This is my new place for self care period!!! I first came here last month and LOVED my facial. I was even recommended some amazing new products from their shop that works wonders on my skin. Then I brought my niece here today for her first major nail experience and she thought it was the best experience ever. Cant wait to come back!!!

I love love love going to the Hue solution. I have been going to Nicole (the owner) for a few years now for my Brazilian and underarm waxing and she is a beast at what she does. She has brung my skin a long way. When I have a concern about something that may happen with my skin with life changes she’s always there with a solution and reassurance that I’m good. Thank you Nicole for all you do ❤️

I was looking to try out a new spa in the area and decided to give The Hue Solution a try based on reviews and the services provided. Nicole (the owner) was kind and very knowledgeable about skin care. I chose the spa facial and the lemon drop body scrub treatment which smelled incredible and was very relaxing. Nicole made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and explained each product she was using. She even makes her own! I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and will definitely be going back. Now book your appointment and treat yourself!

I had my first ever back facial with Keyonna and it was very relaxing, refreshing and exhilarating. My back felt so cool and refreshed after the facial and I was very appreciative of the time and attention she took. I will definitely return for other services with Keyonna!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Hue Solution due to the owners behavior. I tried to use my recently expired Groupon voucher, which should have been accepted for its purchase value towards another service, as per Groupons policy. However, the owner rudely refused to honor the voucher or provide any alternative service, stating she didnt care about Groupons policies. Despite my politeness, she was dismissive and spoke to me in an extremely rude manner. This incident reflects poorly on the spas customer service and respect for customers. I advise looking for a spa that values and respects its clientele.

Amazing service and professionalism...i loved my massage and plan to go back every month to get another one..and their products are great as well..I was able to try samples and then purchased them because I loved them so much!!!

I went to Krystal for an acrylic fill-in with ombré polish. She did a great job and I will be returning!

I am very pleased with the services offered by The Hue Solution. Nicole is very knowledgeable and patient. She listens and makes recommendations based on your concerns with your skin. The Hue Solution also has their own line of skincare products which I have found to be very gentle and effective. If there are products from the line you would like to try, Nicole is very generous with sharing the skincare samples. She has not steered me wrong and I always look forward to my facial appointments.

I love the Hue Solution! I have been going there for the past three years and Nicole has completely transformed my skin! Shes super friendly and welcoming and creates a warm and relaxing environment. I highly recommend. She is an experienced esthetician and knows how to work with different skin types, particularly people of color.

I met with Nicole for a Scalp Detox. I really enjoyed my experience. Nicole is an empathetic professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. I have had just one detox so far but I could feel the treatment’s effectiveness almost immediately. My scalp felt cleaner and more balanced. I think it should be a must for everyone, health condition or not. It’s like face toner for your skin but on your head instead.The process to book the appointment itself was very smooth and professional. There is a form to fill out before booking and you get text and email alerts.The form has a technical issue where it won’t let you leave a field unselected and there is no ‘none’ option, but you talk it over with them anyways so it’s fine.Google Maps also hasn’t updated the address, so the spa is actually two buildings down from the listed one.

Ive received many Brazilians, leg waxes, and Vajacials with Nicole and have gotten significant improvements in the way my skin looks. Nicole is clearly passionate about skincare and beauty. I highly recommend supporting this black-owned business!

Where to begin! Off the bat, Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. She gives off a very warm and nurturing energy that made me very comfortable during my waxing appointment! Waxing is not the most pleasant and painless experience but Nicole was thorough and quick. I will be recommending Nicole for all waxing needs and I look forward to my first facial with her! I highly recommend Nicole for all your waxing needs! She will take great care of you!

Nice day spa with fair services for the price. I got a facial and my partner got a massage.My facial was nice and relaxing, the esthetician was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.The massage description said it would come with a consultation first and then deep tissue/problem area targeting as needed. He felt as though it was just a normal massage, and even though he did go over his injuries and what areas he wanted more attention on, there was no special effort to treat or work on those areas. In general it was a relaxing massage.

It has been a week since my acne facial with Bri and I have to say that I’m very pleased with my service. First of all, she was very thorough with her extractions and sharing information. My skin texture is a lot smoother and I really look forward to booking another appointment. If you have any type of acne, please visit them, they will take care of you! :)

Nicole was AMAZING! I went in for my first ever Brazilian and was a little nervous but she put all of that to rest and went above and beyond! She was very quick but extremely efficient! Nicole was AhhhgMazing!! You will certainly love her and the magnificent care she provides for your skin. I have acne marks and rough texture at times. I got the fruit peel and my face was transformed the in 48 hours. My bumpy texture is now gone. My face is smooth and the spots are only gonna get lighter and more even in tone.This is because I signed up to become a monthly member. This is very affordable too. Nicole is very knowledgeable and professional. She is patient and friendly too. I cant wait to see her again!!

I first found out about The Hue Solution through Groupon almost 3-4 years ago for waxing services. Im so glad I did! Nicole is great and pays attention to detail every time. She is professional and provides great conversation, and even greater customer service. I have had facials and waxing done, and have not been anywhere else for these services since finding Nicole. Pricing is beyond reasonable, and she has packages available + specials from time to time. Highly recommend!

This was the best massage I have ever gotten. It was clear that Andrew was very knowledgable and respectful of bodies. I liked that he had a firm, but relaxing touch and involved some stretching as he massaged. He was very professional and it was very relaxing and easy to book. Will definitely be back!

My Supreme massage with Andrew is something I think everyone should try at least once in their lifetimes (if not more). He knows exactly where and how to relieve tension in your muscles and is very knowledgeable about anatomy! I am a happy customer who would 100% recommend him!

Ok this review is months (years?) overdue, but if you have skin and you care about it, make an appointment!! All of the women here are incredible at what they do, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and Nicole’s skincare line has also been a game changer for me (the face scrub, the serum, the moisturizer - all of it). I’d tried everything to help my dry and acne prone skin (so much wasted $$) and the ingredients that Nicole uses work for a reason! Ive been having trouble with hair loss. Im from out of state and googled a place where they offer scalp treatments loved the experience. The place is clean and gives you a relaxing vibe. Nicole is really nice. She explained the whole process. What she was doing and how it helps. I am new to the area and was looking for a spa day for myself. I love that this company is black-owned! I came and the lady that worked with me, Brianna, was very nice. I came in for a massage and facial. It was very relaxing and during my facial she explained to me what may be causing my breakouts and tips to help. She also gave me a sample of their vitamin c serum. They make all their products in-house! I would go back again.

DaShell was fantastic she installed my classic lashes while educating me on skin care. She was very pleasant and she made sure that my lashes looked great before I left. If you want great lashes I highly recommend her.

I found this on Groupon and usually just go to the next similar Groupon deal. However, this is the first time I decided I had to stay with the particular company. She is so knowledgeable and I trust her completely. My skin can absolutely tell when I don’t go to my appointments on schedule. I will for sure be back.Edit: unfortunately Nicole has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to work with me given the events of the pandemic and an apparent expiration date on my package I purchased just prior to everything shutting down (I was never informed of any expiration date previously). Getting a facial was not a priority for me with other events going on I had to take care of during the pandemic and it is extremely disappointing that she would rather just take my money than try to work with me and keep me as a client moving forward.

I originally found Nicole via groupon - bought a 3 pack of microdermabrasion. I had never seen a professional esthetician and didnt know what to expect. Nicole was so knowledgable and provided me with a ton of great information about my skin that I had no clue about. The experience was so wonderful and Ive been seeing Nicole every 6 weeks for the past 2.5 years. We alternate between acne facials (I have oily skin) and microdermabrasion. My skin has changed so much, and whats even better - Ive learned so much about products and ingredients. Nicole truly is an expert in her field and is such a great resource to have!

Very pleased with my service. My appointment was for 2 wax services with Dashell. Her area was clean, she was quick and she made me feel comfortable during my waxes. I get waxed regularly elsewhere but this was my first time with Dashell. Areas that were usually sensitive with other waxers were painless with Dashell. I’m not sure what magic she worked but I will be returning!

My 13 year old daughter has sever acne and wanted to get a chemical peel. We tried one of Nicoles fit for a Queen microderm facials. Nicole is very knowledgeable and gave my daughter some really good advice about the perfect skin regimen for her as well as some take home samples. She offers a monthly subscription at a reduced rate that can be used by any family member. Give Nicole a try you wont regret it.

I decided to book my Self Care Sunday appointment here before the new year after researching African American estheticians on Yelp. This year I vowed to do things differently and commit myself to taking better full care of myself. Nicole came highly rated with reviews highlighting her 20 years in the skin care game.She started off with an assessment using steam and a hot towel. She discussed my skin type, pores and presence of acne. While wearing a mask daily during the pandemic my skin has been craving TLC I have not been able to do on my own. I had the acne facial. She used high frequency, extractions, a sonic scrubber and a machine that zaps away imperfections. I love that she uses Q-Tips for extractions. This is far less painful than the metal tools some estheticians use. She really helped with clearing the black heads I had been walking around with forever. While she applied a green tea mask, I received a relaxing shoulder/ neck massage with perfect pressure. All of her products smelled delicious. I learned that Vitamin C , oxygen and proper toner and sunscreen are key to a healthier skincare journey. I cant wait to return for a microdermabrasion facial. When I got up from the spa bed I felt my skin exhale from the months of congestion its suffered. Nicole gave realistic tips on daily skin care routine. She did not try to up sell me at all.I purchased the exfoliating cleanser & lotion products from her to give my skincare routine a makeover. I Love that the ingredients are organic/ vegan. Why should I spend tons on products in cosmetic stores/ sites that are ineffective and take up shelf space at home ? Nicole was professional, punctual and I felt the experience was truly relaxing. From the essential oils to the calming music. Make this your self care Sunday destination. She also offers a plethora of other spa services.

I first went to see Nicole at the Hue Solution with a Groupon over a year ago. Nicole is professional, she explains everything she has in mind for your skin type, even if you have had facials before. She’s gentle but EFFECTIVE. When I first moved to NC from FL I went to a few estheticians, none had cleared up the stress acne on my chin like Nicole did!Disclosure: I did dedicate myself to her every other week to clear up what I had, it was all gone in about 8 weeks. Everyone is different, so keep that in mind too, but as with most things, consistency is key!Now a year later, she has made my skin GLOW with the acne facials and microdermabrasion being done every other month. I have also trusted her with my eyebrows, and I don’t trust ANYONE near my brows, she shapes them perfectly.

I can not say enough great things about The Hue Solution. I recently had a Microdermabrasion treatment to try and assist with my dark spots due to acne in my teen years. I was nervous at first because I was not sure what to expect going into it since I never had a facial before let alone a Microdermabrasion treatment. Nicole was nothing but calming and soothing. After my facial I purchased her cleanser, moisturizer and SPF. I have been using it for the last week and honestly my skin has never looked and felt so healthy in such a short amount of time. I also booked her to do my daughters facial for her 9th birthday and she was so sweet and gentle with my daughter while explaining to her how to take care of her skin. She definitely mad my daughters day. I highly recommend The Hue Solution to anyone who is looking for a one on one cozy facial experience.

I had a wax appointment with Nicole. She was very welcoming and accommodating. The wax was very thorough, we talked about zodiac signs the entire time which wasnt long because she was so quick. She kept mentioning that she used coconut oil, which didnt mean much to me until after the fact when I realized what she meant was that she used MAGIC lol. I swear this was the best wax ever. The after results left me very smooth and I SWEAR she changed the hair texture to grow silky. I aint lyin lol. To say the least next appointment is already booked.

I would give this place 0 stars! I purchased a 3 count microdermabrasion from Groupon. You are required to pay a $25 deposit while making your appointment then after your service they want you to leave the $25 as a tip. I felt very guilted in to leaving a tip when my service was subpar. I was only able to complete one treatment before the pandemic hit. Once this place opened back up I was HOUNDED by emails to pay $25 for an appointment. Their website states that they respond to emails within 48hrs. I wrote several emails over several months and never heard back. I wasted my money and you will too. Plus the location is in a sketchy area. I did not feel safe getting out of my car or walking back to it in the dark. This place also has very weird and few hours. Dont buy the Groupon and stay away from this place.

The Hue Solution was better than I imagined. Private, professional upscale ambiance and I loved it. Affordable and Im recommending my family and friends to share this experience. This was exactly what my hyperpigmented scars needed
