Ravens Nest Spa

I booked a two hour massage with Lily. I added on CBD, foot massage and deep tissue. It was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever had. And the first one that I haven’t felt like it was rushed. Lily did an amazing job and found the perfect pressure for me with a little feedback. I had spent the day before in transit to Alaska from NY (18 hours). She had me feeling like a new person. I highly recommend her. The add ons were completely worth it and it was still a great value even factoring in tip. The spa itself was cozy and they were very accommodating, as I showed up very early. A great start to my Alaska adventure!

I am so happy we found this place online. We booked via email from across the country, and Sheila patiently worked with us to get us in for massages before our red eye flight back home a week later.Very “Alaska Cozy Chic” if that’s a thing. 😍Sheila and Mandy have magic hands. Thank you!

Horrible customer service experience. Called for two appointments for my mothers 80th birthday. We were wait listed for today, (which we were ok with.) Fast forward to today, we received a call stating 2 spots had become available this afternoon for a couples massage. I explained it wasnt a couples massage we needed 2 separate massages. The lady said that would be fine, and we scheduled them. Right after that, there was a voicemail from the owner Sheila stating our massages were not going to be happening, no explanation, just that they were getting canceled. I immediately called back, the lady who answered said the original people who had the appointment called back and uncanceled their cancelation so they were keeping the appointment. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. It ruined my Moms birthday weekend. This was our favorite place, but will no longer recommend them. If a zero star 🌟 review was possible, I would have done it.

Such a cute place, definitely a gem. Ive had a lot of massages and this was the best one yet. Lilly was incredible. I work a lot and she got all the kinks out. Definitely cant wait for my next massage!

This is the best place I have been to for massage in anchorage , it’s my go to and my husband loves it as well. We have done several massages over the years here and even a couple’s massage a few times , I love this place.The staff are super kind and caring and the environment is very relaxing and calm. I love that it is in a log building to.I recommend this place to everyone that needs a massage!& massages here make the best presents! (:

After our anniversary plans were ruined I searched for something to do and they had availability the next day for a couples massage. I was ecstatic to hear this. When I pulled in the next day it didnt look very appealing but its still winter and not much green around but when you step in it was very different. Very responsive and helpful staff, nicely decorated, and natural oils were not overwhelming. The massage itself was great and the girls who took care of us were very nice and good! I am looking forward to buying my wife a gift card for mothers day so she can go again.

I had a prenatal massage. Raven was my masseuse and did an AMAZING job. I was so relaxed and she focused on the spots that were bothering me. I will definitely recommend and be back after the baby comes to get another massage.

Raven’s Nest Spa is the best. So relaxing and professional. My wife and I had the couples package and we can’t praise Kylie and Amanda highly enough! This is the second time we have visited the spa and we have always been very very happy and relaxed. Highly recommend!

First time I have ever had a professional massage. We did a couples massage and it was fantastic! The ladies that gave the massage were professional, attentive to our needs, and had a great sense of humor. The entire staff made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The facility has a great warm cozy cabin feel and had wonderful aromas. I definitely give the experience 5 stars. Havent felt this relaxed in a long time. I recommend Ravens Nest Spa for your masseuse needs.

Fantastic experience!! The atmosphere and amenities were so relaxing and cozy. I had the Ravens Nest massage and it was wonderful! Kylie listened to what I said about my body and tailored the massage appropriately! She did a special move just for my IT band when I told her I am a runner. This was well worth the money!

Ravens Nest was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing, high quality massage experience in Anchorage, come here. I was very appreciative of the tea upon arrival, and the hot scalp massage add-on was the best I’ve ever received.

Place was warm and inviting. I was welcomed by name, asked if I wanted a warming pad for my neck. Which was very stiff and most welcome! The massage therapist, Arielle, was incredible, I was over due for a massage and will be coming back.

Hands down the best massages.I come up to Alaska every summer for 6 weeks for work.In these 6 weeks , I was able to get at least 4 massages, the longest massage was two hours.5 out 5, if I could give 100 stars, I would!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary massage. The place was adorable and from entering to exiting the aromas and music definitely made you feel relaxed. Our masseuses were cat and samantha. They were fabulous and gave us a great couples massage! The whole experience was excellent! Thank you ladies we will definitely be back again.

I genuinely, genuinely cannot recommend Ravens Spa enough. Weve been to spas and had massages all around the world and from the literal moment we stepped into the building, we could tell this one was going to be special. The ambiance and energy is amazing, you are instantly put at ease.Everyone we talked to and worked with was wonderful. Kind, professional, attentive, calming, and genuinely focused on making our experience perfect. The massage experience itself was incredible of course as well. A group of four went, and two hours later we all walked out of our rooms feeling five years younger.If youre in Anchorage, go here. Dont even hesitate. This is an absolute shining star in an already gorgeous city, and cannot be missed.

Customer service was terrible. Was charged a fee that was never mentioned online or during booking, then they added a service that was rejected multiple times and the price for the quality was not worth it. They said to email and they would remedy and then refused to remedy. Definitely wouldnt visit again.

I just have to share, I researched a ton of places to get my husband his first massage ever and I chose The Ravens Nest and I couldn’t have made a better choice. He was so happy with his massage, he cane home so happy and relaxed. I also just got a prenatal massage there and it was amazing. They have a belly pillow so you can lay on your stomach the whole time, let me tell you, that was the most amazing massage. I didn’t have to lay on my sides and switch side uncomfortably, I got to stay on my belly the whole time. I got a foot massage add-on and fell asleep while she was doing it. They give you every minute you pay for, no making the consultation or undressing/dressing apart of the time(which a ton of places get away with that). The atmosphere is so nice, like a cozy cabin, you feel right at home. The prices are decent. Needless to say this will be our place to treat ourselves from now on.Great job Ravens Nest. So impressed.

My experience was wonderful from start to finish, from the second we walked in it smelled nice and was very clean. It’s beautifully decorated and the sun room is a really cool waiting area. The massage therapist asked me what I needed and listened to every word. I felt very well taken care of and the massage was great!

Wonderful experience! I did the Luxury Day Spa package and it was amazing well worth the cost. I dont usually splurge on things for myself so this was a huge purchase. The atmosphere is great and relaxing and the service is great. Im pretty modest and they were wonderful with draping and asking before doing certain areas on the body. I will be returning again and again when Im in town.

Made a reservation for my wife’s birthday to get a couples massage. We got there 30-minutes early and waited until our reserved time only to find out we would have to reschedule. We were told one of their masseuse’s were having “car problems” and couldn’t make it in. Kind of a lame excuse when we live in the world where Uber and Lyft exist. They had plenty of time to inform us upfront about the issue, but waited until right at our reservation time to let us know they wouldn’t be able to provide the reserved services. We were offered a free sauna when we reschedule for another time, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I planned a day with a baby sitter, so my wife and I could have a relaxing afternoon together. Needless to say we won’t be returning for a second chance. Pretty upsetting

Very nice space, went in for a couple’s massage. To be honest we were underwhelmed with the whole experience especially for how much we paid. We opted for the raven nest package which we could have gone without. It definitely felt as if our 90 min massage was cut short to make up time for the “raven nest” hot blanket wrap. We read a google review about the chocolate selection for the couples massage- it’s true it was just 2 pieces of Lindt to choose from. It seems kind of silly to be petty but we’ve had much better couples massage experience without the up charge ($25). My fiancé had asked for deep tissue which is an additional $15 but has had better experiences. The gals were super nice and friendly but I don’t believe we will return as we’ve had better massages elsewhere.In regards to the owners response, we paid over $400 to include tip for the massages so I think we can expect a better experience but it was not delivered.

This was my best massage experience ever. The atmosphere is so cozy and feels so comfortable and warm. The staff was professional, inviting, and kind. They gave a fantastic massage and never made me feel uncomfortable. I was able to fully relax and enjoy the massage. I would highly recommend this place and will definately be going back!

I received a gift certificate as a gift to Ravens Nest Spa. I have never had a massage before and tend to be pretty tense and stressed. I scheduled my appointment with ease and arrived a few minutes early. I had no idea what to expect, but walking in the ambiance was so relaxing. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. I had the Indian Head Massage and Hand massage. I fell ASLEEP! I never fall asleep in public settings. I have never been so relaxed in my life! I definitely recommend coming here and am going to schedule another appointment! Thank you so much!

I booked the Fisherman’s Widow package with Samantha and felt pampered from the moment I stepped in the door. The staff were warm and welcoming and the environment was cozy. The seaweed wrap and body massage were wonderful, but the Indian head massage was out of this world! I definitely recommend that treatment! I wholeheartedly recommend this spa and I can’t wait to book my next pampering session!

I got the Luxury Day Spa package and it was amazing! I started with a sauna sesh in the infrared sauna which had a beautiful view of the sun room. Followed by a much needed exfoliation to get rid of the dry skin winter blues. Samantha provided the most relaxing deep tissue massage I think I’ve ever had. I was able to relax while also having some built up tension worked out. I felt great after that! And Sheila gave me a relaxing facial to finish it all off. What a treat! I highly recommend this hidden gem of a spa.

Stepping into Ravens Nest is stepping into a little oasis in Anchorage. Every detail is thought of and more. Their sauna and halo therapy is a must add on. The massage therapist are attentive, kind and wonderful at their job. I cant recommend this place enough.

The therapists here are so accommodating and kind. The experience was everything we were looking for. My parents and I all had the widows massage and it was the best! We definitely recommend this place to travelers looking for a hidden gem!

I work full time and go to school full time. Needless to say my stress levels are always at all times highs and my time for self care is at all time lows. For months I have been dreaming of getting a chance to simply relax and have a nice massage and my dreams finally came true. This past weekend I had an “fisherman’s widow day spa package” appointment with Ravens Nest Spa as a result of getting a gift card from my sweet boyfriend on my birthday. I don’t normally write reviews, but I know Valentine’s Day is next month and people may be wondering what to get your significant other. THIS IS IT. My massage therapists name was Talea. This was by far the best massage I have ever had. I never once got the feeling she was trying to get it over with or did I ever feel uncomfortable. Talea was super detail oriented and attentive. The whole experience was so much more than I could have asked for and I was so grateful for every second of it. It has this authentic alaskan vibe, something you can’t get out of going to Allure Day Spa. Highly highly highlyyyyy recommend - I can’t say it enough. Such a treat! Thank you so so much!

Place is easy to find. I got my first brazilian wax here and it was VERY pleasant. I thought the waxing process was going to be painful but it only stings for just a second. I booked an appointment day of and she was able to take us in. She was very hospitable towards all of us and even my sister who wasnt booked for an appointment but tagged along. I will definitely be coming here again in the future and I recommend this place to anyone. 👍👍👍

Wonderful spa, I booked a facial as a gift from a friend. Sheila (the owner) gave the facial.I was skeptical because as a skin care enthusiast I wasnt keen on spending $90+ to have someone slather a couple of masks and maybe remove a blackhead while they were at it. I can do that myself, pro bono, thank you very much.was i wrong.Sheila spent a good bit of time listening to l skin concerns and tayloring the facial to my skin. I fell asleep during the facial massage and clay mask despite having drank most of a 16 oz. latte. my skin feels like a million dollars. also, Sheila removed every. single. blackhead. definately worth the price.aside from the thorough facial, the whole experience was enjoyable because of the attention to the very small details. the facial table was heated and warm, there wasnt a moment during the facial that I wasnt floating on a cloud. its the little things.the spa is in a log cabin, theres a small sauna, massage chair and just a nice place to relax with a friend and just really enjoy the pampering.wonderful place, I plan on coming back very soon.
