The sales rep Taylor was helpful! We were having a hard time figuring out the Bluetooth app and instead of getting frustrated we were laughing through the situation. Definitely recommend this place and that Taylor gets a raise!

So, there was a bit of a hiccup with an order I had. Which for only the 2nd time ever I left a bad review, but the owner was right on top of it and took care of the issue quickly. Thank you very much for running a reputable business, and you have re-earned my business.EDIT/ADDITION: this place has a huge selection of pretty much anything you’d want or need from this type of retail store. The owner takes care of his customers and his reputation through diligent discernment of all consumer needs and I highly recommend taking your business to them.

I DO NOT Recommend anyone Buying from a sales associate who doesnt even know what hes talking about.I’ve been coming ever since they opened and the girl that worked there always knew how to sell, knew the product that she sold, and knew how to talk to customers…now they have a bunch a dudes that don’t know anything about the product and will sell anything to make a quick buck, would not suggest. Some of the guys there dont even know what a Nectar collector or a Zeus mod was I asked him for a new bucket and he hands me small pipe an sead no that not it then I had to Explain to him what exactly it was I was looking for and then proceeds to search it up and show him the item Im looking for. Completely unacceptable I do not approve of The Choice or your seals

UPDATE 2- Well so much for that. Maybe get someone who speaks english and isnt in a hurry to get rid of customers because he wants to get back to smoking pot in the back? The vape juices are so far behind the counter you cannot possibly read what they are so it would be nice if the person working actually had the ability and desire to help the paying customer with their decision. I only took one star off because at least this place didnt abruptly end its rewards program like Vapor World did.UPDATE- They seem to get new flavors more than the other guys. Last few times I been in there they have had several they didnt have before. Awesome because I like trying something new every time!Decent selection. Nice people. And they have a lot of really cool stuff the other places do not.If I had to ask for something though-How about a list of flavors with descriptions?I notice a lot of the brands they carry just have names that tell you nothing about the flavor. Which means you gotta pull out your phone and look up each one. And even the ones with a description on the box are a pain because you have to ask to see each one.

Im not from Branson but I was just passing through, the store has a huge selection of tobacco and other vape and smoking accessories. The staff was very friendly and they have. Highly recommended.

Great place to shop for vape products, kratom, glass, legal THC..etc. The owners/staff are always super friendly and helpful. I shop here all the time and have had nothing but good experiences. Would recommend

Went in tonight at 8 min til 11 and was turned away by counter gal, said will you come back 2mrrw my ride is here and ive already started counting down drawer so i left good thing there are other vape shops in town cause i wont be back here again. Whats the point of staying open til 11 if ya close 10 to 5 min til 11 good business procedures .

See, this is my first time coming here, he has great prices, I bought a geek vape, and 2 salt nic juices. And where I’m from it’s pretty expensive. And there’s a whole lot of stuff to choose from besides mods. But yea this place could use a lot of customers to get better stuff.

Got there at 1030 and the shop was closed. Gates were pulled and there was a cop parked out front, lights off engine running. There seems to be a problem with this store staying open to the hours posted.

We are stopped in to get some more vapes while visiting from out of state and had an amazing experience. Customer service and prices were both great.

I stopped by there twice this week the sign says 9am for opening on their door and the last 2 times i was there the employees were late today I stopped to get a vape and they showed up 8 minutes late if 9am is not what time yall open please update info please that way time is not wasted
