I visited Glow Massage for the first time and, despite my initial skepticism, I was very pleased. The place was clean, organized, and nicely decorated, including the restroom.My technician balanced pressure and speed perfectly, skillfully addressing tightness and knots. She created such a relaxing environment that I almost fell asleep— a sure sign of quality!Ill definitely be a regular here, hoping to book the same great technician every time.

Today, I received a 90-minute deep tissue massage at Glow Massage Shop. The massage wasnt as bad as I expected, but after the 90-minute session, I paid by card, and they charged a $2 credit card fee without any prior notice. They also told me I had to leave a mandatory 20% tip, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I believe tips should vary depending on the level of service received, so I dont recommend this massage shop to others due to their mandatory 20% tip policy.Kayla contacted me after I left a review for a massage I received from another staff member previously, and she recommended that I visit again. So, today(8/1/24) I went to Glow Massage Shop. I received a 90-minute deep tissue massage from Kayla, and her massage relieved the tension in my shoulders and back. She put in her best effort during the 90-minute deep tissue massage. I think Ill be visiting Glow Massage Shop more frequently in the future for massages.

My wife and I just left here and we had an amazing experience. My wife had Anna and she says that she was great and very polite. I had Kayla and she was also amazing. Both took there time and left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Very clean place friendly staff and satisfying massages! Looking for a quality massage give them a call! Looking forward to our next visit here!

I have been a marathon runner all my life and have received many massages from different therapists , Today 5/17/24 , I had an outstanding Experience at Glow Massage , Kayla is by far one of the Best ever for me !She is very much experienced with pressures on certain muscles as needed so running for me is much easier and less painful .I recommend her to anyone because of her knowledge , skills , compassion , care , hard-work and communications are Excellent !I look forward to future appointments with Kayla and the convenience of this location !!Thank You 😊

This place had good reviews so I was excited to try it. They offered aroma therapy which was nice. However they were on the phone during the massage and never left the room. Also the massage was very repetitive.

I usually hesitate to leave negative reviews, but I must say, the massage here was underwhelming. In the Atlanta area, most massage places with a rating above 4.0 tend to be quite satisfactory so I even dont leave reviews. Its surprising to see this place has a 4.8 rating from over 200 reviews tbh.1. The massage itself was not up to par. What was astonishing was the lack of skill; our therapists just repeated similar motions without paying attention to detail.2. The fabric on the face rest of the massage bed had a strong unpleasant odor.3. While its somewhat common for therapists to take appointment calls outside the massage room during a session, Ive never encountered one taking a call inside the room.(edit) I think your response tells you a lot about your service, youre welcome :)

Received a deep tissue massage from Kayla. I also had some special needs that needed to be addressed during the massage. She did an outstanding job. I was very pleased and will be returning. Clean, calm facility with good vibes.

This place is phenomenal! Its so easy to make an appointment. I just went on to the website chat and was able to get an appointment same day very easy.It was very quiet and relaxing and the masseuse is very professional. My husband and I were able to get adjoining rooms and the massages made us feel very relaxed.We got a deep tissue massage and they do very well to ask you if the pressure was correct. They do a great job about getting all of the kinks out and knots. My husband and I felt very relaxed afterwards.This is a great place

Kayla is absolutely fantastic. I had never had a lymphatic drainage massage and she walked me through the process and was very patient with my questions. She is extremely professional and kind. I feel so much better after my massages. I highly recommend Kayla at Glow Massage!

This place was very nice and clean.I got the head to toe massage and Kayla gave me the entire hour. I did like being on the table in a private room. I enjoyed have a littleface and head massage too.The price was a little bit over my budget; but it was my first time and wanted to try this place out.This massage place was very particular on their tip payments(25% to 30%), I honestly feel it was to much. Overall a good place to go for a massage.

My review is based on their reactions. They expressed feeling very relaxed and had a great experience, best massage. I scheduled an appointment with Glow Massage because of my low back and sciatica pain. Per the reviews, I felt Kayla experience would be a better fit for the issues I was having. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but she advised Kayla was not there. Normally I would have left , since that was the person I was suppose to be scheduled with, but since I had paid a dep decided to give someone else a try. Long story short, the person I had was Anna, she was okay, but she was not a good fit for me. I am in much more pain now than I was before I wasted my time coming to this location.

Update: I have returned many times, I try to go at least once a month. Kayla is always kind and accommodating, and she has massaged me many times. Her deep tissue technique is paradise on Earth, just firm enough to be very effective.If you are looking for professional message in comfortable private rooms, give Kayla and her team a try.Fantastic massage and personal care. Harry was OUTSTANDING. I will return for a massage soon, I was tremendous pain that my chiropractor couldn’t assist with, muscles were too cramped up for effective treatment. A one hour deep tissue massage loosened me up even for the chiropractor to do the rest.I have been back to Glow Massage several times, fantastic service each time ... its time to treat myself again soon

This place is really good. I was skeptical going, but once Kayla started massaging me, I felt good, she was very careful with my tender/sore areas. She did a really good massage and I felt really good the next day. I have visited a couple times and I can notice my swelling has gone down.

I usually go to a different parlor but decided to come here just for a different experience and oh my God was it good! I had a 90 minute massage with Kayla. She was very sweet and did a fantastic job. The difference I noticed in this massage vs the ones I usually get are that Kayla didnt rush it. She moved her hands very slowly while pressing down really hard to really get into my muscles. The therapists that have massaged me before moved their hands very fast making it not as relaxing. But Kayla made me the most relaxed Ive ever been. She is an absolute ANGEL! Will definitely come here from now on. Thank you!

I first went to visit Kayla at Glow Massage I was extremely tight and knotted up, I recently had a tummy tuck and after months of healing my core was extremely tight. After leaving Kayla the first day, I found immediate relief. She worked out numerous knots, I was immediately more mobile in my core area, and my stomach was visibly flatter same day. She promotes fluid elimination as well which contributes to the flattening of my stomach.Love her !

The best massage ever!!! As a hairstylist, I suffer from tension, I also have an issue with sciatica. Kayla gave me the best deep tissue massage, she did an amazing job. I had no soreness after. I got a 60min body/30min foot combo. It was quiet and relaxing. Kevin was amazing! I felt comfortable the entire time. I didnt have to tell him where to focus. He could feel the knots and tension in my shoulders and neck and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I am glad I chose Glow Massage today. Great start to my birthday weekend. My wife got me a 1hr body + 30 min foot massage from glow massage. They asked me what type of masseuse I’d like and I requested female. My masseuses name was Lily, and let me tell you, she was gifted with her hands. She made sure to check if everything was ok throughout the massage. The body massage was awesome and she was hitting spots on my feet that I didn’t know existed. I was practically levitating when I left the building. Will definitely be coming back. The best massage I’ve had in years. I got a sports massage which is very similar to a Thai massage. I had so much build up of pain and stress that I am always stiff and in pain. But the man was very thorough. I could feel the toxins being released from my muscles. I know I need to keep going so I’ll try to make this a regular thing.

My first lymphatic massage experience was not good with another lady, but the owner, Kayla offered to make it up to me. So, I went back today and Kayla gave me a wonderful proper lymphatic massage and much needed advice for my post - op care. I look forward to scheduling a massage package with Kayla real soon.

Kevin was absolutely amazing, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I had a Swedish hot stone massage. He was gentle and massaged all of my focus areas well with great pressure.

I came to this massage place due to the reviews. I wasn’t pleased at all, Lin was my massage therapist and she was really rough. I kept telling her “too hard” because there seem to be a language barrier. She massaged my back for 50 and turned me over and barely did anything else for the last 10 minutes. It’s the next day and I’m in pain…neverAfter my previous review, I was contacted by Kayla @GlowMassage and she totally apologized for the service I received and offered to re-do my massage. I accepted and I can say this was the BEST MASSAGE I’ve received and I’ve gotten plenty elsewhere!! I had to tip her even though it was no charge! Thank you Kayla!!! I will return and request Kayla each time!!!

I came here for a couples massage for my birthday. The woman who did my massage was really skilled but answered the phone a handful of times. It felt really rude and not relaxing during my massage. It was also very disorienting, I kept thinking that she was speaking to me just for her to respond that she was yet again on the phone. It also ruined my partners massage as we were in the same room listening to her talk on the phone during our massage.Other than that the actual massage was really good for both of us and my masseuse to be very skilled. So it really sucks that we didn’t have the relaxing experience we were hoping for and likely won’t be back.

I would not return to this establishment. Im not sure who did my massage but she was rough and burned my back from using a super hot towel (didnt warn me).Massage therapist doesnt let you know before she started pulling my underwear down and I felt super uncomfortable the entire time.Lastly, it was FREEZING in the room. I was super cold and was told there was no heat. Most places either have the heat on or have a heating massage table. I left the table in more pain then I came with.Waste of $100 dollars!

Got there for the first time and was really pleased overall. Like the previous person said they didnt ask us about any medical or area problems we wanted to be work on. The massages was good but when people were getting in the hallway they were loud and that distracted me as i was there to relax mostly. Will go back for sure!!!!

My husband and I just had the BEST massage we’ve ever had …at Glow Massage on Old Norcross . The whole experience was really special as we celebrated my Mothers Day and his belated extra birthday present … we will certainly come back . Our therapists were so kind and so good at their job . Truly , we feel blessed to have had this amazing gift … at our ages 67 and 76 , our arthritis was bothering us a little , and the gently targeted massaging touch truly worked out some kinks 😉we are so grateful ! Excellent massage, the man who did it was fantastic. My only complaint is that I requested they only massage my back and he ended up massaging my feet as well which is a big no for me. Still a great massage, heavy pressure exactly how I like it, and he checked in to make sure he wasnt ever hurting me. Also, the hot stones are a MUST!! Seriously, they feel incredible. I could feel the tension in my back melting away. If you dont have any strong sensitivities and enjoy a full body massage give it a try! You can find them on Groupon as well!

I was in pain, and I needed someone to massage my back same day. I checked a couple of familiar places, but everyone was booked. Luckily, I found Glow Massage, and they were able to work me in for deep tissue. I am a dental hygienist, so I have dealt with back and neck pain for 15 years. I received my best deep tissue massage at Glow Massage. I even scheduled my next massage same day for me and my husband. Glow massage is near our house. Very clean and comfortable. The massage was wonderful, and the price was great!

Excellent service, couples massage by Lynn and Harry. Both focused on the areas we specified and were experienced to know other areas to spend a little extra time. We were the last customers and never felt rushed to leave or as if inconvienced. Definitely we will be returning. Left feeling completely relaxed. I had neck, shoulder and back tension. Me and my husband were in need of massage really bad. This place had a great review so I booked it for 6:30pm today. Lady called later me and asked if we could do 7pm and I said sure.Got there at 7pm and by the time we were ready and 2 employees entered, it was 7:10pm. (I know this because I always check start time when I get massage)1. They had one male and one female came in. I thought male would work on my husband and female would work on me. But no. They never asked if I was OK with male massager but male massager worked on me. I wasnt comfortable but I wasnt comfortable to ask to change either.2. They never asked if we had any previous injuries or certain areas we liked to focus. No questions, no communications. They just started working on us.3. Very painful. We got deep tissue so I knew it would be harder than Swedish. But there is hard pressure and there is painful pressure. This one was definitely painful one.4. They charged extra fee for using credit card. No explanation or no sign. They just charged it. Not a good business practice and I am actually not sure if its legal or not.5. Female massager was on top of my husband? To massage him? On massage table? Never had that happen before so it was an experience, not a good one.6. By the time they left and I got out of the table, it was 8pm. So I paid for 60 minute service and only got 50 minutes. This is why I always check time when they start and when they finish.Overall it was the worse massage we ever had and probably not ever going back.

I booked a 2 hour hot stone relaxation massage at this establishment and was charged nearly $170.00, $200+ with a tip.Typically the cost wouldnt bother me, however, I really only enjoyed the last 30mn foot massage.The stones were hardly used (compared to other places) and frankly the massage ended up being a deep tissue massage, which was not what I requested.Yes, I could have said something, but, I was with another family member and didnt want to create a stir.On the other hand, my sister-in-law said that her massage was the best she had in her life (she had the gentleman that works there) so, I guess it really depends on the type of massage your looking for (MAKE YOURSELF CLEAR) and who you works on you.

A few days I google search to find a massage parlor, while searching the one that stuck out was Glow Massage, I then booked an appointment. Upon entering the establishment I can smell the beautiful scent of the essential oils along with an amazing atmosphere, polite and courteous staffs whom was very friendly and efficient. My massage therapist name was Bolin or I should say is because she will be doing my massages from now on and she should be yours too. I felt so comfortable and relaxed while she did her massages, it was soothing and omg. I stepped into there with a banging headache and half way through the massage my headache vanished. Great Service, Excellent Massage Therapist “Bolin” you’re the best.

I have been under stress lately. My work life has consumed me..I called many places near me.. they ask for a one week appointment. Finally the last place I call was Glow massage. They were so quick to take my appointment that same day. The massage was great, I would recommend this place to anyone who has short time..

The couples massage was perfect, the rooms were clean and the massage itself was great. Kevin asked me about the pressure and that says alot. I think i dozed off during the foot massage 😁🤤They were so accommodating in giving me a time that worked for me and my husband on last notice. They had no issues the Groupon. Ill definitely go again! My only issue was that they didnt wear masks.

This hidden gem tho!! I was on my way home from work with the worst tension headache ever. I so happen to pass a sign for glow massage, so I googled it. The prices were great and it was close to home. I called and asked if I could come in 10 minutes, they obliged, I was there in 5. I get massages twice a month and this was THE BESTmassage I ever had in life! Idk if I was getting the VIP treatment or they treat every customer like royalty, but they wouldnt let me leave until my headache was gone! They offer much more than whats on the website so I will be coming back here twice a month for my massage and body scrubs!Update: second massage was not as good as the first, third was the worst and I stopped coming after that.. I had a different masseuse each time.

I really enjoyed my massage at Glow Massage. Since I am 32 weeks pregnant, I couldn’t get a typical full body massage; I decided on a 30 min neck and shoulder massage. David had magical hands with just the right amount of pressure, I wish I had originally booked a 60 min! I will be back, already planning on a foot massage as well as a full body massage once I am no longer pregnant. This was the best massage I have ever had. My masseuse knew exactly what my body need and what to do without me saying abything. I have never had that level of professionalism. She was firm and gentle when necessary. I will definitely be back.

I arranged a massage as a gift. Called ahead to get price so everything is taken care of. Upon checkout we were pretty much bullied into leaving a required amount for a tip, to the point where they held their hand out for more. There was NO mention of a required amount when I booked. I’m a generous tipper but I tip based on service. I had already questioned them on not getting the full hour that was booked despite arriving super early. I would give more stars but I don’t like being bullied into tipping. Beware of promotions because they will add it to the back end. If you REQUIRE a certain tip add it to the price and be transparent.Update 4/13/22: I will never return. Responder just lied and said they arrived at 4:10. Fortunately, my family was so happy to be treated they took photos outside of the store WITH time stamps. Would be happy to share. Also, I would never tip $5 for four people that’s just rude.

I absolutely recommend this place! I enjoyed my hour deep tissue massage, and Im not the type of person that care for random people touching me. She also massaged my head and temples, not knowing I have chronic migraines and was going through one at the time! By the time I was done, my migraine was gone without the need of my medication. She asked if the pressure was fine, and the music they use is so soothing! I just may make this place a regular self-care regimen! I wish I got my techs name because I would love to use her again!

The staff is nice and the rooms are clean, calming and so relaxing for the massage.They were so freaking awesome on our couples massage. They were so precise on the spots with knots and the stones was one of the best feelings Ive had in awhile.

I bought a Groupon for a 1 hr couple’s massage and 30 minute foot detox. Upon calling to redeem it the lady over the phone told me to bring cash for tips. Last I checked, tipping is optional and it rubs me the wrong way to be told to bring money when I already naturally tip.Once there the receptionist was less than friendly and didn’t even give a real greeting. We were shown to a couple’s room and did our foot detox first. There’s a nail salon next door so be prepared to hear everyone talking over there. That really dampened the spa vibe because the decor is nice and cute but the loud talking and cackling from next door left much to be desired.Our massages started late as I was on my phone up until our masseuses got inside so I noted the time it began. My husband enjoyed his massage but mine was sloppy and not at all completed. The lady was rough and did not do the same technique for each side of my body. She had me turn over and literally only did my arms and neck. What happened to my legs and feet? The final nail in the coffin is when they told us they were done I looked at my phone and they basically skimped us 15 minutes of massage time because like I said they were late coming into our room. I still ended up tipping but not nearly as much as I usually would for good service. I will definitely not be back and the Groupon is definitely not worth it.

I could feel the knots and kinks being worked out. The pressure was perfect - to my liking/preference. Prior to going, I had trouble sleeping throughout the night. That night after the massage with Kevin, I slept so solidly. It was one of the best nights sleep Id had in a while. I dont know if it was coincidental or not but I will say it was due to the massage. Even the following night, I had another great rest.. I am looking forward to scheduling again soon with Kevin. However, it seems like the art of massage is a thing of the past. I havent had an excellent one in quite some time. Last month when I went to Punta Cana, I was disappointed there and when I tried this place last week (Glow Massage), it was underwhelming as well. So the masseuse asked me early on if the pressure was okay. I told him firmer/deeper. That lasted all of maybe 1 minute and then it was back to basically very gentle and just not very massage like. My husband and I opted for the 1 hour body, 30 mins feet. I was thinking okay, it really just feels like he is oiling me down. Not really a massage but I was hopeful of the foot massage that would come. First, I was surprised that the foot massage was also done on the table. Other massage spots Ive gone to, you go to a chair and they soak your feet first, then the massage. So that was different. But again, the foot massage was nothing special. With a good/great massage, I usually will doze off and fall asleep. Not once did I here. Maybe it was just the luck of the draw and I didnt get a masseuse that really gives a great massage or knows how. The last great massage I had, I had to drive a ways out...so I guess I will go back to making a trip out of the way. Really rate 2.5 stars but rounded up because the staff is all polite.

Had not been to masseuse in a while, so I was ready. I have been to The Hardrock in Ft. Lauderdale Fl., Chateau Elan, and other so called high end businesses. But Kayla, at Glow Message was the best. Asked for a 60 minute deep tissue and I came out that place feeling like a million bucks. The place was clean, nice music, very little waiting once my appointment time has arrived, great hospitality. OMG. Davids hands were like magic. We had a couples massage and I can truly say that my body needed it. After Davids hands, no body tension remained. My husband also said Anna was GREAT. If you want chaos confusion and not to relax. Come here. Felt very unsafe. No customer service skills.Scheduled a massage with a female. After telling them I scheduled with a female a Male tried to enter twice.I locked the door and then got dressed. A female knocked and tried to enter. The female then entered a different door that sent locked. Felt very unsafe. Left. Employees clothing dirty and appearance dirty and unkept. Dressed like at the beach.. Several different people kept coming asking me what was the appointment time. They kept saying one time until I showed them he text message confirming the appointment time.

Ive never been to a place that forces you to tip 15-20%. I think it should be the customers choice what they wish to tip depending on the service they received. Then they want to charge you an extra $3 for using a credit card but never inform you until the very end. Very poor customer service.
