They just recently started scraping price tags off some of their products, and over charging. They were reluctant to refund, and said they only do exchanges. It took some persuasion, but they finally refunded my money. They seem to have high turnover rate on employees. Fast forward to March 25. Overcharging Face Tattoo Guy seems to be no longer there. Good riddance, and good service. Hustlers like Face Tattoo Guy all die broke. Trying to live the lyrics of awful rap music reaped no reward for Face Tattoo Hustler. He has hustled his way to the unemployment line.

YOUR EMPLOYEES TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME. Employee with face tattoo tried to overcharge me because I looked like a foreigner. Ive been shopping here for over 2 years and this is the first time ive met this employee. He was rude, condescending, and even tried to overcharge me for what I get every week. Pretty disappointed seeing this fall in service after being a loyal customer for years.

The manager M was so friendly! Absolutely a brilliant welcome, felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend. :) Lots of good sales to!

Second time visiting, and once again, excellent customer service and overall enjoyable experience. You wont find a better selection, and its hard to beat the price. This is the only place to shop in Durham for glass.

Lame - they check id every time so lame like figure it out - dude who works there face tattoos guy. Famous smoke shop way bet r they don’t even have wraps or any tobacco weak sauce son ! Lol

Julia was awesome! Having managed smoke shops before, I can be a little critical of the service I receive, but she provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back, and look forward to a long relationship with this great shop. Wide selection of everything you could want in a smoke shop. Highly recommended!

I went to the ER off the worst gummy experience of my life. We went in, told the dude we didn’t hardly ever use gummies or anything else, but we wanted something to help with sleep. He recommended some gummies and said confidently to take 2 and have a great night’s sleep. The total opposite happened. I ended up in the hospital and my boyfriend, being someone who never uses any substance, had the worst and scariest night of his life. These kinds of things should be taken very seriously and with great caution; especially for those of us who are novices.

I cannot recommend this smoke shop enough— it has an incredible and affordable glass selection, a wide ranging selection of wraps including many flavors I’ve just never seen before and more. The associate who helped us was Jake. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect pieces for our day to day life! In addition to extensive product knowledge, Jake let us be hands on with the pieces so we would know how they felt in our hands and could ensure that we were making the best decision. Smoke rings is now my primary smoke shop and it definitely is going to be difficult for me to shop anywhere else. Thanks guys!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me. 5 stars for service. I did buy three disposable vapes and two were good but the third one I got when I opened the pack, had been used. It was in the pack with the seal opened.

Pretty garbage interaction today. Went in for a piece replacement. Got told it never existed. Told if it did exist he would know. Promptly told I was wrong despite buying the piece here in the first place. Then when showing what I was looking for I was told it doesn’t work. Ruined my experience. Won’t ever come back. Product in question, seahorse pro. You have sold attachment kits alongside the seahorse pro in the past. Not a product that never existed. Don’t have your employees hammer that as a fact. You can say you don’t have a product, but lying, being incompetent, and a jerk sure isn’t it.

This is the best store chain in North Carolina. They have the best prices and the best customer service for both nicotine juice and for Delta 8 supplies I spend easily 300 to $400 every month with them and am fully satisfied every month with both the customer service and the products that I receive

Great staff, clean shop, and nice selection! Coming through town on business and needed some gear and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I needed. If Im down that way again Im definitely going to stop by again. Superb!

This place is so clean everything sparkles. The sales person was helpful and extremely patient while he pulled a whole bunch of glass out and I looked at everything. This most definitely my ma8n smoke shop from now on.

Fast, friendly service. Walked in knowing what I wanted, they had it and I got it. Im from out of town and my vape was cheaper here than in Gulfport, MS. Definately recommend this place.

Me and some friends went in to return a broken glass piece. The piece was clearly broken in the store when we got it by one of the employees. Upon returning it we were met by a young woman throwing a temper tantrum at us, refusing to check cameras or replace the piece. Terrible customer service, will not be returning ever.

Just buy online....a couple of the guys ( the very tall large two) should not be customer facing...leaving it at that...additionally they are out of stock most of the time....SUGGESTION - just buy online...this place shouldnt be in business - let it fall.....dont support.

I walked into the store wearing a hoodie and the lady was eyeing me down while i was looking at the bongs then 5 minutes later I was escorted out by the employees for looking sus. awful store will never be going back in the future.
