Love this store but wish they would buy more silicon pink bongs and maybe get an entire collection from a manufacturer not just like one or two pieces because let’s be honest, yall have enough money as a company to buy an entire collection. I also wish they would special order but every time they just tell me to suggest to the manager to buy more pink silicon bongs. This is one of my favorite bong stores however the last 3 bongs I got ended up broken due to bad drivers who don’t know how to drive per weather conditions but love this store!

Very friendly staff. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I go there. They are very knowledgeable about what they sell. I Christina puts 100% into working there, she always remembers what I get and is willing to go the extra mile when I am looking for other products.

Whens my first time going in here a little bit ago? I very much enjoyed all of the different things they had for sale. I definitely would like the comeback when I have a little bit more money in my pocket. Wide selection, Im very excited to go in and check out their selection again.

Just moved to anchorage and heard this is the place to go for puffers. 10/10 recommend! Christina was so fun and helpful and didnt get annoyed with any questions I had. She even read me some of the flavors so I didnt have to strain my eyes or lean over their counter! They have a rewards system which is amazing, in my opinion. Will def be calling this home for my puffer needs! Thanks Christina!

Called about a product that stopped working after two uses. Figured they would say they couldn’t refund or do an exchanged, regardless the lady on the phone didn’t seem to care and right before she hung up (without saying anything) I heard a lady laugh in the background after she said she couldn’t help. Unprofessional but not surprising for smoke shop worker 🤷‍♂️

Great e- liquid selection and a pretty sweet rewards/points system. Almost every visit Im told I have points to redeem for $$ off of my purchase which is always nice! To my knowledge, the points dont expire, they accumulate quickly, and you can save them to stack your savings.Staff has always been super friendly and knowledgeable. They were understanding when I brought brought back 2 batteries I had purchased that wouldnt hold charge days later. Despite all the glass in the store, they dont however carry replacement glass for vape tanks.

Been my favorite smoke/vape accessory store. A plethora of items to choose from, if you couldnt find something this place probably will have it and then some. As always an extremely friendly staff, that keeps me laughing and always helpful in displaying and explaining a product. 5 stars even though I discovered they only take visa and master card.

Spent thousands of dollars here. Will not spend another penny. Vapes I bought quit working or charging. Took vape back today that I bought 3 months ago for $95 because it stopped charging. Employee told me there was a 1 year warranty but he couldnt help me. Told him I would never spend a dime in there again. Went to another vape shop Fatboy. Bought same vape for $35 less. Employee there told me he would honor 1 year warranty if I have any issues in the future. Very professional! My kind of business and customer service.

Best kratom selection in town. Francis is amazingly helpful. Recently tried the concentrate liquid kratom. Wow. Its powerful stuff. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service. And they are always open early and stay open late...plus they are open on holidays! Overall you need to check them out! You wont regret it

My dad went in to grab a vape, and the lady working was so rude to him, wouldn’t let him take a picture of them or the menu, and was short and mean. I could hear her on the other end of the phone. She said she couldn’t verify my age but there’s pictures of every wall when you search the place. Do not recommend going in there when that woman is working 2/12 at 2:15. Hopefully she learns customer service and how to speak with people

I donʻt typically leave reviews, but our experience at Planet X was so positive I felt like I needed to.The Planet X staff the day that we visited proved to be both knowledgeable and just pleasant people. Justin and Frances fielded our questions and were both immensely helpful. Frances, even more so, put time and energy into making sure all our questions were answered clearly, making sure we had a chance to look at all different products, and just making lighthearted, fun conversation as we made our way around the store.We ended up purchasing several items, all of which have proven to be quality. Will definitely be visiting the store again if we ever come back to Anchorage! We hope Planet X recognizes the importance of their employees in making customers want to return.

Absolute horrible store they sell faulty vapes that will break when you charge them and then will do nothing about it and send you on your way and blame you for it

I was very impressed with the knowledgable staff here. I have a specific silicone pipe. I broke the glass insert. They had inserts but not the type I needed. When I mentioned the name brand of the pipe one of the clerks suddenly remembered something he had read on line. He asked me over to his computer as he searched out the website. What he showed me was a 100% lifetime manufacturers warranty on parts if anything broke. I just had to send it in and they replace it for free! Planet X didnt sell me anything that day but the staff sold me on their professionalism. 5 star experience!

Their fire cured tobacco is so good. Works great and I get it there all the time. Im glad its in stocks when I show up. Thr staff is all very friendly and professional. Love this store it is enormous it has everything from vape cartridges to bongs to pipes to dab presses. Starting at affordable and ending at wow thats expensive but amazing they got everything you need tons of different kinds of vape juice. They basically have a lot of everything anything you need in regards to smoking or vaping youre going to find it here

Ive bought two vaps from this store and have been trying for over a month now to get new coils for both of them and they dont have them I bought the Jackroo and the cyborg and have gone in every week to get coils for them and still nothing very disappointed in this

I came here awhile ago and both stores have a great selection of stuff. Each store has been super helpful and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Best disposable vape selection in Anchorage and Wasilla. Anchorage has a little bit better selection but just cause it’s bigger I’m sure. But the employees have both made me feel taken care of and happy I went there n happy what I leave with!!!

After I purchased something there, 45 mins later my debit card was hacked, my bank contacted me. Had to cancel my card and get new one. Not saying it was them but seems kind of strange because I have never purchased anything from there before.

They are so great. You can always bet that when you go in there to get something branded, that it will be authentic and the real deal.Their Kratom is better than the gas station/pre-packaged anywhere else, and you can tell they get it fresh and repack.Their vape selection is fantastic.They have testing kits to make sure you stay safe a concerts or festivals.Honestly there has never been anything I went in there looking for that they didnt have, and Ive gone in looking for some pretty peculiar items.Top Notch Shop and they have earned my trust. 💯

Really love this place, everyone is just wonderful. I get real opinions about products as well as great customer service when something has gone wrong with and product that I have purchased. Francis is my favorite, always gets me smiling and brightens my day. One of the main reasons I come back. Planet X is my favorite vape shop, they have decent prices and a great selection of vapes and vape accessories. They also stay open till midnight which is perfect due to me being a night owl. Also the blue vape I posted is a disposable vape which gives you 2000 hits and comes in a variety of flavors and is actual vape juice not salt nicotine and they only cost $17.50!!! I love Planet X!

I came her multiple times no issues, I purchased a bottle of vape juice and two pods the juice they sold me was bunt itself which I learned after going through both pods then trying it in a different system.I called they didn’t even listen to the issue just told they aren’t taking any juice back

Terrible service! Was miss lead into buying a vape that wasn’t rechargeable and burned me spilling vape juice all over my car. Refused to give refund, don’t shop here scam artists. Midnight market has much better customer service. Edit: (when your return policy is screw you what can you do?) their attempt to discredit my review is kind of funny they have made it clear that they are unconcerned about costumer safety or satisfaction not a big deal I’ll take the loss. I strongly advise shopping somewhere else.” If I sell two pies for the price of one, but the second one gives you food poisoning how am I the bad guy?”

Kind friendly knowledgeable staff great selection

Paid my first visit to them today, and they were knowledgeable and super helpful. They had one of the vape pod systems I wanted and took their time to explain all the features to me. As I had not upgraded in 12 years (I know!) I was really looking for some expert advice and I got it. So happy I went here and will be a future customer for life.

This place is Great!! They have a Massive selection of Gear, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about recreational smoking! The moment I walked in it felt like a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. they offered solid advice and even helped me to understand the differences between a Hookah and a bong.I will be returning again in the future for sure!

Major bummer, been going to this shop for years and years. Customer service has really gone down over the last year or so sadly. Last night I bought a new disposal vape, and tested it and all that it was cool. Today it would not stop “firing” so I called them and they said no, that sounds shady and it’s against our policy to exchange it. I have spent countless amount of money and never had a problem, the one time I ask them to fix a bad product, they pretty much say kick rocks. Sadly won’t be going to this business anymore, take care of loyal customers y’all.

I have spent thousands at this store in ver the years and never had a problem until today, the management will tell you they are doing you a solid then 30 seconds later say nvrmind I can’t help you, I bought a 2 vapes 9 days ago and just opened the second last night after a few drags it died and as I attempt to charge it the charger is broken and it remains dead, I tried bringing back to the store and was told o was SOL because they didn’t have the same exact type

Woman working here (forgot her name) helped me on the phone before I headed over. Answered all my questions and was so kind and explained so well. Went in and picked up what I needed and was because the deals are amazing I was able to get another accessory I needed for collection. Theres a points system too. They have a huge selection of glass this, that, and the other thing. If you need something heady and you cant find it anywhere else, they more than likely have it. I walked in and I was instantly like 😲😍 all the glass pieces in there. Highly recommend 10/10👽💚

Always knowledgeable and friendly staff, I’ve never had a problem or negative experience here. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all other vape shops in town absolutely paled in comparison to the selection and prices available at Planet X. I had never bought a vape here before but knew they carried them- I’m so glad I decided to stop in and check out their options before I settled for anything else. And thank you again to the staff- they even checked the back stock for every possible color option for me, for every vape I was interested in!

Selection is decent yet they were out of basically everything. The staff was less than tolerable. Either they were having a rough day or just felt like being rude was appropriate. And their nowledge of devices and accessories were way off.

Best smoke shop in town. The staff is always very polite, very informative, very helpful, and very professional. What more could you want. Some things are a little spendier than other places, but I feel the tradeoff if well worth the cost. Especially when you keep in account the quality of the products.

Ive had a good experience most of the time, unfortunately when I bought a faulty vape they refused to exchange it, even tho it had all its juice in its tank and the tank was leaking and the wrapper was full of the leaking juice. I had the receipt and it was only 20 minutes since I bought it.

I go there cause they have stuff my wife and I need... Usually the workers are BLAH, which in return makes my visit, straight to business then Im out, BUT not today.. the girl that was working behind the counter was(short blonde hair, glasses) SUPER SWEET!!! She offered my dog water and also got her a CBD treat.. not to mention she was just really nice... She went out of her way ( or maybe thats just her usual route:) to be help to come across the store to try and help my dog out (my dog is my WHOLE heart and soul) when she thought she might be in some destress. Cant thank her enough for the pleasant visit. And the dude that has the blondish longish hair was also very helpful and nice.. so today happen to be a good visit. Thanks guys!!

Went in was in a hurry to get to work and needed a new vape. I specifically ask for c charger The one the guy recommended I I got. It turned out to be a micro USB charger. I went back the next day they said they couldnt exchange it and would have to talk to the employee that sold it to me. I came back when the guy was on shift and he said he didnt remember me asking for a c charger. They reviewed the camera verified that I asked for a c charger and let me exchange it. It was a little bit of a hassle but I understand there running a business.I highly recommend the vape in the picture. Battery lasts all day and the juice never leaks out. Great product.

I usually go to Fat Boys but I actually like this store! They have cheaper juice for vape stuff for a good price and big bottles, a wide selections of things all at pretty good prices. Cheaper than Fat Boys. And the staff is super friendly and helpful and also patient with me! I’ll be going here more often.

Love this place. It has everything I need from atomizers for my puffco peak to stems for my bongs or a new pipe. They have cleaning supplies for them as well. If I need anything that they dont have, they will sure try to order it and get it instore for me. And the prices are amazing! Best head shop with best prices in Anch and even a Planet X in Wasilla too, right next to Brown Jug just past Lowes! Check em out!

Tbey have a rule. Gotta hit the vape In store to make sure it works. Because you leave no refund... now I got a vape that wont charge. They never offered to check that in the store. So suprise suprise. My vape doesnt charge.. and no refund. Go somewhere else. There are better vape shops that will work with you

I purchased a vaporizer at this store. Four days later went back with my friend so she could purchase one. She got it for $80, I paid $100. I asked what was going on? The answer was I don’t know.So I called the next day. The manager said i found a cheaper vendor. So I asked for Price match or something to make up for the $20… Dave (the manager) told me nope you lose. (He could have been nicer.)Very disappointed and will not ever go back to this place.

As soon as i was helped, wasnt given much options as i asked the associates recommendations for vape juice. i forgot my mod in my truck for new coil and he just continued to help the next person which took longer. my truck was just outside the door and took less than 30 seconds. very rude and to top it off, i didnt see much stuff on the counters for ANYONE to take, wasnt near anything either and the cashier watched me put my phone in my pocket. unless you tryna wait 15 minutes to check out and to be watched with your every move, this is the place for you. no longer a regular with new associates.

Unstable representatives work at this store; The customer service representative sold me a $130 cracked item; I returned back to the store to learn that the customer service agent who sold me the item would take great pride in raising his voice and yelling at me, calling me a liar. When other customers walked into the store; the representative began yelling louder and became condescending. I asked if there was anyway to negotiate a resolution. The rep continued to be combative; talking down to me like I am a criminal because of marijuana use. He continued yelling Marijuana and its residues are illegal and that I was a liar; The man continued to melt down and refuse to be civil until another store representative came over and removed him. The actions taken by the store rep were unacceptable and completely unprofessional; Berating someone and indicating a person is terrible for using marijuana and its residues because they are illegal in Alaska is insulting and completely out of line. If he could not help out; he should have just said he couldnt help me out; He instead took the opportunity to yell and single me out. Fact is; there was a negotiable resolution; just not with that mentally volatile person. Customer beware!!!! Customer service here bites!!What level of professional is an owner who responds with? you idiot. The only waste of time and money is whatever you spent on your education.Just saying....

I love Planet X you can get all kinds of good things there they have a great selection of glass and really neat things you can also get a variety of dried herbs & supplements including Salvia kratom and if youre in the whippets they have those two also if you need to pass a drug test they have a variety of detoxing materials and if youre concerned about the purity of your street substances they have a variety of tests kits as well the gentleman at the desk with the dreadlocks I believe his name was Rodger was extremely helpful

I generally wont review. I loved planet x and I was disappointed a week ago when I went in to buy an electronic nectar collector. I wanted the evolve dive but the did not have that one. The gentleman that helped me showed me other options. I was hesitant to waste money on something that did not work but he assured me I would be able to exchange my item if it did not work as we wanted.move to a week later and attempting several ways to get my Sol nectar collector to work and it doesnt.today I went in to try to exchange it and the manager on duty insisted that they dont do that. He also insisted that it was a working device when it clearly wasnt and I have witnesses. He would do nothing for me.I left the item I purchased and asked him to throw it away. I told him I wouldnt bring my business there again. I am so disappointed with this experience and I am out $70.I will no longer recommend Planet X to my friends and clients.

I found their inventory to be one of the largest Ive seen, the place was well kept and easy to browse with friendly helpful service. Only thing is, more than 90% of the items were rediculously over priced.

They quoted me a price and then change the price when I went to pay, I will never shop here again.It is very bad business to quoted a price and then change it 2 minutes later. The business should have took the hit.

The glassware is all way overpriced. the employees were idiots. they do most of their business in tobacco and vapes. an evil business. I wouldnt go in there again.

This is my go too place for any of my smoking accessory needs, great selections for a variety of different interests (hookah, cannabis, vapes), wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend coming on down!

Nice looking place, and the have a great selection of Kratom. But they are out OUTRAGEOUSLY priced on it. 220 grams for $120? I can normally get 1000 grams for $97.

Its a small smoke shop thats crowded with stickers; posters; and products. They carry lots of eliquids and smoking products as well as Kratom. I called and was able to find the eliquid I was looking for. They were lovely over the phone; and even lovelier in the store. Even had recommendations for me based on my fruity tastes.Thanks for the Heisenberg!! :)

Cool little head shop with some good prices on vape accessories. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, one of my gotos for vape juice and batteries. Quite the selection of other smoking accessories too if youre into that. Worth stopping by and check it out!

I tried this place twice since peace of mind closed. They are super rude the first time, but everyone has bad days. I got back a 2nd time different group of workers and they were rude yet again! I won’t be back!

The KRATOM price is a scam. The claim is that the pills are 1 g but they are actually .5 g .Consistently. I mean, ok but why not just be honest? Its not any cheaper than anywhere else in town. The plus is they have several strains. I want to like these guys so much, but come on.

This awesome stor even carries novelty sex toy items. At one of the events I even got to meet Ron Jeremy one of my heroes, I learned so many strokes from him and got to shake his hand at Planet X what a great place.
