Love this shop and really like the hard working people that works there Arron Kyle Sarah Erica and the young ladies that work in the morning, But there is an employee JOSH that is highly passive aggressive I guess the guy thinks he’s sarcastically funny when he is not sitting down vaping and asking me and other customers unnecessary questions that have nothing to do with why we were in the store as well he was trying to antagonize a customer if the guy has not ever had any type of dealing with me nor has he ever ring me up why would you asks me anything or try to joke around ? Respectfully the guys attitude SUCKS and this smoke shop does NOT need people like him won’t be in there when he’s there and if so I will not conduct business with him. Highly disappointed.

Stopped at Haven Smokes and cigs today and asked for Newport shorts in the soft pack; the store representative (Kyle) did not inform me that the Newport shorts were out of stock and rang me up for Newport 100s, without informing me. That is why he tried to place them in a bag, I never take a bag and asked him to place the items on the counter, ah Im is when I notices the items were incorrect. Before leaving the counter I informed the store representative (Kyle) that he had given me the wrong items, to which he replies there is a no return policy, however, the error was his , and I had not departed from the store and I was still at the counter. He was rude as heck. I wont go back there and will tell my friends not to patronize this establishment. Wish that I could give them a zero. I would not be upset had the error been mine, but the error was his and he should have owned up to it. Kyle provided me with no other cigarette options and just rang me out. I feel as though he stole from me because I have items that I cannot utilize in any way and he refused to correct his mistake. He is a poor representative for this company. Sarah and the rest of the team are awesome, but I wont patronize them because of Kyle. Kyle should be a prison guard, not someone working with the general public. He never smiles and does not have a friendly demeanor at all.😡😡

Workers were standing looking exhausted if there not allowed to sit down they should be relaxed in a smoke shop give them chairs

The only vape store I go to in Durham. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I’ve been going there for years to get cigs and vape supplies. However, I recently bought yet a new vape and needed a new coil. I’ve been asking there for four weeks, and they have said that the ordered them but none have arrived.They have mentioned to go to their Northpoint store, which is in a terrible location, and I know that the employees regularly work at either of their locations. I’ve been told several times that the coils would be sent to the Durham store either from their order or the other store, and delivered to the Durham store, but they have never been delivered to the Durham store. I was most recently told to go to the other (Northpoint) location because they had loads of them. However, I don’t trust that at all, as I had previously called both locations confirming they had the coils, but neither did upon arrival.Brought the full vape device in every time to confirm fitment and what they had was never the right size. Unknowledgeable staff and/or unwilling to actually help

This shop doesnt even deserve the one star. The only good employee at the store is Chris. The manager Brandon is a complete waste. Hes extremely rude. Ive been in the store on multiple occasions and have seen him be rude to customers faces and even one time he talked about a lady once she walked out the door to another employee. Hes a nasty rude little man. If you need any vape shop items id go to the one up the street by dominos and stop giving this place your money.

The staff of this establishment are always there to help you and inform you on any questions you may have. It’s incredibly refreshing given the mass of options the stores provides. The manger(Brandon) always provides the best costumer service and does his best to accommodate any needs that may arise

The customer service is great most of the time. It’s one guy (can’t think of his name) who appears not to be happy or friendly whenever he works. I just get in and out as quickly as possible. Some people are just not cut for customer service. He is not rude but not very helpful. Seems a bit annoyed/agitated when asked general questions about products.

Ive been going to this store for over two years now, and Ive never had a problem. I bought a Cali Plus today and took one hit in the store. I thought it was fine so I left. Got it home and it started to overheat and tasted burnt so I return to the store, same day, to exchange it for a new one. The same exact thing happen to my sister and she was able to exchange it, so I didnt think much about it.However, when I returned and explained the issue I was told their policy is no returns OR EXCHANGES. First, a yt girl with glasses mumbled to her manager that another man came in with the same issue with the same vape. I then asked why an exchange wasnt possible if they knew that, but they said it was policy. They then tried to act like I didnt buy it same day, but I had my receipt and they had my number written down.I asked for at least a discount since I did buy it today and it was faulty. They told me 20% was the best they could do. I felt like 50% would have at least been fair seeing as the vape cost $20 bucks. The yt girl w/ glasses responded, and I quote, We work here and even we dont get good discounts. What that has to do with me and purchasing a faulty product, I dont know.A store making money off products they know dont work is shameful. I wont be returning and highly recommend not shopping here unless youre prepared to waste your money.

Brooks and Sarah were awesome and helped us get everything set up and ready to go when we are conpletw beginners. Great store.

Very good service. The associates were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions about the product I was buying and I will make this my go place for all my vaping needs.

Naomi was the best help I have had in the many years I have been going to this store. She troubleshooted my coil issue and resolved, finally, after several weeks of failed suggestions. Highly recommend Naomi for your vape needs!

Excellent service from the workers out at Haven. I came in looking for a vaporizer not knowing which device would be the best fit for me, and I found one without going over my budget. Cant beat the friendly service as well, they know what theyre talking about. Additionally, its a well organized and clean shop. I look forward to checking in the new items when its time for an upgrade.

Best Smoke shop in Durham. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about every product. They give the best suggestions, and have never steered me wrong. I trust their opinions. They become family. Not to forget the abundance of merchandise. If you have not visited, you should!

I initially did 100% of my vape business at Haven, had a great experience. They have knowledgeable employees that were super helpful to a veteran noob vapor like myself.I had an unfortunate accident at work that resulted in a broken glass bulb on my tank... broke my heart... I stupidly bought a new tank from the one place that was open at 8am(not haven), and got (I’m pretty sure) a used coil installed in the the tank. I call Haven because I’m a confused boomer vapor, and get solid advise.They were willing to help me even though I had made a purchase from the competition. Even offered to let me come in with all the random parts I had from different shops and help me figure out what to do. I give 5,000,000,000 ✨ and I ended figuring out my tank problem thanks to Haven. Would recommend to everyone!

Came into the store today and was schooled on dry vape accessories. The service was unreal. Ended up with an awesome product, even during this COVID mess. Would highly recommend. They were CDC adherent and were incredibly knowledgeable with excellent service. Way to go guys.

I have had two sperate experiences here and both have been wonderful. The employees are the shining star here, so kind and helpful. They helped me decide on a product without any pressure to buy it and answered any and all questions I had. Their selection is also amazing and would recommend this place to anyone in need of a well informed smoke/vape shop.

Came in during a little bit of a rush and the gentleman who helped me still took his time to make sure everything was right. Even mentioned the raffle and got me enrolled in their rewards program. Great experience

This place is great. Very welcoming environment and employees who are quick to help and tell you about anything in the store. Incredible selection of blown glass and any other tobacco item you would ever need. I’ve been going here for the last 5 months and won’t go anywhere else in Durham.

I started coming to this shop about a year and a half ago when I wanted to switch from smoking to vaping. I had no clue what I wanted or what I needed but they walked me through literally everything. Answered all my questions and never seemed anything but helpful and knowledgeable. I’m still going to them, and their sister store, for all my vaping needs. Anytime I’m in a different city and have to go to another vape shop I never end either finding what I need or coming across another store I’d return to on a regular basis. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic place! First thing I noticed is how upright it is. Its clean, welcoming, and appears to be higher-end unlike other smoke shops. The prices are more than competitive and the personell are super cool, knowledgeable and helpful. They met my needs and then some! I will definitely be returning in the very near future. I highly recommend their business. Its a must visit!

Always friendly. Always knowledgeable. Always willing to help beginners or talk shop with pros. Great shop with great juice selection (dont go to vapor girl -- BLECH!). The owner/employees are always looking to make loyal customers (i.e. youll sometimes find yourself receiving unsolicited discounts for no reason other than theyre awesome).Oh, also, they have classy-ass cigar HUMIDOR, a reasonably well-stocked glass shop (and they are willing to negotiate on glass purchases which are reasonably priced unlike that BS store on 9th whose cheapest tiniest rig is like $140). and your regular old school tobaccy too (and a nice selection of it too).Great shop, great products, great people.

Very helpful people. They take the time to make sure you get the right product for you. A large selection of e-cig flavors to try out. And they also give a good deal to their customers. I oike the environment of the store as well. Only been there 2 times so far, but theyve made a great impression so far.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR DAVINCI VAPORIZERS!!!I didnt even get to try mine because it would over heat and kill the battery. Also the buttons do not work. Another customer overheard that I was trying to return this davinci product and they said they had bought one from this store and it wouldnt even turn on and he couldnt get any of his $300 back. Watch out for this place!THEY WILL NOT DO ANY REFUNDS/EXCHANGES DUE TO THEIR ALL SALES FINAL. So dont waste your money here.

Pretty poor customer service. First they double charged me for a large box of cigars (despite me pointing out the error at the time of sale). After coming back a different day, the owner admitted to the mistake but refused to return the money owed to my card or even provide a store credit. Instead he tried to force me to take the merchandise that I had originally been charged for but didnt want (not to mention that the price had gone up, so I would be getting fewer cigars!). There are plenty of other shops in the area.

Recently purchased a defective uni pro mod from N Pointe drive at the durham Location they turned off reviews but its clear why Owner doesnt actually respond and sends his worker /manager to impersonate him . Order stuff off the web atleast theyll replace your products

I had a bad coil situation and they were stocked and helpful. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. The employees treat you right and dont try to oversell you on something you dont need.

Great selection and friendly service. Out of stock on some popular items, though. North Pointe location referred me to Parkway Plaza location, who advised I could drive to the Raleigh store.

Quoted $129 for a Product and when I came back to buy it the price changed to $230. The response was “oh well.”Bought a vape pen and it would not work at all. Went back to the store, hoping for an exchange or something since I paid $50 bucks for it, and the response was once again “oh well.”These guys are CON MEN acting like store owners/employees. DON’T GO HERE. Go to literally any other store.$50 is a lot of money to a working man. These guys are out of touch!!

The guys at this store should call themselves vaporizer consultants! I bought the Pax 3 there and encountered an issue (no vapor production). Therefore, I asked for help and a solution was immediately offered. I was suggested to purchase a grinder that makes the herb fine and a Pax product extension. I am now soo happy with my vaporizer and I owe it all to Haven Smokes & Ecigs. I definitely would not have been able to figure it out on my own without their expertise! If you want quality service and products, check them out!

What an amazing shop! Came here for some ejuice and ended up with whole bunch more, the staff is so knowledgeable and freindly. If you need anything related to vape or smoke they have it all for relatively reasonable prices! I highly recommend this shop.

The prices here are ridiculous! Literally over twice the price of the vape shop I now go too. One of the girls who works there has a horrible attitude problem as well. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Place sucks!!! Got a butane torch from them which stopped working like a week later and when I went back to exchange it was told we dont do refunds when all I wanted was to exchange it for one that actually works. Wouldnt recommend them for even a bandaid.

Went in there to buy some cbd and the guy behind the counter, Pierce, screamed at us to leave and refused to sell to us and even check our IDs we are all over 18 and 21 and weren’t trying to buy tobacco, terrible service I don’t want to come back until he’s fired.
