I worked for Al Sr. For years as a musician, carpenter, and electrician for many years 39 years ago. I have to drop in and see Alan Jr. this summer and let him know Im still kicking, just not as high! Lol

Im from East Coast been living in Alaska for awhile havent found a nice spot I keep hearing about this place I need somewhere to go for Friday and Saturday night this coming week for me and my girls definitely gonna go here first fingers crossed 🤞🏾🤞🏾

Security is professional and friendly. The owner Al, is very nice and handles his staff professional and patrons. Bartenders look good and are nice. Di plays all genres of music and the environment is friendly. They have 3 free pool tables. Karaoke is available. 2 bars available. They have stepped up their security to prevent shootings and contraband.

I have been going here for years. this place is truly amidst the heart that is Alaskan nightlife.They have completely redone tbeir sound system and it is a great new venue for those of you that like to get out, have a few drinks and enjoy warm fun and local comraderie. Maybe sing a favorite song or two and bring your friends for a group party. Im from Cali (mexican) and my boyfriend was showing me around and we went to a few spots downtown and I wasnt really feeling it. Asked me if I wanted to hit up this spot. He was telling me Most of the Samoans go to Als (Hes Samoan) We arrived. Good size parking lot. Easy parking. Got inside and the music the DJ played was definitely more of my preference. They had hip hop and some reggaeton. Their mixes were great too. The drinks are reasonably priced. Abt $7. The place was packed it was almost 1am when we left but noticed that it was packed because everyone stays in the front. We went to the back where it was less crowded. I liked how there was poles through out the dance floor lol and I liked that there was a more chill spot where the pool tables are at. Def a place I would recommend. 🤗🤎

Would be nice if this establishment would let the patrons know not to park on private property and having their music up so loud keeping children up. Not to mention the multiple shootings and fights.

Great customer service in an older style setting with bands playing regularly. Fun place to unwind.

Als Alaskan Inn is an original work of art of Inns! Of Course you have your pool tables, karaoke, bar but the environment is friendly, staff here are great, owner is genuine, theres events that happen here that really gets the house pumping! The rooms are decent with a mini fridge, microwave, bathroom with shower, for smoking and non-smoking, on-site laundry room, and the price justify the means. The location is perfect too! Dimond Center Mall is nearby, walking distance to Taku Lake, and you got to have your Wal-Mart! What really set this place apart is the friendly atmosphere. The moment you walk in, youre immediately seen and welcomed with a smile and its not that generic smile then going through the motions, its the Hello Im glad to see you finally joined us smile. I dont know how else to describe it. Come check it out, youll love it!

Had an awesome time. Great place to party. Karaoke and pool tables. Cool rooms inside and a smoking area outside. Then they fired up the grill and served burgers and dogs. Simply a great place.

I am unfortunately homeless with my 3 yr. Old and mother, this is the only place we can find that still does weekly rates during summer, the room they decided to put us in has 1 full size bed, is directly above the bar, doesnt have one table or chair, no door for the bathroom area or even the toilet area, just completely open with a window where other guest are easily able to accidentally see us. The shower floor was covered in hair, Ive seen 2 bugs in the sink and I cant find a singal heating vent. I would have thought for $300 a week we would have a small fridge but no. It really sucks to realize that a local place like this would allow a family to pay all they have and feel this is what they deserve. I can only hope they will give me back the majority of what i paid to find anything better.

Best kareoke in Anchorage! Doesnt look like much from the outside... But there is plenty for all game plans inside! If no one in your party can agree... Go to Als ... Good time guarantee

3 Girls from Barrow.....We had a Great Time at the Bar Friday Saturday Sunday or maybe it was Thursday Friday Saturday LOL were coming back for spring break

It was by far the best place I have visited while here! On the weekends they feed you with a barbecue for free the drinks were awesome pool was great and the karaoke was kick ass a must experience I will definitely comeback

Rooms are not the greatest, but the bar is lots of fun with dancing to the karaoke.

Staff is friendly, decent pool tables and beer but dont ask them to regulate any crazy people...because their lazy and dont care!
