On Wednesday, May 22nd at noontime I went to this location during my lunch break for a bottle of salt. The store clerk, after talking to his buddy for 10 minutes about video games, finally took the time to address me. He wanted to tell me my time was less valuable than the person who had walked in after the aforementioned conversation and proceeded to help him instead. I was offended to be treated in such a manner and hope this isn’t a common practice.

Great shop with amazing Selections and quality products. The prices are right where you expect them and the service is great. Will come again.

Ive visited this shop a few times because its local and convenient, very standard interactions I would say. However today ~1pm I needed coils... the guy behind the counter who is almost always watching something on his cell phone when I walk in asks me how he can help me. I said I need coils for a CaliBurn, but I cant recall if I have a G or a G2.. He then asks me if I can remember the type of car I drive.. he didnt ask in a funny, or playful way, but in a rude / sarcastic / arrogant way. He could tell I wasnt amused by his attitude and then proceeds to offer unsolicited advice like I should retain the box so I can remember the type of vape I have... I didnt have much to say after this.I get it, youre allowed to have a bad day.. But youre crossing a line when you treat a customer like they are an inconvenience to you / insult their intelligence by trying to speak down to them.Management: this person is 100% not the right fit for your business.. find someone who actually cares about having a job and is willing to put forth effort to help your business grow (win/win, right)?Employee: be careful who you speak with in the same manner you spoke to me. You matter, but the second you start disrespecting customers youre only showing how youre unqualified for the most basic responsibilities in life.

I recently purchased voopoo drag first time, it was broken with just one week after purchased about last month, manager was more happy to replaced it without an issue. It is still good so far. Thank you! :)

I just had my last visit to this store today. LU (who I am not even sure if its his real name), refused to exchange a faulty vape pen. He continued to site store policy that they dont do refunds or exchanges and told me to just buy another pen. My husband and I have spent $100s of dollars here. To be treated the way I was is completely disheartening as I previously had good experiences shopping there when Mike was in the store.

This is no logger a modders place. I used to go here for a spare mod body or RDA parts. New owners - new direction. The selection of one-use trinkets is great. I guess they stock what sells. Prices are fair. Hackers go for your mods elsewhere. Shopkeeper didnt know what a 21700 battery is and had no mods for it. They have 18650s from a secondary brand with good packaging.

I discovered this place about 2 months ago. A coworker of mine let me try a flavor, I liked it, he told me where it was.The customer service I get from this place is just flat out awesome. I usually interact with John when I go in there after work to pick some stuff up. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant to work with. I find myself actually spending more time than I intended in there just chatting, asking questions, and checking out the huge selection of flavors they have. My current choice has actually gone through a branding change and cleared out. He spent as much time as he needed guiding me through a ton of different choices until I could find the one that would satisfy me until the new version of my favorite arrives.A week ago, I had an issue of the store opening late. Its a bit of a drive for me to go there on my day off so I was a bit frustrated. I messaged the owner who runs the Facebook page and that was when I knew I was going to remain a customer permanently. Mistakes happen, I understand this. What is important to me is how they are handled and its clear thats important to this business as well. He even got a bottle of the new version of my favorite on the way to hold me over until the main restocking shipment comes in.They keep 0MG versions of every flavor open so you can smell them and if needed drip onto your own coil to try. Dont try to fill your tank any with it as that wont give you an accurate representation of the flavor. Drip directly onto the coil and saturate it a bit, that will allow what you are trying to completely dominate whatever flavor you have in your tank at that moment.

I visited this shop for the first time. I have to say they’re juice selection is huge! I was greated as soon as I walked in the door. The guy working is knowledgeable about his stuff and very patient. What makes this shop go beyond for me is that they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need unlike other shops I’ve been to. They are very honest and juice prices are great! I will definitely recommend to anyone

Very happy with my experience shopping here. I walked in with no knowledge other than I wanted to stop smoking cigarettes because of the smell (I still wanted my nicotine). From the second I walked in I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable people. I mention people because even the other customers there really were friendly and passionate about this place. The person that helped me was really understanding, supportive and super patient with all my questions. I did NOT ever feel pressured to buy anything, and even at every point being told upfront what I was buying. Even future purchases that I would need.Because of that I walked out of there happy, satisfied, and comfortable with my starter kit. I have not bought a pack or smoked a cig since. Great Shop!!! Pricing is nearly as cheap as buying wholesale. Most stores rip you off on the juices and this is the first store Ive found with all of the best juice lines, in stock, and reasonable pricing. I am very picky with who I buy juices and hardware from. A lot stores price gouge because people are new to vaping and unaware, this store most certainly DOES NOT do that. Finally, the owner was very nice and helpful. Unlike vapor girl where they are rude and way over priced. They have a store in Chapel Hill and Durham. Check them out!!!

Purchased a vape, I thought I was doing something wrong but it simply didnt work. They didnt want to change it as they told me I didnt come soon enough 3 days. Yesterday was a holiday and before that Valentines so I couldnt stop by. They didnt care. I was going to purchase more stuff as I want to support local shops but I guess not anymore, I will buy online. The lady in the store was polite but it didnt help with my problem.

This Vape Shop consistently has pods, units, and flavors. Helpful staff, good variety of flavor and nicotine strengths. They also have all the stuff for doing your own mods if thats what youre into.

Great shop with some great prices and amazing juices/devices to choose from. Many devices are some of the latest or things that I have only seen available online. The staff is always super chill, down to earth and very patient.

BEST VAPE SHOP IN THE TRIANGLE! I have been vaping for a few years now, and have been to almost every shop in the Triangle (some good, some bad). This shop is BY FAR the Best. Everything about it, the customer service is impeccable, the staff is very helpful, and they always go above and beyond to exceed my expectations, especially the owner. They have a great selection of high end juice, mods, tanks, etc. Etc. If they dont have what youre looking for, they will order it for you. I bought an Rta, and was just telling the owner about my experience, and how I wasnt pleased with it, I wasnt even trying to get it replaced, because I had purchased it a while ago, and didnt have it with me, or a receipt. The owner didnt hesitate to tell me to replace it with something else, just because of my loyalty to the shop. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend anyone from an experienced vapor, to a beginner to check out this shop. I will continue to shop here, and tell everyone I know about the great experience that it has to offer. These guys have outstanding service! I bought a Wismec Sinuous here, and it broke in less than 2 months. Wismec didn’t honor the warranty (don’t buy anything from Wismec!). These guys tried to help me out by contacting Wismec, to no avail. However, they completely worked it out with me and came up with a mutually agreeable solution. I’m a total happy camper! Also, the selection of juice is really good! There are a couple of places closer to my house, but I definitely will continue coming here. The staff is knowledgeable and they take good care of their customers. Please check them out and give them your business! You won’t be sorry!

Very overpriced. Ive found that vape shops always have lower prices than gas stations. This is the one exception, with prices 10-20% higher than gas stations. Ripoff!

Love this shop! Always make sure to stop by when Im in the area, Ive been to other shops in the area and Cloud Vape is by far the best Ive been to in the Durham area. They have a huge selection of juice! Also very chill and friendly environment

Best vape shop ever. Super helpful and friendly...I felt most comfortable there and I get rewards points every time I go and get to save money...they helped me out when my vape was broken and seemed happy to help. The owner, Moe is awesome and a really good dude so it makes me happy to contribute to his business. My husband and I will not go anywhere else as long as we live in the area...we are dedicated customers...I dont want my money going to any other shops...I know personally the owner worked from the bottom up to get his two shops in the area and he takes great pride in his shops and spends alot of his time there. His other employees are most helpful and cool as can be. Its like a little family there..like I said I wouldnt shop anywhere else after all they have done to help me learn about vaping (when i quit cigs), they help me get the best deals, find my favorite flavors of juices no matter how long I take trying all the flavors , helped me get a new mod when my first one stopped working...they first tried everything to fix it and when they couldnt they made sure to walk me through the warranty process to get a replacement for free, they have a cool chill out space with cool people always around and the list goes on...they are local..not a chain...and based on all good vibes...

I walked into this place to impulse buy a vape. John greeted me immediately upon my entrance into the place and I told him that I had no idea about anything other than the fact that I needed nicotine. He couldve used my absolute lack of knowledge to take advantage, but he did no such thing. He asked what I wanted and made suggestions without making me feel stupid. I left with a beautiful mermaid vape, peach juice and the intent to give the establishment the majority if not all of my vape related money.

I always make a point to visit when Im in the area. Their juice selection is pretty unique and very good, compared to other shops Ive visited around the country. They have really good website too.
