Every time I have been I the store everyone has been very nice and respectful. The prices seem reasonable and a very good variety of stuff.

Just wish y’all would open when you say you do, I’ve showed up and had to wait awhile, other than that I love the folks here, they treat you like a friend once they see you’re a regular

If I could give negative stars I would. This store sells to teenagers and when I called to let them know(I mean they should be checking IDs but obviously not) they were super rude and didn’t even care.

I just hoodwink 3.99 for this and it’s not even the big one and I just happened to look at my receipt and this chic knew I didn’t know the price and said we have a no refund policy I really have choice words but lesson learned.. it’s a shame … just thought i’ll share … People will get over where ever they can !!!

Andy, was very helpful. i was satisfied when i left. i came in for body and burning oils and left with oils and a vape. The store was very clean and he gave me his undivided attention. i left with all smiles and a happy customer. i will return and i do recommend this shop.Thank you Andy your customer service skills is A+.

Customer disservice. Employees didnt even acknowledge me as a customer. 10 minutes of my life wasted.

Terrible place. I bought a $30 scale from here, it didn’t work so I brought it back the next day and they wouldn’t even exchange it out. I was a frequent customer.. not anymore.

Andy and Aundrea are awesome to deal with! Both make sure the products I want in the quantity I need are there when I want and need them. In response to the other reviews, the store does smell like tobacco, after all it is a smoke shop! Duh!

I have been coming to this vape shop for a while now, and I must say the customer service I get when I walk in is amazing. They dont see us as customers we the customers feel more like friends when we get greeted. Love these guys. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff and great selection.

Prices are ok, but the items do not always work and are difficult to return. On top of this, the store rarely opens on time. If asked the staff will insist it opens at 8 but I haven’t seen this happen often. More often the store opens at some random time between 8:30 and 10. I would go elsewhere if you want to go to a smoke shop early.

The store workers are the owner they are super amazing with the costumers. They always help and explained everything to costumers . The prices is way cheaper than all smoke shops.

Never open when it says it is. Hours say it opens at 8:00 AM. I have been here multiple times from 8:00-8:30 and they aren’t open. I believe they just open whenever they want to open.

I came in today and the store was remodeled and it looked so good , great lights, nice glass tables to view everything by far the best tobacco store I’ve ever been too.

Pricing can be confusing, especially with sales. Rarely do any of the staff wear masks as mandated by local government.
