Best massage I’ve had in the San Diego area. Do not underestimate Antonella. She may be small but she is powerful. Perfect consistent pressure. Fluid and intentional strokes. Very knowledgeable about the body. This was also the first time I tried cupping. The experience was “interesting “. Not my favorite thing, but I have been feeling the benefits of it and will continue. Antonella makes the experience much more enjoyable with the right balance of humor, great conversation, and silence when appropriate. Been searching for a while now and finally find who I consider one of the massage therapists this side of the Mississippi lol.

Antonella is so sweet and very knowledgeable! She is able to pin point areas that need work, and give me things to do at home to also help with improvement. I will be seeing her regularly and am excited to continuing working with her :)
