Kure CBD & Vape

This is not a Kure store anymore. Google says it is and they havent bothered to update their name in search results. This is some little redneck, haji store, definitely not the store I was looking for. Thanks for sending me 20 minutes out of my way for nothing. You cant buy my juice at anywhere except a Kure/MadVapes. Update your dang listing.

Ashley was amazing. So was the guy working with her, but I didnt catch his name. I usually go to the one in northern Durham, but it all of a sudden closed with no warning. So went to this one and they were great! Also got a great deal since my main store closed. Got 50% off, so was happy. Highly recommend this place. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful!

Ashley gave us INCREDIBLY fabulous customer service! She made sure all our questions were answered. She listened well to our preferences and made excellent suggestions. Store manager, please give this wonderful young lady a huge raise. Shes worth it!!!

These guys are fantastic! After vaping for several years Ive gotten to know the kinds of people who work in the business and the gents at Avail Durham are top tier. Best customer service Ive ever seen and the prices are good as well. Would definitely recommend checking them out to see what they can do for you!

I must say I avoided this place for a while (had already found my vape shop so to speak and didnt need to continue browsing other options) after finding both some of my favorite salt liquid and some pods -- neither of which I could track down at any of several other places I tried, including my aforementioned go-to shop -- I must say I dont know why and surely regret not having stopped in sooner!As I mentioned Im a fairly new customer, but from what Ive seen so far their rewards program seems pretty solid as well!

An incredibly lovely experience I had here. Super great energy & all around just very positive— staff was very approachable with any questions/comments I had; Ellen especially— made me feel super welcomed & so very happy after leaving with my purchase, such a great energy to be around!! Definitely will be returning & referring people to this location!

Best Vape store in Durham hands down. I take all my friends here to quit smoking cigarettes and get them their first vapes! Service is awesome and their liquids are high quality. Large variety! Reasonable prices.

The lady who was working when I went in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my tank being wayyy too tight coming from the manufacturer and I didn’t realize until I got home. I called and she told me to come back in and she went above and beyond to fix the issue. She was very nice!

I always buy my equipment here, and I went in today to fix an issue. My atomizer had gotten stuck to the mod and I tried everything but couldnt get it off. The guy who was there, I wish I got his name, was very helpful. He replaced my tank and my mod because the two were permanently stuck. He got me an even better tank, helped me set it up, showed me how to fill it, replace the coil, etc. Ive been coming here for awhile and the customer service is always beyond excellent. The employees are really knowledgable and take the time to explain the different mods and tanks to you, which I found great because a lot of other vape shops sort of expect you to just know. I will definitely be going here for all future equipment needs.

I usually try to steer clear of corporations when shopping for my vaping needs, but this location is awesome. Everyone is super helpful and their prices are pretty good. I really enjoy shopping here and always feel welcomed and like I have their full attention when I walk in.

Love this vape shop! Ben and Jarod are great with customers. Always patient and more than helpful. Their juice is the best Ive found in 5 years of vaping. Their mods and kits are very competitively priced and their advice on products is honest and trustworthy. The shop is styled in such a cool way and their sampling setup is spot on. The main dude in here is awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect place to so for mods, tanks and RDAs. Plus its always immaculate inside! Can not say enough about how good this place is!

This place is the BOMB. The whole team there, CJ, Eric and Daniel are very knowledgeable! Came in trying to quit smoking and they hooked me up with a system that worked! 2 weeks NO CIGARETTES! Woo! Their juice is also made by them in a labratory. Thought that was awesome. 11/10 would recommend this place.

I had a Amazing experience at this location. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Susie was awesome and knew her job to the Tee. I will definitely recommend this location to any body looking to fulfill there vapor needs.

I love this place. They have great flavours. The staff are very helpful. Also if you sign up for there loyalty program you get great discounts and the occasional free bottle.

My guys Ben and Harley helped my Mother and I start off the holidays in a better mood. They helped me decide on a more sturdy AIO than the Pockex Aspire that I started with.(The pockex broke after a slight drop, loved it still as a starter kit for beginning vapers.) I love the Smok Priv One kit that they suggested and my mother and I are LOVING the Kraken and Relic that they suggested. Our time there was filled with laughs amd knowledge. I truly love both Avail stores in Durham. You all have hired some amazing people whom excels at Customer Service.

Lost my vape while traveling to N.C. called in to see if they had a replacement. They didnt have my nic salt vape I was used to. I went in anyways and holy heck do these guys know what they are doing. some vape shops are just there to sell stuff. they are there to inform and help guide you in your vaping journey. I got a way better vape for the same price and the recommended salt strength. Also along with them making sure it worked and was set up properly before leaving. They have another forever customer from me.

This place is awesome!! I went there a couple of days ago to get started on this vape thing I had so many questions and concerns but the lady that helped me handled everything like a pro Suzanne answered all of my questions and let me try all the flavors I wanted she was so cool I recommend this place to any and everyone who is into or trying to get into using a vape cigg!!

After becoming a regular here, my roommate and I spend a lot of money on Vape accessories.I lost my wallet and didnt have my ID. Suddenly it doesnt matter.Its not like I got younger since last time I came in. I have an account which I had to pay a dollar for anyways (what the actual heck)To get an account here you have to have your ID.....Over priced Juices. Oh well. Will take my business elsewhere.

Cleanest, most organized place for vape testing and purchases. This place has some awsome flavors. 1 dollar membership to taste all their products. Definitely coming back

I have been frequent I this fine establishment for over a year. I come here because I know that their product is clean and safer than most. The staff at this location is excellent and wonderful to chat with 🙇🏻‍♀️

Came here looking for replacement coils and juice. Daniel was exceptionally knowledgeable on all the juice flavors. A true salesman.

Great selection, and quality, but way over priced. They even charge ($1, but still bizarre) to sample. I found their ejuice prices to be about double other shops.

First time visiting this AVAIL and it was honestly one of the best experiences at a vape store I’ve had. Great advice and awesome flavors!

They didnt accept my foreign id, so I went back to the hotel to get my passport, then they asked my friends that were in the car to show their IDs as well. Were 35+. 5 mins later bought the juice from another store.

I do not vape i do not enjoy it but i do very much enjoy ellen and so i will be back to your store to purchase more random items so i can talk to ellen. my wife is so mad at me
