I have been using this store for approximately a year due to it being very close to my house but over that year every time I find a vape juice I like after I buy all of them they never restock. I overlooked this inadequate business practice due to how convenient it was for me to go here. However, this past week I needed a new vape and went there and paid $50 for a Geekvape N30, less than a week later when I needed new pods/coils was told they do not have any. That would have been a nice piece of information to have upon purchase. So then instead of being offered solutions I had to ask where I should get them and the guy said online or another store. So now Im given a chore in order to use a product I purchased in you store less than a week ago. Well ill check online and another store and take all my business there from now on, and highly suggest others do as well.

Such a nice shop with a great selection! Their glass is also very reasonably priced. Sam was so patient and helpful with me- he showed me lots of different options and was super kind. Definitely my new go-to shop.

The owner or manager sold me a glass piece that he knew wouldn’t work with the other piece i was buying and wrapped it up in bubble wrap before I really looked at it that well and i brought it right back (30 min later) when i opened it and saw he gave me the wrong piece and he refused to let me trade it (unused ) i bought like $200 bucks worth of stuff and come here all the time . Disappointing , will have to find a new vape shop now

Customer service is very polite but dont know too much bout the vaping as a whole.. Couldnt find the coils my vape needed and you cant open the pack without buying it. But finally found and all is well 😁
