bed the have was such a wild and wonderful experience as well, literally felt like I was in the womb haha. The art was very inspiring too and all the candles where a wonderful soothing touch. The tea was incredible as well. Everyone all around was just the best. A truly wonders experience!

Lisa was great! I asked for her to focus on my shoulders, and she worked out some crazy knots. I wish the spa was a bit larger but other than that, it was a good experience. Everyone was really friendly, it smelled wonderful, it was clean, and I left feeling relaxed and taken care of.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful our spa experience was. I walked in cold and spoke with the owner about a spa day for my daughters birthday. It was difficult to coordinate treatments for four ladies on a Saturday, their busiest day but she said she would see what she could do. A couple of hours later she called to see if we would be willing to come in after hours! I jumped at the chance! We had the spa to ourselves for 3+ hours. The treatments were the finest I have ever experienced! All of us had facials, body scrubs, and hot stone massages! They were customized for our specific needs. The terapist were extremely knowledgeable and so nice. The spa is cozy, warm and smelled divine. We had a break with herbal tea and flavored water. This is the best spa experience of my life! Such a big thank-you to Anastasia and her staff!💕

As a Mothers Day treat, I had a Hot Stone Massage. It was my first of that type. My masseuse was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and that the stone temperature was acceptable. The room was beautiful, the music soothing and the staff professional and kind. I highly recommend Adagio if you need an escape and some pampering.

I went for a 90 min hot stone massage and a back exfoliation. It was the best experience I’ve had so far! Everyone that works there was so nice and professional. Alissa did an amazing job and I feel reborn. If you haven’t yet definitely go treat yourself! I’ll be returning!

This beautiful business struck me by a HUGE SURPRISE.My husband stopped outside of the building & told me to just walk in, and tell them my name. He was rushing me so i didn’t even know what i was getting myself into.My experience here was phenomenal.It was my first massage & my first facial.I had an amazing time here, & they really do take care of their clients.For it being my first massage, Eugene knew how to apply just the right amount of pressure & it was truly amazing. The vibes & the energy of the room while getting the massage eliminates all the negativity & stress.It really gives off this soothing, relaxation energy.For it being my first facial, i was skeptical about it because I’m very careful with my face & extremely cautious on what exactly is being put on it. So i really have to trust the esthetician I’m working with. However Mary was very knowledgeable & she assured me what would take care of my skin. Shes very humble & bubbly.I truly enjoyed my experience here & hope to be back.Thank you for having such a beautiful oasis & positive staff members.

You walk in and it’s like this majestic warm cloud you get to lay in for an hour or an hour in a half! I somehow mixed up my appt time and showed up at the spa when I didn’t have an appt, they were very courteous and to my dismay they fit me in for the day! Wonderful, polite staff and excellent massage. I’m going to recommend them to everyone and I will be back also!

I absolutely Loved this whole experience. The spa was so pleasant. The room was amazing! The massage therapist, Inna, was the best I have ever experienced. I booked my hubby for an hour and a half. Cant wait for him to get his massage and get those knots worked out. I felt immediately better. But I was able to enjoy it, not like some deep tissue massages I have had! Highly recommend!

It was my first time in Anchorage and having a male massage therapist. Jerry was an excellent professional, and very experienced in targeting tight areas in my back and neck. He was consistent in making sure I was relaxed the entire session and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. If you come here, I highly recommend Jerry.

I will never go to another spa to get a wax as long as Mary works at Adagio. Mary is one of the kindest people I have ever met and she clearly cares about the quality of service her clients receive. Mary always makes my day better and I leave Adagio feeling happier - and of course with the perfect wax. Remember to exfoliate for best results; Mary knows her stuff, but you have to help it along at home too. :DThe spa is small, but I love the calm feel and tranquil music.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Came there for a anniversary couples massage. We waited for 20 minutes after our appointment was scheduled and nearly walked out because we were clearly being ignored. As we were waiting we heard one of the masseuses complaining LOUDLY about how unhappy she was that she had to stay late to make our appointments that day. The operator/owner was talking to her and reminded her to be professional. We heard this and were horrified- who wants to spend their anniversary with a clearly upset service provider? We started to walk out but they caught up to us and asked us to stay. With a heavy dose of hesitation we stayed and completed the service. It was horrible. She didn’t take the time to properly cover me and my chest was exposed more than once (which feels incredibly unrelaxing), didn’t take the time to do a thorough job for the extra services we paid for (an add on foot scrub lasted about 1 minute?), and clearly was rushing because she was just trying to get out of there. WORST experience I’ve ever had. Plus we were charged extra for having the services done together in the same room- it was like $25 or $30 extra? Really guys? I have waited over a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure I still felt this way after a period of time. I would avoid this place, there are so many better choices, where they appreciate their staff and are professional about their business and services.

Fabulous, intimate, classy spot. My scrub felt amazing. Their showers are from the future. The deep tissue & hot stone massage left me floating. The extraction facial didn’t even hurt! It’s worth every penny!

Great therapists and a good value. The decor is tranquil and the boutique has quality products for sale. There is a small area with water and tea to enjoy as you wake-up from your service.I did think the mirrored ceiling was odd.4 stars because of the size. They can only accommodate one body service at a time. Im use to destination spas, hence the deduction.

My wonderful husband purchased me the aroma luxe spa ritual for my birthday & I enjoyed it immensely!!! Absolutely wonderful staff , clean & very relaxing atmosphere. I cannot believe I’ve never been here or even known about this place before although I definitely will be back 🤩 I highly recommend this place !!!

My boyfriend got me a Gift certificate here for Christmas. I chose a pedicure. None of the “experiences” that were listed on the website were ever offered. I left under the impression that the nails were dry. I got home and removed my shoes and saw that the pedicure had not dried. The nail technician kept putting oils on to try and speed the drying. I wish that they had told me to wait for a bit.I called the next day and they offered to re- do it. I went back for a re-do and took flip flops.Even leaving in flip flops, mid-winter, I got home to see that the pedicure was again not professionally done. For $75, plus tip, the worst and seemingly the most difficult pedicure I’ve ever received.I recommend Natural Nails on Tudor.

Visiting Anchorage and my boyfriend and I decided we wanted massages. Found this place and booked a massage for the next day. We got an hour couples massage - $185.. VERY reasonable. We got their around 4:15 and they quickly had everything moving. We were given shoes to slip into and were brought to the massage room.My boyfriends massuist was Edna and I had a younger guy with brown hair (forgot his name). They were FANTASTIC! my boyfriend has been having lower back pain/back pain in general and I was having neck/shoulder pain and always love a good, hard massage. When they first brought us into the room, the massuist asked me what I was looking for and what areas I wanted targeted.... I LOVE THAT. Ive been to many places where I was never asked those SIMPLE, but important questions so I always would leave disappointed and feeling teased in my massage.... not this place! I love deep tissue and thats exactly what he did. An hour of bliss. After the hour they had pomegranate infused sparkling water waiting for us.I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back if I am ever back in the area.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience trying to book the wellness treatment for two recently. To be fair, everyone I talked to was polite and I had no issues there, but the number of phone calls I had to make and the extremely poor communication between employees resulted in a week of back and forth phone calls and confusion and ultimately being unable to book the appointment at all. I called trying to book the appointment for a friend and I and requested the latest possible availability in the day on a Friday because we would both have to leave work early. I was told that they could do it on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I let them know I would need to check with my friend and my job and would call them back ASAP. I texted my boss and my friend and got the ok, and called back literally 10 minutes later only to be told that someone had booked an appointment during those times and it wasn’t available anymore. I asked to be out on a waitlist in case of cancellations. Later that day I got a call from someone else saying they could do it the following Friday at 5. I was stoked and said yes please hold that time, and because it was on a Friday evening that we spoke, my friend would have to wait til Monday to check with her work and I would call back ASAP Monday to confirm. I called Monday to confirm and spoke to a different person who said they would have to check and would call me back. Didn’t hear anything else Monday. I called back Tuesday and left a message. Didn’t hear anything. I called back Wednesday and got a hold of someone just to be told that they had booked someone else during that time and it wasn’t available anymore because the hold hadn’t been placed on the schedule. I had been looking forward to this treatment so much because my job has been extra stressful and there was a death in my family recently. I left this experience even more stressed than I had been in the first place. I wish I had just been told in the first place that we couldn’t book it instead of repeatedly getting our hopes up and offering us spots that they didn’t hold for us.

I have been coming to this spa for over a year now and I am never disappointed! I 100% recommend!

Very happy with this place, they welcomed you in with a smile and were happy to be there, my husband and I got a couples massage it was amazing and we are so excited we found such a amazing place and will be coming back for sure!

The services were great, but I felt a little awkward moving from point to point. Feel like there could have been better direction in between parts of my spa package. Would definitely go back. Could have just been first timer awkwardness.
