So I called earlier today and the guy I talked to gave me lots of information I didn’t know, but it was so helpful! He didn’t make me feel dumb like other vape shops have made me feel. I wasn’t able to go in and get the new vape I bought my wife picked it up. The phone call was great! He was knowledgeable of the product. He was very understanding when I said I like vaping but I don’t know the correct words to say to get what I need. He had the vape ready for me to use I just had to add my juice and another thing he told me was if I was not comfortable changing my coil later in my new glass tank he would do it for me later on if I come to him for it later. That right there is great customer service!!!! I will definitely be coming back to them later. Thank you for the help. I will be recommending your shop to everyone I talk to

Stopped in and ended up talking with the employee Casey who was the nicest vape shop worker Ive ever met, after talking a bit I told him about my 18650 battery issues and he offered to reskin them for free or a custom skin for $1! Just yesterday, I had the good fortune of being assisted by KC, who not only was fantastic but also guided me in selecting an excellent 0ML product. KC surpassed my expectations with his product recommendation! I am absolutely delighted with my new vape and will definitely return. The gentleman behind the counter was outstanding!The times I bought a new device in here (over a period of two years) he has never steered me wrong with a salt Nic device (thats all I use). If you want to go to a vape shop with a streamline selection of quality products and somebody who knows about all of them this is the spot!

I’m from out of town visiting local family and stopped in here to buy some VUSE pods. I was here about 5 seconds and was lectured on how they don’t have these pods and they don’t support Phillip Morris. That’s awesome, glad you’re so passionate, I don’t care about any of that stuff, I just asked for VUSE pods. Instead I was mainsplained too. Not good vibes here from this boy. Just provide the customer service not your opinion please.***adding for clarification*I’d like to note, the reason they gave me for not having VUSE was not my problem, it was the delivery and tone in which they used to me. And secondly, I would’ve been happy to buy a different vape product but none was offered to me. It really felt like I caught them on a bad day and they were taking out some other thing on me.

Best Vape store around Branson. Charles and Casey are great, they treat you like family and are very knowledgeablein their products. My husband and I will never go anywhere else. Great reward program also.

STILL the best place in town! I went from 2 packs of cigarettes a day to 2 bottles of juice a year. They even have my wifes flower cartridge batteries! A must stop if youre on vacation!

People there are always super friendly, always chill to talk to and are very knowledgeable in their profession, affordable and not to mention its hand picked by the people themselves. A wide variety of flavors and also disposables, love going there just to talk or update my collection, 10/10 would recommend

My boyfriend and I are regulars here and I could not recommend it more! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly, and the shop itself is always kept very clean and neat. I feel like they have a great selection, and are usually pretty well stocked. This is by far the best place in Branson to get all things vape taken care of.

By far the best shop in Branson for your everyday Vapor. I have been to other Vapor shops in Branson and this is by far the best. My first visit was similar to a consult, asking how much I smoke and finding the blend and levels that best fit me. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I have even found my self at times just hanging out and visiting with the staff. If you want the best, you do not have to look any further than these folks. I have been a customer for three years and refuse to visit anywhere else.

Literally wont go anywhere else. (Dont remember his name) but, he helped me pick a brand new vape, answered all my questions (there was alot). He also set my spouse up with the proper coil, we got juice, and a few other things. HIGHLY recommend, they are so sweet, down to earth, and caring. And their point system is amazing!! Each dollar you spend is equivalent to 1 point (20$ is 20 points). LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it there!

The customer service was phenomenal. The guys behind the counter were extremely knowledgeable on not only juice but all types of mods and they were very helpful. We are from out of state but this will be our go-to vape shop anytime we’re in town! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

This store is great, recently switched to vape from smoking and my friends recommended checking this place. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is really chill. They are very friendly and helpful store employees. Went in to ask a question and gave me all of the answers I needed and some much needed helpful advice for a newb on RDA building. Was able to show me what I needed to buy so I could start building my own coils.

Love this place. Had only one slight negative experience. My wife picked up an RDA and didnt understand what I wanted while I was in Cali. Love their juice brands. And, if you dont understand something, Aubrey is your girl. ;)

OUCH! $21.86 for the EXACT same juice that costs $11.99 at Beyond Vape! There is no excuse for that.Super friendly and Knowledgeable though

Worse one Ive ever been too. The young female was way too aggressive for a customer related job. Goto the other two thats by the landing or on business 65. For it to be a tourist destination. They dont know how to work with the public rude and what business runs without a manager or someone in charge. The one on business 65 they work with ya on their prices and extremely nice they have some great juice.

Walk in a customer, leave as part of the family. I started coming here around January of this year. I started coming because my friends came here and a few work here, but over the course of this year I have developed really good friendships with almost everyone. From the vape employees to the tattoo artists, even the customers, everyone is so warm and inviting, and everything is VERY reasonably priced. Theyve got a nice lounge area if you feel like sitting down and talking with some interesting characters (which there is an abundance of) and a table over near the counters too if you feel like talking to the employees (which you should, theyre all amazing people) The vape shop employees are very knowledgeable about all devices in the store and are exceptional at recommending the right juice to suit your flavor profile. Still want more control over picking your flavor? For only a dollar you can try every single flavor they have before you even buy it. On the tattoo side, Scotts running the show, and him and his guys put out some fantastic work. Ive been getting tattooed by Zach and Scott since March, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Pricing is hands down the best bang for your buck in the area. Scott is the one of the best traditional style artists Ive ever met. Very clean lines and very bright colors. Want something a little more dark or dilapidated? Ask for Zach. Hes got one of the most unique, wacky, insane styles Ive ever seen. Im always so proud to show off both of their work. Trust me when I say, this is THE BEST shop in town.

My absolute favorite place to get my vaping supplies, and I have been in so many of them looking for vape juice when I ran out, all across the U S. while traveling for work. I have bought all of my vapor devices there and I order my juice from them when Im away from Missouri. I have yet to come across a store in any of the states I have been to that has vapor juice that is good enough to replace the stuff I can get from Branson Vapor in my opinion.They are cool enough to still take care of my needs by letting me order over the phone and they ship it to me wherever Im at. AWESOME staff that works there!! I always try their recommendations and take their advice over what questions I have. I have never been disappointed with anything that they have told me that I have tried. They also CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY CARE about the health of the people using the products they are selling and they have knowledge about everything that is vapor. What I mean is they arent selling whatever makes them money the fastest way. They know what is in the juice that they sell. I appreciate every single person that I have ever seen working when Ive been in the store. Each and every one is friendly, helpful, and patient. I hope that Branson Vapor continues to succeed and the business thrives as long as they want to be in operation.

I cant say enough about this place. My diamond mod was left on the top of the car, and by the time I realized it, it was too late and it was destroyed beyond repair when I got it back. I was taken as a fool by another shop and I just wanted to cry.They not only got me a new vape better than my old one, but they took care of me and made sure I didnt have to spend all my vacation money on getting a new one.Great service, understanding staff, they dont try to oversell what you dont need, but make sure when you leave you have been taken care of.I will buy online from them even over my home shop. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANY OTHER VAPE STORE IN BRANSON EVER AGAIN! Because these guys are perfect! Im new to town and went to many vape stores and i found no one that was as knowledgeable, helpful, or full of hospitality like this one. These guys were willing to explain everything to me (which isnt always easy lol) on top of competative prices and a all around amzing attitude and atmosphere. These guys are epic!

Very overpriced. I made a comment about how much cheaper I get coils in Columbia, Mo and the lady told me they must be Chinese fakes. Ya right. They have authentication codes! Their CBD oil is fantastic though.

Small and welcoming while still having a wonderful array of oils and actual vapes. Pods, pens, boxes, this place has the best bang for your buck while still having high quality. Had an issue with my vape pen, came in asking for help and come to find out I had the wrong coils. They swapped em out and didnt charge a dime for the help or the new coils. Only place Ill go for my vape stuff.

I vape, and when on vacation in Branson... my coil burnt out so I went to get another one. I handed them my vape and asked if I could get the same coil. They handed me one, I made the purchase and went to the car. I went to replace the coil and it was the wrong one, wouldnt fit. I went back in to exchange it, and they said they couldnt really do that... so I just said okay, np Ill just buy another one, but can we make sure it fits please... after a minute they said they dont have a coil that fits my tank... Ok, Ill just buy a new tank then cause I wanna smoke. Ended up buying a tank for $35, which came with a coil... and still not the same coil they originally sold me and wouldnt refund or exchange. I was confused, so I just paid the money and left.After further review and consideration, it was a young, possibly new employee and even though the situation was stressful... I shouldnt base my entire opinion on 1 persons mistake. The confusion was that since they didnt have my coil, the exchange didnt cross her mind. And had I pushed for a refund, Im sure someone more senior would have done it.. The store was displayed very nicely and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was sweet and did apologize for the mistake. I still dont know why the younger female employee balked at the idea of exchanging, other than them not having the right coil... but I remember walking out with a new tank/coil, and a coil that didnt fit any one of my 3 tanks. I decided to give 3 stars (not like my opinion really means anything), but I feel they should have recommended another vape store nearby or offered to call and see if they had my coil on hand. If they did Not have one, then the effort earned my business and Id be happy to buy a new tank, minus the cost of the original coil I purchased. That would have been 5 star service imho.If they had called and the store in fact did have my coil, I would of kindly asked for a refund and thanked them with a 5 star review for such a pleasant experience. Which is why my original review was 1 star, because I felt like they were just trying to get the sale. Ill let you be the judge, because I do still recommend going here for your vape needs while youre vacationing in Branson! They did have a pretty big selection, and chances are theyll carry yours.

We have been to many vape shops and finally found the best at Branson Vapor. We are greeted everytime by the staff. They have the best products and never push you to purchase the more pricey items like other shops. Amazing staff, products and prices! Highly recommended.

Visiting on Labor day weekend I ran out of juice. Was using a crappy juice from the gas station that was mostly VG. After stopping in to Branson Vapor I was greeted with a smile and exceptional service. I got an exceptional deal on a 30ml bottle of Selfie Sunday made by 7 daze, which came highly recommended! By far the BEST vape shop/lounge Ive been to. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Products for every type of vaper, from beginning to advanced. Come in relax, try some new juice and just chill. As far as some of those other places, this one takes care of their customers. By all means dont take my word for it, stop in and see for yourself.

I bought a starter kit from these folks for about $18, and within 3 days, the tank started leaking everywhere, within a week the charger fell apart, and within two months, the top fell off of the battery. Their liquid is also hugely overpriced, running something like $7+ per 12mL bottle (last I checked... I gave up on this place long ago).In comparison, you can go to many local Conoco stations and get better quality parts for the exact same price, the replacement parts are MUCH cheaper, and 10mL bottles of liquid are only $2.39, and its perfectly good liquid if youre not a snoot about it.Heres the kicker and why Im leaving this review now. A friend of mine was kicked out and accused to his face that he was on meth! He is a very twitchy guy and sometimes hard to understand due to some medical issues, and they kicked him out accusing him of being a drug addict?! How disgusting!! You guys have some f-ing nerve... whats next, youre gonna kick out anyone whos retarded or deaf because you cant understand them? This is what happens when a store is run by immature kids. This is *NOT* the way we do it in Branson, and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

ONLY PLACE IN BRANSON TO FIND NICOTINE SALTS (LIQUID)! But, Yes, They all have E- liquid with nicotine, at low levels for the sub- ohm world. If you are a smoker - what you want, is at Branson Vapor- a low aWatt device and nicotine salt- I drove all over Branson looking- and asking - this is the only place so far, here, that carry it. ( although some employees, at other stores, will direct you across town to their OTHER store - only for them to wonder what you are talking about) NIC SALT LIQUID IS NOT THE SAME AS E-LIQUID w nicotine in it) THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR THOSE WISHING TO QUIT SMOKING ! ( ITS WHAT WORKS!!!)
