Haven Smoke & Vape

I bought a torch for over 20 bucks yesterday from this place. Stop working the next day. I brought it back in, not even a day later. They told me they would not refund my money or exchange my torch. Told me they would give me 15% off another one. The stores a rip off very bad customer service. Stay away from the store. Plenty more smoke shops out there, not to have to deal with this one and their BS.

The best smoke shop I have ever been to. Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very fair. Highly recommend this place.

This shop is the best in Durham. Its clean, stocked and has great aesthetic. They have a great selection and a knowledgeable staff. Dom is the dude! He knew exactly what juice to recommend based on my preferences. 10/10 recommend

I’ve been coming here loyally for years but recently the service and selection has seemed to go downhill. It is tough to find someone on staff who is knowledgeable about the products. I was also looking for a mint flavored juice and they acted like I asked for something really unreasonable that they’d never sell (even though I’d bought that flavor there before). I asked several times if they could restock it but it’s been several weeks so I finally went elsewhere and had no trouble finding many options. The staff is generally friendly and I’d love a reason to keep shopping there but there are now too many places with better prices, more products, and more helpful staff to justify it.

Excellent customer service. I had trouble with a recently purchased vape product that overheated. The store called the manufacturer and secured a replacement for me within minutes. Thanks for going above and beyond to resolve the issue.

They sold me vape pen that needs special plug in cord.i keep calling no one ever answers.i have broken arm trying to get some relief. I cant even use pen. All the others are a standard size . No heads up on needing special plug in . If I could give no stars I would.its hard to drive with .y arm and I have to shift. Its very painful. Also Im 67 on a very limited budget. How common this store is . Also had ppancreatic

This place is a cute little gem!!!! The guy working was very helpful and VERY VERY patient when helping my brother.... I got a few things from here that day but my absolute favorite thing I got was the 2 Zippo lighters... Not expensive at all!!! But what made this store so welcoming and just an all around ease was the employee... He was so nice and so just chill and kind... I will definitely be making this place my go to shop ..

Haven Smoke & Vape is hands-down the best vape shop around. I live in Raleigh, but I drive out to Durham for Haven. The employees are super nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The guy with long hair is so nice. He helped me find the perfect piece for my collection. 10/10 would recommend that anyone who is looking for a go-to vape shop go to Haven!

I love this store, I visit the store twice a month and the staff is always so kind and knowledgeable about all the products, and they always seem so happy to see you. Ive taken several coworkers to the store and it seem to be their Go To store as well. So if your looking for the best Vape Shop, take a little time out of your busy schedule and stop by Haven Smoke & Vape.

Super nice and knowledgeable staff always make it a good experience. Stopped here one day because I forgot to go by my normal shop on the way home - glad I did! I’m a regular now. Good selection and clean, organized shop. Keep an ear out for the playlists, you can always tell who’s working by the tunes!

I hate to leave this review because the products are good and there is an excellent variety. I have visited this location about 4 times within the past 2-3 months my most recent visit was December 27th & 28th. I am a young black woman and each visit I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked into the store. It didn’t bother me the first 2 times but on the 28th which was my last visit I was not greeted nor acknowledged when I walked into the store. As I was being checked out a Caucasian woman walked in and the guy that was working that day happily greeted her, like his whole mood changed when she walked in. You would have thought she was Queen Elizabeth. I was completely blown away because i was not greeted that way or even asked if I needed help every time I visited. I have seen this pattern a lot in Durham with poor customer service towards black women, it’s actually quite discouraging to even shop in certain places if you are not greeted or acknowledged when you are shopping.

Great customer service each time, good selections and willing to listen to your needs, show you, and not feel like you’re selling them anything . 10/10 recommend best tobacco/smoke shop in Durham that I’ve been too and I’ve been to a lot!

This place has just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism, which is not easy to do considering the kind of merchandise on hand. Honestly, pretty much every person who walks in the door is an addict. We know it. We all know that weve come to purchase poison. So, nah, nobody should be happy to see you walking into a suicide machine, but if you are going to do it anyway, its nice that theyve learned your weapon of choice.

Mostly great employees there. Sunday my purchase never got the rewards points added. My rewards points have been added. I will be returning to this store. Thank you Haven! Good customer service keeps customers.

They have a good selection of juices and devices, but over the past few months their service has gone downhill. They give me the wrong items for my vape every time I go, they don’t know what coils or pods go to which devices. It’s a hassle more than anything. The employees don’t know very much about their job, at least the ones I’ve dealt with.

This store is really Bad... Bought my vape from them today, and the vape didnt work at all. I went back to ask them for a replacement. They said that they are not responsible. Such a shame,Ive been shopping there for over a year and that is it.They are Fraudsters. Really bad experience today. I recommend you guys not to stop by there and to buy from another shop.

I come here with my boyfriend almost every week I absolutely love their products and the staff. Everyone is always so polite and knowledgeable when it comes to asking about a product!

Horrible customer service 4/9/2019 10:52 amIt was relayed to me that if the CBD oil that I purchased on 04/05/2019 didnt give me a relaxing sensation as promise, that I would be able to swap out the original purchase with a new purchase. However, after speaking with Mr. Shane who indicated that he spoke with his boss verifying that its nothing they can do to resolve this matter leaving me with a non-promising product. I would think twice before coming to the store when considering purchasing CBD oil or any other products. After today I would never step foot in this facility ever again.- Chris

I bought several devices from this store. None of which worked. I returned to the store to exchange defective item and was denied. Store encouraged me to buy a more expensive item. I called to speak to the Manager and was told they were not available. I asked them to relay my message and have Manager return my call. They refused.I do not reccomend this store.

I have been here multiple times sense they have opened this location and I can say that every time I come in they are happy to see me as a customer and a friend. They have the cheapest prices for E juice in the Raleigh Durham area and have a wide selection of ejuice and their hardware is coming in daily and have great prices I would highly recommend coming here for your vape needs.

Nice and clean. Wide selection. Unfortunately, prices seem to be 20-40% above the manufacturer’s suggested retail price on many products—and they won’t budge. Be careful!

Best shop for any tobacco and vape needs in the Raleigh/Durham area. The prices are cheaper than any other shop no question about it and their products are superior in every way to any other shop because they actually order quality products and the most up to date products and liquids that can be found on the market...oh and did I mention the glass section that is damn close to the size of most other vape shops in the surrounding areas!

Best smoke shop in the area, dont go to avail smoke its super corporate and the people are weird . Haven smoke has everything you need and more. There glass slection is top shelf, the vape selection is top shelf they have drinks, smokes, kratom, papers, cigars, etc.. and the staff is extremely friendly. Deffinitly recommend this shop
